February 12 2024, Operation Unmasked world
Early in the morning, before the sun rose over the horizon. Team Kagami had at long last reached its destination, the notorious den of sin itself, Mikitihara. After crossing an expansive void of chaos and nothingness for what seemed like forever the members of the IAA invasion force had finally set foot on the enemy stronghold.
Souta looks around the train station noticing how it looks. "I heard that Earth is primitive, but still... Pay phones, Harry Potter posters, Barack Obama T-shirts. It's like we went back a decade into the past."
"It's because we are a decade into the past." Kagemusha comments adjusting his helmet by the bridge and surprising his teammates. "I can sense it. This town is perpetually stuck in the past. Even more than the rest of the planet. The Calamity is here!"
Kagami pats Kagemusha in the back in order to calm the masked soldier down. "Relax, I know you want to fight her. But its not time yet. First we need to make contact with that Madoka person."
As the group looks around the city they realize how normal everything seems and how nobody seems to notice the group of strangers walking around them.
"So all these people are basically spellbound into thinking that its always 2011?" Touka remarks as she looks as she looks at the people of Mikitihara living ordinary lives and staring over a dead body that is being ignored by all the people around it. Having long decayed into a skeleton and tattered rags. The young girl begins to mess around the dead body with curiosity.
Tetsuya tries to pull away Touka from the corpse telling her that poking around the corpse is dangerous like a concerned mother. "Anyways... Where do we go from here?"
Kagami explains. "We head to the Mikumi manor." The plant girl looks at a map that the group picked up back in Kamihana and noticed that it has distorted into garbles and scribbles much to her surprise and that of her team.
"The calamity?" Tetsuya asks.
"Seems like it." Touka remarks as she takes the map and looks at it. "So now what? Look around randomly? I'm not exactly a local from here you know."
As the team looks to Kagemusha he simply replies. "Don't look at me either. I can only sense the calamity. I don't remember being to Mikitihara before."
"And what do you sense, Kagemusha?" Kagami asks.
"The calamity is at the center of the city." With Kagemusha pointing to the north.
"Then we look at the borders." Kagami replied. "If she really hated this Oriko girl so bad. She must have exiled her to the edge of town."
And so the group of invaders went off to the borders of the city. Until they reached a series of wealthy neighborhoods and large spacious houses. With large living quarters and backyards it was more like something you would see in Europe or suburban Americana than in the cramped suburbs of Japan. Something that the aliens notice right away.
"For a prison of souls this is rather pretty." Souta remarks as he takes pictures on his phone.
As the group wanders around they notice a young girl staring at them from behind the bushes, the walls, and signposts. This girl has stringy black hair and a familiar cream colored uniform with a red bow. And was following them all through their stay in the neighborhood like some sort of stalker while holding a teddy bear. After a few minutes of wandering around with the girl following them. Kagami finally breaks the silence and asks the question.
"Who are you? Strange ghost girl?"
The seemingly shy girl suddenly explodes in a manic surge of energy. Introducing herself as Kirika Kure and after a 20 minute long spiel about the nature of love, gratitude, and corn flakes. The crazy person finally gets to the point and explains that she is also trying to talk to Oriko. When Kagami asks why Oriko then goes into another just as long ramble on how Oriko saved her life, is her everything, and wants to be with her forever. Which can be condensed to a simple. Oriko helped her out one time and ever since Kirika has been obsessively in love with her. Something that annoys Kagemusha to his vocal displeasure to the point of pulling his gun out.
"Oh great another Great calamity! Let's put her out of our misery." As Kagemusha fires to kill Kirika somehow dodges all the shots much to everyone's surprise even Kirika herself.
"What just happened here?" Kirika commented as she stood on a hydrant in a cat like pose.
"You should be dead now." Kagemusha remarked in downright stunned silence.
Kagami swiftly lowers his compatriots blaster and comments. "Stand down brother. She could be useful."
"Famous last words said every mad scientist in every horror movie ever."
"I gotta agree with Kagemusha." Tetsuya remarked which is odd since the miko is usually supportive of Kagami no matter what. "This girl does not seem very stable mentally speaking."
"True." Kagami replied. "But she knows Oriko. And she might be a magical girl considering those moves... Or some kind of ninja... Either way she could help out."
