There are three voice actors I recognize that do both in Sonic and Miraculous worlds. Bryce Papenbrock voices Silver the Hedgehog once in Team Sonic Racing and Adrien Agreste/Cat Noir and Felix Fathom/Argos. Keith Silverstien voices Vector the Crocodile and Gabriel Agreste/Monarch. Colleen O'Shaughnessey voices Emile Agreste and Tails the Fox.
In the Paris world, Ubiquity Rouge tried and tried to find them through parallel universes but couldn't find them.
"No, I'm sorry but no luck" She gave up.
"We checked like 300 universes. I'm very worried!" Carapace said.
"There has to be another way," Betterfly said.
"Perhaps I should be Ubiquity. If I do that, I can see through my counterpart of the location" Paw Noir said.
"Well, it's worth a try" Betterfly agreed.
"Do it" Paw Noir nodded.
Betterfly nods and turns Paw Noir into Ubiquity Noir with his kamiko butterfly on his cat bell.

In the Mobian universe, the rest of the team is becoming annoyed with Ladybug's overly stressed plan but changes a few times to come up with better plans.
"Yeah, she gets overly stressed out when she became the guardian" Cat Noir whispered to Sonic.
"Oh, that figures. Just as Knuckles is quite paranoid when he's around the Master Emerald" Sonic said.
"We cannot let Lila outsmart us with her lies!" Ladybug pacing back and forth, "Every time I try to tell everyone that she's a liar, they believe her over me!"
"We believe you, Ladybug" Amy tries to calm her down.
"This is different, Amy Rose! Lila is a manipulative liar and has manipulated every classmate like a witch casting spells!" Ladybug hyperventilating.
"Relax Ladybug! Relax!" Amy hugs Ladybug gently than gives her a tight hug.
Ladybug hugged her back, "You're right. I'm just so pissed off at my enemy that tried to manipulate everyone"
"As much as I wanna be pissed off too but we gotta focus, milady. Please take a break. Um….you look like a mess" Cat noir can see how stressed she looks.
"Yeah, you're right," Ladybug said.
"Plus, you're being way too hard on yourself which really stresses me out too. Especially the times I tried to help you, you kinda creep me out" Cat Noir said.
"Mmhmm" Ladybug nodded and went with him.
"Sheesh, you need a breather" Shadow has never seen one human overstressing too much.
"Let's just leave the two to be," Sonic said.
"I know they are kids but they really need more work on themselves, Faker. That enemy of theirs, who knows what she's capable of than that doctor we fought for years" Shadow said.
"This Trickster must be stopped no matter what," Tails said.
"From what I observed, that woman is pretty much like a thief, a manipulator, an actress by lying so much, and cunning like a fox. No offense, Tails" Shadow said.
"None taken" Tails replied.
"She's much more dangerous than that doctor who manipulated me and Knucklehead as his pawns. She's gonna do the same to him or to anyone" Shadow said.
"It must be her by Eggman built Metal Noir and Metal Bug" Sonic figured.
"Makes sense because Egghead doesn't even know them but she does. The Doctor is not very smart to trust someone who is much smarter than him" Shadow said.
Suddenly, Cat Noir fell on his knees like something was linking into his conscience network from another, "Agh! What the hell?!"
"Cat Noir?! What's wrong?!" Ladybug exclaimed.
"AGH!" He transformed into Ubiquity Noir and unexpectedly was taken over by another to communicate through his conscience, "Agh! Finally! I found him! Whoa, what the hell is this? Ladybug?"
"Paw Noir? Is that you? We're on Mobius" Ladybug recognized.
"What the hell?!" Shadow exclaimed.
"Incredible!" Tails was amazed.
"Thank goodness you and your cat are safe," Ubiquity Noir said in relief.
"Yes but Lila Rossi or Chrysalis is here on Mobius too," Ladybug said.
"Lila? Wait, hold the story. Who are these mutated animals? They look so adorable in a weird way" Ubiquity Noir said, observing the fox with two tails, "Agh! What the?!" He got scanned by him.
"Incredible! I mean this is your cat but his conscience is linked by another counterpart from another dimension" Tails analyzed him.
"Correct. By Betterfly I've been able to find this place through Cat Noir" Ubiquity Noir said.
