The day after the sports festival a spikey-haired strawberry blonde with six red wings was talking to a man in a plague doctor mask in an isolated alley of Hosu city when his phone rang. Taking his cell phone from a pocket in the lining of the brown leather jacket he was wearing he answered, turning his back on the other man as he recognized the name on the caller ID. "Hello?" He answered, as his red wings fluttered in the wind.

...

"Ah... Yu long time no see." He spoke candidly, the man behind confused as to what was happening.

The plague doctor tried to get the winged man's attention. "I thought we were in the middle of a deal here? What the fuck."

The winged blonde looked annoyed at the plague doctor at first before he brought a hand to his lips with an unsettling smile on his face. "We were... Can you give me a second?"

...

"No Yu, it's fine I can talk, I am not busy at all. Is something wrong?"

...

"No, it's just you haven't talked to either Rumi or me in so long, I kind of figure... I don't know, you need something."

...

"There's no need to apologize, Yu, friends grow apart after high school and I get that... I would never hold you to anything just because we were friends once upon a time."

The plague doctor was now worried. Why would someone known for their secrecy be taking the time to answer a phone call using what he hoped weren't real names. Something about the deal that he had with the man on the phone gave him pause.

...

"Come on, you know me, Yu, I won't turn a blind eye to a friend in need, so... What do you need?"

...

"If that's the case, why don't you intern him there, it would be closer to home and you wouldn't be asking me for a favor."

...

"All Might eh... Interesting."

...

"I mean that does change things a bit, but I wouldn't want anyone related to the number one getting cozy with us unless he is going to sign. Do you think that he would go for it?" He asked looking at the plague doctor in a silent warning not to move as it was hard to keep track of the other man in the dark of the night sky and talk on the phone at the same time.

...

"Well we do have three years to convince him of the move, and you know I can come up with a mean sales pitch in the meantime, I just need one thing from you."

...

"You know me I do not do things for cheap, A favor requires something of equal value, after all, Yu."

...

"Oh, nothing big... I want you to sign with us, and not just for the kid's internship either... What do you say, want to team up with me and Rumi like old times? She... She may not outright admit it but she misses you, both her and her siblings."

...

"Yu I know that I am not being fair, but I wouldn't miss this opportunity to get one of my best friends back, and I promise to buy you out of your contract if need be Sis. Plus we have been taking care of your place so you wouldn't have to worry about moving on such short notice."

...

"Yeah of course we kept it, between you and me... Rumi did not have the heart to get rid of it. She nearly bit my head off when I tried."

...

"I know... But you are going to have to talk to her yourself."

...

"Great I will talk to my lawyers as soon as I get home, we will set something up for you, don't worry. How long do we have?"

...

"That's going to cost me a lot."

...

"Don't worry, Yu. And don't you dare mention it, just remember what our original goals were... You will have to break into the top ten like me and Rumi, any number will do... I don't want our hero agency to lose its place in Hosu." The man looked over at the plague doctor who was getting impatient with a frown. "Sorry, Yu... It looks like we are going to have to finish this conversation tomorrow."

...

"Well beggars can't be choosers, later..."

...

"Bye" Putting his phone away the blonde turned his attention to the plague doctor. "So, what?... Overhaul plans to get rid of just the emitter types with these bullets, and where is he planning to supply that many gun owners in fucking Japan, if you ask me dumb ass is too narrow-minded to do his job. The age of how the yakuza did things is long gone, All Might or no, and the deal is off."

The plague doctor made a sound of displeasure as he crossed his arms. "Our boss isn't going to take that lightly, even from the great Hawks... But I will bring the answer to him regardless, just be prepared for what comes next." The plague doctor began walking past the hero. "I have learned much from our interaction... Yu was it, and she sounded like a woman. I really hope she is an emit-" Before the doctor could complete his statement he suddenly collapsed after moving past Hawks.

"Amateurs..." Hawks said looking down at a bloodied gloved hand with one of the feathers from his wings in it. He turned around to the now prone man with a blank expression. He then moved to the body kneeling to its side as blood started to pool, digging out a picture of a white-haired girl from the doctor's trench coat, and sticking a knife in the back of his head he calmly started walking away. "I wonder if I can get Yu's kid on a little rescue mission." Hawks finished, looking at the picture of the little girl in it.
