Oh hey it's me! And I'm back again here with another chapter for all of you to enjoy! Because I have kind of become obsessed over this new story in fact! So, filling my indulgence, I'm making another chapter right off the bat! Besides, this chapter will be the one in which Lucia will interact with Penny and Luna.

Zairaaquino: Well… maybe? Dr Kurt has been working for Atlas for most of his life at this point, but yes, I have intention to make it that his work had influenced Remnant. Like combining contemporary era jet tech with air ships. There are other projects he has worked on.

HellFire28: The feeling of the conversion feeling forced was intentional. Most of everyone in the room still heavily distrusted Lucia due to what she did. But there's nothing much they could do since she's literally in their Academy. As she says it herself, if she wanted them dead, she would have done it already. After all, Lucia killed everyone in the facility by herself with the assistance of the base defences.

I have the intention to expand more of it in this chapter probably by showing every military personal, who are aware of the legacy of Project Alpha, will react with either hostility or be incredibly nervous and afraid near Lucia. Heck I might expand more on it and show the side effects of Lucia's massacre on how it affects Penny and Luna in the future.

Lucia's POV

"Penny …and …Luna?" Those were the words that left my mouth as I gave an incredibly baffled look on my face. I know Penny but Luna? She didn't appear in the show. Unless she is Watt's creation but why? Why would Watts create an android like what Pietro did? As I began tapping back into their server room again, Watts spoke up as I faced him.

"Yes. However, I believe that it is best that you go with Pietro first to see Penny. I need to check up on Luna and ensure her stability before you arrive. I will see both of you in my laboratory tomorrow morning." That was all he said as I watched him walk off into the elevator.

"Very well then, with Watts tending to the needs of Luna, follow me, Lucia. I'm sure Penny would love to meet a new friend." Pietro explained as he began leaving Ironwood's office with me following right before him.

"Understood." I say as my thoughts begin to wander as I set my body on autopilot to follow Pietro. I mean, I took a massive gamble earlier on when confronting everyone in the room. Like seriously, I need to dial it back with the risk taking. My systems were basically screaming at me when everyone was pointing their weapons at me. It doesn't help that the projected trajectory triggered and showed in front of me that a ton of guns were pointed all over my body. Though many were aimed for my head. Like jeez.

Then there's the fact that I had an incredible 98.999% chance of conflict happening, yet it worked out well in my favour somehow. I think it's on the line of Ironwood having no choice but to stand down everyone because he knew that fighting me was suicide. And not on the basis of my father's words to him. Well… That and me trying my best to sound sincere by kneeling and stuff.

Speaking of which, it turns out that there are certain logs in my memory which have a criteria to fill up. Like earlier where both Watts and Pietro are in the room and one of the logs unlocked itself and wished to be played. I'm glad it happened to be the one that played a part in convincing them to not shoot me.

If they did, I would be forced to fight. And that would be really bad for everyone, me included.

Yet, as I left the Atlas Academy with Pietro, the sun was beginning to set and I couldn't help but notice the various stares I got from curious passer-bys. But none chose to stop and interact with me or Pietro. Only whispers of curiosity and suspicion from them.

This got a small frown on my face which Pietro noticed. "Something on your mind Lucia?" He asked as I just shook my head.

"There is. People are giving me strange looks. And my system told me that they had a problem with me. A part of me believes it was what I did all those years ago." I explained as Pietro hummed.

"It is understandable. Atlas was immediately criticised by the other kingdoms for the disaster that happened 25 years ago when it leaked to the rest of the world. Everyone believed that Atlas was messing with things that they did not fully understand. This had a side effect of making everyone incredibly nervous of all androids made so far. Our own people as well. No one wants a repeat of the past."

"I see…" I softly spoke out.

"But I truly believed in what your father was going for Lucia." Pietro then smiled at me. "Years later after that incident, both Watts and I came to Ironwood, who had recently been promoted to General, when his predecessor Gerard Friedlich retired, with an idea of making our own androids based on you. Understandably Ironwood was reluctant about it, but we made some concessions to make sure that ours won't end up repeating history." Pietro explained as the skies began to get dark as we boarded a Bullhead that would take up to his laboratory.

