Wonka, if you didn't already know, is Willy Wonka's origin story where it tells about his dream about opening a chocolate factory and how he met one of the Oompa Loompas. He also meets shady people, including Arther Slugworth, and an orphan girl named Noodle (named by her awful caretakers).

The movie took us back to the 1971 film with Gene Wilder, so that was fun! The Oompa Loompa has the same design as the Oompa Loompas from the original film. This film, obviously, is a musical. The little actress that played Noodle sang beautifully!

If you liked the 1971 film, this movie might be your golden ticket (get it?) because it does it justice and might make you nogestic and remind you of that movie. And if you ever wanted to know about Willy's origins, this movie might be pretty interesting. And you might have a craving for chocolate after this movie (I know we all did).
