Chapter 44: It's the little things

The sound of a door opening was the thing that woke me up. The sound of footsteps getting close to me was the thing that put me on guard. The feeling of someone placing a hand on my shoulder was the thing that made me jump off my bed and attack the person who was in my room.

"Eep!" A shrike got my attention and I was met with small rose petals on my face.

"Pfft. What?" I turned on a lamp next to me and was met with silver eyes looking at me on the floor. "Shit! Ruby, I'm sorry I didn't mean to-." I said to her trying to help her up.

"No! It's my fault. I should have knocked first, sorry." She takes my hand and stands up. She looked dressed and ready to head out for the day. I reach for my scroll and see that it is still early... Seven in the morning to be exact.

"Any reason why you are here in my room? More specifically how and why?"

"Blake help me get in." And like that, it answers one question. " And the reason why I'm here is because I need your help today! The gang is coming back today, and I want to go to Vale and get some supplies to celebrate their return."

"Okay, but why this early?" I said as I began to go to get my clothes.

"They said that everyone should be arriving today at ten. So, I just wanted to get the day started earlier. So, can you help?" As Ruby asked this, Seth entered the bathroom and not five seconds he came out already dressed to start the day. Making Ruby look at him confused. "How did you?"

"Lots of training. Anyway, I'm ready to go." I grabbed my scroll, and we began to leave my room. Outside of the door, I see Blake leaning on the wall waiting for us to leave. She turns to me and sees me giving her a deadpan expression.

"Really?" I asked her.

She shrugs at me. "She woke me up early as well. And asked for my help."

"Okay, but why not knock?" From the corner of her mouth, I could tell she was smirking.

"Hm, just wanted to see if I still got it. And I still do." Blake pushed herself off the wall and bumped my shoulder with hers. I roll my eyes at that and begin to follow them. The three of us then began to walk toward the airship to get to Vale. Whatever Ruby had in mind today must be important. For us to get up this early, she must have something planned for all of us to do today.

As the group of three began to enter the ship. Another group of two were watching them from a distance: a man and a woman. The woman looked upset with the turn of events, while the man just kept quiet over what he was seeing.

"Remind me again why we are not stopping them, sir?" The woman asked her boss. Not hearing a response, she turns to him who is drinking off his mug and on a tablet. "Sir?"

"I believe they have done their time Glynda. But we should get ready for today. We are to be expecting the rest of the students today." The headmaster said to her as he finished reading the message that he received. "Also, it looks like we are to be expecting someone else today." He shows her the message and to the surprise of the woman. She was not amused by it.

"He is coming as well?"

"Yes, you know how James is. I wouldn't be surprised if he brings his ship. So we have a busy schedule today. Let's not worry too much, I'm sure they will stay out of trouble." With that, the headmaster begins to head back to his office and awaits the arrival of the students of the other kingdoms.

We went Pie shopping... That sounded way better in my head. Honestly, who eats a pie at eight in the morning?

Well not the worst thing to get but I do like a nice slice of pie. We were currently at a bakery that Ruby had suggested had the best desserts in all of Vale. The place was a little shop at the center of everything, Ruby liked this shop since Yang always took her there and she knew the people who ran it. So, we let her do all of the orders that she planned. Apparently, it was pies, like I said not a bad choice, but I didn't expect it this early for us. Well anyway, it's for all of us. So, I can't really complain about it.

"How long do they take to make?" I asked Ruby and she turned to me.

"About an hour. This is why I wanted to get here early. So by the time they were finished, we could make it back before the gang all returned. Thanks again for coming along."

"No problem... By the way how many did you order?"

"Ten!" I just looked at her confused by it

"Why? There are nine of us."

"The last one is for Tukson, he was kind enough to give me a deal yesterday when I bought the books. So I at least want to repay the favor."

"With a pie?"

"Don't destroy my gratitude with your logic Seth!" Ruby turns away from me and huffs.

"No, it's fine. A good way to thank him." I feel like it's a good way to cause a sugar crash but what do I know? I turned to our last member here and saw that she was looking up at a television screen and I could tell by her face she was not happy. I step next to her and look at the screen as well.

"And so with reports confirming that the ones responsible for the attack of the shipment area last week, were none other than the White Fang. This will also confirm that as of recently all low Dust supplies have been a cause of the Fang involvement. Police will continue the investigation for now, only time will tell. This was Liza Lavender with Good Morning Vale." As the news report finishes, I turn to Blake and see her looking angrily at it.