"Fine! But if she causes trouble i'll gun her down." Kagemusha comments.
"You do know i'm still here?" Kirika replies as she has pretty much heard everything.
With Kagemusha bitterly replying "Don't care. Where does this Oriko Mikumi girl live anyways?"
Kirika quickly switches gears upon hearing those words replying. "Oh that's easy! Follow me!" And she leads the group like a loyal dog to the Mikumi estate.
And as the group reaches a run down seemingly haunted and abandoned manor which Kirika remarks that is Oriko's place.
"Seriously?" Touka asks unbelieving that a seeming ruin in between fancy well kept houses is where their target is located.
"Well let's get it over with Kirika." Kagemusha remarks as the duo simply heads towards said ruin and simply walk towards the main gate and front door. "Okay on three, break it down! One, two, three!"
Kirika begins break dancing in a surprisingly competent manner much to Kagemusha's dismay and annoyance. "Fucking Matrix..." Leading the masked man to force open the door himself and jump in with gun drawn. Only to find an abandoned run down mess of a house leading him to comment. "Small dick energy much Homura?" Looking around to see bags of poo long gone stale around the broken windows. And the entire house dirty and downtrodden in general. He is met by Kirika who is seemingly indifferent to the whole situation.
"So this is Oriko's house?"
"Aren't you the least bit concerned?" Kagemusha replied. "This place does not look livable. AT ALL." To which Kirika just stared blankly in response. Kagemusha just gave up and said. "Forget it. Let's just look for signs of life."
The duo wandered across the abandoned house looking around the ruined passageways until they find a rose garden in rather decent condition compared to the rest of the wrecked house which they begin exploring. Where they eventually find a girl in white having tea all alone.
"Is that?"
"Yep that's Oriko Mikumi!"
Chapter 15: The Black Getter
The mahou driver system. Originally an attempt to replace body parts with virtual replicas composed of digital material. This digital material was meant to prevent rejection and serve as a way to rapidly standardize medical equipment. But its ability to enhance body and mind soon found a new purpose on the battlefield. It is now the year Second history 8932, The so called singularity has long become a thing of legend and myth. And a new civilization has risen from the ashes of the old.

The depths of the moon shrine are for all intents sealed to all. A large construct that within it held a dimensional void imprisoning the remnants of a forgotten demon erased from history. Its bleached remnants jotting the floor, walls, and ceiling of the temple as components of destroyed disparate giant mecha from another time and world. In the deepest chamber led to by following a path of large imposing torii thru a seemingly endless corridor of white. Is a large room empty except of two thrones side by side. One with markings of the sun and one with markings of the moon upon them. These are the thrones of the Kannazuki miko. The ones who rule over the Pandora's network that is on every world controlled by the IFS. And shadow dictators and overseers of the government unbeknownst to everyone else. Placed by the reibai to serve as the hidden gods of the new world.
And in this room a third person has now entered. A young child looking at the Miko's of the sun and moon. Whom are respectively looking at the newcomer with concern and annoyance each.
The little girl clad in a pink dress and hat with white gloves, boots, and a belt. With a beret holding back most of her hair except two bangs on the sides. Smiling and humming to herself while twirling a girly looking lightsaber like a baton.

"You know it wasn't easy breaking into this place onee-chans." The girl, Nanairo remarked as she kept twirling her lightsaber. Giving off a big goofy grin.
"What do you want?" Kaon the lunar priestess asked. Readying her sword for battle all the while Himiko held held her back trying to defuse the situation as best she could. But also worried about what the stranger could do to Kaon. As she could sense a powerful ill will coming from the young Nanairo. Something unnatural and not from this world. Which is proven right when Nanairo suddenly activates her lightsaber. A blood red with a cross guard. And attacks Kaon who counters with her weapon, leading to a standstill blade lock.
"Impossible!" Himiko reacted "How can you attack Kaon-chan?"
"I can do a lot of things." Nanairo remarks as she backs off. "But I mostly came to ask something involving the Arc system. After all we don't want little Himeko to be hurt. Right Chikane-chan?"
Hearing that made Kaon's blood run cold as she is immediately forced to relent to Nanairo's demands. "What do you want to know?"
