[Scene opens with Jaluc and Laim walking down a hallway in their spaceship, laughing and flirting with each other.]
Jaluc: [giggles] You know, Laim, you have a knack for getting us out of trouble with your quick thinking.
Laim: [smirks] Well, someone has to keep you out of trouble, Jaluc.
[Jaluc playfully punches Laim on the arm and they both laugh.]
Jaluc: [smiling] But in all seriousness, I couldn't have asked for a better partner in crime.
Laim: [grinning] I couldn't agree more. And speaking of partners, there's something I've been meaning to tell you.
Jaluc: [curious] What is it?
Laim: [takes a deep breath] I have a crush on you, Jaluc.
[Jaluc looks surprised but also happy.]
Jaluc: [smiling] Really?
Laim: [nodding] Yes, ever since we first met. You're smart, funny, and so beautiful with your blue skin and those golden eyes.
[Jaluc blushes and looks down shyly.]
Laim: [smiling] And I know we come from different worlds, but I can't help the way I feel.
Jaluc: [looks up at Laim] Thank you for telling me, Laim. I have to admit, I've had a crush on you too.
Laim: [grinning] You have?
Jaluc: [nodding] Yes, but I always worried that you wouldn't be interested in someone like me, Asair
Laim: [shakes his head] Jaluc, you are more than just your race. You are an amazing scientist with a keen eye on human history and you have a heart of gold. And to me, you are perfect just the way you are.
[Jaluc looks at Laim with tears in her eyes.]
Jaluc: [smiling] Thank you, Laim. That means a lot to me.
Laim: [takes her hand] So, what do you say we continue this flirtation in your laboratory?
Jaluc: [grinning] I'd like that very much.
[They both walk hand in hand towards Jaluc's laboratory, their crush on each other finally out in the open. The camera zooms out as they enter the lab, showing their spaceship flying through the stars.]
Love knows no boundaries, not even in space. And for Jaluc and Laim, their different backgrounds and races could not stop them from falling for each other. Just like Peter Quill and his father, these two have found a special connection that goes beyond their differences. Love truly knows no limits.