"Blake... We did what we could." I tried to reassure her, but it looked like it did nothing.

"The real criminal escaped, while the Fang gets the blame." I mean they were also involved in it but hey, not saying that out loud. "Until he is caught, these problems will only get worse as time goes on."

"So what? You just going to go out there and do everything yourself?" I said it in a sarcastic voice; however I could tell that it made Blake think for a bit. "That was a joke. Blake let the police deal with this."

"Seth, it's been two months since this started and the police have yet to find the ones responsible for this until now. Do you really think, they of all people going to do anything about this?" She looked at me with a deadpan expression, I just looked at her confused by it.

"Blake trust me when I say this, just let it go. If anything, they will just bring in a professional huntsman in this case and have him deal with everything."

"And what good wi-" Blake was soon cut off by Ruby calling for us.

"Guys! A little help here." We both turned to her and saw that she was carrying boxes of Pies all by herself. By the look of it, they were about to fall.

"Ruby!" We both run to help her out. As we both helped her out, we then began to walk toward Tukson store, Ruby really just wanted to give him something. As we continued to pass by more stores, we made it past one that was being re-opened again.

"Hey, isn't that the store you saved Ruby?"

"It is, good to see that it's being reopened again."

"So, was that the reason you got accepted into the school? You save this place by being robbed?" Blake asked.

"And dealt with that guy we fought at the docks."

I could tell Blake was sending daggers my way, but I chose to ignore it. As we passed more stores, we turned the corner and saw Tukson store. Ruby quickly handed me her share of the baggage and took one pie for the man.

"I'll be back real quick, then we can head back to Beacon." Ruby quickly ran off to the store and left Blake and me on the side of the road. We see her enter the store and Blake turns to me.

"See what I mean, Roman has been already striking stores way before the Fang was involved. So he is the one responsible for everything."

"Okay, Blake I get it. But we are just students here. What do you expect to do? Make everyone agree with you and get help from your team?"

"No, if anything this will be something that I would just have to deal with myself."

"And you're telling me this why?"

"Cause I know you can keep a secret."

"Blake this could be your life on the line here. Do you really think I would keep a secret like this? From your team?"

She keeps quiet about that, almost like she didn't expect that response from me. In all honesty, if this was someone else, I might have just kept that secret and moved on with my life. But since it was Blake and a friend of mine now... I can't let that slide this time.

"Listen Blake, don't do anything stupid that will end your life. Everyone cares about you. Don't waste it trying to get justice." I turned to the store and saw two people walking away from the store in the opposite direction from us. For some strange reason, my head began to hurt a little. I just shook it off and looked back at the store waiting for Ruby.

...

After another three minutes, she comes out with a successful grin on her face and runs towards us.

"Okay, it's all done now. Let's go back to Beacon!"

"You took your time, what happened?"

"Oh, Tukson was dealing with customers. After they left I handed him the Pie. It was strange, he was so thankful for it, that he told me he was closing shop and taking a break from the store. See Seth, I told you he had a sweet tooth for a pie." I rolled my eyes at that and handed her back her share of boxes. As we both began to walk back I turned to see Blake looking back at the store.

"What's up?"

"Tukson was never a desert person. So I just find it strange."

"Hm, people change Blake."

I don't hear a response from her, but Ruby does scream at us to hurry up. With no room to argue we both begin to follow her back to Beacon to welcome the rest of the team.

"WE'RE BACK!" Nora entered her team dorm and was met with silence. "Huh? I thought Seth would be here?" She looked around the room for any sign of him but came up short.

"Nora, maybe he went out. But it is strange that he left early." Pyrrha said as she put her bag on her bed.

"Well, he is a morning person, so maybe he went out for a jog?" Jaune said as he entered the room and went straight for his bed lying down on it.

"Hm, it is early maybe he went to get breakfast?" As the last person entered the room, Ren checked around and saw that everything was nice and organized. "At least he kept himself busy."

"He went to get breakfast without us? I'm hurt by that." Nora said as she placed a hand over her chest and wiped away a fake tear. "The boy is going to get it now. Let's go and get food guys!" As Nora went for the door and opened it she was greeted by Yang and Weiss looking at her confused. "Hey girls how was your break?"

