The Decade Quest had gone without a hitch and both Ben and Mira had their magic become stronger. They have returned to Magnolia after confirming the job was completed with the country of Deserto. Now the two were resting in their home after a far away journey.

Ben sat on his couch, deep in thought so Mira asked something. "What are you deep in thought about?"

"It's about my immunity to Curses. I didn't think about it so deeply before, but that old Etherious was right, this is strange." Ben answered.

"Isn't that because you're a Devil Slayer? As a Devil Slayer, you should be immune to demon's forms of attack, including Curses, right?" Mira asked.

"That is a possibility, but it still doesn't feel right. My Devil Slayer abilities are magic, not Curses. They originated from different sources, so I couldn't be immune to Curses." Ben noted.

"Hmm, you've said that you learned Curses in the past, right? Maybe you got something from that." Mira pointed out.

"I've learned about it, but I can't use it very well right now. So I doubt I obtained something from it." Ben said.

"Then maybe your Sun Devil Slayer is special." Mira remarked.

"Special, huh? Maybe that's true. The Sun Demon who used this magic could fight a Sun Dragon almost equally even though Devil Slayer Magic is supposedly weaker than Dragon Slayer Magic. But Midas the Sun Demon could injure Escanor, a Sun Dragon." Ben said, before his eyes widened in realization.

Ben suddenly stood up and ran to the training ground in his basement while thanking Mira for giving him a clue. Mira just sighed and then smiled because Ben had been troubled by this since they returned from their job.

In the underground training ground, Ben made a miniature red sun using his Sun Devil Slayer Magic. Then he asked A.I Chip to analyze it thoroughly using all the data they've obtained. They have a lot of data after acquiring a lot of data over the last 4 years.

The scan took longer than Ben thought. A.I Chip finished the analysis after 5 minutes because it checked everything thoroughly using all the data it had like Ben asked it to do.

Ben's eyes widened. "What's this?! A Curse?"

[Yes, the power of Curses has been integrated into your Sun Devil Slayer Magic. The signs were present in the first analysis of Sun Devil Slayer Magic. However, the signs were very faint and undetectable. The data in my memory storage was lacking at that time.]

"So you couldn't detect it because you didn't have enough data, but I've had this Curse ever since I obtained my Sun Devil Slayer Magic?" Ben asked.

[Yes, although it wasn't developed at that time. After looking into it deeper, I found a increase in your Curse in your Sun Devil Slayer Magic. It was when you killed a lot of Etherious during your Decade Quest. The cause was the strengthening of your Sun Devil Slayer Magic after you absorbed the power of the Etherious that you slayed. It was not only their magic power that you absorbed but also their Curse power.]

"So it's like that. Then, can I learn to use Curses now?" Ben asked.

[There is no need for you to deliberately learn how to use it. By using your Sun Devil Slayer Magic, you used your Curse as well. It has merged with your Sun Devil Slayer Magic completely.]

"Damn, that's convenient. Was it because Midas the Sun Demon combined a Curse with his magic?" Ben asked.

[Yes, it is assumed that he could damage the Sun Dragon Escanor using his lower tier Sun Magic because of his Curse power. The sun dragon Escanor didn't have any immunity to Curses, so he could be injured by the Sun Demon Midas' attacks.]

"So that means I can use my Sun Devil Slayer Magic to injure dragons, maybe even gods because of the unique Curse power. Wait! Anksheram can use Curses if I'm not mistaken, so maybe other gods can. This might not be that effective on gods. Well, I have Sun God Slayer Magic, so it's fine." Ben mused.

"It will still be useful on Acnologia though. Still, it seems my Curse power is still weak and I don't know much about it. A.I Chip, create a training course for my Curse power! We will hunt more Etherious in the future. They only use Curses, while normal demons also use magic. Besides, I don't need to worry about targeting friendly demons because all Etherious are evil." Ben said.

[Understood.]

A.I Chip made a training course for Ben to improve the Curse power of his Sun Devil Slayer Magic. The training is still lacking though because they don't have enough data about Curses. So Ben needed to gather more information about it.

Since that day, Ben focused on improving his Curse power. It would definitely be helpful if Acnologia showed himself again. If even Escanor, one of the ancient dragon gods wasn't immune to the Sun Demon's Curse, Acnologia won't be immune either.

It's not easy to obtain information on Curses because humans don't use it. But Ben can still obtain information even though he needed to use all of his connections and even some money. That wasn't a problem because his car company is doing well and money kept entering his pockets.

He wants to get information on Curses from demons, but there weren't any jobs involving demons here. Ben knew some demons, the ones from Galuna Island. But those demons didn't know much about magic or Curses. His dead demon friend, Morgbitt gave him more information then the demons on Galuna Island.

But even without much information, Ben's progress on his Curse and Sun Devil Slayer Magic was good. He knew all the basics and A.I Chip can come up with other ways to improve the Curse. Besides, as his mastery over Sun Devil Slayer Magic increased, the Curse within it will also improve.

Then, 4 months after completing the Decade Quest, Fairy Tail obtained another job involving demons. Ben is excited because he can obtain more information about Curses from the demons during this quest.

He immediately asked Mira if they could go on this job together because absorbing demons' souls can make her Take Over Magic stronger. She agreed, but Ben realized she looked quite pale and tired for some reason.

"Are you okay?" Ben asked as he took her up to a chair on the guild's 2nd floor where S-Class jobs or higher were located.

"Ye-yeah, I am fine." Mira replied with a not so fine expression.

Suddenly, Mira felt nauseous and she felt like vomiting, so she ran to the toilet, passing Kenshin along the way.

'Nausea, does she have the flu or something. Unless...' He thought, aware that there were several reasons for Mira to feel nauseous.

Ben is panicking because this never happened before, so he followed her. Mira vomits a few times while Ben is panicking behind her, he doesn't know what to do.

Kenshin took out a communication lacrima.

"Porlyusica, something weird is going on." He spoke into the crystal ball.

After she was done, Ben immediately teleported her to Porlyusica's tree house. The old woman was annoyed by their unexpected appearance, but she didn't nag them about it after seeing Ben's panicked expression and Mira's condition.

Porlyusica checked on Mira inside her tree house and Ben watched nervously. He had never seen Mira get sick after 4 years because she had become a lot stronger. But now, she suddenly got sick and her condition was quite bad, which caused him to be worried.

Everyone else in the guild ran to Porlyusica's tree house after Kenshin informed them that something was up when Mira passed him earlier. Erza went to check on the two, but then she noticed Ben teleport away after Porlyusica was mentioned, so she assumed Mira is sick and then she and the others ran to Porlyusica's place.

Sometime later, the big group arrived and they see Ben standing in front of the tree house while staring at the sky with a blank expression on his face. They all are staring at each other and hoped that nothing bad happened. Lisanna stepped forward to ask Ben about her sister.

"Ben nii-san, where's nee-chan?" Lisanna asked.

Ben blankly answers, "Inside."

"Is she okay?" Lisanna asked again.

Ben nods and answers blankly again, "She's fine. She's just pregnant."

Lisanna and the others sigh in relief. "Phew, so she's just pregnant."

Silence suddenly fell there, before they all shout. "...PREGNANT?!"
