Meanwhile, just outside the quarters, Red Tide and Hide stood guard. Red Tide wanted to ask about the Prime but thought better of it. "Optimus has some residual from when he was in the med bay and the only one who can help is Mirage" Hide quietly and quickly explained. Red Tide nodded, not wanting to ask further as he knew it was none of his business. They remained on high alert.
And still elsewhere, Bee was slow to rouse and Jumper was concerned about his mate. Jumper commed Ratchet to come but Ratchet was unable to, so Ratchet sent First aid who quickly went to the minibot quarters of Bee and Jumper. Jumper opened the door and let Aid in. Jumper guided Aid to Bee. Bee was still in bed. Aid did a scan and found the issue – Bee was carrying. "He is sparked" Aid stated.
"Sparked? How many?" Jumper asked, curious and a tad bit anxious.
"I'm not sure numbers as the sparking is too new though I do sense more than one spark" Aid replied honestly. Jumper just nodded in shock. "I would advise you take him to Ratchet once Ratchet is available, as he could probably tell you more." Jumper nodded, still in shock, thanked Aid and then Jumper went to his mate once Aid left. Jumper wasn't sure is Bee would be happy with this news, but jumper hoped so, because Jumper wanted these precious little ones.
Meanwhile, now feeling back to himself, Optimus headed back to his office with Hide in tow. Optimus didn't like that his body did this needy stuff, but if his mate was right and this was from Primus, Optimus could do little but put up with this. Hide sensed that Optimus wasn't quite all there but not in the way it had previously been. "Optimus, there is still much to do to restore Cybertron" Hide stated to redirect Optimus' thinking.
Optimus nodded. "You are right, Ironhide. There is much to do and I need to be a good leader as those under me are looking up to me" Optimus stated, his thoughts redirected to the task ahead, Ironhide nodded and soon both were back in Optimus' office. Optimus got to work, hoping to figure out much needed next steps to restore Cybertron. Optimus was glad to be back and worked hard with Hide making sure Optimus didn't overdo it. Things seemed to be back on the right track.