First of all, I'm flattered that both Watts and Pietro are basing their designs on me. But wait, wouldn't that make Penny stronger since I'm a monster in combat? Never mind that, me killing everyone in the facility clearly had negative consequences already. How many factors have already changed due to father's work and influence on Remnant? I could only just silently nod as I stared out into the night skies while the Bullhead took off.

Seeing the entire Atlas with my very own eyes was amazing. Teal lights that extend out into the night skies as skyscrapers littered the entire city. Bullheads could be seen flying all over the city itself or could be seen descending to Mantle below. And even the sight of Atlesian Airships in the skies was awe inspiring.

The entire kingdom was overall, breath-taking. But the memory of Atlas crashing into Mantle and destroying both of them appeared in my mind and stung. It was… painful.

"And will this be what befall this wonderful city should Salem not be stopped?" I thought in my head as I heard Pietro speaking to me as I faced him.

"Amazing sight, isn't it?"

"It is…" I admitted before glancing back out.

That got a soft laugh from Pietro. "You're starting to remind me of that day when you first developed sentience. You were curious about everything. How you function, why we eat meals and why you could not except for electric Dust. You even question your own existence. You're very identity." Pietro took a pause.

"I suppose this was when Dr Kurt started seeing you less of a machine, and more of his child. Someone who can be nurtured and grown to something greater. I hope I can do the same with Penny." Pietro too stared out into the night sky as a thought came to me. I should ask him about Luna.

While I know Penny decently well from the show, Luna's a complete mystery to me. Speaking of which, I have finished processing all the data related to Luna and it was a ton. It appears that Project Luna was extensive. Data gathered on her proves that she would be a dangerous adversary if it wasn't for a few glaring weaknesses detected.

Luna shows a massive reliance on the nanomachines in her system to fight her opponents. She appears to also have two forms that she would use, her passive and combat form. It was also clear from the data that she cannot maintain her combat form indefinitely, and she would have to return back to her passive form should the fight last long enough. Making her vulnerable to attacks.

Her frame is also much smaller and lacks any sort of main armour protection. Similar to my frame. This makes her much squishier and has to rely on her aura to protect herself from actual damage. However, this was counterbalanced by her being an absolute monster in combat as data suggest.

Compared to Penny who uses many swords that can turn into guns or combine into a big fuck off cannon. Luna mainly utilises two large spheres as well as four swords as her weapons. She would then use it to attack her opponents with it from a distance, but she's not defenceless up close. She is able to fight back in melee with relative ease, and just being close to her increases the chance of her weapons hitting you.

Data reports that Luna is able to fly constantly without any sort of visible propulsion on her body in combat form. I assume that there is a presence of gravity Dust in parts of her body which allows her to fly. This alone gives her a massive mobility advantage and allows her to avoid getting hit by any melee attacks and evade projectiles that are thrown at her. If that wasn't worse enough, Luna has the ability that Watts so helpfully calls it.

Annihilation mode.

Trying to be subtle in its meaning huh Watts?

In this mode, Luna will release a shock wave of energy that will knock back anyone close to her at the time of activation. In this mode, all attacks from her are enhanced and she can send an endless barrage of swords that dissipates upon use. However, she can use this mode for a period of time before Annihilation mode wears off. This ability will also reduce the amount of time Luna can maintain her combat form. From the data so far, she would only use it if the situation gets desperate enough.

Looking through what was hundreds of files on Luna, several of them show her passive and combat form appearances. In passive mode, Luna looks like she's wearing a white combat suit of sorts that has clear sockets, mostly on her back and neck, several of them are on her shoulders as well. However, most of the time, she would be wearing an Atlesian uniform that would hide most of her mechanical features.

In fact, you could mistaken her for a human if it wasn't for her eyes. Luna's eyes are a shade of gold, but that's not what makes her different. Compared to a normal human, whose pupils are round, Luna's pupils are noticeably clover-shaped and are white. Another key visual feature that doesn't change for Luna is her white hair tied into twin tails that extend down to her hips.

In combat mode however, the mechanical parts of her frame noticeably become more prominent as well as more defined. A cloth like material would cover her body to form a dress of sorts, and she would gain the ability to fly. Metal rings could be seen levitating over her arms while two massive black rings present on her head, her twin tail hairs going through each of them. Then there's also parts of her frame which will start to glow in an ominous red.

