hi guys! you might know me as ro from my authors notes. i've been feeling pretty upset with the direction this fic has been going for a while, so i want to make some edits. if you don't want to read those changes, this chapter is for you! i'm here to list everything coming new in the early chapters
first of all: magnolia will no longer have a cursed scar. that's harry's thing from here on forward for me. maggie's role will be a little different. this whole fic (from the philosophers stone to the deathly hallows) is slow burn, from the romance to the character growth - i promise it will be worth it.
second: maggie is being sorted into gryffindor despite the hat wanting her to be in hufflepuff. she asks for it, and the hat is feeling kind that night. lucky twins, they are, sticking together. i hope that never changes - that they always have each other.
third: a small one, but her wand is changing as well. since she is no longer "the chosen one"tm, she gets a hawthorn wood with unicorn hair. 14" and flexible. let's hope it treats her well!
fourth: less ocs and less focus on inter-house unity! i was getting tired of writing about it. it's important, but we'll find ways to focus on it without mas-paz and his slytherin boyfriend. lets be real: that would've been a boring storyline.
i will update this chapter with every significant change! sorry if you're disappointed this isn't an actual update, but i love this story, and i'm a fast worker. i'm sure you'll get something new by tonight!
