8 MONTHS AGO:

Peter was in the labs, just working on the new and improved suit (Also known as his classic suit) to replace his old homemade suit. With the tech he has access to in the labs, it made printing the suit ten times easier than his sewing machine at home. Since he was here alone, as far as he knew, he could work on this in the open without the fear of being spotted.

At least that's what he thought.

He saw someone entering the labs while he was working on the masks' interface, and he quickly covers it with a book.

"Peter?" Elaine Coll, another student in the robotics department, came in looking for him.

"Elaine?" Peter was surprised to see was still at the school. "What are you still doing here?"

"I'm...working on something," Elaine said as she looked over at Peter's work in Otto's lab. "I've seen you and Lian working on something that could control things with your mind."

"The neural interface," Peter confirmed, remembering the device they're developing. "What about it?"

"I was wondering if you would be willing to use it to help me with something," Elaine said as she gestured to her labs.

"What?" Peter was afraid to ask.

Elaine led Peter out of his labs and into hers where she showed him what she was working on. What she was working on looked to be some sort of armored suit that was all green with black highlights all around.

"What...?" Peter had no idea what to think about what he was seeing. "What is this?"

"It's a suit. A... weaponized suit." Elaine explains to Peter. "I was offered a large amount of money by some government contractor to make this." She then gestured to a robot arm that was in the shape of a scorpion tail. "But I might need your help getting that working."

"Getting it working?" Peter asked in shock. "Elaine, this is a dangerous project."

"Did I mention it pays enough that even 5% of the payment could set you and your family up for the next five years?" Elaine asks Peter, gesturing to the suit. "One suit, and you would never have to worry about money again."

Peter looked at the suit and could easily see the dangers that it possesses if it manages to fall under the wrong hands. "Let me think about it. I'll let you know in the morning."

"Sure," Elaine assured him and Peter walked out of the labs.

Thinking of what he was told, he wondered if he should help her with the suit. If he helped her, he could fund his family for years.

But would it be worth it to crest a deadly device that could fall into the wrong hands?

The next morning, Peter did what he thought was the right thing to do. He told Professor Callaghan about the project, realizing it wasn't okayed by the school, and got her expelled for making such a dangerous weapon on campus.

But even when she was expelled, she never stopped working on the suit. But her contract had been broken when someone else had discovered it. This means that she wasn't going to get the money she was promised for the project, but she would get her revenge.

Spider-Man is Peter Parker

Once she saw that news, she felt like she could get revenge on the man who did this to her. Then at the same time, she could use a fight against Spider-Man to sell her suit on the black market. Making her the richest person on the planet. Due to the damage in SFIT, some of Peter's chips were missing, which later was assigned as destroyed.

This was her last needed requirement to get her suit fully functional. The entire suite was finished, she just needed someone to test it on and get the notification she needed.

"After everything that went down at the school for our best and brightest twice, the police still don't declare the Spider-Man a menace!" Jameson called out in anger on the tv. "That is why I am offering a million-dollar award to any civilian who can bring this monstrous muton menace to justice!"

Million dollars and getting the appreciation of J. Jonah Jameson, and possible vengeance on Peter Parker?

That is a dream come true.

PRESENT-DAY:

After yesterday with Lizard and Jackal, as well as those spider criminals, Peter has been pretty busy trying to keep up with everything. Not to mention looking out for that new Shadow Spider has him worried about if Jackal gave a certain group of people powers.

But he couldn't worry about that as of now when Teresa and he are currently chasing after the Shocker, as he was currently running away from the two of them. He had crashed through yet another bank, but at least this time he managed to escape the vault and bank. Seems he also updated his gauntlets, able to make long-distance jumps now with them.

"I don't want to get into another confrontation with you, Spider!" Herman called out as he ran away with the money. "Or your new sidekick!"

"Sidekick?" Teresa scoffed.

"You two will just slow me down." Herman declared as he kept escaping. "I'm not doing this!"

"Come on, Herman. Then at least talk to us, it'll make things interesting for the rookie." Peter said as he looked and saw the Red Wing take off, most likely to cut him off. "Herman? You can tell us who you're stealing for or make me punch it out of you later. Your choice."

"I'm not stealing for anyone." Herman declared as he used his gauntlets to make another leap. But as he leaped, Teresa came flying out of the alley and cut him off. Due to this, Herman shielded his face from the smoke in her pack. That gave Peter a chance to web his foot and pull him to the ground.

The two of them crashed and took a small tumble until Peter leaped into the air. Shooting two webs above him, smashing into his chest. His armored chest plate shielded Herman from the attack, but not the road, which was crippled due to the force. Peter then webbed one of his gauntlets, while he went in to shoot him with the other.

Peter managed to dodge that one and shot a web net that covered his whole body. "You know, Herman, you seriously have zero personality. But your suit is awesome! Can we talk design details?"

Teresa rolls her eyes as she landed and looked at Shocker. "Is he always like this?"

"He's become more irritating over the years," Herman informed Teresa.

"Okay. That's hurtful." Peter tells the two of them. "But I understand humor is subjective."

"You sound like my brother," Teresa commented on his statement.

"I don't know how to take that," Peter admitted. "How funny is your brother?"

"Less funny than he thinks he is," Teresa replied as she sighed and looked around. "So... what now?"

"Have to wait for the cops to come and arrest him." Peter was sorry to admit it to her. "It's a little time-consuming, but it stops him from escaping."

As they were talking, his senses went off, meaning that something was coming. Looking around the area, he wondered where exactly the danger was coming from. Shocker was still tangled up in webbing, so he couldn't be the problem.

