An: After this I will begin work on the next generation sequel which will follow the misadventures of Lucifer and Molly's child.

Molly turned this way and that in front of the full length mirror, admiring the color of the dress that clung to her form. It was a mermaid-style wedding dress with the barest tinge of cream color and it accentuated her baby bump. Behind her trailed a veil with hand-stitched lace details, tucked under the crown she'd put on Lucifer's head herself. It had a sweetheart neckline with a dizzying plunge that bordered on showing too much.

Sam had spent two hours doing her hair up in extremely entricate braided patterns until it resembled a work of art. Her locks would be really wavy when she finally got around to taking those out. Now here she was, waiting for her cue to come outside to the venue they had selected. There was a knock and Molly fought back her nerves as Maze answered it for her, wearing the softly red-tinged dress of the one and only bridesmaid. She left to take her place in the wedding party outside. Bobby was there in a tuxedo, looking like his own eyes were rather watery. He stepped closer and stroked one thumb over Molly's cheek.

"Now, this isn't the time to cry. And your only job today is to smile." Bobby's voice nearly broke as he brushed away her happy tears. "Molly, I hated raising you and your brothers into the hunting life. I regretted every day you spent not following your passions. Today, our sorry, beaten family gets to experience tangible proof happily ever after isn't just a fairy tale. I love you, Molly. Are you ready for the rest of your life?"

Molly took his arm and let him lead her out. They passed under an archway covered with red and pink roses. There was a long, mossy carpet leading to a spot under the willow tree where Lucifer waited among the drooping branches. He and Sam were both lit up by soft firefly lights. Bobby gently passed her off to Lucifer and they turned to face each other, fhe world falling away as Molly focused on the handsome angel in front of her. It was just the two of them and Sam, who was marrying them.

She didn't see Linda or Amenadiel. She didn't see Dean in the front row struggling to keep his composure. She didn't see Maze or any of Lucifer's demonic friends. It was just her and their love for each other. "We are gathered here today-"

The night blurred into dancing and eating, filled at the edges with laughter. The courtyard filled up with even more fairy sized lights of various colors, lending the whole place an ethereal glow. Molly was relaxed, dancing with her head on Dean's shoulder as they quietly chuckled about how far they had come for their happily ever after. "I feel bad about just leaving-"

"Dean, sometimes it's okay to get out of the building when it's burning down." She tried to soothe him, not wanting any guilt at her wedding.

He tensed and looked nearly tearful when she pulled away to briefly meet his eyes. "Dean, Lucifer is already working with Daelin to get the others here. Charlie and Ellen and Jo. Ash, too. All of them will be fine. Please, go back to smiling and smirking at the demon waitress' ass when you think no one can see you."

Dean grumbled but relaxed, pulling Molly in for a tight hug like she'd just had another near death experience. "I love you, little Molly. Congratulations on escaping the hell that used to be our existence."

Molly was drawing in the breath to answer when she felt an embarrassing realization she had wet herself. She was about to disentangle from Dean to take care of it when he glanced at her wide-eyed and called to Lucifer, who sat enjoying a fine cigar collection with Bobby. "Hey, fire and brimstone! Your new wife's water just broke! It's go time now!"

There was a flurry of wings as Lucifer pulled her to his chest. "I'm going to fly her. Sam, I told you where her go bag is, so get it. Bobby, navigate. Dean drive after us as fast as you can. I'll warn my police contacts." Then he pushed into the air and Molly shut her eyes, trusting him not to drop her but still not wanting to see the city speed by below her. Happily ever after. Molly told herself. It's finally here.

Her labor was blessedly short, which Molly gratefully credited to Amenadiel and Castiel working in tandem to ease her pains and nudge along the process. Several times her nurses remarked that Molly was handling the birthing process shockingly well. No. I just have god-class painkillers. She was falling asleep now, looking at Bobby holding her daughter, finally safe at last.

When Molly opened her eyes again, she stood on the surface of a planet with loose red dirt. If it wasn't for the two spheres floating in the sky in front of her, she would've thought this was Mars. But then...what was the green swath of swirling energy floating across the sky? Or the odd rock formations jutting from the dirt? She wandered for hours, listening to the distant screams of inhuman creatures and feeling the hairs on her arms stand at end. Two winged shapes cast a shadow over her and Molly looked up to see a young woman with dove gray wings flying circles around a much bigger, purple-skinned man. He was covered with deep green scars that looked like tattoos and had leathery wings where the young woman had feathers.

They were...fighting. Then, not fighting. Biting, scratching and clawing. Looking at the huge, demonic man filled her with a sense of unease in her belly. This was a demon, and such an angel as this young lady did not belong with him.

Molly jolted awake and took hold of her baby, shaking off the nightmare and taking in the beautiful face of Lucille Morningstar.
