Hey Guys, Crescent Rider here and I am back with another chapter.
Normally, I have something to ask or say. But I'll save that when I reach the end of the chapter. That's where you'll find the questions and discussions that I have in mind.
Also, I would like to thank the people who responded to my question from the previous chapter. In fact, it cleared up a few things that I planned on showing in the future.
That is all I have to say, and enjoy the chapter!
6th Floor
Most of the Floor Guardians remained somewhat confused as they were face to face with the Young Arachnoid that they'd been finding for Ainz.
Even her smile keeps their silence...
But Demiurge soon became the first to speak his piece for them, "It's a pleasure to see you've recovered from your comatose state, and it's great to finally meet you, Hope-sama,"
"Please drop the modesty," Hope requested, "I prefer to see people as equals than act as one's superior,"
"As you wish," Demiurge complied while bowing his head in response,
"Demiurge, how did you know about her?" Aura inquired,
"Let me answer that question for you, Aura," Ainz interjected, and the Floor Guardians turn to him, "The girl you all see before you is Hope, and she is my Goddaughter,"
"Goddaughter?" Shalltear remarked as her head perked up,
The same can be said for everyone else, and the next person to ask was the 5th Floor Guardian as his mandible clicked once, "This is most unexpected,"
"W-What do you mean by God Daughter?" Mare inquired,
"It's a long story," Momonga said, "But if you want to know her identity, Hope is the Daughter of two of my friends, D3ath 3 Br1ng3r and Arachnida,"
This surprised everyone, but the ones excluded were Albedo and Demiurge as they knew beforehand.
"Daughter of two Supreme Beings?!" Aura and Shalltear exclaimed in utter surprise,
"To think that we've been searching for someone important for all this time," Cocytus remarked, a breath of cold air coming out of his mouth, "It truly was an urgent matter,"
Mare whimpered due to this reveal while Sebas lowered his head in shame for two separate mistakes. His failure at the Throne Room, as well as her disappearance on the 9th Floor.
But before their worries could escalate any further, Hope spoke to all of them, "Think nothing of it. What happened to me was beyond anyone's control, even Ainz knows this much,"
These words of assurance had relieved everyone of their worries. As for Demiurge and Albedo, their malice towards her supposed assassin has yet to faint away...
"But my condition aside, the reason why you've all been gathered here is that I get a chance to meet you all personally," Hope explained, "I do hope I haven't disturbed you with anything important,"
"Not at all," The Floor Guardians simultaneously assured, "We're merely honored to meet you all in person,"
"That's good to hear," Hope said, "Now let's see if I remember..."
She then fixates her gaze on the 1st Floor Guardian present, "Shalltear Bloodfallen,"
"Yes, Hope-sama?" Shalltear inquired,
"My memory serves me right, you are Peroroncino-san's Creation. A True Vampire which guards the 1st, 2nd, and 3rd Floor of Nazarick," Hope stated, "You also have Vampire Brides under your command and the title that's bestowed upon you was 'The Blood Valkyrie'"
Shalltear was a bit baffled by Hope's knowledge of her, then bobbed a curtsy as she mentally acknowledges the Arachnoid as her Superior. But within her recognition lies a desire after being captivated by the mere sight of Hope.
In her mind, Hope's beauty and figure make her an ideal partner...
Hope then turns to the 2nd Floor Guardian present, "Cocytus,"
"Yes," Cocytus inquired while cold air came out of his breath,
"You are Warrior Takemikazuchi-san's Creation. A Proud and Honorable Warrior who guards the 5th Floor of Nazarick," Hope stated, "And if you possess any traits from your creator, it'd be you respecting your enemies should you deem them worthy to face you,"
Cocytus lets out another cold breath and was surprised by her knowledge. He soon bows his head and states the following words, "I am honored, Hope-sama"
Hope nods back, and turns to the 3rd and 4th Floor Guardian present, "Aura Bella Fiora and Mare Bella Fiora,"
"Yes!/Y-Yes!" Aura and Mare simultaneously responded,
"You two are Bukubukuchagma-san's creations. The Dark Elf Twins that guard the 6th Floor of Nazarick," Hope stated "Aura is the older twin and shows a carefree attitude while Mare is the younger twin and shows more of a timid attitude. But regardless of these personalities, you two are a formidable duo,"
Aura and Mare smiled at these words and bowed before the Arachnoid. If they were able to express themselves before her, they would feel flustered since they never earned such praises besides from Ainz.
