Big Problems

Before you read: Even though I finished "Danny Phantom Forever" I've decided to a few Danny Phantom oneshots. These oneshots are set in the same continuity as "Danny Phantom Forever". I like to think of them as taking place between a few episodes.

It was a calm peaceful mid-morning at Fenton Works as Danny walked in the kitchen with Tucker and Sam as he had his arm around Sam. They stopped as they saw Jazz sitting at the table typing on her laptop while their parents worked on another one of their inventions.

Jazz smiled as she glanced at them and said, "Hey guys."

Danny smiled as he waved his left hand and said, "Hey Jazz. Hey mom and dad."

Maddie smiled at them as she said, "Hey kids. How was the park?"

Tucker smiled as he held his left palm up and said, "It was nice, until Young Blood started trouble on the playground."

Sam smiled proudly at Danny as she said, "It was no big deal. Danny beat him pretty good."

Danny smiled as he held the Fenton Thermos in his left hand and smugly said, "Yeah, he tried to play with the big kids and now he's in timeout. Danielle would've loved it. Where is she anyway?"

Suddenly they all heard a loud blast as Danielle shouted, "Yeah! Take that Vlad!"

They all turned their heads as Jazz said, "Sounds like she's in the lab."

They heard another blast and then they all hurried downstairs where Danielle in her human form, holding a large bazooka. She was happily playing with it as she shot a few boxes and destroying them with a big smile on her face.

Everyone glared at her as Maddie angrily said, "Danielle! Put down the-"

She immediately stopped talking as she jumped out of the way and fell on Jack as a blast almost hit her and shot the wall.

Danielle immediately showed regret before smiling as she said, "Ahh! Sorry mom! I was just… practicing shooting without my ghost powers."

Jack and Maddie walked over to her with stern expressions as Maddie said, "What did we tell you about using the ghost hunting equipment?"

Danielle looked down at the floor as she frowned and said, "Not without supervision unless there's a ghost."

Jack took the bazooka and sternly said, "These are advanced and dangerous weapons Danielle, not toys."

Danielle pointed at Jazz, Danny, Tucker, and Sam as she said, "But they get to use them?"

Maddie had her hands on her hips as she said, "Your brother and sister are old enough. You're not ready to use the weapons by yourself yet, and you shouldn't be playing with them."

Danielle slumped but then everyone jumped as they heard familiar laughter and Danny and Danielle's ghost senses went off.

They all watched as Technus emerged from the Ghost Portal and maniacally said, "I Technus have returned again to conquer this world!"

His hands glowed green as he made some heavy machines float in the air and then hurled them at the Fentons, Tucker, and Sam.

The machines knocked them all down, but Danny and Danielle angrily got up and said, "Going ghost!"

They both changed to their ghost forms and fired ghost rays from their hands at Technus, only for him to block them with a force-field. He then created a lightning rod in his hands and held it out as he shot bolts of lightning at Danny and Danielle, zapping them as they cried in pain. They were knocked back to the others when Danny flew back at Tecnhus and kept fighting him while Danielle floated over her parents.

Danielle looked at Jack and pointed at the bazooka as she asked, "Dad, can I please use that?"

Jack handed it to her as he respectfully said, "Only because you said 'please'."

Danielle smiled as she held the bazooka and floated in the air as the blasted Technus into the wall behind him. She kept aiming the bazooka at him while Danny made two duplicates of himself and all three of them glared at Technus. Technus looked around nervously and then Jazz's laptop on the floor next to her, he then turned into ones and zeroes flew into it and escaped.

They were all shocked as Sam asked, "What just happened?"

Tucker picked up the laptop and opened it on a table as he typed it and said, "He escaped through the wifi into the internet. He's gone."

The others gathered around as Jazz pushed him aside and started typing while she said, "Maybe I can trace him."

Suddenly a video played someone wagging their finger going "Ah ah ah" and Jazz glared at the screen before looking at Danielle while saying, "My computer has a virus. Someone has been using it to surf the web without permission again."

Danielle had her hands behind her back as she looked away and whistled to look innocent, then Danny sighed and said, "I hate hackers."

Opening theme

The title card showed a picture of a giant Technus towering over Danny with an evil smile on his face while Danny stared up in terror. It was noon when Danny, Tucker, and Sam returned home after trying to find Technus when they walked into Danny's living room.

Jazz was sitting on the couch with her laptop as she said, "No luck?"

Danny and the others showed disappointment as Danny said, "Nope. We searched all over town but couldn't find any sign of Technus."

Jazz regretfully replied, "Sorry guys. Mom and dad went out with some ghost hunting tech to try and find him and I'm still trying to fix my laptop."

Sam then held her right palm up as she curiously asked, "What about Danielle?"

They all heard a blast come from downstairs as Jazz tediously said, "I think she's blowing off steam."

Danny, Sam, and Tucker went downstairs and caught Danielle shooting a handheld blaster gun as she shot a few soda cans in her human form.