Before I could process any more data on Luna, I heard Pietro called my name.

"Lucia? Are you there? We're here at my laboratory now."

Widening my eyes, I noticed that we can now leave the Bullhead as I responded back while standing up. "Yes Pietro, I'm still here. Just processing some data."

"I see…" Pietro rubbed his chin as he spoke again. "We should get going now. Once you meet with Penny, you will be staying with her until tomorrow morning, this is when we will pay Luna a visit."

"Understood." That was all I said as I began to follow Pietro into his Laboratory in the R&D sector of Atlas. When we reached Pietro's laboratory, I met Pietro's research team and it was first tense with many of them questioning as to why am I here. It took time for Pietro to explain to them why I'm here and that I pose no threat to them.

[Distrust levels are high. Recommend soothing tensions to build cordial relations.]

Yea no kidding.

I lifted my hand up before I spoke as everyone had their eyes on me. "I swear on Dr Kurt's name that I will not harm any of you or anyone in Atlas. I am not the same android that killed everyone 25 years ago." Every single one of Pietro's research team members just looked at each other with doubt still lingering in their eyes.

It was then that one scientist that was clearly a dog Faunus, slowly approached prior to nervously asking me. "Well… if Pietro is willing to trust you, I guess I could. It's a pleasure to meet you?" His droned out towards the end as I held my hand out.

"Lucia. Lucia Alpha."

The dog Faunus scientist nodded. "Right. It's a pleasure to meet you, Lucia Alpha."

I just nodded back as a small smile appeared on my face. The other members of Pietro's group began to step forward with caution and ask me questions, which I did what I could to answer it all. Some of them were about how I managed to remain in such pristine condition after 25 years. Others were about my overall programming and them wanting to study it in further detail since I'm here now. But one question stood out from the rest.

"How did you reactivate yourself Lucia?" That statement caused my eyes to widen slightly as the entire laboratory went silent. Even Pietro had to admit, he too was curious as to how I reawakened. My systems began to process all sorts of answers but two main ones stood out.

Tell the truth as to my reawakening, or lie to them.

What was only a couple of microseconds felt like hours as the time accelerator built into me activated to give me more time to think. And I made the decision to tell the truth. Lying serves no purpose here. Besides, it might be wise to inform them that the White Fang are aware of the abandoned facility that once housed me.

"My reactivation was… unintended. Someone else had accidentally entered the main hub and accidentally triggered my awakening protocols while I was still in stasis." I sat on a nearby chair as I explained.

And who woke you up, Lucia?" Pietro then asked as I hesitated to answer him.

"The White Fang." I narrowed my eyes as gasps of shock and concern mutterings could be heard while I continued. "More accurately, they were an expedition sent out there to take anything of value, and had planned to take me out of my stasis pod and wield me as a weapon. Unfortunately for them, they woke me up instead and were eliminated on the spot."

"You… Eliminated the White Fang? How did they know about the location?" I heard a scientist asking me as I just replied back.

"Extracting data from their scrolls, it was revealed to me that they have a mole in Atlas. The Identification of said mole is currently unknown however. But this data proves that the information Atlas withholds is currently compromised." I continued explaining as I got nods in return.

"I see. I'll inform General Ironwood later, let's go see Penny, Lucia. She's currently in her room. I wish the rest of you a good night." Pietro said out as I got off my chair and followed Pietro down the hallways as I could hear them giving their own goodnights to me and Pietro.

As I was walking silently with Pietro, I began to wonder if I had enough power to last a day or more. My Hud appeared on my screen which provided some interesting information as to my advanced dust core within my systems.

[Current total battery levels. 99.9% Total battery life. 3 months.]

[Battery power can be recharged naturally by entering sleep mode or by consuming Lightning Dust which will extend battery life.]

[No battery recharge is currently needed.]

Ok first of all. 3 MONTHS WORTH OF BATTERY LIFE?! What the hell? What kind of Dust core do I have that allows me to last 3 bloody months? Do I have a nuclear reactor inside of me? Ok. Putting that aside, it is clear that I won't need to charge anytime soon but seriously, just how broken did father make me?

I could only just close my eyes and shake my head from that thought. Pietro on the other hand, seemed concerned as to why I was doing it as one of his eyes was raised. "Lucia, is there something else bothering you?"