"It's not what I want to know." Nanairo replied. "It's what onii-chan wants. And that is how to achieve it. For some reason that Madoka girl can do it. Yet we can't. You wouldn't happen to know why, right?" The little girl asked. Her jovial smile turned into a sadistic snicker all the while playing around with her still active blade.
Kaon merely laughed at it all replying. "Is that all? I think it should be obvious. The answer... is friendship!"
Caught off guard by Kaon's response. Nanairo fumbles her sword toss and has the blunt end conk her head and the pointy beam end land in front of her legitimately scaring the crap out of the whatever she is in little girl's clothing for a few moments.
Kaon continues her explanation in the most dramatic way possible. "You see everyone in the mainland is a bunch off assholes! Except Himiko! So of course you wont be able to use the Arc system since it literally runs on the power of friendship!"
"You're kidding..." Nanaori commented. "You're lying to me and you know it."
"Would you like to call tech support?"
(sigh...) "Fine..."
A hologram of Monika appears on the room in the middle of taking a bubble bath. While raising a leg and playing around with a rubber ducky. After a few moments of silence while Monika is still bathing until she realizes she is being watched. Causing everyone except Kaon to scream in shock and horror.
A few minutes later a properly dressed Monika adresses Nanairo about her questions.
"So you want to know how to access the Arc system. Did Kaon tell you that it works because of the power of friendship?"
"Yes she already did." Nanairo replied having picked up and put back her sword.
"Did Kaon tell you that it doesn't work on mainlanders because you are assholes?"
Kaon-chan already said that. Himiko replied.
"Then my job is done. Good bye." And with that Monika's hologram fizzles out of existence with Nanairo at this point reaching her breaking point.
"Get back here you small titties bitch!" Nanairo screamed to the sky as she completely loses her composure after being essentially told in no uncertain terms to fuck off. When the little girl is intercepted by a Giga Galats falling from the sky that quickly that pummels Nanairo off screen after taking her by surprise before kicking her out of the shrine by force.
"What happened?" Nanairo complained as she got up before getting a communication. "Yes onii-chan?!" The young girl responded with a mix of fear and nervousness.
The onii-chan is revealed to be Carlos Cottora having seen the whole affair from his spaceship. Another bird of prey type having cloaked from a nearby distance. "So, the key to the Arc system is friendship huh?"
"It's ridiculous wouldn't you agree onii-chan?" Nanairo remarked. "I'll go back inside and drag out the truth from those brats!"
"That won't be necessary." Carlos remarked. "We already have all the information we need. Come now Nana. We head to Mobius." Carlos cuts offs communications as The oni is forced to walk back in defeat. Seemingly forgetting about her powers while mumbling curses towards Kaon and Himiko.
Jul 4 s.h. 8932, GUN Fortress
Oriko Mikumi has spent the last few days trying to no avail to find an excuse to get Juggernaut out of the forbidden zone. With Commander Tower missing and Team Dark constantly keeping her busy. The supposed spy has settled into her routine in the fortress as she waits for something to crack. Now lying in her bed. She reminisces about the time spent with Team Dark. How Rouge's attempts to get her to come out of her shell reminded her of Kirika. How Shadow's blunt aloofness reminded her of her old nemesis Homura. And how Omega's constant pestering for rematches was unlike anything she had ever dealt with before. And actually smiled.
"You're not growing fond of the enemy are you? Lady Oriko?" A gruff voice spoke to her breaking her concentration and leaving her for once in her life truly caught off guard.
"Jesus!" After regaining her bearings and noticing an odd cardboard box. She remembers and regains her composure. "Oh, its you Dire."
"A word of advice milady. They say love can bloom on the battlefield. But it never works out." Dire remarks.
"As spoken from a remnant of the Calamity."Oriko complains as she huddles into a fetal position.
Dire ignores the attempt at an insult and continues with her report. "Well anyways milady. We are ready to move on with the plan."
"The plan?"
"Yes, the plan to free Juggernaut." Dire responds as a series of explosions rock the base and emergency sirens blare. "Starting now."
"You could have warned me you fool!" Oriko yells at the cardboard box.