"Yang was the first to answer. "It was fun, but kind of quiet since Ruby wasn't with us back home."

"My vacation was a little eventful, but I'm at least glad to be back here." Weiss also said as she turned to the other members of JNPRS. "By the way, have any of you seen Ruby or Blake? They are not in our room."

"Seth isn't here either. GASP! They left us alone and went on an adventure."

"We think they left for the cafeteria for breakfast." Ren told the two girls this and both nodded their heads at that.

"Right... Well, at least that one makes sense. Oh cool! You guys have a couch here." Yang enters the room and heads straight for the couch and sits on it.

"Yang! Be respectful of their boundaries." Weiss also enters the room trying to get her teammate back.

"You guys are lucky, we can't fit this in our room. Why is it here?" Yang looks at the team.

"Yang... That's Seth's bed." Pyrrha told her this and Yang quickly smirked at this and laid her body down on it.

"Yang! Get off that now!" Weiss goes and grabs her teammate and pulls her out. "Show some respect for a person... Bed."

"I didn't know you care so much now? What change Ice Queen?" Yang asked. While Weiss just huffs at her.

"Please, it's nothing like that. I just believe that he is at least more tolerable now." Weiss turns away from the others and looks out of the door.

"Are you kidding?" A low voice was heard and this one was from Jaune.

"I told you Weiss." Pyrrha said to her. "Give it time and he can be a nice person to talk to."

"Even the Ice Queen can be nice. That's a nice change of pace."

"Anyway, we should probably go and get some food as well. Maybe we can find the three at the cafeteria." Ren said as he began to exit the room. However, they began to hear people talking down the hall and were heading their way.

"Alright guys. When we see them, try not to brag." The sound of Seth's voice was heard.

"About what?" Ruby's voice was also heard and was also heading their way.

"That's it, Ruby. Don't let it slip just how much fun we had. Otherwise, Weiss will be like, 'Oh, but my pride, Grr, I wish I was a dolt!'" The sound of Seth's voice as he began to mimic Weiss. He got a laugh from Nora and Yang, but a 'GRR' from Weiss.

"That's not inaccurate." Now Blake's voice was heard with them and were now closer than before.

"Yang and Nora would just growl and grumble; Really it's too bad Yang didn't decide to stay here with us. Then she would have more fun with us." As the voice grew closer the three finally stepped in front of the door. "Speaking of, did you know they haven't fought? Crazy right!?" Seth turned to his room and saw the rest of his team and Ruby's team as well.

"Oh, hey guys! Welcome back! We brought pies!" Seth said as he raised the pies in his hands.

...

"Mock my pride...!" Weiss said as she began to walk towards Seth.

"Ha! See what I tell you? Like a broken record." Seth turns to Ruby and Blake to get their opinion. However, he didn't see Weiss jump at him.

"I'MA KILL YOU!" Weiss pounced at Seth and began to claw at him.

"AH! GET IT OFF ME! GET IT OFF ME!"

"No! The Pies!" Ruby screams trying to save them.

"This is what we come back too." Ren said as he just rubbed his head.

"Yep... It's good to be home." Pyrrha said as she went to help Seth... In a very slow way.

"Ow! Okay, stop using your nails! I'm down!" Seth said as he kept on trying to push Weiss off him.

Well, this was one way to welcome them back. Me getting claw by Weiss, Yang punching me on my side and Nora kicking my shin. I think today was not my day at all. Pyrrha was the only nice one to me, even though her grip was a little bit tight when she was helping me out. I don't really care too much. Ren and Jaune also had to help me escape Weiss's claw attacks that at this point I had no idea what happened after. But, like I said I don't care anymore.

"So remind me again why we are wearing our uniform to go get our breakfast?" Nora asked us as we walked down the halls and out of a building.

"Miss Goodwitch had informed all of us to wear them, since today all of the students of the different kingdoms will be arriving. They at least want to know which students go where. So that's the reason why we are forced to wear them." Ruby explains to Nora as she happily leads the way to the cafeteria.

As we made our way to the cafeteria, we saw off in the distance a bunch of airships heading straight for the school. "Hey look, it looks like the students should be arriving now." Jaune pointed it out and we all looked in the direction. Yep, they were arriving, and by the looks of it.