"N. No… I'm fine Dr Polendina. Just thinking of my place in Atlas. Even If I were to be accepted into it, do I deserve a place here?" I could only brush my hair aside as Pietro hummed as we reached what I guess is Penny's room.

"I believe you do." That was all Pietro said as he then knocked on the door as the sound of someone doing a brisk walk towards the door could be heard on the other side. It opened as a girl with orange hair on the other side let out a gasp.

"Salutations father! It is such a pleasure to see you again!" Penny greeted her father as I just watched him from the side.

Huh… so she looked roughly the same as before. With her short, rather curly orange hair that came down to her chin with a small cowlick on top, and a pink bow on the back of her head. Penny also had bright green eyes, light skin, and freckles while she wore an off white old-fashioned styled off the shoulder blouse with frill detailed trim and frill flared cuffs that half covered her hands alongside copper button detailing on the lower parts of her sleeves.

She also sported a short grey pinafore dress with golden trim on the hem alongside four light green stalagmite styled stripes on the lower half of the dress, two on the front and two on the back, accompanied by two matching-coloured circles above the tips that had a stripe that ran around her waistline, with golden outlines and a black and light green collar.

Penny also wore a pair of black thigh-high leg pieces that seemingly were attached to black shoes. The leg pieces had a single green stripe up the sides that appeared to light up.

Pretty much Vol 1 to 3 Penny with very little changes at first glance. I would need to do a deeper understanding of her system to see if there's any internal changes. As I was watching Penny in closer detail, she then turned her attention onto me.

"Salutations! My name is Penny! It's a pleasure to meet you, Alpha!" She greeted me as if I had met her already. Ok… so Pietro must have told her about me. I could only just nod back while giving a glance at Pietro.

"Please, call me Lucia. I see that you already recognize me, despite this being our first meeting. Did Dr Polendina tell you much about me?" I gave a small bow before offering Penny a handshake. She took my hand almost immediately and vigorously shook it at inhuman speeds. Wow, she's going at around 100 shakes per minute.

"Yes! Father told me all about you! On how he, Dr Watts and Dr Kurt worked together on you! It's finally a pleasure to see you in person! I also heard how you have many experimental features! I hope we can be friends!" I just can't be mad at her. She's just so childlike and extremely loyal to her friends. Actually, I think I could be Penny's first friend and teach her. I've done it before with Sarah when we were younger, I can do the same with Penny. Unless she's already friends with Luna. Then I'll accept second place.

Pietro just smiled at the side-lines as he spoke. "Darling, Lucia here is a guest of ours for tonight, is it alright for her to stay in your room for the time being?" Pietro made his request to his daughter who just nodded at him while releasing my hand.

"Yes father! Lucia may stay over at my place. It would be like a sleepover! I'd love the chance to try one!" Penny cheered as she dragged me by the hand into her room. As for me, I just let her do it. She reminds me so much of Sarah. Energetic and full of life.

Before it all came crashing down…

"Oh oh! We can paint our nails, and try on different types of clothes, and talk about cute boys!" Penny rambled on as I just offered a smile at her.

"I see... However, Penny, we should see if Dr Polendina has anything else left to say before he leaves us to our matters."

"Oh right!" Penny then zipped all the way to her father who just let out a hearty chuckle at what had just happened.

"See Lucia, I know that you will get along with my daughter." Pietro offered a smile before he continued. "As for you Penny, just enjoy your time with Lucia tonight. I'll be here tomorrow morning to pick her up to see Luna."

"Understood Father! Oh. Can I come along? I too want to see Luna again!" That's all Penny said as Pietro smiled and nodded before closing the door. As that was happening, I took the time to observe the room. It looked pretty average for a single person dorm. There's a bed, table and chairs, and a shelf that has some books. It also was painted with a mixture of green, white and pink over all. The wall also has several wires sticking near Penny's bed. I think that's where she recharges herself.

I didn't have the time to register when Penny suddenly appeared beside me with a smile on her face. "This is wonderful! This is the first time I have anyone staying in my room! Oh! What should we do first Lucia?" She says it while hopping with excitement.

I could rub my chin as my eyes landed on the table with chairs. "I recommend we begin with formal introductions first before we do anything else."

