Chapter 2 : Making an Entrance

Words can't describe What Naruto was feeling this moment. He could finally move. Eyes closed with a small ,fox like grin, little by little ;he moved. Wiggling his toes, his fingers. Slowing rolling his wrists and flexing his ankles. Talking a deep breath.

"It smellings like worry and antiseptics" Thought Naruto, Dreading that he was in fact... in the hospital...again.

Finally opening his eyes and shutting them right after being assaulted by the sunlight.

" I gotta stop ending up in here" Naruto said

Hearing a gasp he turned his head to the left and an anbu with a snake mask stepped out of the corner.

Frowning and with a hint of bitterness , Naruto asked the anbu

" are you here to finish me off?"

Shocked with the straight forwardness of the question, The anbu answered

"No. Hokage-sama has been stationing anbu here to watch you in your recovery since you were admitted to the hospital."

"Oh now he cares about me? Where was this protection on my birthday?"

Unaffected by the frigidness and poison laced line of questioning The Anbu answered dryly

" You can discuss that with Hokage-sama. I was told to make sure he was notified the moment you woke up."

"are you sure it safe for you to go" Naruto asked sarcastically, trying to get a rise out of the anbu.

Failing to give a response ,the anbu left in a lead shunshin.

"asshole." Naruto said , with a little playfulness I. The statement...

10 Minutes later

Three men entered the hospital with enough speed to make the yellow flash jealous. Each stride seemingly taking an eternity to compete , each breath getting harder to exhale and the receptionists desk seemed to be getting further and further away.

"I've been here everyday, why am I feeling this way" The oldest one thought. Finally making it to the desk, The youngest of the three asked the question

that was on the rest of is groups mind

" We're here to see Uzumaki Naruto, can we go to his room"

Not even looking up from the magazine She was reading, the receptionist replied " I'm sorry but, the demon can receive any visitors."

With anger in his voice and three accompanying spikes of K.I ,The oldest of the bunch asked

" Could you repeat that?"

Head shooting up in fear and dropping the magazine. The receptionist looked up and gasped in terror.

For she just broken the third Hokage's law and insulted the... boy... all in front of... " Lord Hokage! Jiraiya Sama "she exclaimed.

"Kakashi, No!!"

yelled The Toad Sannin as he grabbed Kakashi's wrist

Kakashi, whose hand was currently sparking with a lightning; could barely hear him over the sound of a 1000 chirping birds.

"We're going to see Naruto, but before that, I'm going to kill you! " shouted Kakashi terrifying everyone in the vicinity excluding The tall man and the Hokage.

He rushed forward, forgetting his wrist was being held tightly and didn't go anywhere

" Not so fast." Said Jaraiya .

" Unhand me! Let me take this bitches head!!"

Yelled Kakashi , with venom dripping in every word.

"Calm down Kakashi. This trash isn't worth it" said Hiruzen.

" We're going to see Naruto. I expect you to be gone when I get back here." He followed.

"But Hokage sama!" Said rhetorical receptionist.

"Either that or I grant Kakashi's Request." Calmly spoken Hiruzen said "You people have had enough time to grieve your losses .but instead of moving on and finding something constructive to do, you take out your anger on a child who had zero control over the position he was put it."

"Leave or die " said Kakashi with blood lust and an eye smile...

After the Fiasco in the lobby, the three were just grateful to be closer to their destination. Hoping that Naruto was handling the situation better than they were they finally arrived at his door.

He had been staining at the door expectantly for the past 15 minutes. Activating and deactivating his dojutsu to pass the time and because he was still waaay to stiff to get out of bed, he noticed three large chakra signatures right outside his door.

deactivating his eyes for the last time and waiting patiently for the people to enter, he was quite surprised when after 5 more minutes nothing happened.

" They must be planning to kill me , that's why they haven't come in yet. And just when I'm still too sore to move!"thought Naruto .

Straining his body to move and grunting in exertion also alerting the party outside the door of movement, He was surprised when the door finally opened and by who was there.

"Hokage g I'm mean, Hokage sama"

said Naruto with his head down long hair blocking shadowing his eyes from view.

"Oh Naruto !" Said the aged man Heart broken because he didn't receive the special honorific from the boy he saw as a grandson.

Walking over and extending a hand to ruffle the boys hair, Naruto move his head out of the way. Be it a slight or because the boy was traumatized no one knew.

Sadden by this, there was one question on Hiruzen's mind.

" are you ok ,Naruto?" Asked Hiruzen,

" what do you think?" Naruto to asked sarcastically.

flinching back as if he saw slapped in the face , Hiruzen said nothing because he could say nothing . He could only look at the ground, apparently finding the germicidal tiles more interesting than the cold eyes he knew, were staring at him behind those blonde and red locks of hair.

"I take it you brought these men to finish me off?"