"Haven Students are here." I said as I turned to Pyrrha. "You think that's their ship?"

"We can go and have a look. It would be nice to catch up with them."

"You guys friends right?" We both nod at this and begin to head in that direction.

"Where are you guys going?" I turned to Yang and began to explain that we were just going to meet with some friends. For some reason, they also began to follow us to go and meet with them. After arriving near the airships we began to see the students of Haven exit and all began to head in the direction of Beacon.

"Many students here. How can you know where your friends are?" We began to see many new faces but none of them resemble the ones we know.

"We know what they look like. But I guess they are not on this ship. Maybe the next one." I was about to head out but my scroll began to buzz. Pulling it out I saw that I received a new message from Bolin.

"Oh, cool Bolin just sent me something. Let's see now... 'Run.'... What the hell does that mean?" I looked at it confused but soon I got my answer.

"Sapphire!" Hearing my name get screamed out I soon realized what It meant.

'Fuck.' I turned to the source of the voice and yep it was none other than.

"Hey, Arslan. It's good to see you-" Arslan jumps towards me, kick at the ready. I move to my side avoiding her and as she lands she throws another punch my way making me block it.

"You know we can get in trouble for this right?" I asked her as she began to get ready to fight.

"Why? This is only how I say hello to my rival." She smirks at me and I just look at her with a deadpan expression.

"I'm calling Bullshit on that." I turned to face my friends and saw that Bolin and Reese were right next to Pyrrha talking with her. I also saw another person with them with pink hair, must be their last member. I turned to my team and saw that they were just standing there looking at me like I was expected to fight. I turned to team RWBY and saw them doing the same thing. Like they wanted me to continue this. Sigh... No, it's fine guys. Just let me deal with this on my own! Why do I always get the worst-

ACK!

I felt a punch to my cheek and I get sent back. Landing on the ground, I contemplate what to do here. With no other options, I kickflip back up and begin to remove my jacket.

"Alright Arslan, Square up!" I throw my jacket on the ground and begin to get ready to fight. Arslan on the other hand begins to rush toward me to start.

However, she doesn't get as far as she wants, beacuse she gets picked up by a purple glow around her. Turning I see Miss Goodwitch walking in our direction. By the look of it, she was not amused by the antics that were happening.

"I hope you students are not getting ready to fight now." Miss Goodwitch said to us with venom in her tone starting at both Me and Arslan.

"No... This is just, how I greet my friends. Ehe." I said to them as I rubbed the back of my head.

"I'm calling Bullshit on that Sapphire." I turn to Arslan seeing her up in the air with a smirk and I mouth to her to 'shut'.

"Miss Altan, I would refrain from using any sort of bad language while at this school. You are here to learn and be respected not to act out like a brute. Any sort of fight will result in detention. Do I make myself clear?" Miss Goodwitch narrows her eyes at her and it results in Arslan nodding her head in agreement.

With a tired Sigh, Miss Goodwitch gently puts down Arslan on the ground and begins to walk away from us. "Be sure to go to your dorm rooms on the opposite side of the school. We wouldn't want another incident here." With that, she leaves us alone once more.

Sigh... I swear this day can't get any... I grab the hand that was sent my way and hold it there. I turn to Arslan and look at her. "Really? After all of that?"

"Hm, good to see that you didn't lose your reaction time. That first shot made me question you." She tries to pull away from me but I just hold it. "What?"

"Don't what me, why attack me? What the fuck did I do to you?" As I question her I feel another hand on my shoulder and turn to see Bolin shaking his head.

"You still have a lot to learn." I then see Reese also walk next to him as well as Pyrrha.

"What?" I question.

"Nothing, she just misses you."

"Quiet Hori, you as well Chloris." Arslan told both of our friends.

"I didn't even say anything?! Hi, Seth." Reese waves at me.

"Hey, Reese. Good to see you as well." I smile at her. Well at least one of them was still a nice person to me. "So tell me again why did none of you stop her when she was attacking me?"

"She orders us not to. Also, I did send you a warning."

"Yeah, all it said was 'Run', not a big clue on what that could mean Man."

"Hey, guys. I think we should go and put our bags in our room." A new voice was heard and this time it was the one with the pink hair.