Penny then extended her right hand up onto the ceiling with her index finger sticking out. "Of course! Every start of a relationship starts with a formal introduction!" Penny excitedly accepted my idea as both of us walked and sat on the chairs that were opposite each other. As my Hud showed up on screen.

[Current service period is 1.5 years.]

[System was in stasis for 25 years.]

[Estimated age. 26.5 years old.]

Hm… Same age back on Earth…

"I'll start with my introduction first." I spoke up as Penny nodded at me. "My name is Lucia Alpha. I am 26.5 years old and my favourite colour is red." I still sound so deadpanned. Perhaps I should have disabled my emotion suppressors prior to speaking.

Penny however, just clapped her hands enthusiastically as it was her turn to do it in the most Penny way ever. "Salutations! My name is Penny Polendina! I was activated over a year ago and my favourite colour is green!"

A small smile appeared on my face. "I see… Dr Polendina did mention earlier that there's another android named Luna, right?" Penny just nodded at me as I continued. "Then what about her? When was she activated?" I asked as Penny rested her hand on her chin.

"Mmm… Luna was activated a month earlier than me. But she wasn't free thinking until a few months ago." Huh… So, both of them were activated a month within each other? And Luna was the first to be activated but lacks sapience at first?

"Is that so? What do you think of Luna as an individual now?" I questioned as Penny eagerly answered.

"Luna is my first friend I made! She is also fun to hang out with when we spar. Though, Luna doesn't trust strangers that much except for Dr Watts and me. But she is also such a cool sister!"

"Sister?" I raised an eyebrow as I leaned in slightly closer. I wonder why Penny considers Luna to be her sister, is it because of their android nature?

I wonder…

"Yes! Luna acts like an older sister to me!" Penny explained. "She ensures that I'm safe and sound after our spars, and she promises that we will always be together!" Aww… that's sweet. Though, a part of me aches slightly. Hearing Penny having an older sibling reminds me of me and Sarah…

Without thinking straight because I was distracted with my own feelings on the matter, I made an offer. "If everything goes well in my integration into Atlas, would you mind having another older sister?" Uhh… I whoops? I mean, I still do not know whether this is all just a dream but…

Penny however, was extremely ecstatic as what I had said. "Spectacular! I have another big sister! I can't wait to tell Luna about it!" Her arms were raised into the air as a big smile was on her face. I just can't help myself but to stand up and walk towards Penny, before pulling her into a hug.

My mouth then began to move on its own. "The fact that Dr Polendina and Dr Watts were inspired by my father to create you and Luna, means that we are more connected with each other than you thought." That was all I said as I began to stroke Penny's hair. Despite the fact that we're the same height.

I felt Penny wrapping her arms around me as I tensed slightly before relaxing and enjoying the silence. We then broke apart as Penny was still smiling at me, it was clear that she enjoyed the hug I gave her. I then sat back down on my chair as we continued our conversations on various topics of her choosing.

That just happened. Does that mean that Penny is now registered as a younger sibling in my system? Ok then.

Ignoring what had happened, we resumed talking which lasted a while until midnight, Penny then had to sleep due to the need to recharge herself, by plugging into the terminal next to her bed. As she laid on the bed, I just sat next to her and watched her 'sleep' with a smile on her face. She and I had a wonderful conversation. It all varied to her and my thoughts on people, as well as her desire to participate in the Vytal Festival that was coming up.

Speaking of which, I should review some of the previous festival fights when I have the time. I wish to see how it was like to see the tournament.

Penny also asked about what had happened all those years ago. I was at first hesitant about it, because I was genuinely afraid that it would ruin our rapport we were building up. Turns out, I didn't need to worry much as she said that it wasn't my fault. Penny was genuinely horrified at what they were planning to do to me as I explained it to her. She somewhat understands why my father sentenced them to death. Though she wished that he had taken a different approach on the matter.

Not that I blamed her. I actually agreed with her sentiment. While father had my intentions in heart, killing every single one of your colleagues to protect your daughter is still a horrifying thing to do. Shaking my head from that thought, I slowly brushed Penny's hair before closing my optics and laid down next to her while entering sleep mode.

Despite my time with Penny, I had hoped that it was all a dream and I would be back at home. Because this is not my home. I don't belong here.