They walked over to her as Danny put his wrists on his sides and sternly said, "Dani…"

She smiled sheepishly before he took the blaster as Sam said, "You shouldn't play with guns."

Danny kept sternly glaring at her as he said, "Yeah and mom and dad said you're not allowed to use the weapons without supervision."

Danielle sadly looked up at them as she whined, "I hate being small! I wish I was big like you guys."

Sam spoke sincerely as she held her palms up as she said, "Danielle, it's not your size. You're too young to use weapons by yourself."

Danielle looked around and then spotted a certain weapon as she said, "But a lot of these things aren't that dangerous. I don't even understand what some of them do, like what's this one do?"

She walked over to a table and grabbed the Fenton Crammer as Danny said, "That's the Fenton Crammer?"

She looked at him with confusion as she asked, "The Fenton Crammer?"

Danny shrugged his shoulders as he said, "Dad's stupid name for it. It's a shrink ray."

Danielle became interested as she set it to "Cram" and shrunk a garbage can before she smiled and said, "Cool!"

She fired the Fenton Crammer and shrunk three more objects while saying, "Not living large anymore! They shrink so fast! You've lost weight!"

Sam narrowed her eyes as she said, "Danielle, you're not supposed to be using weapons by yourself."

She had a cunning smile as she looked up at Sam and said, "I'm not using it by myself, I have you guys supervising me."

Tucker smiled at Sam as he said, "You know, she has a point. And the Fenton Crammer's not the most dangerous Fenton weapon."

Danielle then shrunk a few more objects with the Fenton Crammer while she laughed happily along with Tucker. They were all unaware that Technus was watching them as his face appeared on the monitor of a computer nearby.

He watched them all as Sam pointed at Danielle and said, "Danielle, you really shouldn't be playing with that."

Danny agreed as he put his wrists on his sides and sternly said, "Sam's right Danielle. That's not a toy. Dad once shrunk me, Dash, and Skulker with that. Dash and I had to make our way up to the Ops Center at the size of flies with Skulker hunting us both with all his weapons. Trust me, it did not end well for Skulker."

Danielle was surprised but smiled overconfidently as she said, "Whoa, that sounds scary. But don't worry Danny. I'd never do anything like that. And even if I did shrink someone by mistake I would just reverse the shrink ray and make them big again."

She demonstrated as flipped the switch to "Uncram" and made a shrunken garbage can big again while Technus watched from the computer. He had a devious smile on his face as he watched Danielle shrink objects and focused on the Fenton Crammer as he got an idea.

Danielle shrank a box as she said, "Look who's small now Skulker! This is so cool! We should use this to shrink a really powerful ghost."

They all jumped as they heard Technus shout, "You think too small child!"

Technus then appeared in a flash of light as Danny exclaimed, "Technus!"

Technus smiled evilly as he said, "Yes and you girl, have just given me my most brilliant idea ever!"

He held his right hand out as it glowed green, then the Fenton Crammer glowed green as it floated out of Danielle's hands and into his hands.

Danielle glared at him as she clinched her fists and yelled, "Hey! Give that back!"

Technus smiled mockingly at her as he said, "I don't think so girl. But you're welcome to try and take it."

She then went ghost and flew at Technus, but he used the Fenton Crammer to shrink her to the size of a fly.

The others watched in terror as Danny cried, "Dani!"

She was so tiny as she floated in the air as Technus smiled evilly at her and said, "Now you are nothing against me!"

He prepared to swat her but Danny immediately changed to his ghost form and put his hands together as he fired a ghost ray at Technus.

He blasted him away from Danielle and flew to her as he grabbed her in his hands and said, "Dani, are you okay?"

She stood in his palm as she frantically said, "Danny do something! I thought I was small before but this is way worse!"

He tried to calm her down as he said, "Don't worry Danielle! We can fix this!"

They all looked at Technus as he smiled evilly and pointed at them while gloating, "Do not be so sure child! I have big plans for this weapon and you won't stop me this time!"

He then turned intangible and phased out of the room and house as he escaped and flew off into the city while laughing evilly.

When he was gone Tucker looked nervous as he said, "This… is bad."

Danny looked at Tucker as he rhetorically said, "You think?"

Sam looked at Danielle in Danny's hand as she sternly said, "I told you not to play with that thing."

Danielle was annoyed as she said, "Don't rub it in Sam! We've got to stop Technus and change me back to normal size!"

Danny looked down at Danielle as he seriously said, "You mean WE. Sorry Danielle but you can't help us, it's too dangerous."

Danielle floated above his palm with her left hand glowing green as she said, "I may be small but I can still kick butt!"

Suddenly her hand stopped glowing green and she fell back into Danny's palm as she couldn't fly or shoot ecto energy.

Danielle stood up and looked at her hands before looking up at Danny in fear while she said, "What? What's going on? What's wrong with me?"

Danny was troubled as he stared at his little sister in his palm and said, "Yeah this is bringing back memories."

Meanwhile upstairs Jazz was using her computer when she heard Danny yell, "Jazz!"

