A/N An Evil Hermione!AU where Hermione is a Death Eater with her boyfriend Theo Nott and their house mate Draco Malfoy.

Hermione, Theo and Draco appeared suddenly with a loud pop on the edge of the village of Godric's Hollow, startling a couple of Muggles who were standing chatting.
"I'll sort this," Hermione said bossily, striding towards the two Muggles, pulling out her wand and pointing it at one, then the other. "Obliviate, Obliviate."
The Muggles' eyes slid out of focus and a dreamy, unconcerned look appeared on their faces for a moment before one of them turned to Hermione.
"Sorry, what did you say?"
"Do you have the time?" Hermione asked lightly, as though continuing a conversation they'd been having.
"Yes," the Muggle replied, looking at his watch, "It's quarter to one."
"Thank you," Hermione said, walking away and gesturing for Theo and Draco to follow her. She strode off purposefully towards the centre of the village, Draco and Theo hurrying along in her wake.
They reached the small square with the war memorial; as they approached the war memorial it transformed into a statue of James and Lily Potter and a baby Harry. Hermione frowned at it in distaste.

"Right," Hermione said, taking her eyes off the statue and taking charge of their mission, "we need to set up charms around the house and the graveyard to alert us if Potter turns up to visit either of them. The Dark Lord thinks he'll come here once he turns seventeen and is free to use magic outside of school. We also need to set up anti-Disapparition jinxes as well, to prevent him from leaving before we can catch him. So, get to work," Hermione ordered.
They made their way through the village towards the ruined house. The hedge had grown wild in the intervening years since James and Lily had lost their lives. There was rubble scattered amongst the waist high grass and most of the cottage was covered in dark ivy. The right side of the top floor was blown apart, where the killing curse had rebounded on the Dark Lord, although the rest of the cottage was still standing. They reached the thickly rusted gate and Draco reached out a hand to open it. As soon as he touched it, a sign rose out of the ground through the thick tangles of nettles and weeds; golden letters on the wood proclaimed the story of the Potters.

They set to work around the perimeter of the ruined house, muttering under their breath and their wands making complicated movements.
"We're being watched," Draco said, spotting a couple of muggles watching them from their upstairs window.
Hermione looked where Draco was pointing and narrowed her eyes.
"I'll take care of them," Hermione said, glaring at the Muggles. "Draco, Theo, you finish up here and go and put the enchantments around the graveyard. Don't forget the anti-Disapparition jinx."

Hermione stalked off towards the house that contained the watching Muggles. Theo had stopped mid-enchantment and was watching Hermione's bottom, a silly grin on his face, as she walked away.
"Come on," Draco said to Theo and they put up the anti-Disapparition jinx.
"Right, let's go meet Hermione," Theo said, putting away his wand.
"Erm…the graveyard needs enchanted," Draco reminded Theo.
"Oh yeah," Theo replied. "I forgot."
"How did you forget that already? She just told us like two minutes ago!" Draco said, shaking his head.
"I was distracted, okay?!" Theo said.
Draco smirked, "Yeah, and we both know what by."
Theo smirked back at him.
"Come on then," Draco said, heading towards the graveyard. "The sooner we get it done, the sooner you can go and be distracted, again."
