It turns those who are good who touch it into its evil slaves. Those who are already the purest of evil will be able to control this gear and harness its dark power. There is also a gear of light made by a creature named Necrozma. The light gear is the only thing that can counter the gear of darkness. Unfortunately, due to using all it's light, necrozma has become corrupted and evil. Currently there are 2 pokemon who are after the gear of light. And there is 2 pokemon after the gear of darkness. Now it's time for arceus to send a human into the world to unite with the other former humans so they can stop evil once again. The other humans are Hilbert the serperior, Erin the Servine, Jade the Vulpix and Brendan the Skitty. They're partners are Xander the Haxorus, Blayr the Braixen, Stella the Skitty and Mandy the Machop
