December 20 2034, The final battle of the "Magical girl war."
The incubator home world has been completely devastated by the Pandora's tower. It is left as nothing more than a ruined wasteland with pitch black thunderclouds covering the heavens leaving the sky in perpetual nighttime. The soil is barren, cracked, and lifeless. And ruins dot the landscape which are collapsing into gigantic sand piles. Madoka Kaname meanwhile sees this and is horrified. Clutching the dead body of a young girl wearing black funeral clothing and long black hair. Barely able to process the carnage heft upon her eyes.
"Excellent! Homura also perished in the explosion. Now all that's left is you!" A masked figure in black clothing and a long scarf approaches the goddess of magical girls holding a familiar looking sword in his left arm.
"You..." Madoka exhaustively replied not even bothering to look at the masked man.
"Are you still mourning that failure? Face it! Homura Akemi is no longer needed! I am the superior successor! The one who will bring utopia to the universe! The age of Puella Magi is over!"
"Bastard!" Madoka screams as she clutches Homura and punches the masked man in his masked face. Only to be blasted by green flames that incinerate Homura's body reducing it to ashes. And later got her head stomped in by another combatant. A plant girl alien with a green combat bodysuit and scarf and a green bracelet on her right arm and wielding twin swords.
The plant girl looked down at Madoka and stated. "Good job Kagemusha! Now finish her!"
"Okay onee-sama!" Commented Kagemusha as he readied his sword and stepped forward then. "Hey onee-sama? How about a beat so I can beat the ever loving shit of this goddess?"
The alien looked on sadistically and stated. "Sure." As he planted her swords on the ground and prepared her MP3. "How about this ditty?" And started playing Mazinkaiser SKL's opening The Eternal Soldiers.
"Oh fuck the hell yes..." Kagemusha muttered as the grabbed Madoka by the right leg. Kicked the back if her head in. And began singing along to the lyrics as he brutalized the goddess in a no holds barred beat down that continued for the entire song. A full four minutes and twelve seconds. Finished by Kagemusha slamming Madoka's broken and bloodied body into the ground. Kagemusha using his sword like an electric guitar for the final part of the song. And when the song ended, piercing the soul gem in her chest with his blade which also slit her aorta and snapping her spinal cord causing her to not just die instantly but her body to bleed out. All to the raucous applause of his onee-sama.
"Excellent job Traitor killer Kagemusha!" The sister congratulated. As the battle concluded. "Now with this the age of magical girls is truly over."
Kagemusha kneels and states. "Yes onee-sama. And now..."
With both of them chuckling and with glowing green eyes when they state. "Execute order 66."
Chapter 2: All the worlds evils
Second history 8932. It's been thousands of years since the discovery of magic as an energy source and the resulting magical girl war forced humanity to abandon earth and go into space. Earth has become little more than a historical footnote. And humanity has founded numerous colony worlds based of nations of old. In order to manage this new energy source that made the impossible possible. Alongside other alien races the Internal Fleet Systems or IFS was formed a military alliance designed to manage and protect its members from attacks from hostile powers and the abuse of magic.
s.h. 8927, Spagonia general hospital
The blue hedgehog woke up staring up at a white hospital roof and found himself in a bed strapped to medical equipment and scanners. "Where am I?" He thought to himself. "Wait, who am I?"
"So you're up kid?" The younger Porker Lewis stated to the newly conscious hedgehog. "Hey Johnny wake up! The patient is back among the living!"
"Do you have to be so Aurora-damned morbid Pigsy?!" Johnny quipped while half asleep only to suddenly jolt awake a few moments later when his comrades words sunk in. "Waaah! He's awake!"
The three anim look at each other for a minute in dead silence when the hedgehog finally breaks it by saying. "Are you my mama's?" Much to Porker and Johnny's horror and freak out.
The freak out ends when an elderly pale blue hedgehog with a bushy white mustache and eyebrows entered the room with a cheerful laugh. "Heh heh heh heh. Well Sonny boy it seems you're doing well."
"Professor Chuck!" Johnny whines as the elderly hedgehog closes in and takes a look at the young boy with amnesia.
Looking at the boy Uncle Chuck simply states. "It seems a terrible fate has been set upon you sonny boy. But you should never look back. Don't just sit there and waste your precious time. When you want to do something, do it right away. Do it when you can. It's the only way to live life without regrets."
The young hedgehog suddenly looked focused on Uncle Chuck who simply smiles back at the little boy as his brown eyes change into green eyes.
