Artemis POV

"If you just let me explain, I'm sure you will under-"

"Oh please!" Aphrodite scoffed. "Apollo and Poseidon told me enough. The last thing I need now is for you to try and reason with me. I'm not the one who you need to convince!" She was really getting agitated now.

"You need to listen, Aphrodite. I'm not here to convince you of anything. All I want is some advice."

Cue the laughter.

After she finished laughing, between gasps of breath, she asked, "And what advice would a moon, virgin goddess want from me."

"I can only tell you if you agree to help me and not tell anyone," I firmly said to her.

"Why should I?"

Great. Why does she overcomplexifying everything? That doesn't sound right. Why does she have to over complexify everything? I'm sorry but I'm the moon goddess, not the English SPAG one. Back to Aphrodite's palace.

"Why shouldn't you?" Big mistake.

"Why shouldn't I!" Even the world's largest dictionary of every language could not hold all my reasons. The main one: you hurt Perseus!"

Tears were threatening to come loose again. The memories flooded back. The most painful ones.

It took precisely 8.6969 seconds for Apollo to flash, an extra 0.49 seconds for a Poseidon. Honestly, with all that was going on, I nearly burst out laughing at the fish god. A crab sat on his head, and one arm was full of tuna. Nevertheless, his expression sent me crashing back towards earth HARD! The devil himself could not produce a more terrifying face then Poseidon did as soon as he looked at his poor, bleeding son. I couldn't even blame him. Even Apollo seemed shocked at the sight of this pure destruction. Without another word, him and Percy disappeared, probably going to the temple. That was all good news, apart from one thing. Poseidon was still here and was looking at me with a hatred I couldn't even describe. There were no questions, no answers, just brute force. In less than a breath, there was a trident at my neck, the prongs poking my throat. While it didn't hurt, I knew that what was next in store for me would be much worse. I expected my throat to be slit there and then, but it seemed Poseidon had other ideas from the look in his eyes. I closed my eyes, just as I felt the familiar feeling of a flash. When my eyes re-opened, the whole council was looking down at me. Well this must've looked pretty funny, because I saw Hermes snapping a photo of me and many others trying to hide their smirks. Not my father though. Immediately, he bellowed, "let my daughter go!"I was surprised. The last time an incident had occurred where Percy was damaged by my moves, he was furious. This time, however, he seemed furious, yes, but not at me. "Posiedon! I will not repeat myself!" Zeus screamed out while summoning his master bolt. Okay, when a God takes out his master bolt, you know things are going to get bad. With a mighty push, I was casted away by the father of my murder, stumbling as I fell at the foot of my throne, rubbing my sore throat. I could feel the warm, wet ichor trickling down my neck, down my shirt."The council shall decide your fate," Poseidon muttered before turning back to Zeus. "My son could DIE because of this fucked up maiden! Either there will be justice, or there will be war." I knew that this was no empty threat. Father simply ignored him and turned to me instead. When I met his eyes, I was shocked. They were GOLDEN. I knew my father, like the rest of us gods, could easily change his appearance, but why would they be the same colour as his despited father, Kronos. I had no answers."Come here, Artemis," Father said to me, becoming me with his hand. Nervously, I walked slowly and warily (Just because he's my father doesn't mean I trust him) towards him. When I reached him, he put a hand on my shoulder, and spoke to Posiedon."My daughter stays with me. You want justice? Very well. We shall have a fair trial as soon as your son is fit, but I warn you, the consequences will be severe, but not from me or Artemis."Puzzled, Poseidon stared at Father, trying to interpret his sentences. We probably would've been there for another millenia, but luckily, Athena came to the aid."C'mon Poseidon. Let's go and see how Percy is."

Zeus POV

All the gods were crowded in Percy's medical room, for the second time in a week. Are we aiming for some kind of record?

"Why is Percy back in medbay?" I asked, still confused about how we got there.

This created an uproar that I had not expected. I was just confused! One minute, we were in the council room, waiting for Poseidon and Artemis, and the next moment, we're here!

"WE JUST HAD A WHOLE MEETING ABOUT THIS, ZEUS," Aphrodite screeched.

"Poseidon just told you!" Athena yelled.

"Wow Father," Dionysus said lazily. "You must be more tired than me to have missed something this big from the meeting."

Even Hera was whispering about me to Demeter. "You see. Even goldfish are smarter than him." I mean ouch!

"YOUR daughter has attempted to assassinate MY son for the second time this week!" Poseidon yelled, shutting everyone up. I couldn't believe my ears. Surly Artemis wouldn't've done this and it was all a mistake. She'd never do something like this, would she?

"Is this true Artemis?" i asked her, while everyone gave me confused looks. Why?

"I-I-It wasn't l-l-like that," she began, tears forming on her face.

"SO I ASSUME THAT HE MUST'VE JUST BEEN LYING IN BED AND SUDDENLY STARTED BLEEDING!" Posiedon scoffed.

"Well yes," Artemis spoke, timidly. The trident was mere inches from her throat.

"Just wait until the trial tomorrow," Posiedon muttered.

"What trial!" I yelled, now getting annoyed. The council now that they are not allowed to make big decisions without me.

"The one you organised!" Poseidon roared, furious from the looks of it. Was this some prank people were playing? I never organized any trail, but, for argument's sake, I decided to keep quiet and go along with it.

Something dodgy is going on. It has been a couple of hours since the last argument we had about me forgetting everything. I feel as if there is some sort of presence in me, but maybe I'm just imagining.

I barely understand much, but I know one thing for sure. When Percy heals, Hades's Hell will come to the overground, metaphorically speaking of course.

I am so, so, so, so, SO X 10 to the power of 69 sorry. I know I should've uploaded, but I was so busy over the weekend. Hope you like this chapter. I've got another one coming soon for ya!
