Chapter 18 Eliminating one of the Vespers, Saving Mikasa, battle one of the apostles
At the Liberation Eren and Armin are seen getting ready to head to where Mikasa is so they can save her just as they are about to leave Flatwell confronts the two.
Flatwell: do you two want to explain where you two are going?
Armin: Mr. Flatwell!
Eren: … sir I have to go out there.
Flatwell: is there a reason for this action Eren?
Eren: … Flatwell… there's a person that's really important to me… I don't want to lose anything that's important to me…
Flatwell: … is this about the pilot that we faced back at the wall?
Eren: …
Flatwell: … as much as I don't want you two to go which would be suicide I can tell your both serious about this… I'll allow you to take this mission.
Armin: sir…
Flatwell: however there's something you need to know about the augmented humans…
Eren: what is it?
Flatwell: before the newer generation of augmentation became safer the older augmentation was very, very dangerous the reason why it causes severe damage and pain to the body also to make it worse the first through fourth generation anyone who takes those surgeries receives… a Coral burn in on there brain.
Eren: sir what are you saying?
Flatwell: what I'm saying is that your friend might have a Coral burn in on there brain along with having there emotions withdrawn so there's a chance that your friend's emotions are withdrawn making it difficult to live a normal life.
Eren: … I'm still going to save her no matter what.
Flatwell: very well then you can go and be careful the Arqubus Corporation is a lot more dangerous then you realize you'll know when you get there.
Armin: we'll be careful and be back with our friend.
The two goes to their then they leave to save Mikasa when they left Flatwell goes to make a request for a mission.
The scene changes to 621 whose resting at his base as he looks over his equipment for his A.C and looking at information from the other factions that things are getting worse as the unknown aliens and the PCA are giving everyone a hard time after checking on the equipment was done 621 goes too select his next mission this time it was the Liberation Front the screen opens up and the briefing began.
Ayre: we've received a job from the Liberation Front. Let's take a look at the request.
Liberation Front soldier: Raven. We have a mission we'd like to you.
The screen shows the wall where 621 once took a mission for Arqubus in order to capture it.
Liberation Front soldier: the Liberation Front is planning to retake the wall from Arqubus… and we'd like you to lay the ground work for us.

Liberation Front soldier: your objective is to assassinated Swinburne the commander of the occupying force.
621: he's… one of the people… I fought in the arena…
Liberation Fron soldier: Swinburne has dispatched surveillance squads to monitor for intruders and hire operatives.

After accepting the mission 621 changes his weapons replacing the missiles for Plasma missiles he equipped a shotgun for a sub weapon on the left shoulder and keeps the rifle and pulse blade.

Then he is sent to the mission area.

621 arrives at the mission area and spots many surveillance squads on the look out for any intruders at the same time Eren and Armin arrives as well and starts sneaking around in order to find Mikasa and save her while they are doing that 621 started taking out some of the enemy's in the area he obtained a sketch and information that seems tell what the members of the Vespers are like saying that some of them are nice people.
The scene changes to Eren and Armin still looking for Mikasa as they do they run into many cells that has many prisoners from the other factions such as Balam, Liberation Front, I.S Squadron, PCA and Huntsmen all of them looked like they went through something horrible and disturbing something that Eren and Armin are better off not knowing the two soon found Mikasa's cell they opened it and at long last the two are reunited with their friend Mikasa.
Eren: Mikasa? Mikasa!
Mikasa: …
Armin: Mikasa it's us don't you remember us?
Mikasa looks at them and doesn't speaks but nods her head slowly it's just like what Flatwell said she has a Coral burn in on her brain meaning she can barely function.
Eren: Mikasa… were getting you out of here okay.
Mikasa: *nod*
Eren: okay then, Armin help me carry her.
Armin: right.
The two help Mikasa up and started leaving her cell unknown to them the guards has been taken care of with no one noticing, meanwhile with 621 he is seen taking down most of the surveillance squads and taking out an MT as well he soon spotted a destroyed A.C looked at the data which tells what happens to POWs who are forced to go through re-education others who are resistant to this and shows potential are sent to the Factory, both 621 and Ayre don't like the sound of this one bit just as he arrived at where the target is supposed to be finds that he isn't there until they hear explosions taking place 621 heads to where it happened and spots Swinburne.
Swinburne: I see… Balam. A tired old concern falling further and further behind. I'll have you all sent to re-education… Snail will be pleased to have you.
621 land without Swinburne even noticing him this makes the situation that the Vesper is in very sad 621 walks towards and the target still doesn't notice him once 621 was close Swinburne mistakes him for one of his own.
Swinburne: Hm? Back to your post, grunt I can handle myself thank-
621: … hello…