"Is everyone in my Paris okay? My kitty and I were worried about our teammates" Ladybug said.
"All safe and sound. Taking care of all crimes" Ubiquity Noir said.
"Okay because we could use a lot of help right now in this world," Ladybug said.
"Your friends mentioned about a new butterfly holder. Congratulations on defeating Monarch by the way. Chrysalis you mentioned earlier, she's in this world, right? Your real one? Not another counterpart?" Ubiquity Noir said.
"Yes, our Chrysalis. She followed us here and is threatening this world too" Ladybug said.
"The hell? If she's a bigger threat, you're gonna need all the help from your teammates in this world. I'm afraid I can't help you but my own lady and I have to stay in your world. As long as your kitty is in this world, I can create a portal through him to get you all home. Betterfly has to stay with me in order to kamikotize me" Ubiquity Noir said.
"Got it," Ladybug said.
"Okay. Stand back everyone" Ubiquity Noir floats to open a portal from his cape with arms spread out.
Out came Rena Rouge, Carapace, Vesperia, Viperion, and many others who wanted to help out and find that supervillain before she tried something beyond inhuman than what Monarch did.
"Ladybug!" Rena Rouge hugged her best friend.
"Rena Rouge!" Ladybug hugs her back.
"Dude!" Carapace hugged the real Cat Noir in Ubiquity Noir form, "Wait. Are you the real cat?"
"Yes, it's me!" Cat Noir said.
"Dude, you had us worried to death! You stupidly let go of my hand to jump in!" Carapace smacked him in the chest.
"I couldn't let go of Ladybug. Sorry Carapace" Cat Noir said.
Shadow glanced at Argos who looked almost a bit like the blond boy. He scoffed in annoyance that Adrien wasn't kidding when he said he had an identical cousin.
"What are you? Some kind of porcupine?" Argos asked.
"A hedgehog and the Ultimate Lifeform. What the hell are you? A peacock without a beak?" Shadow scoffed.
"Yes, I am" Argos shows his fan.
Rena Rouge looks at Tails, "Wow, you're a fox with two tails?" She noticed his twin tails.
"Yes, and you're Rena Rouge your friend talked about," Tails said.
"Wow, this is like an animal family of superheroes. What's up, guys. I'm Sonic the fastest hedgehog alive" Sonic introduced himself.
"Pleasure to meet you, I'm Carapace" Carapace said.
"Aww….you look so sweet and cute!" Pigella hugged Amy Rose.
"Oh, thank you! I'm Amy Rose" Amy chuckled.
Blaze stared awkwardly at Ryuko as they can barely communicate well when it comes to duties.
"So you're supposed to be a dragon?" Blaze finally spoke.
"Yes. I'm Ryuko and I see you look like a princess cat" Ryuko said.
"I am the princess of the Sol dimension" Blaze explained.
"So a blue bird with spooky eyes and you once said he betrayed you and your lady? I'm not surprised by this kid having a change of heart. Just like Shadow did too" Rouge said to Cat Noir about Argos.
"I was blinded by rage! I'm not gonna go into details" Argos crossed his arms.
"We are nothing alike, Rouge. But the cat did say he's a pickpocket thief like you" Shadow said.
"Really?" Argos asked.
"Yup, I'm mostly interested in jewels, kid" Rouge winked.
"Cats are usually thieves than bats. No offense, Noir" Argos said.
"None taken" Cat Noir replied.
"Heh, you're a charmer. You two do look almost identical. A cat with nine lives and a peacock with too many eyes" Rouge chuckled.
"Except transformed we're different colors," Cat Noir said.
"Well, I'm lost for words," Vector said.
"A crocodile you are. My dad has a pet crocodile named Fang. You don't eat humans, do you?" Viperion asked.
"No, I don't. I'm a detective" Vector replied.
"And you? You look like a lizard" Purple Tigress said to Espio.
"Chameleon" Espio corrected her.
"And I'm a bee!" Charmy flew up to Purple Tigress view. It made her a little shy at how loud he was.
"Cool. I'm also a superhero bee. Name is Vesperia" Vesperia said.
"Very nice" Charmy flew around her.
