When Bray the donkey went out scouring the countryside for vermin, he had found Raventail and his ferrets. He'd brought them back to camp to show them to Grogar and the Marlfoxes.

Grogar looked the ferrets over. "You have done well, my friend, these are true warriors you have brought us!"

Bray was delighted he'd managed to please Grogar. "Yes, Lord Grogar, these beasts are ready for a fight anytime!"

"Some ponies beat us up da other day," Raventail said out of the corner of his mouth as he took a puff on a cigarette. "So, we'll be happy to retoin da favor. When do we start?"

"We will attack Ponyville in full force tomorrow!" Grogar boomed.

"So soon?" said Predak.

"Yes. I've gathered so much energy over the past few days that now I have enough strength to summon my Troggle army from Tambelon." Grogar rang his bell, and in an instant, his Troggles appeared right in the middle of the vermin camp. They were ugly creatures, resembling humans with the heads of pigs.

Ascrod wrinkled his face in disgust. "Stupid looking brutes, aren't they?"

"Yes, but they're so afraid of me that they'll do whatever I say," said Grogar.

Vannan rubbed her paws together. "Well, I'm looking forward to this. Tomorrow those ponies will pay for shedding the blood of Marlfoxes!"

"Yeah, I can't wait," Pharynx said, trying to stay in character.

Grogar regarded him. "Just a minute, Gelltor. I've got something to say to you. It's funny, isn't it, how Celestia always knows just where we're going to attack next? It's almost as if somebeast is passing information to her."

"Well, I don't know who that'd be," Pharynx said nervously.

Grogar stomped his hoof. "Cut the crap, changeling! I know who you really are! Did you honestly think you could pull the wool over this goat's eyes?"

"Wait, so this isn't the real Gelltor?" said Predak.

"I wondered why he hadn't been his usual acid tongued self of late," said Ascrod.

"What happened to the real Gelltor?" Predak demanded.

"He died!" Pharynx blurted out and then covered his mouth with his hands. He quickly changed back into his true form and tried to fly away, but two of the Troggles grabbed him before he could.

Grogar stepped toward Pharynx and rang his bell again. Before the eyes of everybeast, Pharynx disappeared!

The next thing he knew, he was in a dark prison cell with gray stone walls. He heard Grogar's voice say, "Welcome to Tambelon, my humble home. Don't worry, you'll have plenty of company here very soon!"