[Activating sleep mode. Wake up alarm set to 0800]

Waking up the next day turns out to be more awkward for me as soon as my optics open, I could feel Penny wrapping her arms around me while snuggling. And man, her grip was tight as all hell, I couldn't even move at all! I could just stare at the ceiling and finally had the chance to think everything through yesterday.

Everything is just absurd! I thought that I would wake up in my office again after last night. I had hoped that all this was just a vivid dream! But no, I guess. I woke up in an abandoned facility and murdered a couple of White Fang members. I should have felt something but I just felt cold instead. I never really thought much about it because I am still in a state of confusion. Am I really myself anymore?

Am I just a machine that so happens to have my memories inside it? Or am I just Alpha and my own combined thanks to the brother Gods?

"No… I can't afford to be distracted with doubt." Those were what I said to myself as I closed my eyes and shook it away. I can't just stop here. I was sent here because my father failed his duty to stop Salem. I will do it in his stead. I can't stop now.

Pietro was outside Penny's door wondering how Penny was doing with Lucia as a guest. He had to admit, he took a big gamble in it. Yet, nothing happened last night. Letting out a sigh of relief, Pietro knocked on the door before opening it. Only to realise that he'd walked into an awkward sight of Penny snuggling Alpha with her arms around her, who happened to have a deadpan expression on her face.

"Good morning, Dr Polendina." Lucia greeted him as she turned her head to face him. "While I would have offered a more appropriate morning greeting, as you can see. I am unable to do that due to… certain circumstances." She said that while keeping her composure of the awkward situation.

"I can see that." Pietro had to stop a chuckle from coming out of his mouth as he got closer to his daughter's bed. "I hope you at least had fun last night."

"I did. It was… nice to talk to someone as… enthusiastic as her." Lucia offered a nod as she turned her head to face Penny. Who was still clinging onto her. "Both she and I talked about a lot of topics the night before. I can say that we did get well together."

Pietro could only nod as Penny began to wake up, only to see that she was clinging onto Lucia while her father could be seen in the background with a smile on his face.

"Good morning, Lucia! The same for you father!" Penny hailed both of them as she freed her arms from Lucia. Who slowly got up from her bed.

"Good morning to you darling, how was Lucia last night?" Pietro asked as Penny pushed herself off her bed.

"Last night was terrific father! We talked about so many things and she even requested to be my older sister!" Penny explained as Alpha folded her arms as her face blushed. She then turned her head away and refused to look at both of them. Pietro however, could only look at the now embarrassed android before he began laughing heartily.

"I'm glad that's the case and I was worried for no reason. Come both of you. Watts have informed me that we can visit Luna right now. I have high hopes that you will get along well with her." Pietro then made his way out of the room as both Penny and Lucia followed after him.

Time passed very quickly as all three of them walked through the hallways while Penny could be heard talking to Lucia about more topics. As for Lucia, she was silent for most of the time and she only spoke when necessary, or if Penny asked her something.

Pietro, had to admit, he had doubts of Alpha keeping to her word yesterday.

If she was indeed hostile to Atlas, she would have eliminated Penny and gone on a killing spree, yet she did not. His own fears of losing Penny seemed to be negated when he spoke to Lucia earlier on, he can tell. Despite the stoic expression Lucia maintains, it was clear that she genuinely enjoyed her time with Penny.

All three of them soon reached another part of the laboratory which housed Luna. And as they enter the main hub, Watts could be seen talking to several scientists and technicians, he then turned around to greet his friend.

"Ah, good morning, Pietro, I see you've arrived with Penny and Lucia Alpha." Watts gave his own smile as Pietro greeted back.

"Same wise Watts. How is Luna doing?"

"We're still investigating the anomaly within her aura. I also took the time to tell her about Lucia, she does seem interested in meeting her for all purposes. I suppose it was due to me telling her in the past that part of her coding originates from Alpha."

"I see…" Pietro rubbed his chin as Watts turned his eyes on Penny. He was informed by his friend that he allowed Lucia to stay with Penny. While it was a foolish and risky idea, it was clear that it worked out in the end.

"Penny, how was Lucia last night when she stayed in your room?"

"Oh Dr Watts, it was fantastic! We talked about many topics and our interests throughout the night. She even made a request to become my older sister like Luna!" The whole laboratory became silent instantly as everything ceased to a halt. Everyone slowly turned their eyes on Lucia who was blushing again. This time, with one arm folded with the other having her hand covering her eyes.