Jun 17 s.h 8932, Outside the very forbidden tower
It's nighttime in Meta Junglaria as rain pours in the mechanical jungle. Sonic wakes up in a small impromptu campsite inside a small tent. Discovering that his wounds have been completely healed somehow even though he was shot multiple times not too long ago. Sonic is understandably confused about the situation when a digitized voice called out to him.
"So you're finally awake." Said the voice. Sonic immediately got into combat mode and ran out of the tent thinking that he was captured by Eggman's forces. Spin dashing towards a mysterious black suited figure in a campfire who merely stops his spin attack with his robotic left arm cold. Revealing to wear a bird like mask and massive flowing green scarf before yelling. "Fool! Do you really believe I would have saved you if I was the enemy?!" And slamming him into the ground leaving the hedgehog flat on the ground.
"Who are you?" Sonic asks as he gets up from the dirt.
"Who am I? I'm the infamous traitor killer. The man who killed Madoka Kaname. The scientist who stole the flame of the gods and lived to tell about it! The legend! THE HYPE! Professor Kagemusa!" The masked man boasted starting from a subdued calm voice going to a complete large ham at the end complete with evil laughter.

Sonic immediately attacks Kagemusha only to get back slapped into the ground again. With Kagemusha yelling at the hedgehog again. "You fool! What is your issue?!"
Sonic reacts with an obvious. "Issue?! You're obviously evil!"
"You talk about that about the one who saved your life." Kagemusha replies which causes Sonic to pause. Then Kagemusha offers the hedgehog a cup of udon noodles to eat.
"Honestly I prefer chili dogs." Sonic remarks. As he takes the food.
"Sadly I can't cook." Kagemusha comments. "So instant noodles and sardines is all you get." As the masked man slurps down his own set of udon. Even though he shouldn't be capable considering he wears a fully sealed helmet. Sonic looks on in wonder and amazement on how such a thing is even possible. He can somehow even chew thru the helmet.
"What about Porker?" Sonic asked to which Kagemusha didn't even look at the hedgehog's face. Merely continuing to eat his noodles. "What happened to Porker?!" Sonic asked again.
Kagamusha stopped eating and said. "Forget about the boy. Once he's been Raisered,s turned into a Skullraiser there's no going back."
"Raisered?" Sonic asks dropping his food and angrily grabbing Kagemusha. Whom merely remains indifferent.
"It's like the robotization process. Charles understood but Ivo was too stubborn, that's why he was banned from the scientific community to begin with. And began this whole Eggman Empire nonsense."
Sonic shocked at the revelations asked. "You know Uncle Chuck and Eggman?"
To which Kagemusha muses. "I see... That explains why you did this. Charles never told you about the roboticizer"
"He told me that he created it to help people live longer lives. But that it robbed them of their free wills." Sonic answered.
"Being Raisered is a similar process. That's why I opposed Ivo's use of the robotizer. And later warned King Nigel of his coup. Unfortunately Ivo escaped before we could stop his plans completely. And I was forced to go on the run because of Hime."
Sonic worriedly asked. "Is Eggman working with that Hime chick?"
To which Kagemusha answered. "No, that's why i've been hiding all these years. So Hime and Eggman don't join forces." As Sonic gets up and prepares to go chase Hime Kagemusha warns the blue blur. "Hime is located in the northern outskirts of Meta Junglaria. They can't use lamp post since they would be tracked down. So they will be escaping in a ship. If you hurry you can still save the girl."
"The girl?" Sonic asked.
Kagemusha nodded and explained. "The girl in the coffin. That's what Hime wanted. That's what they turned Porker into a monster for. Now go!"
Sonic smiled and ran off at top speed a gust of wind being the only clue he was ever there. All the while Kagemusha sat in the campfire looking contemplatively at the flames.
"Madoka. I will not let your evil schemes go unpunished. I will avenge onee-sama!"
As Sonic ran thru the zone he sped thru its many obstacles. Bouncing off the bumpers and springs. Swinging off vines. And crossing dozens of miles in mere moments thru sheer determination. Going so fast that he speeds thru muck and grime running over dangerous terrain and eventually climbing up a large cliff side where he found the enemy ship. A distinctive giant pyramid at the core surrounded by buildings and turrets all over it. With no real distinctive front, back, or sides. And a certain logo plastered on the pyramid a giant purple diamond shaped eye with claw marks on the sides and bottom. And glowing eerie purple energy as if to counteract the green energy that glowed in the tower. Also the purple energy seemed to be killing the plant life. With the grass and trees beneath and around the pyramid dying and rotting away at being exposed to the purple glow.
