Percy was pretty excited for the dodgeball game at camp half blood despite his past woes with the violent game. A kid was feeling really homesick so they asked what his favourite thing was. He said dodgeball which led to this moment with him facing apollo, demeter, ares and hephaestus cabin. Clarisse was giving him her usual evil eyes but what really concerned him was he had recently pranked a certain pair of twins namely Travis and Connor Stoll. They were not looking at him but he could see the pink still faintly in their hair and they didn't seem spectacularly pleased about it. When Chiron blew the whistle I was tempted to hide behind Annabeth at the fierceness the twins currently radiated as they looked up and grabbed a ball each. I successfully dodged and threw for the first 2 minutes. Then the world went black. Can you guess what happened? Imagine having 2 balls thrown at top speed hitting your head and stomach. It was not pleasant and I didn't regain consciousness until Annabeth slapped me. Which at the time was necessary but seemed rude. I had a banging headache and the floor was not particularly comfortable. Grover helped me sit up and gave me water. From my new angle I could see the perpetrators of the crime looking guilty and clearly having not realised their combined strength would cause such a reaction. At least I could get away with a lot of pranks against them. However the massive bump on my head and the bruise on my abdomen was not very fun. When they realised I was conscious they came over to apologise. They said in unison "We are really sorry Perce". Considering I was tired and it was a kind of valid payback I just said "It's okay". I decided to go take a nap in my cabin and Annabeth joined me so we could cuddle while she ran her fingers through my hair which made my eyes flutter closed almost immediately.