"Right! We need to at least get some rest after the long trip. Oh and by the way this is Nadir. He's a part of our team." Reese quickly got introductions out of the way and Nadir just nodded my way. I wave my hand at him and see that Bolin and Arslan grab their things agreeing with Reese.

"We can talk later after we finish settling in here. We got a lot to catch up with." Bolin said as he began to walk in the direction of where the Haven students will be staying.

"You better be ready next time, Seth." Arslan also began to carry her bag and soon they left us alone once more.

...

I turn to Pyrrha who is just staring at me. "Why, didn't you help?"

"I was catching up with those two." Okay, that's at least a suitable answer. "Why didn't the others help?" I turned to see where they were and saw that we were alone.

...

"They left once Miss Goodwitch came by. Apparently Ruby said the pies were more important." I see her cover her mouth and chuckle a bit. I just rub my face at that and take a deep breath.

"Well, I guess we should go and catch up with them. By the way, how was-" As I turn around, I bump into someone that I didn't see. "Shit! My bad, are you okay?" As I helped the person up, I saw that it was a small girl with Black hair with twin tails and when she raised her head towards me, I saw that she had green eyes that went wide.

...

"Have we met before?" I asked her. She then takes my hand and taps it in a kind gesture. Then it clicked on me, I had met this person once before. "Right! We did, sorry again." I apologetically said to her and she simply shook her head, she then let go of my hand and began to walk away from us. While turning once more I see her wave one last time towards us.

"Huh? Never thought I'd see her again. Small world I guess. Okay, Pyrrha are you ready to- Huh? Why am I being dragged?" I turned to look at her and saw that she was just holding the back of my dress shirt with my jacket in hand. "Hey! Come on I can walk myself!" I tell her this but she doesn't let go of me. I swear I could hear her say. "I'm not even surprised anymore."

What the hell does that mean? Sigh... I feel like this semester is just going to be a pain for me.

So here we are, in the cafeteria having breakfast and some pie on the side. Honestly, it wasn't as bad as I thought it would be but it's not my cup of tea. Nora had to be held back from eating everyone's pies, something about altering reality. Ren is really scared of that for some reason but whatever. I stopped questioning Nora a long time ago and just let her do her own thing.

The team began to explain to me what they did in Argus, apparently, Pyrrha's Mom was the sweetest person they had ever met, and she gave them all big hugs. I looked at Pyrrha about that and leaned into her.

"Did you tell them about our moms?" I asked in a low voice.

"I rather they don't find out about that just yet." For this reason, I just agree with her on that. I rather let that problem be dealt with by our future selves.

"Oh! By the way, did you know Jaune had a sister that lives in Argus as well?" Nora asked me.

"Really? No, I didn't know that." I turn to Jaune "Why didn't you tell us this?"

Jaune simply rubs his neck. "I didn't know she moved there. The last time we spoke she kind of said she was moving out. Didn't really tell us where she was moving. You will be surprised by the shock when Pyrrha shows us around and we see her at the supermarket... And that she has a baby now."

Damn, that is a big reveal. Imagine you just lose contact and the next thing you know you see them with a kid. That would be life changing.

"Yep! The little bugger was so cute. She and her wife looked so cute together." As Nora continued she began to throw food towards another table. Turning my head, I see Yang catch it with her mouth... While she was wearing my sunglasses. Sigh... I hope I get them back soon.

"So what's your sister's name?" I ask Jaune and see him perk up.

"Oh, her name is Saphron, and her wife is named Terra."

...

"Fuck." That was all I said and saw my team all look at me confused by it. But before they could ask. Ruby comes by and slams a big binder in front of her team.

"Sisters, Friends, Weiss." I choked on that last part.

"Hey."

"Four score and seven minutes ago, I had a dream." As Ruby began to explain her dream, about having the best day ever with all of us. That did seem like a nice plan for all of us, however Yang had to ruin it.

"I always kick my semesters off with the 'Yang'! Eh, guys." Nora just threw an apple at her while everyone else groaned at her pun. At this point Ruby was right with more students just arriving, It feels like the school year will be even more chaotic than before. What new experiences will we see this semester? What new people will we see? Any chance of me avoiding any sort of drama this year rather than getting involved? I look up and see Blake not liking any of what Ruby was saying.

Well, that might be up for debate. I move my head to the side as Yang throws an apple our way. The fuck!

