Sasuke once again coughed up a glob of blood.
His body was battered, bloody, and bruised.
'Yeah this is the end for me...Naruto.' He thought as he stared up into the sky.
Him and Naruto were no match against Isshiki Otsutsuki. He was already out of Chakra and could no longer help. Damn...
[Request Confirmed. Acquisition of the unique skill 'Magic Beacon' is successful.]
He tried to move, but couldn't. The Black Receivers prevented him from doing so. The black rods were stabbed all around his body. Blood poured profusely out of his wounds. It only increased his already burning pain.
[Request Confirmed. Acquisition of the skill 'Stab Resistance' is successful.]
[Continuing...'Physical Attack Resistance' is also successful. 'Paralysis Resistance' is successful. 'Pain Nullification' acquired. Creating a body that doesn't require blood.]
It was crazy to him. Even with two of the most powerful Dojutsus in the Elemental Nations, Sasuke was like a prey getting hunted and beat easily by a predator. Even with his immeasurable Chakra, it seemed to be a mere inconvenience to Isshiki.

He coughed some more blood out. He was surprised he even had more blood inside him.
He then thought about the Sage of Six Paths. He wondered if he knew it was more powerful and stronger Otsutsuki than Kaguya herself. If he did, why didn't he give them a warning? And would he still have taken the Yin and Yang Release back?
[Extra skill acquired. 'Sage.' Sage will transform into the unique skill 'Great Sage.' Continuing...'Yin and Yang Release' are also acquired.]
What was this ongoing voice in his head? Was he hearing random voices as he was dying??
Sasuke felt his life start to fade from his eyes.
Looks like it's his time. He thought about his family and loved ones. He apologized to them and hoped they would forgive him. He didn't know if he would be back or not, but he would make sure he wasn't reanimated.
Sasuke activated his Amaterasu on his body. He watched as it burned his body away into ashes. Strangely enough, even with the intense heat, it felt as if his body was ice cold.
['Heat Resistance' acquired. 'Cold Resistance' acquired. Combined results in new skill 'Thermal Fluctuation' resistance acquired.]
"I...leave the rest to...you...Naruto." Sasuke gave a last glance to the sky with a sad smile. He didn't regret dying fighting with his best friend. He just knew how much pain he would be in knowing of his death. He couldn't help the one lone tear that escaped his eyes as he closed them.
The world of the Elemental Nations then knew of the Shadow Hokage, Sasuke Uchiha no more.

Sasuke's eyes snapped open...or tried to at least as he couldn't see.
"Where am I?" He asked out loud. He sensed his surroundings and strangely felt a foreign energy all around him. It wasn't uncomfortable as he could feel it slowly, but surely being absorbed into him. He himself felt...different. Very different in fact.
He heard a voice in his mind. It sounded familiar to him.
'You are in a new world Sasuke Uchiha. You were reincarnated into a slime.' The voice said.
A...slime?? A damn slime of all things?? Okay now he wanted more answers. "Exactly who are you and why can't I see??" He asked more than curious to know.
'You will get all your answers soon. For right now try using Magic Sense. It allows you to see the world by perceiving surrounding Magicules even with your eyes closed.' The voice suggested.
Sasuke could still feel his Chakra thankfully, but he could also feel the foreign energy he sensed inside him.
He held onto that foreign energy and this time, extended his senses to the entirety of the place he was in.
It was like a night switch to day.
He could see that he was in some type of cave. His 'slime' body turned in a certain direction as he felt a huge amount of the energy towards the end of the cave. It was comparable to a Kage he could say, but strangely a part of the energy was suppressed. Meaning even more could be accessed. Interesting.
He wanted to verify what he looked like and hopped to some water.
How demeaning this was.
The Great Sasuke Uchiha, reduced to this??
Somewhere Naruto was laughing at him...if he was still alive that is.
He looked in the water to see that yes he was indeed a slime. A purple one at that.
Well no use in complaining. Hopefully he could return to his former state somehow.
He dearly hoped that.
Sasuke decided to go to the area he felt the large amount of energy at.
Once he arrived, he was slightly surprised to see a huge black dragon in front of him. Though he wasn't afraid of it. He also could see some type of barrier. It must have had something to do with the dragon's sealed energy.
The black dragon, Veldora looked at the purple slime with extreme curiosity.
The number of magicules this slime had was more than himself. Way more in fact. The slime also didn't have one ounce of fear while looking at him. He could also sense another...strange energy inside it. This one though was...limitless to say the least. Just who exactly was this slime and where did it come from?
"Hey you small slime. What is your name? I am Veldora, the Storm Dragon." Veldora said.
"My name is Sasuke Uchiha." Sasuke said as he 'looked' up at him.
"Well Sasuke, I have a proposal for you since you've managed to grab my interest." Veldora started.
"What is your proposal?" Sasuke asked him.
"I want you to take up my name and bring great honor to it. I have lived for over 300 years and can not leave this cave, so I offer this to you. If you can somehow unseal me though, that would be of great help also." Veldora said.
Sasuke began to think of options. There was only so much he could do in this particular state.
'I offer a suggestion Sasuke. Your skill 'Apex Predator' allows you to absorb a target into your body. Granting the same traits and abilities of that target. The target can include but is not limited to; organic matter, inorganic matter, skills, and magic.' The voice said.
Hm interesting. Well that is just what he needed.