Naruto asked emotionless.

Hurting and with a look mirroring the emotion The Hokage replied

" No Naruto. I know you've been through a lot but you have to trust me when I tell you we're here to keep you safe.

"Thanks Hokage Sama but, if this is what you call protecting me I think I'm better off protecting myself said Naruto, angrily.

"are up upset with me Naruto?"

"Old man , Upset can't even begin to describe how I feel right now.

" Let me explain Naruto" pleaded Hiruzen.

Yea brat, don't you think you're being kind of harsh to the Hokage? " asked Jaraiya with some sternness.

"This fucking guy , mumbled Naruto loud enough for them to hear, Who even are you? He asked with disrespect.

Shocked into silence Jaraiya just stood there with his jaw on the floor. Never c had he been written off so quickly.

"Old man you let me get tortured every day for as long as I can remember and nothing happens. YOU LET THEM ALMOST KILL ME EVERY YEAR ON MY BIRTHDAY!" He said while flaring his chakra.

At this moment three things happened

1. The surrounding walls where blown to smithereens exposing the metal frames and opening up the neighboring rooms

2. The three ninja in the room at the time of the flare were violently thrown back into the hallway: each sustains minor cuts and bruises.

3. 9 Anbu appeared all with various bladed weapons pointing 2 inches away from each of the boys vital Organs.

The boy in question was just sitting up in his bed which was untouched and had a far away look in his eyes

"Ok Kit, maybe you should hold back a little bit." Kurama said with a bit of mirth in his voice.

Naruto Responded with a feral, fox like grin.

" yea but that was fun. Did you see the look on their faces, oh and how do you like having access to my senses?" Naruto asked.

"it's better than being cooped up inside you with nothing to do but, maybe you can change the scenery In here?" Asked Kurama.

" How do you that?"

Asked Naruto

Kurama just gave Naruto a bombastic side eye.

" You know it's your mind right? You can think about it and make it so. "

a few seconds later everything went black.

"Kit! What did you do?" Yelled Kurama.

He wasnt scared, you're scared.

Just as the frightened Bijuu was about to yell again, a forest magically appears. ( don't tell

him I said that)

around the Bijuus neck was a collar with the shikifuin pendant that looked just like the seal on Naruto's gut.

The forest in Naruto's mindscape was massive, almost an exact replica of Konoha's surrounding forest.

In the middle of the forest( where they are) the was a giant red house.

" Kit you didn't have to do that!" Said Kurama with shock and happiness radiating in his words.

"I just wanted to do something nice for you. I know you would like nothing more than to be out of me and doing your own thing out of the way of mortals but this way I can make it more comfortable for you until be fine a way to let you out without killing me."

said Naruto ,who was just happy to help one of the only beings to ever help him.

" Kit you should probably get back out there, youre being shaken"

said Kurama with his back turned to Naruto. He was trying to hide his tears.

" ok Kurama sama " I'll see you later.

Closing his eyes Naruto blinked out of the mindscape.

making sure the mental link was cut Kurama then let out the tears of joy he was holding in.

"This human, he's the one father was talking about. I know it. He has my protection and my friendship until I or we both die"

said Kurama through the tears.

back in the real world, the Hokage was shaking Naruto to wake him from the apparent trance he was in.

" Hokage sama, Would you stop that" Naruto said between shakes.

"Are you ok?! What was that!? Do we need To check the seal? "

said the Hokage, fear evident.

"Yes, my anger and nothing is wrong this the seal." Naruto said ,Answering all three question .

"well if you're good enough to blow up your room , you're good enough to talk about this in my office."

before he could get a response he grabbed Naruto who was still in his hospital gown, and left in a shunshin, leaving Jiraiya, Kakashi and the 9 anbu there to clean up the mess and deal with the head doctor who had just arrived.

arriving in the Hokages office, with a look of confusion ,Naruto asked if he had a change of clothes

answering the Hokage said " yes but we don't have anything in orange. All i have is black shirts ,pants and sandals."

that will work fine, I'm due for a change anyway.

Said Naruto.

"I know you know about the shops over charging me, I was wondering if you could have someone shop for me so I can actually have some help money to do normal things." Asks Naruto in a sort of an emotionless tone.

shaking his head and sadden by the lack of emotion from the boy he loved as his own grandson.

" yes Naruto that's the least I can do." But first we need to talk about a few things"

said Hiruzen making his self ready for the difficult conversation ahead.

"Well Hokage sama what do you want to know?"

A/N: and that's a wrap. Sorry I know it's a day late. I got wrapped up with work and I had to finish this song for a project I'm working on. Don't worry though, this shouldn't be a common thing. I'm working on chapter 3 which should be up Saturday or Sunday and after that it's going to start moving a lot faster. Just a few things I'd like to set up first. If you guess what I'm going to do you get a cookie.