"I got it!" I heard Nora say and saw that she got up from her seat with a pie in hand and threw it.

Landing on Weiss's face.

I try my best to hold in the laugh while everyone just looks at Nora for what she has done.

Okay not going to lie that was pretty funny for me. Also, it was a good payback for what she did to me earlier today, so I guess it's fine now.

SPLAT!

Something lands on my face and I just get up from my seat and remove it. As I hold it in my hand, I see that it was a pie. Turning to the person responsible for that I see Weiss with a triumphant smirk on her face while Team RWBY looks shocked by that.

...

"Of course you know, this means war." I throw the pie back at her, but I miss completely, and it lands on Blake. She soon gets up from her seat and looks at me with anger.

"Ah shit my bad Blake that was meant for Weiss." Blake doesn't listen and throws her pie at me. But it actually lands on Ren.

...

Like that... Nora began a war... That we were all now a part of... "Food Fight!"

Both teams get up from their seats and flip the tables getting behind them for cover. Jaune soon told us to stop however Nora took exception to that and began to throw more food toward Team RWBY. As we continued to fight, More and more students began to get hit by our miss fire and soon people either began to run out of the cafeteria or began to throw food back. As both sides began to run out of food, they began to throw other things like trays, canned soda, chairs, tables, a vending machine, and for some reason, someone threw Jaune at them... It was Nora.

It was at that point that the other students began to leave now, rather than fight. The moment we start throwing tables that's when they draw the line.

So lines were now drawn, One side we had Team RWBY, and on the other Team JNPRS. This was the final battle, for this was Armageddon.

"I'm Queen of the castle! I'm Queen of the castle!" Nora said to our opponents looking down at them on top of a huge pile of tables.

From across the cafeteria, Ruby stepped up and announced to us. "Justice will be swift, justice will be painful. It will be Delicious!" As Ruby said this her team cried out in a battle cry ready to fight.

Now the war was on. Nora jumped off the table and yelled out "Seth song! And off with their heads!"

Seth looks at Nora, but just shrugs it off. Tapping his heart a new song begins to play.

Mr. Blue Sky

As Nora took the initiative to start the battle, she flipped a table filled with watermelons towards RWBY. The rest of the team also followed her example and threw what was left of the fruit towards their opponents.

Seeing the wave of watermelons heading their way, Ruby orders her sister to arm herself with two turkeys. As they came close, Yang began to punch anything that came close to her, while her team just dodged the best that they could. Blake soon grabbed two long baguettes and began to protect her partner from the oncoming watermelons. With no more incoming artillery Yang throws her turkeys in the direction of Pyrrha and Jaune. Making Pyrrha dodge by rolling out of the way while also grabbing a long baguette as well and making Jaune take the hits of the two turkeys.

As both Blake and Pyrrha began their battle, Yang rushed from the side hoping to get a hit on Pyrrha. However, Seth came from her side slamming a chair right in front of Yang and stopping her in her tracks. Both looked at each other and smirked at one another only for Yang to fix the sunglasses that she had on, taunting Seth in the process. Both charged at each other and began their fight. Yang threw punch after punch trying to land a hit on Seth, while he just used the chair as a way to defend himself. With each punch that Yang connected a piece of the chair flew off and by the end of the six punch all Seth was left with was the legs of the now destroyed chair. With a victory smirk, Yang went for another punch however Seth was ready. Parring Yang's punch with the leg of the chair he lands a strong hit on Yang's stomach sending her back far away from him. As the punch connected, he saw his sunglasses fly off Yang's face and up in the air. Catching them before they fall, he places them on his face and runs after the rest of team RWBY.

As this went on Ruby quickly grabbed a tray and jumped on top of a table, soon she began to surf on it with the help of the remaining food she jumped toward Pyrrha and pushed her back towards Jaune who was getting back up. Nora and Ren both decide to attack together and charge at Ruby, but she moves to the side allowing Weiss to step in front and use a ketchup bottle as a way to make them slip up. Ren was sadly the unfortunate one and crashed into more tables causing a huge skater of tables flying everywhere. Nora taking the opportunity jumps on the incoming tables, grabs a metal pipe from one of the flag poles, and slams it into the last remaining watermelon creating a makeshift hammer. That she uses it to attack Weiss, but Ruby quickly gets in the way and takes the hit for her, protecting her partner. With Ruby out of the way Weiss grabs a swordfish off the ground and both her and Nora continue to fight each other.

