Based on the scene "'l'll be monitoring your frequency" I believe (I might be wrong) Spock uses a very special name when he thanks her. He doesn't say Nyota. I believe she loves it, it's sweet and perfect. So it's her point of view on that very private matter. Rating K because of some kissing memories.
