I finally saw Star Trek Beyond and while I was bored at the lack of plot, I didn't hate it as I did Into Darkness, which actually made me quit writing reboot. So since I didn't hate it, I decided to make use of the holes they left me and reinsert my favorite gal back into this shindig. This fic will work until the next movie comes out and blows it all to smithereens.

Inspired by a few vids on YouTube: "Beast" and the short film "Carry Me." A Beast of the forest hears a lovely voice and upon seeing who it belongs to, decides to wait until they are of age to claim them as a mate. In the meantime the Beast becomes a Man to try and get close, but one day the Men come into his forest and they capture him, he fears he will never see his mate again.

After Spock makes mention of leaving Starfleet to help with the conservation effort for the Vulcan people, Nyota is pressed to her heart's limit and requests some time hiatus to think about what he said. As they are stationed on the Yorktown, Nyota and Spock struggle to give each other space and work on themselves. (ST: BEYOND WORLD/SPOILERS) Angst with happy ending.

AOS. There's a Halloween celebration being held on Yorktown. Jim insists on going to a costume party, Bones is so done, and Spock is confused by this Terran holiday tradition. For thedenofcaseywolfe.

The traditional family Trick-or-Treat is about to be ruined for the littlest McCoy, and reinforcements are called in. Problem is, they want to take care of Joanna's father as much as they do Joanna. K/S, pre-K/S/M.