She immediately put her laptop down as she hurried toward the lab when Danny, Tucker, and Sam ran upstairs.

Danny had his hands together like a ball as he held something in them while Jazz said, "Danny, what's going on?!"

Danny spoke urgently as he said, "We just saw Technus! He took the Fenton Crammer and flew off!"

Jazz was confused as she curiously said, "The Fenton Crammer? Of all the weapons in the house, why'd he take that one?"

Danny was tense as he said, "I don't know but he got the idea when he saw Danielle playing with it, shrinking things with it."

Jazz then became angry as she glanced around behind them while saying, "Ugh! She's really done it now! Where is she?!"

Tucker and Sam looked at each other nervously while Danny tried to remain calm as he said, "We have another small problem. Try not to freak out."

Jazz was confused as she said, "Huh?"

Danny then held his hands out in front of her and lifted his left hand off his right one to reveal Danielle in her human form standing in Danny's palm.

Jazz stared at Danielle in shock as she waved at her with an awkward smile and said, "Hi Jazz."

Jazz kept staring at her with her eyes wide open as she exclaimed, "Danielle?!"

Danny spoke urgently as he said, "Technus used the Fenton Crammer to shrink Dani before he flew off with it."

Danielle then showed fear as she said, "And now I can't go ghost!"

Danny urgently looked at Jazz while pointing his left thumb at himself while he said, "It's a side effect of the shrink ray. She's lost her ghost powers, but we can fix this. Tucker, Sam, and I will go after Technus and get back the Fenton Crammer, but I need you to look after Danielle and make sure nothing happens to her."

Jazz gently scooped up Danielle in her right hand and solemnly said, "I'll keep her safe, you guys stop Technus!"

They nodded as Danny took Tucker and Sam's hands and then turned intangible as they all phased out of the house and flew through the air.

Jazz held Danielle in front of her face as she smiled and sincerely said, "Don't worry Danielle, your big sister's got you. You're in good hands."

Danielle stood in her palm with a slightly awkward expression before she put her hands together while saying, "Uh… Thanks Jazz. Please don't tell mom and dad about this! They'd kill me if they found out how bad I'd screw up!"

Jazz agreed as she glanced to the side and said, "Yeah, and they'd freak out if they saw you like this, so I'll keep it secret."

She smiled gratefully, then Jazz smiled adoringly as she said, "Actually, you're kind of cute when you're this small."

Danielle glared at her with an offended expression, prompting Jazz to apologize, "Sorry."

Suddenly the front door opened as Jack and Maddie came in as Maddie tiredly said, "Kids, we're back."

Danielle looked scared, as she panicked and glanced around, then she suddenly shoved Danielle into her mouth and shut it before putting her hands behind her as she faced her parents.

Maddie pulled her mask and goggles off as she looked at Jazz and said, "We saw your brother fly off with Tucker and Sam. Are they still searching for the ghost?"

Jazz kept her mouth shut as she shook her head; she could feel Danielle moving around inside her mouth, so she took special care not to swallow her.

Jack then pointed his thumb behind himself as he asked, "Is Danielle going with them?"

Jazz smiled with her mouth shut as she nodded and hummed, "Mm-hmm."

Maddie smiled optimistically as she said, "Great! Together they'll find that ghost and beat him back into the reality he crawled out of! We'll be in the kitchen, let us know if anything happens."

Jazz kept smiling as she nodded and watched them go into kitchen while waving as she felt Danielle pounding against her cheek. When her parents were out of sight, Jazz cupped her hands beneath her head and spit Danielle out into them.

She looked down at her with concern as she sincerely said, "Sorry about that. Are you okay?"

Danielle sat in Jazz's palm with her saliva dripping off of her as she angrily pointed at Jazz and said, "Never do that again!"

Jazz apologized again as she said, "Sorry, I panicked."

Danielle stood up in her palm and wiped saliva off herself as she said, "You need to take me somewhere I won't get stepped on or anything."

Jazz nodded in agreement before hearing their parents in the kitchen, prompting her to cover Danielle in her hand before backing away.

Meanwhile in Amity Park

Technus held the Fenton Crammer in his hands as he evilly stared at it and said, "With this weapon I will more powerful than ever and finally conquer this world!"

He flipped the switch to "Uncram" and laughed maniacally as he aimed the weapon at himself and then fired it.

He soon started growing as he said, "And this time no one will stop me! Not even that bothersome ghost boy!"

Danny was flying over the buildings as he held Tucker and Sam in his arms and they looked down to search for Technus.

As they flew Danny glanced around with a tense expression as he said, "We have to get the Crammer back. It's the only way to return Danielle to her normal size and get her powers back."

Tucker glanced around as he curiously said, "I still don't get what Technus wants with a shrink ray. How's that gonna help him take over the world?"

Sam was very troubled as she looked around and said, "You said the Fenton Crammer wasn't the most dangerous, but in Technus' hands it's a way worse. He could shrink all of us and crush us, or maybe shrink the whole city!"