Inside the pyramid
The pyramid itself is dark murky and creepy. A disturbing place that is more like the inside of a living being than a spacecraft. The passages look like intestines and blood veins and the rooms like organs. Inside the throne room lies Hime looking at her prize. The sarcophagus that had once been resting inside the very forbidden tower. As Hime looks upon the sarcophagus like a creepy stalker stroking it with her skeletal left hand she goes into a laughing fit while her minions silently watch.
The video screens on the throne room suddenly light up revealing the visage of another magical girl whose black hood hides all descriptive features aside from a frown and pale skin. She seems to stare at Hime causing her to immediately stop laughing at her underlings to come to attention.
"K-k-kuro-sama!" Hime quickly stuttered in respect and visible fear.

"Hime..." Kuro speaks out in an emotionless tone. "I see you obtained the girl."
"Wehihihihi! Indeed I have Kuro-sama." Hime responds in a perky manner proud of her deeds.
"Fool!" Kuro states raising her voice but still keeping it devoid of feelings. "If you've obtained the girl? Then why haven't you left Mobius yet?!"
Hime practically begins groveling at her superiors feet claiming. "Don't worry nya! I made sure to remove all witnesses. Shot em full of holes!"
"I see, very well. I hope you don't screw this up for once." Kuro commented before cutting off communications.
And after a moment of tense silence. Hime begins to bounce of the room and walls like a hyperactive child. "THAT BITCH! BITCH! BITCH! BITCH! BITCH! BITCH! BEEEYAAATCCCCHHHHHHH!" And then goes to kick one of the consoles before screaming in pain and bouncing around even more clutching her swollen right foot. "Ow! My toe beans!" After calming down Hime begins rambling to her Skullraiser minions. "Seriously what is wrong with Kuro? I mean it's not like mice come back from the dead."
A series of explosions rock the pyramid causing Hime and her goons to fall over themselves Hime screams. "What is happening?!" When all the video screens show pictures of a blue blur destroying everything.

Sonic speeds and smashes thru countless Raisers finishing off by using a spinning axe kick on the neck of a particularly muscle bound one with no shirt, a rotting skin tone, and many scars. Who grabs Sonic by his leg and slams him down into the floor smashing him down several floors and into the engine before dropping down itself and boasting in a thick Latino accent.
"Let's see what's breaks first rodent. Your body, or your spirit." Before cracking his knuckles and throwing a right hook into the floor further destroying the ship and causing Sonic to soar into the sky.
Sonic then recovers flipping into the air as the giant Raiser tackles him. But Sonic counters the attack by using their momentum against him. Smashing him into the ships roof and then spinning into his stomach with the added momentum causing the roof to burst out and Sonic to drill straight thru the Raiser leaving him dead on the floor as he lands on the higher floor contemplating how Kagemusha stated before that there is no turning back for a Raiser.
"Is this really it for you Porker? Am I going to have to kill you? Just like I let Johnny die?" Sonic asked himself as he watched the corpse of the Raiser decay into ash and purple energy. Getting upset at himself for agreeing to go in this quest.
At that time Hime is freaking out over how Sonic could have survived being shot by her forces to the point that she is completely distracted when she is shot in the back by Kagemusha who used the chaos to sneak into the ship and silently take down her guards. With the shot having been revealed to have been a blaster shot that pierced her heart and brought her to her knees.
Kagemusha continues by blasting the throne room's controls effectively disabling the ship and making it unable to escape. "Now there's no escape Hime, no, Madoka Kaname!"
Hime asks. "Aren't you going to kill me again you bastard?"
Kagemusha simply lowers his gun and turns away stating. "I'll let Sonic deal with you. You deserve to rot in jail and be forgotten. Just like I do." And disappears into the shadows.
Meanwhile Sonic runs and jumps his way to the top of the pyramid until reaching the throne room. Fighting off its floor guardian a giant purple floating jellyfish thing that can teleport across the room it was stationed in. A large Colosseum like arena full of random traps such as flamethrowers, spikes and bombs. It was a fierce fight but after figuring out the pattern Sonic managed to predict its movements and defeat the jellyfish monster. Although he got a good sliming for his troubles. After shaking it off he entered the throne room were he saw the disaster left by Kagemusha and a furious Hime ready to take her anger out on Sonic.
"Whoa what happened?" Sonic asked before barely getting struck by several purple lightning bolts that cut thru the air like knives.