The two would then bow their heads and acknowledge her as their superior. But questions would gather around their minds, especially the time when Hope went to the 6th Floor of Nazarick.
Hope then turns to the 5th Floor Guardian present, "Demiurge,"
"Yes, Hope-sama?" Demiurge inquired,
"You are Ulbert Alain Odle-san's Creation, an Arch-Demon that guards the 7th Floor," Hope stated, "Based on what Ulbert-san told me before, you are a Commander of Nazarick's defenses and under your command are Evil Lords that were named after the Seven Deadly Sins,"
"I see that you're knowledgeable about my background, Hope-sama. Truly, I have seen your worth amongst the Supreme Beings of Nazarick," Demiurge commended, and bows his head before her, "And I shall consider our encounter an honor. One that I shall not forget,"
Hope giggled due to seeing Demiurge's personality acting closely to Ulbert's settings. Then she turns to the 6th Floor Guardian Present, "Sebas Tian,"
"Yes, My Lady," Sebas inquired,
"If I recall correctly. you're Touch Me-san's creation, a Dragonoid that guards the 9th Floor as well as Captain of the Seven Stars Pleiades," Hope said, "Considering that Touch Me-san's Alignment is Good, I can safely assume that you possess some of his traits. Such as his code of honor,"
"I am honored, but may I address my failure to tend to aid," Sebas addressed, "Had I known, I would have aided you in your time of need,"
"As I said, think nothing of it," Hope assured, "What happened was beyond our control. Therefore, you shouldn't let the past bother you,"
"Understood," Sebas responded before bowing his head to her,
Then she turns to the final Floor Guardian present, "Albedo,"
Albedo hummed while waiting for her share of the pleasantries. And that she received...
"Tabula-san has told me a lot about you and your sisters for as far as I can remember," Hope said, "You're the second sister of the three, Overseer of all Floor Guardians, and a lot more,"
Albedo became somewhat cheery, but what follows was something she didn't expect...
...
...
...
"I wish I could say more, but..." Hope pauses for a moment, "What I know and learn, you're a true representation of Tabula-san's work. And that is more noteworthy than any word I can think of,"
Albedo was taken aback by her words. Even though they were few, she assumed that there were more since she could tell that her creator and this young Arachnoid must be close in the past.
For that, she accepted the words she heard now and bows her head in recognition of the young Arachnoid.
As for Ainz, he seemed somewhat astounded throughout Hope's description of the Floor Guardians. In fact, her memory would serve some importance for Nazarick's management.
But the idea of keeping her in Nazarick was against him since he wants her to gain some level of experience in this New World. Should she be coped with Nazarick for too long, she would confront him and question why he would do such a thing.
Should her parents be here, they too would have taken her side as well...
Shrugging off, he sets his priorities back to Hope and the Floor Guardians, "Now that you've been made aware of her importance, you may freely pass on this information with the rest of the denizens once you've returned to your respective Floors. Once you've finished passing on this information, we shall return to the plans that I've told you all,"
"Ainz-sama, if you wouldn't mind me asking," Sebas interjected,
'Ainz-sama?' Hope repeated and glanced at the Overlord,
"What is it, Sebas?" Ainz inquired,
"Will the rotation of the Pleiades to watch her continue or will that be unnecessary?" Sebas questioned,
Ainz hummed in thought for a moment, but due to circumstances of Nazarick. It was best to play it safe rather than risk it in the future.