"Oh… Well, this turned-out way beyond what I believed would happen…" Watts admitted as Pietro let out a chuckle.

"You see Watts, I too believed that something else would have happened."

"I can tell."

…

An awkward silence then went by a few minutes before Watts coughed into his hand. "With that interesting situation out of the way," Watts straightens his back. "Lucia, if you may follow me, I will take you to Luna myself." Lucia just nodded as Penny stepped in and made a request.

"Dr Watts, can I come along? Father promised me that I can see Luna today."

Penny just got a nod from Watts. "Very well then, Luna is currently in the laboratory's personal training room. She feels the need to be in there due to her analysis of you Lucia."

"System indicates this was likely due to my past actions against Atlas." That was all Lucia said.

"That's likely the case. Luna has always been distrustful of strangers ever since she developed sentience. She only came to trust me and Penny recently, and tends to keep others at arm's length. Luna must have read the logs related to what you did years ago and came to the conclusion that you could be a hazard." Watts gave a likely explanation as they walked towards the training room.

Lucia let out a sigh. "Understandable."

"Don't worry Lucia, I'm sure it'll work out in the end!" Penny just gave a bright smile to Lucia who just gave a shrug of uncertainty.

Watts, Lucia and Penny soon reached their destination to see a bunch of scientists gazing down on the training room, which was blocked with a thick panel of bulletproof glass. Inside was a room with a light blue grid of Hard-Light Dust everywhere. From the floors to walls and covers. And within it, was Luna floating in the middle of the room while surrounded by various Atlesian Knight-130 as well as spider droids with their weapons all pointed at her.

Her eyes narrowed down before she extended her hand out as the swords and spheres floating behind her shot out and began bashing or slicing everything they hit. At the same time, all the combat robots fired their own weapons at her as she flew in the air while dodging every single projectile sent her way.

Sensing several rounds coming from behind, Luna swung her arm to the back as the blades came to her, they proceeded to spin rapidly in place and became a makeshift shield which blocked all the bullets.

Luna then dashed to the side as a cannon shot from the spider Droid missed her and instead hit a wall of Hard-Light Dust. Luna then seemingly disappeared as numerous Atlesian Knights as well as spider droids were instantly turned to a scrap around her, as she then reappears behind one of the Atlesian Knights and sends a punch that goes right through its chest.

Her arm could be seen through the Atlesian Knight while holding its dust core in hand, as she proceeds to crush it before dropping it and flying off.

Lucia POV.

You know, seeing Luna shredding through all these Atlesian Knight-130 as well as spider droids with no issue really points out how dangerous she was. And did she just do the bullet time mode for a second right there? When she dodged that Spider droid's cannon shot, she just disappeared to everyone else, but my system recognized it as what I had.

I could only watch her in more detail as I began recording her every move. Every attack. Every dodge. Every single one of them was elegant and efficient. Like a professional dancer that was trained to kill. Every attack with her swords was fast and precise, her spheres bounced between targets in proximity. Smashing their heads or torsos off before flying at other targets close by.

What I did not expect was for her to extend her hand out before a large ass red beam came out of it and eviscerated everything in its path.

[Data collected. Luna has a terrifying level of control of the nanomachines inside her frame compared to Project Alpha. With it, she is able to manipulate it all to her will. All weapons utilised by her are made by her nanomachines.]

[Every single attack originating from Luna will shred aura rapidly if hit. Recommendation. Avoid getting hit by her if conflict should happen against her.]

[Unlike Penny which was created as a protector, Luna was made to be an efficient weapon. Similar in purpose to Alpha.]

Wow…

She is scary. Did Watt's really based her off me? I don't think I'm that scary right? …Right?

Everyone watched as red energies could be seen pouring from Luna before dashed forward and turned any remaining Atlesian Knight-130 and spider droids into nothing but dead metal. She then came to a stop and floated down back onto the ground with her weapons going back to her back.

Luna raised her head to see everyone watching her, but her eyes specifically landed on me. She then took off the ground before flying near the glass blocking us as she stared at me. I just stared back in return as my Hud appeared before my eyes.

[Incoming Transmission from Luna.]