621 attacks Swinburne who didn't know noticed him then a fight between the two began.
Swinburne: w-what do you think your playing at!? W-wait! Your not one of mine… another ambusher!?
The two continue there fight as Swinburne's A.C takes serious damage to the point that it can't take anymore then the Vesper started begging for his life.
Swinburne: W-wait! Let's not do anything hasty! You realize I lead the Vespers 7th squad… which means I hold the purse strings. Every single transaction goes through me. Let me go, and you'll still come out on top… understand?
621: …!?
Then out of nowhere a beam shot is fired at Swinburne killing him instantly.
*BANG!*
Swinburne: who did- GAAAAAAAAAHH!
Out of the shadows was another A.C it was one of the Aliens.
?: my that one was too easy oh well I guess I'll settle for not just one but two meals to have!
The Alien A.C then started attacking 621 as the unknown enemy tries to kill him.
?: are you curious about who I am human allow me to introduce myself my name is Mii one of the Apostles now stand still so I can neblade you!
As the two fight Eren and Armin escape from POW camp and boards there machines as they are about to leave they see a battle happening between two .
Eren: Armin take Mikasa out of here I'll be right back there's something I need to take care of.
Armin: Eren!
As the battle get worse Eren jumped into the fray and started attacking the Alien.
Eren: think of this as paying you back!
621: … okay…
Mii: another annoying pest it doesn't matter your all going to die anyway!
The two double team the enemy damaging her machine more and more this angers Mii as she really wants to kill them but she doesn't gets the chance as she is impaled by both 621 and Eren's energy and pulse blades that goes through the cockpit and kills her.
Mii: this can't be happening I can't lose to humans!
*BOOM!*

After the battle was over 621 and Eren looked at each then 621 sends a message to Eren telling him he'll help him carry the A.C that is in the hanger which belongs to his friend of course this confused both the Liberation Front members on how he knew about that, Eren thinks about it then he allows him to help.
621 destroyed the hanger doors and helps carried out Mikasa's A.C the three then leaves the meanwhile at the Liberation Front base Flatwell is seen talking to someone in secret.
Flatwell: thanks for getting me this information.
?: it's the least I can do and I can tell those two has potential that will greatly help Rubicon.
Flatwell: I think so to I must hang up good luck to you.
?: and you as well
Flatwell hangs up the call and goes to meet up with the others who sees Eren and Armin along with 621 carrying Mikasa A.C once the machine has been placed down 621 then leaves without saying a word.
Then everything fades to black.

That's another Chapter done Eren and Armin goes and saves Mikasa, 621 attacks Swinburne but the Vesper is killed by one of the apostles, thanks to Eren and 621 working together one of the aliens has been killed. Now on to the reviews.

To Xs0nicblAdeX: don't worry Rusty won't just defeat Ichika, he'll also defeat Ruby too. Your also right about ALLMIND she's very elusive and she's making sure no one finds out what she's up too not even Tabane knows she's being played.
To MaxHD2490: believe me ALLMIND already knows Phantom task is unknowingly being used by Tabane which is why she is having the mercenaries or its own to handle them. Yup you must never underestimate an LC those can be difficult so it's important to take it down quickly as possible.
To Blagoj Pejov1: your right she may be named Raven but she is not the "Raven" and doesn't know what that title stands for. Plus it's going to be a long while until those three fight each other.
