"Okay Nik, I'm going to be civil about this. Until you give me a reason not to be, which you seem to do a lot. So you have exactly three minutes before I throw you so hard, you break like a piñata." I state, not taking any of my brother's bullshit.

"Why so violent sister? I just wanted to have a talk." Niklaus states and I just give him a glare. "Walk with me sister."

I started to slowly make my way towards him. Once I was next to him, we started walking down the halls.

"Before you ask, I am not here for the doppelgänger." He states, and I look at him, surprised. He's not lying.

"Wait, if you're not here for Elena, why are you here?" I asked him, confused.

"Do not get me wrong, I will still go through with the sacrifice, but getting her now will achieve nothing. Her friends will just break her out and I can do very little in this... fragile body." Niklaus states, criticizing the body he's in.

"Your time is running out, so you'd better hurry with the story." I state.

"My original goal was to pick up information on the doppelgänger and her friends, so I can use it against them." Niklaus starts to explain.

"What changed?" I ask confused.

"That Bennet witch. She was a surprise that I wasn't ready for. She interested me." Niklaus states, and I continue to look at him confused.

"You came here because Bonnie interested you?" I asked him, and he nodded. "What is your endgame here, Nik?"

"You already know what I want, sister. And you know what I need to get it."

"Yeah, Katherine basically handed it all to you on a silver platter." I state annoyed.

"But the thing is...I don't like obstacles. They are too messy and interrupt my plans." Niklaus states, and we both finally stop walking. "Bonnie Bennet is an obstacle."

I continued to look at him confused before I came to a realization. "You're not here to take the doppelgänger. You're here to kill the witch."

"Now you get it sister. I'm not here to hurt the doppelgänger, not yet. So you can back down." Niklaus stated.

"You're not killing anyone, Nik." I state sternly, and Nik rolls his eyes.

"I see you still have your 'no kill' rule. Regardless, whether you decide to fight me or not, that witch has to die." Niklaus argues with me.

"Nik she is only a kid. She is related to Ayana, the women who cared for us when we were only children, you have to remember that." I try to reason with him but he does not budge.

Niklaus walks closer to me, so he is right in front of my face. "Sister, I believe you have been spending too much time with Elijah and you forget who you are talking to. She is a problem that needs to be solved. So you either help me, or you don't."

Even though Niklaus isn't in his body, I can still feel his deadly stare. But I won't allow Bonnie to die.

"I'm sorry, but I won't help you brother." I state confidently. His face changed from stern to laughter, which frightened me. I haven't seen Nik in a while, so I don't know what he's capable of now.

"Well, I'm sorry as well sister." Niklaus states to me and I stare at him confused.

"Sorry about wh-" I start the sentence, but then feel my neck turn and crack.

Shit! I woke up screaming. I tried to get up as fast as possible. I looked at my phone and saw I had been asleep for about 5 minutes. Was it normal for people to recover so quickly? No, but I would deal with the consequences later.

"Kalle?" I hear someone ask behind me, so I turn around to see Damon and Stefan.

"What the hell happened to you?" Stefan asked me as he helped me up from the ground with Damon.

"Klaus knocked me out.." I say out of breath. Being alive again so quickly uses up a lot of energy.

"Wait, what? Where is he?" Damon asked.

"In Alaric's body." I stated, and they both looked at me confused but that feeling ended when they realized they had to help the girls.

"Stefan, go find Elena." Damon stated and Stefan quickly went to look for her.

"He's not after Elena; he's after Bonnie." I tell Damon sternly.

"What? Why is he after Bonnie?" Damon asked, confused.

"Because he knows the power she holds, there isn't much time to explain everything, but I need to go help." I state out of breath.

"No way, you're on the verge of collapse." Damon stated worriedly.

"Look I can take him on, now if you can excuse me so I can go find him." I state walking past Damon and Damon following seeming lost.

"Kalle, slow down!" Damon yelled.

"I need you to trust me." I stopped to tell Damon and he came up next to me. "None of this will make sense about what is about to happen, but I just need you to trust me on this please. So I can help save Bonnie so I can help you all, but you need to trust me."

After a few moments, Damon nods. We started walking around the school, but stopped when we heard noise coming from one of the halls. Instead of going into the next hall, we looked through the door's window and finally saw him. Along with him, we saw Bonnie and Elena. Stefan soon came in right after us.

"Stay here." I tell them to stay. Stefan seems to want to fight my order, but Damon gives him the okay.

I walk up to the hall where they are, and I fling Niklaus into the trophy case. I hold him there, while Bonnie and Elena look at it with surprise.

"Nice. You've got him." Elena tells Bonnie.

"That's not me." Bonnie states, and they both turn around to see me.

"You both need to get out of here." I say, making my way closer to Nik.

"No, I'm not leaving. I need to do this." Bonnie argued.

"Bonnie he is after you, not Elena and he has a protective spell on himself. You can't kill him making it useless for why you are here right now." I state in a mean rude tone. Elena makes her way to Stefan but Bonnie stays confused.

"Wait, but-"

"GO!" I scream at her, tired of her ongoing disagreement with me. She finally follows after Elena, and it's just me and Nik left.

"You came back fast." Niklaus stated, still pinned to the wall. "That has to be extremely dangerous."

"I've already told you; nobody is dying today." I state in a stern voice, continuing to hold him down.

"You've grown attached, haven't you?" Niklaus stated and I looked at him angrily.

"Why do you and Elijah keep saying that? I am just keeping a group of people safe, alright. I'm not attached to them." I state, a little exhausted, and I can see my brother taking notice.

"How long do you think you can protect them from me?" Niklaus asked.

"Until this stupid sacrifice thing is over, and we can continue on with our lives." I say, starting to struggle to hold my brother. "How are you fighting me off in this body?"

"Well, you made it very easy by exhausting yourself. You're becoming weak." He says with a smirk. I recompose myself and throw him against another wall.

"Does that look weak to you?" I asked in a mean tone.

"You know, I'm not going to hurt you, so why do you continue to throw me around like a rag doll?" Niklaus says, slowly getting up.

"Maybe because I don't know if you won't hurt me, Niklaus." I say, throwing him to the wall again and pinning him down. "Where is my family?"

"Safe." Niklaus says without hesitation. "They are fine Kalle. They are actually located right now in Alaric's apartment. I never did anything to them."

I looked at him surprised but relieved. I knew from the beginning that he would never drop us in the ocean, but it still worried me that he might.

"Are they truly okay?" I ask, letting my guard down a little.

"Yes, they are." Niklaus stated. He paused for a moment before continuing. "So, how about you let me go, and you come home. Where you belong, sister."

"Sister?" I hear a voice behind me. Turning around, I see Stefan standing there in shock.

"Stefan, I can explain everything." I tried to tell him. He looked at me betrayed, before the betrayal turned to fear. He then whooshed out of the room. I turned back, to see my brother out of my grasp.

I tried again, but nothing. All I could see was him coming closer to me, but all I could see was his image getting blurry.

"Sister, I figured by now you would know your limits. But I have to admit, you have gotten stronger. I cannot wait to fight when I'm back in my body." Niklaus states almost in front of me now.

I can feel my body giving out. If he hadn't snapped my neck, I could have controlled the situation. I wouldn't have had to use my magic so soon.

"This is not over, Nik." I walk closer to him, but my body falls and he catches me.

"I know sister. I will be back for you but until then, I'll see you later." Niklaus states as he lets my body rest on the floor. I can see his feet leave the hallway. The last thing I see is the door close.

Before my whole body shuts down, everything goes black.
