After a decade of sequels, a prequel, and some original works, Pixar is ready to go Onward.

But before I talk about that, I'm going to talk about The Simpsons (Yes, The Simpsons) short that aired before it. Now, don't worry, the short isn't 22 minutes like that Olaf Christmas special that aired in front for Coco. It's hard to imagine that The Simpsons belongs to Disney now, but since Disney brought Fox last year, and The Simpsons is Fox, it does now.

The short is cute. It's about baby Maggie, and her new crush. That's all I'm going to tell you for now. Now it's time to move onwards to Onward (I know, my family says I'm not funny too).

Two elf brothers, Ian and Barley go on a quest to find the thing that'll help them restore the second half of their late father. They have 24 hours to do this before sunset the next day. The mom goes with a manticore that the boys met earlier in a tavern to try to save them.

The film was good. Some people for some reason didn't like it as much, and compared it to Dreamworks. I guess with the designs, maybe, but the plot is definitely something Pixar would do. But for me and the other fam members, we say it was a solid Pixar film. It was better then The Good Dinosaur, Brave, and a lot better then Cars 2. You see it, and be the judge yourself.

Again, it looks like some countries banned the entire film due to a little scene referencing to being Lesbian. Russia just censored the line a bit. It's sad to see countries banning films just because of a brief scene. Hopefully someday, the films will get unbanned, and people from around the world can see what wonderful films we in America get to see.

So, if you are heading into Spring Break, or about to, or you just want to see it, see it. You'll cry (it's Pixar, so it's expected), laugh, and it'll warm your heart. Don't listen to the haters. Remember, it's your opinion, not theirs. You do whatever you want. You're your own boss (don't say that to your own boss though otherwise you might get fired. Don't say I didn't warn you. You only have yourself to blame).