Hime then stood up as she literally burnt the wound in her chest shut. Her face distorted into a nightmarish scowl from the sheer agony of it all. "SCUM! SCUM! SCUM! SCUM! SCUUUUUMMMMM!" As her skeletal left hand grew in size and monstrosity becoming a black flaming three pronged claw so big that it's claws touched and scraped the ground.
Hime then in a burst of speed went for Sonic's head trying to gouge out his eyes but Sonic manages to dodge all of her claw attacks before her left arm dislodges and extends into a whip like tentacle that grabs Sonic and slams him into the sarcophagus before retracting.
"Okay seriously what is with you weirdoes and slamming?" Sonic remarks before getting up using the sarcophagus as support. When said coffin begins to move and glow again. "What now?"
Hime jumps at Sonic only for the coffin's lid to burst out and slam into the catgirl with an explosion of green energy that blasts thru the roof, into the sky, and could be seen from orbit. As the body of a girl rises up from the grave. The catgirl manages to break thru the lid and while the girl gets up and out of the coffin fights Sonic in a high speed brawl around the perimeter.
The girl gets out of the coffin revealing a young naked pink haired girl similar to Hime in physique. Only completely human this time and with a scar in her chest that seemed to be from a stab wound. She also had a red bracelet like device on her right arm that had green glowing lines and a small screen. Of course Sonic and Hime were too preoccupied with their fight to notice at all. Speeding and striking each other in speeds so great that they appear as mere blurs to the human eye all over the throne room conveniently missing the girl.
The girl began asking the speeding blurs what was going on. "Hello? Er, Where is this place? Why am I naked? What is this bracelet thing?" When the girl touched the bracelet it let loose a surge of green energy that empowered Sonic breaking the deadlock and causing Hime to crash into the floor.
"What was that?!" Both Sonic and Hime could only ask as they realized that the balance of power suddenly shifted. With Hime realizing first the situation and not taking it well.
"NOOOOOOOOOO!" Hime roars as she explodes in a purple jagged aura and lunges at the girl only to be bodied by Sonic at the last second.
"Okay who are you?" Sonic asked at he looked at the girl. Who simply smiled back and said.
"Oh i'm Madoka, Madoka Kaname. Nice to meet you."
"I see, well I'm Sonic, Sonic the hedgehog. I don't really know what's going on. But we'll figure it out after we get this crazy catgirl out of here. Also why are you naked?"
Madoka looked at herself for a few moments then at Sonic and bluntly stated. "So I am." Before summoning a simple white sleeveless dress and sandals to cover herself up.
Hime manages to get herself up complaining all the way. "You freaking ass! Just die already!"
Madoka tries to interject asking why are two of them fighting only to get rebuked by Hime and for Sonic to explain that Porker was turned into a monster by Hime. The fight continued on as the high speed battle resumed all the while Madoka tried to no avail to stop the fight with words. Before losing her temper and letting off a massive explosion that consumes the entire pyramid ship leaving a massive crater in the jungle and takes out both Sonic and Hime ending the fight and blowing them away to opposite sides of the massive mile wide crater. Injured but still alive.
"Sheesh! What's with me getting the crazy powerful chicks?" Sonic muttered as he lied flat on the ground. "Oh well, at least this day can't get any worse."
And as if on cue a cobalt streak flew from the skies and landed next to the crippled Hime prompting an oh crap from Sonic. It was a robot similar in appearance to Sonic but with a more streamlined puppet like appearance, black and red eyes, and a jet engine for a chest. Who picked up Hime much to her protests.

"Nyaaaa! What are you doing you dumb puppet! Let me go!"
Metal Sonic's crimson eye's glow menacingly immediately shutting up the naughty kitty as he spoke in a mechanically distorted imitation of Sonic's voice. "You have an appointment with Dr. Eggman." And flies off to take her there.
Sonic could only mutter. "Crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap, crap." As the hedgehog tried to give chase after Metal only to trip on himself and yell "Piss!" Before collapsing from his accumulated injuries while Madoka rushes to help him by using healing magic.
"I'm sorry!" Madoka mutters as she tries to keep his newfound companion alive unaware that they were being watched by a mysterious masked man.
"So, Pandora's box has been opened." Kagemusha mutters as he looks while hiding from the edge of the crater. He picks up a phone and begins to make a call. "Yes is this the resistance hot line? I want to report an incident."

And that's the end of chapter 2. Originally there wasn't going to be a dedicated soundtrack for the story. But hearing Awakening's guitar solo changed my mind on it. As I felt it was fitting to have it on a scene featuring Sonic going buck wild and on a rampage.
Also next time Tails make his debut as the next arc starts and Eggman takes a crack at being the main antagonist for a while.