As Seth got close to the two, Blake came from behind the two and narrowed her eyes at him not forgetting the pie that he sent her. Blake quickly reached on the ground for a long link of sausages and began to use it like her own weapon. Seth avoiding her onslaught looks everywhere for a weapon to use with no other option he sees one on hand. Rolling once more away from Blake's attacks he grabs a huge Fish and points it at her. However, Blake just looks at his weapon of choice and her mouth begins to water at the sight of it. That quickly goes away when Seth swings it her way and Blake uses her semblance to avoid his attack. Using her weapon of choice, she ties it around Seth's weapon and pulls him close to her. As Both parties looked at each other, Blake's instinct got the better of her, and took a bite out of his weapon.

"Really?" Seth asked. But all he got was a 'Hm' from Blake as she kicked him in his stomach and sent him away making him crash once again on Jaune.

Yang quickly got up once she heard her sister scream 'No' and looked at the battlefield on hand, rushing towards her partner she quickly grabbed the two turkeys that she threw and put them on her hand. Ren seeing Yang get up and rushing his team, he quickly jumps over some tables and grabs two celery sticks to meet her head-on. As both clashes, with Ren blocking Yang's kick they begin their fight, with Yang getting the upper hand on Ren, who is mostly blocking all of Yang's punches. Ren tries to get some offense on Yang however he soon gets sent to the air and as a last resort throws his weapons at her. Only for Yang to jump towards him and deliver a strong punch on Ren's back, sending him to the cafeteria's ground floor. Nora seeing her partner go down from Yang, jumps in and fights her with her makeshift hammer. As both tried to land a clean hit on one another, it was the range factor that made the winner clearer.

Nora sent Yang flying out of the cafeteria up into the sky making a new hole in the roof.

Seeing her partner gone, Blake backflips from the falling debris, grabs her long link of sausages, and sends an attack on Nora connecting and sending her back towards her team. Seth sees this and quickly goes to catch her. However her momentum was so strong, all it did was make him take the impact of crashing on a vending machine that fell on top of him. Nora recovering quickly grabs a can of soda and begins to throw it at Blake, making her dodge her attempts. Pyrrha who was helping her partner up looked at what Nora was doing and used her semblance on the cans to use to her advantage. Sending a huge wave of cans towards Blake.

Blake tried her best to avoid them, but the amount that Pyrrha was sending her overtook her and was soon sent toward the front of the cafeteria wall. Crashing toward the ground floor.

The battle seemed to be over, but there was one last person up. Ruby narrowed her eyes at her opponents and began to run toward them, as she got close to them, she used her semblance to make a great storm of items fly towards her enemies. Each one seeing this prepared for what was to come, and each one got picked up by Ruby and her ultra speed. Seth getting up decided to counter this by using his own semblance. However, it was too late cause he too got swept up his feet and slammed towards the back of the cafeteria creating a huge crack on the wall and having all of team JNPRS backs on it... Then the food came, and they were all covered by it.

This... This was heck... War is heck.

As I fell toward the ground, I felt someone land on top of me.

"Off! Get off me!" I said as I felt the person move away from me.

"I'm sorry." Oh, so that's who it was.

"It's fine..." I looked up from the ground and saw the huge mess that we all caused. Damn, I wonder how long will it take to clean this mess?

To answer that question, we soon get lifted up into the air by a purple glow. I looked toward the front and saw Miss Goodwitch with the angriest face I had ever seen her with. I could tell she was pissed at us, but she mostly focusses on rebuilding the cafeteria.

As she was done, we were all placed down and heard her talk. "Children, please. Do not play with your food." The only response she got from us was Nora burping and Yang crashing down from the roof once more. Damn, she was air born for a good few minutes. I tapped my heart to stop the song and we all began to laugh at what we did. Yang soon gets up and throws us all a thumbs up and we all continue to laugh at that.

However, that was short-lived by what Miss Goodwitch said next, oh the headmaster is here as well. "Students after you clean yourselves up go to the library. You will all be serving detention for the remainder of the day." We tried to argue but... "Now!" We didn't have much of a choice. We all began to walk out of the cafeteria and saw that Sun was there with someone else... Huh, feel like I've seen him before? Oh well, I'm sure he will introduce us later. Weird it looked like he was looking at me.