"I'll allow it to continue, but the other Pleiades must learn of Hope's importance," Ainz agreed,
"Understood," Sebas complied as he bowed his head,
"What did the other Pleiades do?" Hope questioned,
"They looked after you while you were in a coma," Ainz revealed, and Hope understood,
She seemed inclined to meet them as well.
"That will be all for today's meeting," Ainz concluded, "Sebas, I shall leave her to your care,"
"Understood, Ainz-sama," Sebas said, stands upstraight, and walked towards the two,
Once he took over the handles, Ainz opened a [Gate] and instructed the following, "This portal shall lead you to the 9th Floor. I shall notify the other Pleiades for you,"
"Okay," Hope responded, "But when this is over, I have some questions that I would like to ask you, Momonga-san,"
"I will keep that in mind," Ainz replied, then watches her go through the portal,
Ainz soon left the Amphitheater with the use of his guild ring and the remaining Floor Guardians began to converse with one another.
"S-She seemed nice," Mare commented and feels somewhat flustered as his legs rubbed against each other
"Yeah, and smart too. She knew every one of us before we even introduced ourselves," Aura added with her hands on her back, "In any case, she must be treasured amongst the Supreme Beings. Even to Ainz-sama himself,"
"Then we must do our best to uphold our duty and show our worth to her as well," Cocytus declared while another breath of cold air came out of his mouth,
"That is true," Shalltear added while making a lustful smile on her face,
The True Vampire had certain thoughts about Hope and herself. Just thinking about it makes her feel a bit turned on. As if she wants to be rewarded by Hope herself...
In just a few minutes in her world, Shalltear had noticed something peculiar and turns to the Overseer. This is the part where Albedo possibly scolds her for thinking such things.
Not only did she find Albedo's silence odd, the same can be said for Demiurge as the Arch Demon fixed his glasses.
"Demiurge-san, Is there something wrong?" Mare questioned,
"My apologies, I'm just furious to speak my mind. That's all," Demiurge apologized,
"Furious? What do you mean by that?" Aura asked, and the other Floor Guardians were curious as well,
Albedo and Demiurge stared at each other for a moment, and they both shared a nod before unveiling the other details to the other Floor Guardians present...
Meanwhile...
Sebas had escorted Hope to the area where the Pleiades often gathered together. Upon Hope's introduction, the Pleiades bowed their heads and simultaneously apologized for their supposed folly in the throne room.
But Hope, once again, assured them that what happened was not their fault. What followed after that was her going about the information regarding every one of the Pleiades maids as well as their creators' perspective of them.
This led to the Pleiades' acknowledgment of the young Arachnoid and they swore to uphold their duties as the rotation of the Pleiades to watch her continues.
Once everything was finished here, Hope requested that she be taken to where Ainz is currently at.
Sebas complies and takes her to his office. Where the Overlord works his entire time into Nazarick's administration, finances, and such.
Ainz stops when he spots Hope entering the room. Then, Hope gave one command to Sebas, "Can you step out of the room for a moment?"
Sebas turns to Ainz and receives a nod from the Overlord. The Butler then walks out of the room and closes the door behind him.
An intense silence was brought into the room and Ainz waited for a question to come out of Hope's mouth. By the time Hope takes a deep breath, the first question that came into her mind has come right out of her mouth, "Ainz Ooal Gown... Why that name instead of your Original Name?"
Ainz wondered how he could answer that question, but thinking back to his gathering. He gave an honest answer, "It was due to the possibility that others may have been transported here as well. Should they hear the guild's name from afar, I was certain that they'd find this place again,"
"Hm... It's not such a bad idea, but..." Hope commented, "It does have its flaws,"
"Such as?" Ainz inquired,
"The most common flaw there is that may attract the attention of other players that may have been transported into this New World you speak of," Hope pointed out, "If anyone outside of the guild learns the arrival of Nazarick. It would become somewhat tricky to handle on your own,"
"Good point," Ainz said, "But rest assured, that I won't face this threat alone. If I did, I'll be prepared should I face them in combat. And what of the other flaws?"