"You're even cute like a fox. And cuddly" Rena Rouge hugs Tails, feeling his soft fur.
"Ehehehehehe….. thanks!" Tails giggled.
"Looks like we got two foxes" Carapace joked.
"Cute foxes, turtle" Rena Rouge said.
"Heh, yeah" Carapace chuckled.
"Look kid, this cat told me the story of how you used to be the dog holder. Betrayal leaves a huge scar once you realize what you've done" Shadow said, reminding himself how he almost wanted to wipe out humanity until Amy made him see the outcome.
"Looks like we got something in common. But on the bright side we made up for our mistakes" Argos said.
"You knew it was me all along before betraying everyone and me" Cat Noir whispered quietly, "We could've helped you but you had to take the drastic way. Just like your cruel father" Cat Noir said.
"I know. But now we got a bigger threat on our hands, that has zero remorse" Argos said.
"Yeah, we all know. She got away again" Shadow huffed.
"If there was one way to find her" Ladybug sighed.
"She's too cunning, milady. Just like all of us let her escape because an Akuma was gonna attack Mr. Damocles and no cop was there to stop her. Not even that heartless Chloe who did nothing" Cat Noir said.
"Yes," Ladybug replied.
"If only there was a way to defeat her" Cat Noir said.
"Remember Ladybug, as long as you're a team you're unstoppable" Sonic said encouragingly.
"Yes, but we need someone to play her game. Whatever Lila did to use Chloe as her pawn, it was much more than that" Ladybug said.
"Any ideas?" Argos wondered.
"Hmmm, there has to be one idea that might work" Tails scratched his own chin thinking.
"This liar is very good at lying. My best friend was right all along and we all didn't listen. Lila made all of us look bad at our true friend who was generous and innocent and we fell for it" Rena Rouge said.
"Well, at least you learned your lesson the hard way," Sonic said.
"Learning the hard way was enough to kick my ass to see reality, blue hedgehog" Argos rolled his eyes.
"My name's Sonic" Sonic said.
"So have I, I took Chloe's idea of a harmful prank," King Monkey said.
"You did what?!" Silver exclaimed, "Dude, not cool. Some pranks don't do humor because physical pranks can be very hurtful when you don't see how much the victim suffers"
"I know but I did apologize to Marinette and she accepted it. But it affected her love life until she fell for Adrien" King Monkey said with remorse.
"You're a bigger idiot monkeying around" Rouge glared.
"Rouge! Don't be harsh, he learned his lesson too!" Cat Noir steps in.
"Right sorry," Rouge said.
"Lesson is one thing, fleabag. But selfish people never learn from it. Just like this Chloe brat you mentioned about being responsible for getting everyone akumatized, she never learned anything" Shadow scoffed.
"Yes, hence why she was unworthy of the bee miraculous" Cat Noir said.
"A bee, huh? More like a drama queen than a queen bee. Whatever she was like, it's like she never grew up mentally" Rouge said.
"She never did. She only saw everyone as doormats, well from what I've heard from Adrien" Cat Noir said to not make it obvious to the others.
"I told you she was a foolish brat. My cousin always likes to see good in other people. Even on bad people too. Until his kindness blinded him from seeing that bad people take advantage of it and twist it up" Argos crossed his arms.
"Hmph, that's another reason I never work with anyone other than myself. To never be used by anyone. But if a war is ugly like the metal virus, which I got infected, I was very foolish to believe I was invulnerable but I was wrong. Sometimes I got no choice but to work together with Sonic and friends in order to save the world" Shadow explained his incident.
"But Silver and I undid it all" Sonic steps in.
"Technically you were still infected before but using your speed only reduced it temporarily," Silver said.
"Yes but with the chaos emeralds I got rid of it," Sonic adds.
"Whoa, dude. Your voice sounds almost like mine" Argos said.
"That's what I said too" Cat Noir snickered.
"Kind of," Silver said.
"Just as that croc's is like my uncle's but gruffer and louder" Argos said.
"And somehow, that fox's voice almost sounds a bit like our mother's" Cat Noir said.
"But like a boy's tone," Argos said.
From afar, Cerise saw the others of the miraculous team, "So they have come? Well too bad, Ladybug, you won't be leaving this world alive after you foiled my plans"
