Ravage

I was a bit shocked with Soundwave's revelation. He had been contacted the Lost Prime and made his heir. I had no idea how I was supposed to feel. It was surreal, going from a minicon stray to essentially being bonded to a Prime.

I noticed Soundwave held himself with much more power. His voice had much more confidence, he seemed more powerful, and it seems like he got an upgrade. Not surprising, since now he was a Prime.

Last night, Soundwave had sent Laserbeak to go on reconnaissance in neighboring areas. He didn't find much of note around New York. It was just the same, busy city we remembered. However, he had managed to record footage of the Mount Olympus. Apparently, it was above the Empire State Building.

He had recorded footage of Olympus, as well as a meeting of the Olympians. They were deciding how they would deal with us, and decided in our favor. At least now we didn't have to worry about the gods.

In the morning, Will greeted us.

"Morning Soundwave."

"Morning."

"Did you sleep well?"

"Cybertronians do not sleep."

"Oh, okay. I guess that makes sense, you being a robotic-organism. Well, anyways, we're heading to the dining pavilion for breakfast. By the way, can you ask your cassettes to eject?"

"Affirmative. Rumble, Frenzy, Ravage, Laserbeak: eject."

We ejected and landed on the ground in front of Will. He seemed to still not fully understand how we fit in Soundwave's chest, but his questioning quickly subsided.

"Alright, let's go."

We followed Will along with the rest of the Apollo campers. We stuck put like sore thumbs in the crowd of humans, but they seemed to have accepted us.

They cheerfully chatted, their status as the children of the sun god probably making them morning people. They'd try to include us into conversation, but it usually ended up being more questions for us. Either way, it was nice to be accepted.

I frequently found myself an outlier. For one, my animalistic appearance would lead others to assume I was wild, and my status as a minicon would cause people to underestimate me.

Even in the group, I still felt secluded. I was the only one without a sibling. Rumble and Frenzy were obviously twins, and so indistinguishable and similar that they practically shared the same mind. Laserbeak and Buzzsaw, while not so conjoined, were still siblings. That left me. I still had a good relationship with Soundwave, but that was it. So it was nice to belong with the Apollo campers.

We reached the pavilion and settled near the Apollo table. Like last night, Hephaestus campers brought a generator for Soundwave to synthesize energon. Soundwave made some canisters, extracted energy from the generator, synthesized energon, and distributed it among all of us.

Chiron announced, "Alright, everyone! Our camp director, Mr. D, has an announcement regarding our new guests."

Mr. D, or Dionysus, got up to speak.

"All right everyone. Last night, myself and the other Olympians gathered to discuss the fate of our alien visitor. In this meeting, we decided that he will be allowed to stay as a sovereign entity. As this is a decision made by the Olympians, we expect everyone to respect it. Understood?"

The campers all stated various declarations of agreement. It seems a decision from the gods held more authority than their obvious disadvantage against us.

We nodded along, however it was not news to us. We already knew from Laserbeak's recording, but we weren't so keen on letting everyone else know. So we acted like this was our first time hearing this.

Chiron beamed, "Alright, with the announcement finished, let us begin!"

Annabeth

The morning after Soundwave arrived was a bit frustrating for me. I wanted to help him, but I had trouble thinking about how. Could the Hephaestus campers give him an upgrade to better use his abilities to get home? Could ambrosia and nectar be mixed with the energon as a sort of medication to help him unlock his powers? What could I do? Did Rachel or Ella know any prophecy or text relating to this 'Dreamer' person? Why were they important?

I mulled over these questions as Soundwave and his minicons headed to the Apollo table with the rest of the Apollo campers. Everyone got to the pavilion, settled down, and Chiron announced the beginning of the meal.

The tables were buzzing with activity, as usual. However, the Hephaestus and Athena tables were mainly talking about things relating to Soundwave. The Hephaestus campers were gushing about how impressive Soundwave was in an engineering standpoint. Meanwhile, everyone at the Athena table, myself included, were chatting about the significance of what we could learn from such an advanced life-form.

The meal was rather uneventful compared to yesterday. Although, I couldn't help but feel like Soundwave had taken a specific interest in me. After all, he had singled me out when he first landed on the shore of camp, and he still seemed to be staring at me. It was flattering that I had been impressive enough to catch the attention of such an advanced life-form, yet I mulled over if I actually did, or if it was my imagination.

I decided I would wait to ask him later. I focused on eating and thinking about things that I knew the answers to. It was a short while until the meal concluded. Things went without a hitch as we all cleaned up. Then, while the other campers went to do activities, I went to take care of some things. Soundwave followed Will, some Apollo campers, and Nico to the infirmary. I made a mental note to head over to talk with him later on.