Danny's eyes widened as he spotted something and said, "Or something even bigger!"

He stopped and floated in the air with Tucker and Sam and they all watched in shock and horror as Technus appeared before them. He was growing bigger and bigger as he laughed maniacally and people nearby started running in fear while screaming. Danny landed and put Tucker and Sam down and they all looked up as Technus finally stopped growing and was now the size of a ten-story office building.

Tucker stared in shock as he said, "Whoa! He supersized himself!"

Sam was very worried as she stared up and urgently said, "He must've reversed the Fenton Crammer so that it would make him bigger instead of smaller!"

Danny fiercely glared up as he fearlessly exclaimed, "No problem! The bigger they are, the harder they fall!"

He then took flight as his legs became a ghostly tail and he flew up while Sam held her hand out and said, "Danny wait!"

Danny did not listen as he flew up toward Technus' face and floated in front of him as he said, "Hey big foot! Try this on for size!"

He then flew at Technus and punched him in the face with all his strength, he made Technus topple a bit but he regained his footing and smiled evilly. He then swatted Danny and knocked him down to the ground, then he tried to stomp on Danny but Danny flew out of the way of his foot.

He floated in the air as Technus stared at him and gloated, "Foolish child! I tower over you! You are a fly compared to me!"

Danny clinched his fists as he yelled, "Size doesn't matter, I'll kick your butt just like always!"

He swiped his left hand and his right foot through the air and sent waves of ecto energy at Technus and both hit him but didn't do any damage. Technus smiled evilly as he pointed at Danny and shot a bolt of lighting from his fingertip, Danny narrowly dodged it as he flew out of the way. Technus smiled evilly as he held his hands out as they started glowing and then he lifted cars into the air and sent them flying at Danny. Danny turned intangible and phased through them but then Technus waved his hands and made various devices fly out of buildings and start hitting Danny.

Tucker and Sam watched as Tucker reluctantly said, "Is it me or does Technus seem more powerful than usual?"

Sam showed a nervous expression as she said, "Yeah, bigger and better!"

Danny screamed in fear as he flew around and dodged some devices that came flying at him and then fired ghost rays from his hands and destroyed two of them. He then saw Technus step in front of him with an evil smile before he shot green lasers from his eyes and blasted Danny. Danny screamed in agony before he was sent falling down toward the street as he crashed down and almost passed out as he groaned in pain.

Tucker and Sam ran to him and stood over him with concern as Sam worriedly asked, "Danny, are you okay?!"

Danny glared at her with an annoyed expression as he sarcastically asked, "Do I look okay?"

Tucker smiled half-jokingly as he said, "You've looked worse."

They helped Danny onto his feet as they looked up at the giant Technus as he laughed evilly and spread a wave of his power across Amity Park. All over the city various devices glowed green as his powers infected them, including cars, computers, phones, and other machines and appliances. They started floating in the air as they rose up into the sky and then they all started flying around Technus as he held his hands up and laughed evilly.

Danny looked up at him with a baffled expression as he urgently said, "He's more powerful than ever! How did he get like that?!"

Sam suddenly realized why as she looked at Danny and Tucker and said, "The Fenton Crammer! If shrinking ghosts makes them lose their power, then making them bigger must somehow increase their power!"

They all looked back up at Technus as he smiled evilly down at them and gloated, "That's right little goth girl! With my new imposing size I am now unstoppable! Behold my newfound power!"

He held his arms out as all the devices attached to his body and he used his power to fuse them together into a giant suit of high-tech armor. His armor was black and green and it covered his entire body with only his face visible as he smiled arrogantly. His armor was bulky and made him look muscular and broad-shouldered with sleek and shiny features.

Tucker held his arms out and then looked at the Fenton Crammer in the palm of his hand while he said, "I am Technus: Master of all science and electrical technology! And thanks to my genius and this shrink ray, I am the most powerful I have ever been!"

He smiled as he put the Fenton Crammer in a tiny compartment in his chest plate and then looked back down at Danny and his friends.

Danny, Tucker, and Sam looked up at him in fear as Danny said, "I think we're in big trouble!"

Technus smiled down at them as he arrogantly gloated, "Prepare for a crushing defeat!"

He then raised his left foot and prepared to stomp on the three teens as they all stared up in shock and terror.

Commercial break

Technus pushed his foot down and tried to stomp on the three teens but Danny grabbed Tucker and Sam and flew them to safety. Technus' foot slammed on the ground and caused a small earthquake, but Danny flew onto a rooftop and put Tucker and Sam down.

He floated in front of them as he turned from them to Technus while he seriously said, "You guys should be safe her for a while. I'm gonna kick Technus' big butt!"

Sam held her hand out as she reluctantly said, "Danny wait, are you sure that's a good idea? Technus has never been this tough before."

Danny narrowed his eyes as he confidently said, "I've fought and beaten big and powerful ghosts before and I'll beat this one too!"