Sasuke accepted Veldora's offer, but then gave him an explanation of the skill.
He watched as Veldora gave a loud hearty laugh.
"So that's what you want to do Sasuke...very well I accept. As for the name you will be taking, it is Kaminari. (Translates to thunder and lightning) Your name will be Sasuke Uchiha-Kaminari. Now go ahead and consume me Sasuke. Farewell." An appreciative Veldora said to him respectfully.
Sasuke thought the name was suitable, considering Veldora was a Storm Dragon and nodded with respect to him. He would surely remember him. He activated the skill and his body enlarged to engulf the dragon and the barrier and then it compressed back to its regular size.
He looked at the spot for a few more seconds before turning around and began his look for the exit of the cave.
He decided to test his skill and consumed all kinds of things he could. He also learned that he could analyze what he consumed and could produce crafts. This was very useful. He used it to create various potions in case he needed them.
He also came across different monsters which he consumed to no difficulty using his skill. He acquired their abilities and stats. The steel string from the spider monster reminded him of the ninja wire from back home. He found he could also turn into a replica of the monsters.
Once he reached the exit, he spotted some humans and an ingenious plan entered his mind.
A simple jutsu will suffice.
"Fire Release: Great Fireball!" He loudly said to them and a powered down fireball was shot at the unsuspecting group, knocking them hard against the cave wall. They laid on the ground, knocked out.
Sasuke went to the guy who mentioned something about 'stealth arts.' He really didn't want to do this, but he had to. He used his skill on him and the man was absorbed into him.
Sasuke's form then changed to the man's. A satisfied smirk formed on his face as he made a sign.
A younger Sasuke around 20 years old was seen. (Sasuke Shiden)
He deemed it was necessary to make himself younger just in case. Anyways, he was more than happy to be out of that slime state.
Before he could continued he had to do something first.
He really didn't want his Chakra or 'Magic' as they called it to be leaking.
He took a deep breath in and out then his Chakra and Magic was suppressed.
[New skill acquired 'Suppression'] : Allows you to be undetectable no matter how much Chakra or Magic you have.
That was good. Things were starting to look up now. He extended his senses a bit and could sense a group of monsters ahead.
He decided he would head in that direction.
And with that last thought, Sasuke walked outside the cave.
Sasuke felt the warm and soothing touch of the sun as he exited the cave.
He was now in what looked like a forest and he began walking. He held his Kusanagi at the ready. He created it using the 'Creation of All Things.' It was one of the new techniques he had access to via Yin and Yang Releases.
He could sense the monsters up ahead and paused in his walk as he waited for them.
"W-Who goes t-there?!"
Sasuke noticed the monsters were actually a group of male Goblins. The Goblins looked..completely terrified in fact. To the point they were almost petrified.
The Goblins looked nervously at Sasuke and he gave them a silent look of curiosity back.
"S-Strong one what a-are you doing h-here??" One of the Goblins asked him.
Sasuke's eyebrow raised upwards. "I can ask the same question to you all."
"W-Well we sensed your almighty power and wanted to ask you for your help." The Goblin replied.
'Oh? Well this could be interesting.' Sasuke thought with intrigue. He then sheathed his Kusanagi to relax them a bit. "What do you all need help with?" He questioned.
"Let us take you to our leader. He will answer your question strong one." The Goblin said before leading the way and Sasuke followed.
-Cutscene-
The Goblins led Sasuke to their village and he then spoke with the Elder Goblin. Basically, Dire Wolves have been attacking and killing their members. Mainly because of the presence of Veldora is gone because it was fending off the monsters. They wanted Sasuke's help on defeating the wolves. Sasuke decided to help them, but he didn't want any rewards. He also healed their wounded and injured members.
He told the Goblins to stay put and he would handle everything by himself.
Now it was night and he was outside of the village, waiting for the Dire Wolves.
"There they are." Sasuke said as he sensed them and then afterwards, they revealed themselves. He could see what looked to be the leader in the front of the pack.
'Hm..wouldn't getting rid of the leader make the rest yield?' Sasuke thought with curiosity and interest. Well..only one way to find out.
"We come t-" The leader was immediately cut off literally.
The leaders head rolled like a bowling ball before hitting a tree. It's body fell lifeless.
-Clang-
Sasuke made sure the Dire wolves heard him sheathe his weapon, so they can know who killed their leader.
The wolves were..flabbergasted if that was a way to put it.
"Your leader is dead. Do anyone of you want to follow him?" Sasuke asked as he stared around with cold and calculating eyes. The wolves were silent and still.
"Good. Now I need you all to follow me." Sasuke said as he led the way back inside the village.
All of the Goblins were shocked to see the Dire wolves not attacking them and their village. Sasuke called the village Elder forward.
"Everything is taken care of. I killed their leader and now they made me their new leader." Sasuke said.
The Goblins immediately bowed in much gratitude to Sasuke.
"Strong one, how will we ever repay you for your actions?" The Elder Goblin asked.
"It's like I said I did it to help, not to expect a reward. You all do not owe me anything." Sasuke replied.
"Well how about we at least have a celebration..you can also stay here if you want." One of the Goblins suggested.
Sasuke wasn't tired in the least, but it would be an eventful day tomorrow and he figured he may as well get rest even though he didn't really need it. He gave the okay to the Goblins and they immediately got to work on the celebration. The Dire Wolves watched them with curiosity.
