The current leaders of the underworld are sitting together with Azazel, after the events in Kyoto they were suffering a bit of a loss and now they need to figure out what they can do to change their loss and how to make up for it because they lost issei which was an asset in his own right

Sirzechs: we got too weak since the war we couldn't even take on one demon and to put more salt in our wounds issei was the only one who hurt it not even vali using the dividing gear didn't do much of a difference for us and look at him broken limbs, our fate was sealed when he was hit into the mountain, we were at fault because we couldn't be the leaders we were meant to be...
Serafall: I have sona looking into the demons and why we can't hurt them, I believe they have a counter towards us as devils and fallen and angles, issei was a full-blooded dragon with the power of great red and ophis and Lilith on his side and now two elementals which in itself is a feat to accomplish, so in terms of power if issei was evil he would wipe the floor with us and toy around with easy making us his play things, there has to be a reason we couldn't hurt the demon we were the strongest and the dragons we have don't have much fighting power we lost a lot on both sides yesterday both vali and saji are too far behind neither of them even come close to Sirzechs power level...
Azazel: you are right the way I look at it with ophis and great red alone he's overpowered but Lilith wanting to be around him is also a sensitive topic, she was made by Rizevim and then named after his mother if he tried to make her a living weapon we would be screwed, but I've been working on a team that seems capable of handling themselves valis team know them but what I'm worried about is we lost 3 sage users I know the little yokai princess doesn't mind being here right now either does yasaka but both are extremely hurt yasaka lost a good portion of her tails but shes also griefing which won't help the yokai deal with that demon but right now we lost 3 of the very capable ones the princess was still in training and can't do much yet in terms of sage use koneko and koruka are gone and yasaka is extremely hurt, we out of options
Sirzechs: I know I've thought about bringing my peerage back into work but I need to talk to all of them first they have their own lives now they were the strongest peerage one could have
Serafall: even I was close but nothing came close to the monsters you had as a peerage
Azazel: my artificial sacred gears that were confiscated way back when I believe some of them can help us but now what we need is a plan of action and how to execute it I'll make preparations with my team you talk to your peerages
They nodded and they left for the morning getting everything ready
Sirzechs walked to the room where the one girl who survived the attack Grayfia was caring for her, she was covered in band-aid no one could even see her face all that could be seen through the band-aid was a lot of scared tissue and some red spot all over her skin
Sirzechs: how is she?
Grayfia: I am afraid that she has been cursed by eternal slumber, I think it would be good to let her heal before we try and wake her up it might do more damage if we try and wake her now
Sirzechs: please keep me updated on her current condition if we lose her then it's a complete loss from yesterday
Grayfia nodded and he left to go and meet the members of his peerage

He sat watching the sunrise and thought of a game plan to work and end this fight once and for all but he needed a plan first and right now he didn't have enough energy to make another portal to get out of this place

They walked to the tree in silence he noticed that she was feeling a bit cold and pulled her into his grasp and started warming her up, she melted into his hold with a smile on her face loving the feeling around her, they reached the tree and sat down she more or less sat on his lap to stay warm, Issei didn't know how to feel about it but understood that she's feeling cold and how she feels about him

Issei: as much as I want to be with all of you I don't think I can just yet, if the others are dead I want to deal with that first I want things between us to be genuine, and right now we can't let this be our primary focus, the fight ahead of us is and we need to ready whether we like it or not but I don't know how to bring it up
Akeno: hmmm I understand issei, we need to first deal with everything because it might lead to us not even being able to fully be with each other because if guilt and or even take our frustrations out on each other, it would be fair to you or us, we need to look after each other and take care of each other or its going to turn into a bad relationship

They looked amazed to see he's become the ultimate hybrid and he can use all their powers

They looked and saw a few pictures of themselves and the good moments they had with him kuroka was even surprised to see she was there the first night they met with a note saying to make sure koneko had her sister back

Koruka: he is full of surprises don't you think this is kind of nice, I thought that we would be nothing but obsessive girls who only think if Issei

he picked up the gothic lolis and put them into the gear then he smiled as their power was surging around his hands

They nodded then watched as he opened a portal and then went ahead and jumped through it

they continued to just fall and fall till they stopped and landed in a field, he looked around he could feel the air was lighter and even cleaner he took in some of this air, and he could feel the oxygen rush into his body

he saw a dragonfly over him, it was a black dragon with red accents all over it
ddriag: not our types of dragons kill it then move on maybe you could get something off it

Sirzechs and Azazel with serafall met with their peers and team
Azazel: everyone meet team Slashdog they are a very capable group they have agreed to help us with our endeavours

They ran outside surprised to see who landed in the garden there was a crater surrounding him and he was looking around