"Just two more," Hope said, "The second is animosity towards Nazarick, should the people of this world know that the tomb is filled with a variety of Heteromorphic Monsters. They may surely prepare themselves and possibly form a major alliance to take you and this place down,"
"I have kept my actions to a minimal," Ainz said, "Apart from the people that I've mentioned beforehand. I have yet to unveil Nazarick to the entire world. Therefore, we shouldn't worry about a scenario just yet,"
"Alright, and finally, the last flaw. It's the one flaw that you shouldn't be worried about, but I'll say it anyway," Hope said, "Curiosity,"
"Curiosity?" Ainz repeated,
"Even since you've told stories about Carne Village, Sunlight Scripture, and Gazef Stronoff. It reminded me that humans are often driven by curiosity," Hope stated, "If the other humans of this world initially hear the guild's name and the existence of this place. It's possible that'd they may send a group of various people to investigate Nazarick. Or possibly test its defenses to get a glimpse of what this tomb has in store for them,"
"Hmm..." Ainz hummed and wondered about this last flaw,
At a certain point, she was right since before their transportation to this world. Curiosity has been something that drove his mind into playing the game more than his friends sometimes.
To find and learn new things...
It was an insatiable feeling that has yet to faint even after he was transported to this New World.
And it was one flaw that he kept in mind...
"Is that all?" Ainz inquired,
"Yep, but I do have one last question that I'd like to ask of you," Hope said,
"What is it?" Ainz questioned,
"Are you faking your voice? I know Touch Me-san has a knack for that sort of thing before. Are you sure you're not doing the same thing as him?" Hope asked,
"N-No, I wouldn't fake my voice. I don't even know why this became my voice," Ainz said,
Hope hummed for a moment, then she shrugged her shoulders and accepted his answer, "Alright, and if you ask. No, I'm not faking my voice as well. In fact, this is my real voice from the real world. I'm just not sure why it's like this,"
"Maybe we'll figure it out as we go by," Ainz said,
"If you insist," Hope said, then calls Sebas back into the room,
She then requested to be taken to Nazarick's library since she'd like to read in her spare time before tomorrow comes. With Ainz's permission, the Overlord momentarily stood up from his chair and opened a [Gate] for her to pass through.
After the two had left, Ainz returned to his desk and continued his work. But within his mind, he felt somewhat grateful that Hope's enthusiasm to read hadn't changed at all...
That is it for this chapter, as for what comes next. It'll be Ainz leaving Nazarick to portray himself as the Adventurer Momon.
And remember, Hope will not accompany him. Instead, I have something else in mind. Something a bit more original...
Now for the questions that I have in mind. As I recall from the responses of my previous, you guys mentioned that Ainz's summon lasted indefinitely due to the presence of a deceased vessel.
If that's the case, would it be possible if my character uses Living Vessels for her summons? Like that Reanimation Jutsu from Naruto. Of course, I'm aware that such a spell doesn't exist in Yggdrasil.
Hence, I'll think of a possible explanation, certain drawbacks of this spell, and other stuff that may seem important. The same can be said for the dangers behind such a method.
As for my second question, it dates back to the old version of this story. Do you all mind if I added some lemon scenes in the story?
Note that these scenes will not be shown in between the chapter. Instead, they will appear in the Omake Series as I plan to make those things longer. Some may contain mature stuff, but I'll try not to cross any lines as I write them.
Questions aside, it's time to reply to the reviews of the previous chapter. I'll also include the reviews from the older chapters as well since they're recent.
kerrowe: As much as people want me to. It's something that can't agree on. But rest assured, that this story will not get another reboot as I will be sticking with this plot all the way. If a chapter is a mess, then I'll simply rewrite the chapter rather than delete the story entirely.

Anoynim: True, but the question that I have in mind is concerning Summoned Creatures that aren't Undead. I mustn't have specified the type. But feel free to answer if possible.