To which Dire responds with. "A soldier must always be prepared for battle. Now I must go." And with that Dire leaves while GUN soldiers appear to inform Oriko of the current situation as apparently an explosion in the starpost terminal caused an army of hostile monsters to spawn uncontrollably from it. According to the soldiers description they were Skullraisers and it was clear to Oriko that this was what Dire was doing all this time. Facts she kept to herself as she was escorted to safety by the soldier.

Team Dark meanwhile was facing off the hordes of Skullraisers that were appearing from the starpost. With Shadow and Omega using their speed and strength to clear the way for Rouge to dismantle the portal with her sabotage skills alongside a group of disposable armed grunts as backup. Shadow kicks and punches away the skeleton men while Omega simply blows them up relentlessly. While Rouge in the air dodges their sickles and counters by throwing bombs at them.
"They're not very bright." Rouge remarks as she dive bombs at a group of Raisers.
To which Shadow who finishes the group with a barrage of Chaos spears replies. "They don't need to be smart when they have endless numbers."
Omega who is keeping busy by demolishing hordes of mooks. Takes time to go into a badass boast. "Foolish skeleton wussy men! I am Omega! Most powerful of the E-100 robots! I will crush you and your wannabe Cinco de Mayo pride parade antics! I shall feast on your miserable EXP point gain and become even mightier!" Until being finally shut up by a lucky punch by a random mook that sends them both spiraling into the ground and an ensuing mook dog pile ensues.
"Agent Omega is down!" One of the soldiers remarked as he emptied his clip of bullets while his companion used energy based ammo. Both were doing as much effectiveness at putting down the skeleton monsters a fact that will be compiled and analyzed later on. Even if they don't make it out alive. Shadow in desperation is forced to use his Chaos blast and area of effect attack that did manage to take out the skeletons and clear a path for Rouge but was indiscriminate in its effect. Vaporizing skeletons and GUN soldiers alike. Obviously Chaos blast is a last resort for Shadow but Rouge managed to get to the lamppost and shut down the machine. With all unaware that this was all a distraction.
Forbidden Zone
"So how does it feel to be back in the world of the living soldier?" Dire remarks at the freshly thawed out Juggernaut. Who is stretching out her massive muscles after being frozen for a while.
"Oh yeah! The Juggernaut is back bitch! And the Juggernaut wants payback! Bitch!"
"I'm glad you agree Jugs!" Dire replied as she pushed a small trigger from her hand that caused the Forbidden zone to collapse as two giant robots rise from the ground. The skeleton themed giant robots Wicca Gamma the most advanced and powerful robots that the Calamitous ones can produce. With Juggernaut's mutating into an incredibly muscular form and Dire's gaining cannons in the arms and back. They are crimson armored cyborg skeletons with most of their body covered in said armor, sharp claws, and a yellow visor for eyes.
The robots having burst thru GUN fortress begin tearing it apart from within. With Dire shooting at everything and Juggernaut slowly crushing anything she can get her giant robots hands and feet on. Dire pressed another button to destroy Waltzer hangars all over the fortress with a mad laugh on his face.
"Checkmate losers!" Dire remarks.
As everyone is forced to escape the fortress Team Dark finally meets up with Oriko who is currently thinking to herself. "Well this is a surprise. I didn't expect that Dire would be this competent."
"It's the ambassador! Rematch!" Omega comments as he is the first to notice Oriko among the crowds.
"Not now Omega!" Rouge remarks trying to keep the reckless robot in line. "Can't you go shoot at the enemy or something?"
"Very well." Omega then promptly heads to face off against the Wicca Gammas in open combat. While Shadow remarks that he will go to help out. Following the robot to fight.
"Sorry... Are you alright?" Rouge remarks to Oriko. Who nods in acknowledgment. "Good, for now stay here and let us take care of things. After all we do have experience with giant robots after all."
As Shadow and Omega battle the Gammas it becomes clear that the battle becomes a stalemate as while Shadow and Omega can dodge all of the Calamitous ones attacks. Their blows just don't do enough damage. Even Shadow's Chaos blast isn't enough and simply does more harm than good. Even with Rouge joining in and kicking the vital areas of Dire's Gamma it only serves to slow the assault down. As Juggernaut simply focuses on the trio. Showing previously unseen speed and precision that manages to take out Team dark one by one. First Rouge by swatting her like a fly. Then Omega by a brutal tackle into the ground causing it to collapse under him. And finally Shadow who is forced into a game of tag. Jumping and running from wall to wall until they reached the roof of the fortress. Shadow serving as a distraction but that could only delay for so long.