That was when a giant figure leaped down and landed in front of Spider-Man and Red Wing. The heroes looked over at the woman in a scorpion suit, surprised at the sight.

"Spider-Man." Elaine Coll said as she eyed her prey. It was almost like a literal predator eyeing its prey.

"Elain Coll?" Teresa and Peter asked. Both of them recognized her immediately.

"Who the heck are you?" Peter asked her.

"You can call me Scorpia!" Elaine called out as she swung her tail.

When the tail came swinging at them, Peter and Teresa dodged it. Teresa activated her wings and got out of reach. Activating her pistols, they came out of the holsters on her knees. Aiming her pistols, she shot at the girl, but it seems she can't penetrate the suit.

Peter went in and kicked Scorpia, trying to get in close. But then he saw that her tail was laced with something glowing green. When some of it came out and dripped on the street, he watched it sizzle.

"Acid?!" Peter asked in shock as he jumped off her back. "What the heck?!"

Scorpia then leaped, sending her tail flying at Peter as he tried to dodge it. He managed to dodge it the first attack, but then the next swing she spun around, and this time the tail made contact.

The acid was injected through his shoulder as Peter cried in pain. Holding his shoulder, he yanked the tail out of himself, and he groaned in agony. While she was basking in her glory, Teresa flew in and kicked Scorpia, and shot her near her head. But that didn't work as she covered her head with a new mask with red visors over her eyes.

Watching her running off, Teresa wondered if she should chase her when she needed to help Spider-Man and watch Herman. But that was when she noticed that Spider-Man had already vanished, and Herman was still struggling to escape.

"Where'd he go?" Teresa asked.

Peter was currently swinging through the city, trying his best to remain upright as he swung. Whatever he was injected with was causing him to become lightheaded very quickly.

Swinging over to SFIT, he finally made it to Tadashi's lab and opened the window. Luckily it was only Tadashi there and he quickly helped Peter down onto a chair as he removed his mask.

"What happened out there?" Tadashi asked, seeing what happened on the news.

"Elaine Coll... she injected me with some form of poison." Peter groaned as he laid down on the chair. "I don't know what it's going to do to me."

"I would say we need to get you to a hospital, but something tells me that's a bad idea." Tadashi took a guess.

Peter looked at him as if he was insane and looked down at his suit. "You think?!" He groaned again when his shoulder became worse. "Ugh."

"We need to do something. It looks like it's getting worse." Tadashi noticed as he eyed the shoulder, and his veins became visible. As he questioned what to do, he got an idea and looked towards a red box at the end of the room. "I might have something."

Peter immediately knew what he was planning and denied it. "Nope. No. I'm not going to be a guinea pig for your nurse."

Tadashi shrugged and raised his hands. "Fine."

Then he smacked Peter at the back of the head. "OW!"

Just then, there was a little beep and the box opened to unveil Tadashi's finished experiment. He is an inflatable white robot with metal parts built from the inside. He also had two black dots with a line between them.

Peter just watched the robot as it walked over towards them. Tadashi smiled as his creation walked around and hits a stool in the middle of the room. Stopping for a quick second, he moved the stool out of the way. Then continuing over to them, stopping in front of Peter.

"Hello. I am Baymax." The robot greeted Peter with a wave of a hand. "Your personal healthcare companion. I was alerted to the need for medical attention when you said, ow."

"Hi." Peter greeted him with a smile. But that smile became an angered look very quickly as he eyed Tadashi. "I'm annoyed."

Baymax then showed a screen on his chest, showing a list of faces with numbers underneath them. 1 having a happy face and 10 having an extremely painful face.

"On a scale of 1 to 10, how would you rate your pain?" Baymax asked him.

"Is there a scale for annoyance?" Peter asked him, looking at Tadashi.

"I will scan you now," Baymax tells Peter and started the scan.

"Don't you dare scan me!" Peter told him.

"Scan complete," Baymax says.

"I hate you," Peter told Tadashi as he groaned in pain.

"You appear to have been injected with a neurotoxin. Ovatoxin-A / Baeocystin mixture to be exact." Baymax informs him.

"Okay. Great." Peter groaned. "And the antidote?"

"It will take an hour to create," Baymax said as he was starting to get right on it.

"Great." Peter groaned as his vision became green and he saw...spiders morphing out of lab equipment. "Uh...Baymax, anything I should know about the neurotoxin?"

"It could cause mild hallucinations," Baymax informs him.

"How mild?" Peter asks him.

"Come on, Peter." A ghostly voice scoffed, getting Peter to turn and notice Otto Octavius in the room. "When have you ever been afraid of a ghost?"

Peter gasped in shock as he saw his mentor and friend alive. He was supposed to be dead. He died protecting the world from Warren...he can't be there.

Meanwhile, on Akuma Island, Alistair Krei, CEO of Krei Tech Industries, was presenting two giant circles to a general and several other people.

"We were asked to do the impossible," Krei tells the people with him. "That's what we did. We've reinvented the very concept of transportation. Friends, I present Project Silent Sparrow."

When the device was activated, two blue vortexes opened and were unveiled to be a matter of teleportation. As time went on, they tried to show off a way to transport people through the vortex. But then it went wrong with an irregularity.

That irregularity? Much stranger than you could have possibly imagined.

Out in the garbage dump of the city, a similar vortex opened up. In the process of opening, a figure was spat out and sent flying.

The figure that was tossed wore a green metal and plastic suit around her body with four octopus arms attached to it. She also has shaggy hair tied into a large bun and wears green goggles over her eyes.

Gasping for air, the figure retracts her four plastic and rubber-like arms into her pack and stands up. "I'm back, Peter...Parker."