He flew off with a ghostly tail and then floated in front of Technus as his tail turned back into his legs and he glared at him.

Danny's fists glowed green as he said, "Okay Goliath, let's see if you're any tougher than before!"

He then threw his hands out and fired two ghost rays at Technus, but they had little effect on him as he smiled evilly. He then made two missile launchers come out of his shoulders and aimed them both at Danny as he targeted him.

Danny stared nervously as he said, "I guess you are."

Technus then fired twelve missiles at Danny and Danny quickly turned around and flew away as fast as he could while the missiles flew after him.

Back at Fenton Works

Jazz was in Danielle's bedroom as she gently set her shrunken sister down on her pillow and made sure no one was watching.

Jazz kneeled down with her head in front of Danielle as she said, "Okay, you should be safe here. I'm gonna go to the bathroom, you stay here until I get back."

Danielle nodded as she said, "Okay Jazz."

Jazz turned around and walked into the bathroom of Danielle's room and locked the door behind her while Danielle stood on the pillow and stared at the door. Just then, Maddie walked by in the hallway and stopped when she looked inside Danielle's room, Danielle was too small for her to notice but she did see some of her dirty clothes on the floor.

She let out a weary sigh as she walked in and said, "Danielle…"

Danielle was still on the pillow when she looked at Maddie walking in and softly exclaimed, "Mom!"

Not wanting to be seen, Danielle glanced around and ran off the pillow and got on the bed and then hid under the crook of the pillow case.

She peeked out and watched as Maddie picked her dirty clothes up off the floor and said to herself, "Danielle needs to do a better job of keeping her room clean. She can't just leave her clothes lying around on the floor."

Danielle watched her with an annoyed expression while Maddie put the clothes in the hamper and then looked at Danielle's bed.

She noticed how messy it was and walked over to it while she said to herself, "And I wish she would make her bed."

She then picked up the pillow as she lifted it off of Danielle without noticing while Danielle looked up at her in terror. Maddie still did not notice her shrunken daughter as she started straightening the case on the pillow, so Danielle ran and hid under a crook of her blanket. Maddie put the pillow down and then started straightening the blanket, Danielle held onto the crook as she let out small cries of fear. She held on tight as she was pulled around under the blanket as Maddie adjusted it, not hearing Danielle as she hummed to herself.

She straightened the cover and stood up straight as she put her hands on her hips and said, "There."

She glanced at a picture on Danielle's nightstand of her with Jazz and Maddie, prompting Maddie to smile warmly as she started to sit down. Unbeknownst to her, Danielle climbed out from underneath the blanket and let out a sigh of relief until she noticed a large shadow over her. She looked up and cried in fear as she saw Maddie's butt over her, lowering down toward her as Maddie was preparing to sit down on top of her. Danielle immediately ran in fear as she tried to get out from underneath her giant mom's butt just as Maddie sat down on the bed comfortably. Danielle narrowly avoided being crushed as she fell down on the bedsheet right next to Maddie's right hip.

She stood up and looked up at her mother as Maddie smiled lovingly and said to herself, "She can be a handful, but the day Danielle joined our family is one of the happiest days of my life. I love you Danielle."

Danielle smiled lovingly as she placed her hand against Maddie's hip and softly said, "Thanks mom. I love you too."

Maddie did not hear her but was startled when she heard the toilet flush and noticed Jazz come out of the bathroom.

Jazz quickly became startled and concerned as she said, "Mom! What are you doing here?"

Maddie stood up, unaware that Danielle was holding onto her suit, and as Maddie stood up she accidentally pulled Danielle up with her. Danielle let out a small cry of fear as she held on for her life and looked down at the bed before looking at Jazz in front of Maddie.

Maddie faced Jazz as she answered, "I just decided to clean Danielle's room a little. What are you doing here?"

Jazz glanced at Danielle's bed and became worried as she didn't know where her shrunken sister was and needed to answer her mother.

Jazz smiled awkwardly as she held up her left palm and said, "I uh… also came to clean up a little. She had a little bit of trash on the floor so I threw it away."

Maddie smiled as she said, "Oh, that was nice of you Jazz. Danielle is lucky to have you."

Jazz smiled politely as she said, "Thanks mom."

She then walked over to the bed and started inspecting it as she searched for the tiny Danielle, not yet noticing her on her mother's hip as Danielle tried to get her attention.

Maddie watched Jazz with confusion as she asked, "What are you doing Jazz?"

Jazz smiled awkwardly at her mother as she said, "Oh just checking to see if there's any dust on her bed or pillow."

Maddie was somewhat confused as she said, "Okay…"

Jazz looked down and suddenly noticed Danielle clinging to the Maddie's right hip as she frantically waved her right arm in distress.

Jazz immediately became worried, prompting Maddie to ask, "Is something wrong Jazz?"

Before she could say anything they both heard Jack exclaim, "Suffering spooks!"