Unbeknownst to the groups fighting another party was observing the situation from above using a familiar cloaked ship.
"Sir, Ma'am. We have everything set up and ready." A bridge officer replied to Carlos and Nanairo who are looking at the battle that is going down.
Nanairo still doubtful looks at Carlos who is unlike her confident about the plans success. Stroking the driver entrusted to him by Mami Tomoe. "Do not worry." Said the noir film spy parrot. "Kaon told us everything we needed to know."
As Juggernaut prepares to smash Shadow. The Bird of prey a dark green ship known as the General Martok decloaked and had Carlos talk thru a loudspeaker.
"Wait a moment compadres! You fools still have to deal with one more opponent! The newest Arc!"
"The newest Arc?" Dire asks as she recovers her mech. Trying to stand up with Omega and Rouge doing likewise at the same time.
"An Arc? Is that guy joking?" Shadow remarks.
"What's an Arc?" Omega asks.
Rouge explains. "The Resistance's new giant robot. But who is that? And what is he doing here?"
"Oh my apologies! I am Carlos Cottora! Spymaster of the IFS. And I came here to provide you members of Team Dark with assistance. Also the Arc is not a robot it is a fusion of three warriors into a mighty giant. As I will demonstrate!" Carlos yellow bracelet begins to glow as a pillar of light sprouts just like Madoka's. Leading Carlos to raise it to the heavens.
"Memorize! The time has come! Body! Mind! Heart! Arc!"
A beam is fired from the bird of prey and hits Shadow, Rouge, and Omega. Combining the trio with Shadow on top, Rouge in the middle, and Omega as the legs into a giant robot similar in appearance to Sonic arc only black and with red stripes in coloration and a gray chin plate covering its mouth. Its waist is similar to Sonic Arc's only with a heart and its legs are alike as well but with Omega's leg armor and drills as knees. The Getter Robo like combiner landed on top of the fortress much to the shock of everyone involved.

The soldiers who are looking are at awe cheering while Oriko was barely containing her shock and anger screaming internally. "Curse you Carlos!"
Meanwhile inside the Arc's gestalt consciousness. Shadow, Rouge, and Omega are realizing what they've gotten themselves into.
"What? Is? This?" Shadow curtly asked.
Omega quickly replied. "We are a giant robot! The pinnacle of manly youth! The springtime of modern Japanese masculinity! The-"
"Zip it Omega!" Shadow screams as the Shadow Arc briefly falls apart for a moment. Which causes both to quiet down in concern.
Rouge meanwhile seems to deduce that the Arc requires all three "pilots" to be in synch. Juggernaut tries to go into close combat trying to swing a punch to the face but Shadow Arc dodges with ease. With Dire firing all of his cannons at full tilt with time seemingly slowing down as Shadow flips and dodges all of the shots which either land on the Pandora's tower or flat out miss into the sky.
"Didn't anyone tell you?" Shadow Arc remarks as he lands on his feet. "Ripping off the Matrix ain't cool anymore. Shadow schyte!" Shadow Arc launches a long pole that lands on Dire's chest knocking her back into the floor then landing on his right hand and becoming a long two handed scythe.
"I am the one." Shadow Arc snarkily remarks.
Juggernaut strikes Shadow Arc with all his might pushing the combined robot back causing both to fall down the mountains. "You're going to be dead one bitch!"
"Split!" Rouge orders as the three components of Shadow Arc split apart and fly away. Leading Juggernaut to fall from what is essentially the tallest mountain of North America without protection.
Rouge then takes the lead with Omega taking the middle position and Shadow taking the rear and screams out. "Now! GETTER CHANGE! Rouge! ARC!" As the three components rejoin to form a feminine variant of Getter-2 complete with giant drill left arm mixed with Rouge's appearance. Sprouting huge bat wings and pointing its drill arm straight at Juggernaut's mech. The now combined Rouge Arc swiftly readies itself into position.

And pierces straight thru the Gamma's beefy chest causing it to explode with it's pilot inside taking her out as well being consumed by both a massive drill and nuclear hellfire. And Rouge Arc drilling underground as well and coming out a fair distance away from the explosion. An homage to the Getter Robo that inspired the current form.