To everyone else, it just looks like Luna and Lucia were having a staring contest between each other while standing extremely still. Or to Luna, floating extremely still. Penny could only gaze at Watts in confusion as to what's happening, who too looked unsure as to what to do right now.

"What is happening Dr Watts?" Penny wondered in confusion as Watts was also unsure of the situation.

"Unfortunately Penny, I'm as clueless as you are."

The staring continued on for a couple of seconds when suddenly, both Luna and Lucia's eyes began to flicker like lights as the confusion only grew among everyone else. Though Penny's eyes widened as she let out a gasp. "They are deliberating among themselves Dr Watts."

"Do you have any idea what they are talking about?" Watts pressed Penny for answers. Though she looked unsure.

"I can't tell," Penny explained as the staring continued. "The transmission between the both of them is encrypted. I can't access it."

"I see…" Watts rubbed his thick moustache before both their eyes stopped flickering. Luna was the first to break eye contact as she flew off and entered the room through the door on the right. As for Lucia, she turned her head to Watts and spoke.

"Apologies for that, Dr Watts and Penny." Lucia gave a short bow. "Both Luna and I have a… extensive discussion between the both of us. It involved our shared coding history. Luna has shown an interest in me, as do I in her. Rest assured that we will not attack each other Dr Watts." Lucia explained as Luna could be seen walking into the room in her Atlesian uniform and back in her passive mode.

"Alpha. It is nice to have a chat with another synthetic being here." That was all Luna said before her eyes turned on Penny as a smile appeared on her face. Next thing that happened was that Luna pulled Penny into a tight hug which she accepted wholeheartedly. Despite the fact that Penny is taller than her.

"Penny, I was informed by Alpha that she had a sleepover in your room. How was it?" Luna gave a question to Penny as they broke away from a hug.

"Oh, it was amazing Luna! I wished you were there. We talked about ourselves and what we liked and such. Lucia even made a request to become my older sister here! Just like you!" Luna gave a curious look to Alpha who just shook her head with a sigh.

"Penny, I believe we need to work on your sense of awareness. Such… embarrassing things should not be said out loud."

"Uhh… how is telling everyone here that you made a request to be my older sister embarrassing?" Penny pointed out as she tilted her head.

"It can make people perceive you as a strange person if you were to say that in public." Alpha glanced to the side before looking back.

"Ohh… I still have much to learn?"

"Yes. Penny, everything can be taken as a learning experience that can be applied in the future. Just like this conversation." Alpha proceeded to walk forward and pat Penny right in the head as she giggled. Luna just stared at Lucia with a slight hint of jealousy as Watts walked in.

"I've just received a report from General Ironwood that he wishes to speak to all three of you. While the details are still kept away from me, I have to guess it will be related to you, Alpha. Will you three follow me? Pietro is already with the general."

"Of course Dr Watts!" Penny saluted.

Luna just nodded her head. "As you command Dr Watts."

Alpha just folded her arms. "Understood. Lead the way, doctor."

Some time passed…

All four of them made their leave from Watt's laboratory and boarded a Bullhead sent by Ironwood to pick them up and take them to Atlas academy. For most of the ride there, Penny was busy talking to Luna while Lucia just remained silent and just kept staring outside the airship. She was also silently humming a tune to herself.

At times when she's not talking to Penny, Luna just stares at Lucia for some reason, which Watts noticed and noted down.

"Lucia? What are you humming to yourself?" Penny asked Lucia.

"Hmm? My Father has installed various soundtracks into my system. I'm just taking the time to listen to some of them."

"Can I join in?" Penny asked as Lucia nodded. The next second, classical music could be heard emitting from Lucia on the ride.

"Oooh… What kind of music are we listening to?"

"Classical music. According to the description." Alpha hummed as Watts raised an eyebrow.

"Interesting, I always knew that Kurt was a fan of music during my time working with him. I just never expected him to actually add a music player feature inside you." Watts began to scratch his chin. "Now I'm curious as to why he did that."

"I'm sure given time; we'll find out why." Lucia muttered.

Strangely enough, when talking about classical music, Luna had an indescribable expression on her face. Lucia noticed it, but she never brought it up as that can be addressed in another time.

And so, the journey to Ironwood's office was a calm one. Before all three of them will be given an assignment from the general himself.