Maddie turned to look out of the room in curiosity as she turned away from Jazz but did not move much as she stayed in place. Seeing her distracted, Jazz quickly held her flat palm up next to Maddie's hip, underneath Danielle. Danielle let go of Maddie's suit and landed safely in Jazz's hand before Jazz stood up and hid her behind her back just as Jack came in the doorway.

He pointed his thumb behind him as he urgently said, "Danny's on TV! You gotta see this!"

He hurried off while Maddie followed him, she stopped and noticed Jazz wasn't coming and curiously said, "Coming Jazz?"

Jazz smiled politely as she said, "Just a minute."

Maddie left and when she was gone Jazz pulled her hand out and held Danielle in front of her face as she said, "That was close."

Danielle stressfully held her arms out as she said, "You're telling me! Mom almost sat on me! Jazz, I can't handle this! It's so easy to get squashed!"

Jazz tried to calm her down as she said, "Don't worry Danielle, Danny will get the Crammer back and we'll return you to normal size."

Danielle frantically held her arms over her head as she said, "Well what am I supposed to do until then?! We can't keep this up!"

Realizing Danielle was right, Jazz hummed as she glanced around in thought and then looked at her own orange hair.

She then looked back down at Danielle as she said, "I think I have an idea."

Meanwhile in Amity Park

Danny was flying through the air as he dodged the missiles Technus launched at him as each one exploded behind him. Technus then held up his hands and shot bolts of lighting from his fingertips and zapped Danny as he screamed in agony. He managed to stay in the air as he floated in the air and groaned before glaring at Technus, who laughed mockingly. Danny put his hands together and created a huge ball of ecto-energy. He hurled it at Technus' face and the blast managed to make him stumble backwards before he regained his footing. He then held up his right arm as a laser cannon came out of the back of his wrist and aimed at Danny before firing. Danny narrowly dodged it and then his eyes and hands glowed blue as he fired ice rays from his hands at Technus' body. He managed to freeze part of Technus armor in ice but Technus immediately broke it and then punched Danny and sent him flying through the air.

Danny then flew high in the air as he taunted, "Try and get me now Techless!"

Technus then flew up and grabbed Danny in his hand and squeezed him in his hand as he floated high over the city.

Technus smiled evilly as he held Danny and gloated, "You thought my new size meant that I couldn't fly didn't you? All my ghostly powers have been magnified exponentially! There is nothing I cannot do now!"

Danny grunted as he struggled in Technus' grip and aggravatedly said, "You still can't stop talking about yourself."

Technus then held Danny over his head and threw him down at the street as he cried in pain when crashing on the ground.

Tucker and Sam stood on the rooftop looking down at him as they yelled, "Danny!"

Danny groaned as he got back up on his feet while Technus landed far in front of him, making the ground shake as he put his feet down.

Danny clinched his fists as he stood in a fighting stance and fiercely said, "Okay big guy, listen to this!"

He took a deep breath and then let out his Ghostly Wail as the green soundwaves came from his mouth and expanded toward Technus. He let out a cry of pain as he was knocked over while Danny's Ghostly Wail also destroyed some things nearby.

He kept emitting his Ghostly Wail as Tucker and Sam watched and Tucker happily cheered, "Yeah man! Give him a wail of a fight!"

Danny stopped and took a deep breath as he struggled to stay on his feet but looked at the giant Technus lying on his back.

Technus however sat up and looked irritated as he got on his feet and said, "Wow! That actually hurt! Now it's my turn!"

He then activated an energy cannon in his chest and fired a green ray from it at Danny, badly hurting him as he screamed in agony. When he stopped firing Danny retreated and flew away with a ghostly tail while Technus laughed maniacally and held his hands out as they glowed green.

He smiled arrogantly as he bragged, "No one can stop me now! I Technus shall rue finally, and no one will ever dare stand in my way!"

Danny joined Tucker and Sam on the rooftop as Sam held him and said, "Danny, are you okay?"

Danny cringed a bit before showing an urgent expression as he said, "I think so but I'm out of ideas. Technus is just too powerful! Not even my Ghostly Wail could stop him!"

Tucker stared at Technus with fear as he said, "It definitely seems like bigger is better right now."

Meanwhile at Fenton Works

Dannys family were watching the fight and Technus' rampage on the news as Maddie urgently said, "Where's Danielle? She should be helping Danny!"

Jazz immediately made up an excuse as she frantically said, "Uh, they just called! She's protecting Tucker and Sam! She's okay!"

Maddie and Jack looked at her with confusion before looking back at the screen and paid attention to Technus' rampage.

Jazz then looked out of the corner of her eye as she whispered, "You okay in there?"

Danielle's head poked out of Jazz's hair right beside her ear as she smiled and said, "Yeah! This was a great idea! It's safe in here, there's room to move around, and it's actually kind of comfy in here. Your hair is great."

Jazz smiled as she whispered, "Thanks, and it is the perfect way to keep you hidden and know where you are."

Jack looked at Jazz and Maddie while Danielle hid back in Jazz's hair and Jack seriously said, "Danny needs our help to beat that ghost! Let's get some weapons and give our boy some backup!"