Shadow asks. "Can this form fly?"
"Of course!" Rouge remarks.
"WASTE THEM ALL!" Omega replies as Rogue Arc rockets upwards.
"Damn!" Dire remarks as she notices that Juggernaut's radar blip is snuffed out and the enemy radar quickly closes in. Dire can only fire wildly with all her cannons at the ground as Rouge Arc soars past Dire. Gets behind the surprised Dire and surgically destroys every single one of her weapons with the Rouge drill and then kicks the mech off into the bottom of the mountain. Causing her to tumble down the mountain until Dire desperately grasps on into the mountain to try and hold on and get back up.
Rouge Arc splits apart again with Omega taking the lead, Shadow the middle, and Rouge the feet. Becoming a bulkier longer armed and bigger shouldered version of Omega with more armor plating.

21st Century Boy: Getter Robo Go
Dire desperately charges forward to attack Omega Arc. Reaching the top of the mountain only to be caught by the Arc's gigantic hands and arms and getting crushed and ripped in half. Leaving an oily mess before firing all of its arm, leg, and hand cannons and firing them all at once causing a massive explosion that parts and burns the sky itself. Before the Gamma Wicca is burned to ash and dust and Omega finishes with a single line.
"Omega impact..." Before letting out massive pillars of steams as the Omega Arc powers down.
Calamity Castle, After the battle
"Heheheheheheheheheheheheh!" Kuro creepily chuckles as the results of the battle are being analyzed by Skullraisers and Touka alike.
"Well that's one way to get back your pawns." Touka remarks.
"Indeed. And GUN fortress is in ruins." Kuro adds to Touka's observations as she creepily latches on to Touka.
"But there's another Arc on the battlefield." Touka comments.
"You win some, you lose some I guess..." Kuro remarks. "All that matter is Akemi-sama!" With Kuro simping over her lord and master as she heads to the throne room where the calamity is supposedly sealed in while Touka follows.
GUN Fortress, After the battle
After the battle. Team Dark, Carlos, and Nanairo are in the half blown up remains of Commander Tower's office. With a fairly massive part of its wall and roof torn off due to the battle. And the Commander itself with a fishing rod having a 40 pound Staminoan Bass hooked to it.
Rouge remarks. "You really were fishing sir?"
Tower remarks while sitting in his chair. "Yes, what were you expecting? Anyways, Carlos, Nanairo. What are you doing here?"
"Well we wish to propose an alliance with your little group in Team Dark." Carlos replies.
"Is that so?" Tower remarks. "And what do we do about Ambassador Mikumi? She basically left the fortress fuming in a hurry."
Carlos explains. "Mikumi is merely a pawn."
Everyone but Carlos is surprised at the revelation as he continues his explanation. "Mikumi only thinks she is useful. But there is another traitor who is pulling her strings."
Planet Center, Ruins of the Senate building
The senate building has been left in ruins and disarray for over a decade now. And is now a meeting ground for scoundrels and scumbags. It is nighttime during the middle of thunderstorm when a short amber armored and robed cyborg zombie with a full mustache and beard with three camera eyes. This zombie whose long robe is the robe and armor of a bureaucrat is watching a video of the battle of the Gamma Wicca's being destroyed by the Shadow Arc and its forms and laughing.

"So little Oriko. You were humiliated badly it seems." Barragan remarks as he notices an enemy spy trying to spy on him. Only for the zombie to flash step behind the spy and launch a powerful breath of decay upon the spy. Reducing him to a skeleton and then to dust in mere instants. "Too green! Too green! Too green! Fufufufufufuuu!" As Barragan stomps the ashes of the spy.
Oriko then chimes in screaming at Barragan a stream of complains which the latter promptly ignores and swiftly mutes. Barragan then mentions. : Nanairo is one gigantic shout out to The Soultaker. The anime that inspired the Nurse Witch Komugi series. With her transformation essentially being a more Kamen rider and pink version of Kyouske Date's Soultaker form. And her lightsaber Ren aside from being inspired by Kylo Ren's cross guard blade is based of Date's laser blade. Her nickname of The Oni is also a reference to The Soultaker as well.
