Picking up the band looking at it wearily Naruto decided to put it on again. As he readied himself for the pressure he got into postion steadily sliding it on immediately feeling the pressure again.
Holding on he tried taking a step foward slowly moving across the hall realizing it was getting lighter and lighter until he could now breathe with it on.
It was still heavy but he could still move like he normally did he just needed to use more effort.
Happy that was over he immediately had came out of the Jade Palace before celebrating "Yatta!" when his idea proved to be a success.
He was able to bring it outside with him! Happy he got the clothes he wanted he immediately went back to training only to immediately realise a issue.
"This is way to hard!" Naruto said with a red face exerting himself when realized he was having to spend alot of energy just to perfom a single kata!
For 10 minutes he struggled to do so, dropping to the ground in utter exhaustion.
However Uzumaki Naruto was nothing if not stubborn! After feeling his body ready to go again he immediately went back at it.
Each time being able to go a longer peroid without a brake!
Unknown to him, his massive chakra reserves that gained enhanced healing properties were working over time to naturally heal him.
What took days for others to recover from it took minutes for him!
The micro muscles tears and bone strains that facilitated physical growth were constantly being destroyed and repaired at a unbelievable rate. Ensuring that he reached peak physicality in a short amount of time. However..
"Ack!" 3 hours later Naruto bent over holding his stomach as it growled in a demonic tone as if ready to consume everything!
It burnt through chakra like crazy! Not only that evertime he got stronger the gi unknowingly to him got heavier to assure the effectiveness of the training!
The child had forgot what he read on the display!
The boy quickly ran home to settle his aching stomach quickly making multiple ramen packs. As he waited on the longest Ramen ever he tried to figure out what was happening.
"Why am i so hungry?! I've never felt a hunger like this and so sudden! Was it the martial arts?" He said aloud
"No, I didnt feel like this before was it this suit maybe?!" He screamed in horror quickly taking it off, putting something else on.
"No difference???" He said in confusion before quickly getting a pair of chop sticks to eat only to realise he snapped them in half!
"!!!" He nearly cried from the deeply lodged blisters only to watch in shock as they slowly got pushed out the wounds healing like it never happened.
Looking around in baffled confusion he had no clue what was going on but his stomach waited for no one so he quickly went to his Ramen gently holding the cups eating quickly before feeling sluggish after his head immediately dropping on the table with a loud sound.
Waking up in the Jade Palace he could only sit down in confusion at the strange turn of events. Not able to figure out what went wrong on his own.
Heading towards the scroll hall hoping to find guidance from the masters he searched for 2 hours before finding a scroll named "The Equivalence of Life" scaning through it and he realised it at least off handily spoke about what happened to him
Straining his brain hard to find the connection a 'ding' went off as he realized why he was hungry.
"So because my Gi is heavy and i need more strength to wear it my body uses more food to give me more energy?!" He said nodding with his eyes closed and his hand on his chin nodding like a scholar
"Everything cost something even if you can't see it?" He said lowly thinking he understood something from the phrase but not sure what.
Looking around with swirly eyes Naruto just decided not to wear the gi unless he was training and had food.
"That's to bad i really liked it" he said sadly
Looking down he then thought about why he was so much stronger than before crossing his arms hard sitting.
'Hngggg' He put his hands on his head trying to squeeze out a answer...
"...Excuse me" he said embarrassed looking around, forgetting no one could hear or see him.
He soon got up giving up on thinking about it for now and sighed before looking for a scroll to help him control his strength.
He knew he couldn't practice it right away, but better to get it out now, right?
Looking for some time he came upon 2. There was more than likely but you couldnt expect a kid to have all that patience right?
"Hmmm" Naruto said as he looked at both scrolls infront of him
"Void Fist or Water Stream Rock Smashing Fist?" he couldn't help but say out loud.
He really wanted to pick void fist because it just sounder wayyyy cooler but the other one sounded like it could directly solve his problem allowing complete control over his strength and even the strength of others.
"Ughh so hard to decide" he said holding his head sighing.
Deciding to put them away for now he went to the training court yard to practice his kata again determined to get his form down.
Knowing that practicing here had no effect on his body outside he focused much much more on getting his form down right slowing down and accelerating at times when he felt a bit more confident.
He did this till he woke up again the sun in the same position as last time.
"Hmm" Scratching his head as he sniffed himself recoiling he immediately went to bath before heading out into another training session.
This continued for 1 month .
Naruto breathed in deeply tensing his body before breathing out slacking.
The process continued for a while before he bursted into motion through his beginners kata!
Not a single movement wasted, his entire body balanced and in sync, his foot work exquiste each kick, punch and jab bursting through with as much strength he could muster without sacrificing speed.
The child had mastered the Kata!
Slowly the child had become a bit more recluse than he already was having something to entertain himself other than the attention of others.
Determined to be strong enough to keep the peace his friend had bestowed upon him he threw himself into his conditioning wanting to move foward onto greater things .
Now there was no deviation in the now much deeper foot prints from his footwork.
He had achieved the requisite to call himself a master of the scroll!
"wheew I'm beat" Naruto said sitting down and wiping his sweat from his face with a smile looking at his foot prints not thinking much about it.
'I'm hungry' he thought before deciding to catch some dinner.
Now crouching infront of a stream the child sat rather still as if made of stone. The only thing that would indicate him being alive being his dilated eyes watching the fish unblinking calculating there paths before striking.
This continued for 3 minutes before the child muscles twitched lashing out with both left and right hands.
"Hmm this has gotten easier" he said as he walked back to his temporary camp with 2 rather large fish in his iron grip.
Having looked for a solution to his hunger problem he had found this place but one problem. He couldn't catch the fish. Now a normal child would have probably tried to secure a rod but aint none of those here.
First thing Naruto did was finding a martial art that could help him catch fish and after 2 days of searching he found it the "The Way of the Viper"
He had of course ignored all that other having to be a snake stuff focusing on the breathing technique part that was described as being able to emulate a viper before striking. Never letting your intentions be known before killing. Becoming one with the world to fool your enemies. With the most important step being patience!
He had taken it to a fish in water especially since he had alot of time when he was recovering from training.
2 weeks later and Voìla he was catching his own dinner now being able to accommodate wearing his favorite clothes.
Humming to himself imagining eating these 2 fish he aproached his camp slowly before stopping in a bit of suprise.
"Old Man! How ya doing!" he said happily looking at the elderly person
"Just fine my boy just fine" Hiruzen said smiling
"Now come cook us up a storm I'm famished from all that paper work " he said in amusement
Naruto deapanned looking at him and pointing "Freeloader Jiji! " he exclaimed.
Hiruzen eyes bulged looking at Naruto with shock.
Naruto valiantly fought to keep his stone face for all of 5 seconds before losing the battle giggling.
Sorry couldn't resist putting Jiji instead of old man.
Also almost used some made up Zoldyck shit for the fishing part before remembering there was a literal snake in Kung fu Panda. Wild huh?