Maddie put her mask and goggles on as she fiercely said, "Good idea Jack! No one bullies around our boy!"

They both hurried down to the lab to get some weapons while Jazz watched, and when they were gone Danielle poked her head out of Jazz's hair again.

Jazz looked at her little sister in her hair and urgently said, "They're right! We need to help Danny."

Danielle showed a sad expression as she said, "You mean you do. I can't help anyone now. I'm too small, and I don't have my ghost powers."

Jazz spoke sincerely as she said, "Being small doesn't make you helpless or useless Danielle. And you don't need powers to help others, look at me, mom, and dad. Danny needs our help and we can't just stand by and do nothing."

Danielle smiled with appreciation as she said, "Thanks Jazz."

Jazz showed a warm smile before running after her parents while Danielle rid inside her hair and hung on tightly.

Back in town

Technus spread a wave of his ghostly energy across Amity Park while he ranted, "I Technus, Titan of technology, will rule this world and crush all obstacles under my enormous feet!"

Tucker looked at Danny and Sam with an annoyed expression as he said, "Well, that's one thing that hasn't grown at all, his ego."

Technus' ghostly energy spread across town, taking control of various pieces of technology with his power. The pieces of technology joined together to form robots that obeyed his commands as they started terrorizing the people of Amity Park. He laughed maniacally as he held his hands up while Danny, Tucker, and Sam watched from the rooftop in fear.

Sam watched and spoke urgently as she said, "He's spreading his power and taking control of the technology in the city, if we don't do something and shrink him he'll be able to control all of the technology in the world!"

Danny watched in distress as he said, "Sam, I don't think we can stop him. He's too big and too powerful!"

Sam looked at Danny as she stood up and said, "Danny, size doesn't matter! You've faced worse odds than this and you can beat Technus just like all those other times."

Danny looked at her as he asked, "How?!"

Sam looked at Technus and focused on the place where he put the Crammer, then she turned back to Danny and Tucker and said, "If we can distract Technus maybe you can get the Fenton Crammer from him and shrink him back to normal size."

Danny glanced at Technus as he said, "I already tried phasing through his armor and I couldn't. I need to open it somehow. And besides, how are we supposed to distract him?"

Suddenly the Fenton RV pulled up on the street below and Jack, Maddie, and Jazz exited it with ghost hunting weapons. Jazz had a bazooka, Maddie had a blaster rifle, and Jack had a handheld blaster as they aimed their weapons at Technus.

They prepared to fire as Jazz yelled, "Take this you big bully!"

They all fired green rays at Technus but they didn't even scratch his armor as he smiled evilly and fired a ray at them from a blaster in his left wrist. Danny quickly flew down with Tucker and Sam and created a shield of ecto energy that blocked the ray. Danny dropped the force-field and then they watched as Technus picked up the RV in his hand and threw it down at them. Danny quickly grabbed everyone and turned them intangible before phasing them down through the ground before the RV crashed.

They emerged out of the ground in an alley before Danny turned them solid and said, "Guys, you shouldn't be here! It's way too dangerous!"

Jack showed a serious expression as he said, "No way Danny! We'll show that ghost he can't push us around!"

Maddie agreed as she fiercely said, "That's right honey! He can look down on us but we'll teach him some respect!"

Jazz smiled confidently and Danny smiled with appreciation as he said, "Thanks."

Maddie immediately showed concern as she asked, "Where's Danielle?"

Danny, Sam, and Tucker looked at Jazz as she frantically motioned for him not to tell as she shook her head desperately.

Danny immediately thought up an explanation as he pointed his thumb behind him and then smiled as he said, "Technus hit her and knocked her out, so I hid her on a rooftop until she wakes up. Trust me, she'll be okay."

They smiled as they believed him and then saw people running from one of Technus' robots and Jack said, "Come on baby! Let's get that tin can!"

He and Maddie yelled in fury as they ran and started blasting at the robot while the kids stayed in the alley and watched them.

Danny looked at Jazz as he asked, "So where is Danielle really?"

Danielle's head poked out of Jazz's hair as she said, "Hi Danny."

He, Tucker, and Sam stared at her as Sam said, "Well, I guess she'll be safe in there, but we need to try and get the Crammer back."

Danny's eyes widened as he got an idea and said, "Maybe she can help us beat Technus and get the Crammer."

He took Danielle out of Jazz's hair and held her in his hand and looked at the others as he said, "I have a plan. You guys just keep Technus distracted."

Tucker nodded as he said, "You got it buddy!"

Danny then flew off with a ghostly tail and they gave Sam and Tucker two extra bazookas and joined their parents and told them about Danny's plan. Technus was laughing maniacally as he looked at the destruction he had caused when suddenly he was hit from behind by anti-ghost rays. He turned around with an annoyed expression as he looked down and saw the Fentons, Tucker, and Sam standing together as they fired their weapons at him.

Technus walked toward them and lifted his left foot over them as he arrogantly said, "Foolish humans! You are nothing but bugs to be crushed under my feet!"