"So... That was fun, not a bad way to start the semester right?" Yang said to us as we continued to walk towards our dorms.

"Yeah! That was the most fun we ever had. Let's do it again." Nora quickly got on board for the next fight, but most of us declined it.

"I hope the next time we don't do it with food. I rather take snow at least." I said as I felt someone place a hand on my shoulder and saw that it was Yang. She once again takes my sunglasses off my face and puts them on again.

"Weeks not over." She smiles at me and I roll my eyes at her. I then wipe some yellow stuff off her face and taste it.

"Well, you guys sure had a Sweet victory." I said to her and saw that her face turned red from that. I then feel someone else wipe something off my face and turn to see Pyrrha also tasting something as well.

"You are right, it does taste sweet." She smiles at me and now it's my turn to turn red in the face.

"I want to try!" Nora soon wipes something off me.

Man, we really are good friends now... That's a good change of pace for me.

These two idiots ruined everything! I swear if I get the chance, I'm putting a bullet right between their eyes.

Looking at the address of where these two have been all morning it really made me wish I could at least get rid of them now.

"Why do you have this address?"

The green one spoke but all I heard were excuses. The Grey one tried to back her up but I still hear excuses.

"So tell me, did you two deal with him?" I asked but I was only met with silence. "What happened?"

"We tried to deal with him. However, we were interrupted." Grey one spoke but this only got me to rub my head in annoyance.

"And what stopped you from dealing with that person?"

"She had backup waiting outside. If they somehow heard us we would have had more bodies to deal with, and the boss wouldn't like that." Now Green talked.

"So he escaped?!" I said to them earning stares from all of the animals in the area. Looking around I turn to them, "Back to work!"

"And Who exactly escaped Roman?" Great now fire bitch is here. Looking up I see her come down to the main floor of the warehouse. Green just runs towards her like a lost dog while Grey just sits there waiting for his next orders.

"I thought I made it clear that you were to eliminate the would-be runaway." Fire bitch said to me as she kept on getting closer and closer, for some strange reason I could tell her eye was glowing. She must be upset.

"I was going to... But it seems like now he might be long gone thanks to your followers." I narrowed my eyes at them and now the anger was off at me and straigh for her followers.

"What happened." Her voice was now demanding rather than her normal bitching voice.

"We tried to get him, but we got intercepted by some girl in red holding a pie." Girl in red? Could they mean? "She was just standing there waiting for us to finish, but she just stood in our way." Grey said to the boss.

"We were going to deal with the both of them, however, she had backup waiting outside. It didn't give us much of a choice so we just left. Once we came back. The rat was gone." Now Green said

"I think he was more like a cat actually." Grey tried to joke however it didn't get any sort of laugh from the boss. From here I could tell she was angry, her hands were glowing yellow and I could see smoke come out of them.

"Did I not specifically instruct you two to keep your hands clean, while in Vale? And now it looks like you've gone and let a runaway getaway. Speaking of which." She turns to me. " Why wasn't this job dealt with sooner?" She steps close to me and raises her hand towards my neck. I could feel a burning sensation around it like it was on fire.

I step back from her and show her the work that I have been doing for the past three months now." Sorry if I've been a little bit busy stealing every speck of dust in the kingdom." Grey retorts but I simply ignore him.

"Speaking of which, any of you guys wouldn't mind filling me in on your grand master plan. It might actually make my next string of robberies go a little smoother."

"What? Can't deal with a few kids messing up your plans?" Green said but I had something even better.

"Like the little girl handing over a pie?" Both just narrowed their eyes at me but soon quit once their boss began to speak.

"Oh, Roman have a little faith." She steps forward once again and this time I feel her hand on my face. It burns. "You'll know what you need when you need to know." She removes it and I feel my Aura flicker a bit. "Besides we're done with dust. We are moving to the next part of the plan. Have the White Fang clear out this building, I'll send you details and coordinates tonight."

"Coordinates?"

"We're proceeding to phase two." As she begins to leave I breathe a sigh of relive however she stops one more time.

"By the way, where is your underling? I'm going to need her now."

"She is already where she needs to be like you told her. She is just playing the part that you asked of her." I couldn't tell what her reaction was to that. Going by her hands she was at least calm about that.