He prepared to stomp on them but they all fired green rays at his foot at the same time, prompting Technus to cry in pain before losing his balance.

He stumbled backwards and Sam smiled smugly as she said, "Watch your step."

Technus became angry as he stared down at them, meanwhile an invisible Danny flew up near his head and gently placed Danielle down near his neck.

He floated near her, still invisible as he said, "You remember what we discussed?"

Danielle smiled at him as she said, "Yeah! I'm on it!"

She then managed to squeeze her tiny self through a chink in Technus' armor and Danny flew away before turning visible. Technus fired lasers from his eyes at Danny's friends and family but he flew in front of them and created a wall of ecto-energy that blocked it. He then rapidly fired beams of ecto-energy from his two fingertips but did not even scratch Technus' armor.

He smiled arrogantly as he looked down at them and gloated, "Puny little humans! It is time to finish this! Prepare to be destoryed!"

He charged the energy cannon in his armor's chest and prepared to fire it at them until it suddenly stopped and deactivated.

Technus was shocked and baffled as he said, "What?!"

Danielle was climbing through the circuitry of Technus' giant suit of armor as she pulled out wires and broke small pieces of machinery.

While she did this she happily exclaimed, "Ha! Take this Technus! And this! Still think I'm too small to stop you?!"

Technus suit started to malfunction as sparks of electricity surged between parts of his body and his weapons weren't working right.

Technus became worried as he said, "What's going on?! What's wrong with my armor?!"

Danny watched with a big smile on his face as he said, "It's working!"

The compartment in Technus' chest suddenly opened, prompting Danny to fly into it and grab the Fenton Crammer.

He stood inside it when Danielle climbed out of another chink in the machinery and waved at him as she said, "Danny! Over here!"

Danny smiled as he aimed the Fenton Crammer at Danielle and said, "Time to grow up Danielle."

He made sure it was set to "Uncram" before firing it and made her grow to normal size, then she immediately changed to her ghost form.

She happily took flight and said, "Yes! I'm back!"

She and Danny flew out of the compartment and floated in front of Technus when Danielle swiped her left leg through the air and sent a wave of ecto-energy at Technus' face.

She glared at him as she angrily said, "Hey! Remember me!"

Seeing her normal size and Danny holding the Fenton Crammer Technus was shocked as he cried, "What?! No!"

Danny held the Fenton Crammer out toward Danielle with a smile as he said, "You want to do the honors?"

Danielle happily took the Crammer and aimed it at Technus while she smiled and said, "Gladly! Hey Techless! Time to cut you down to size!"

She fired the shrink ray at a longer time period and shrank Technus down to the size of a fly while he cried in despair.

He looked around himself as he held his head in frustration and despairingly exclaimed, "My size! My power! Gone!"

Everyone gathered around the shrunken Technus as Danny smugly said, "Not so tough anymore, huh small fry?"

Sam quickly pulled out a Fenton Thermos and sucked Technus into it while he yelled, "Nooooo!"

Sam smiled as she looked at the others and said, "I told you size doesn't matter."

Jack smiled at Danielle as he said, "Nice work Danielle, but I wish you helped out earlier."

Danielle smiled politely as she said, "Sorry, I had a small problem but it's fixed now."

Jazz smiled as stood next to Danielle and said, "You can say that again."

Maddie smiled as she walked to Danielle and proudly said, "Good work Danielle. That's my little girl."

Danielle smiled as she flew over to Maddie and hugged her as she happily said, "Thanks mom. I love you!"

Maddie was confused at first but smiled as she hugged Danielle back while the others watched with warm smiles on their faces.

Later at Fenton Works

Danny, Danielle, Tucker, and Sam were in the basement lab as they put the Fenton Crammer away along with the Fenton Thermos.

Danny and Danielle were in their human forms as Danny sternly said, "Danielle, I hope you learned your lesson."

Danielle nodded and then smiled at Sam while she solemnly said, "Yeah, I'll stop playing with the ghost hunting weapons. You were right Sam, it's not the size of the ghost that matters. Sometimes being smaller is better."

Sam smiled proudly as she said, "Yep, big things start out small but grow to be big and strong, just like me."

Danny and Tucker chuckled as Danny put his arm around Sam and said, "Yeah, as long as your head isn't too big."

They all smiled and laughed together at Danny's joke as they thought about how they just beat Technus so nicely.

Author's note: Not my best Danny Phantom story but still pretty good. I thought it would be nice to have the Fenton Crammer appear again. It was similar to "Micro-Management" but still very different. The subplot involving Jazz helping the tiny Danielle was my idea of Jazz helping Danielle after she got herself in trouble. Danielle managed to get away with it without being punished, but she learned her lesson just the same. I figured Technus using the Crammer to grow bigger and more powerful would be the perfect main plot. The final battle was kind of like David and Goliath. I feel like I might've used too many size puns but it works, plus the moral is supposed to be bigger is not always better. Please review.
