And we are back! Like what I promised, an omake before Christmas. Well, I hope you guys enjoyed reading it. Merry Christmas and an early happy new year to everyone! Also, be aware that I'm still awaiting new name suggestions from you guys. I will most likely decide on a new one by the end of this year.

With me deleting the previous chapter, which is basically a notice from me, here are the comments from it.

Zekken182: I agree. When I first tried it out, I was surprised at how smoothly the game ran on my phone, as you pointed out. That is because that's what it looked like before Alpha modified it to resemble more of her weapon of choice in-game. If it bugs you or others want me to change it, I can change it in a future chapter.

Singular Ash: Alpha playing with her food? Shame on her! Her new outfit would be her default disguise when interacting with people unaware of her mechanical origins.

Kotor13e: Hehe. How interesting it would be when they figure it out. It would be even better if they realised that they were friends with a death machine the whole time.

SolSparda369: All I'll say is perhaps. No spoilers from me!

Gadget boy: Glad that's the case! And Alpha's existence will change how the chain of events of the story. In what way? Stick by and find out! It's going to be spicy.

We have one from CriticaofRandomness who suggested: Man-made Soul or Abyssal/Crimson Soul.

I still want more suggestions before I come to any conclusions. Anddd, we have a comment from Renashi-RE012. Honestly, talk about ruining my day but whatever, yea? So, I yield, and you get to have the first spot. But I claim the second! Ok?

As for williamni123456789, do you mean Lucia Plume? Unfortunately, I have not. I can't give you an exact answer to it if I don't have it. Speaking of PGR, holy shit, Alpha got a new frame, and it looks so cool! I want it so badly, and Roland is coming to global in a couple of days from this chapter. So, even more things to look forward to, yes?

Anyways, enough of me yapping my mouth and let's get started!

Like always, I do not own any of RWBY or their content. They all belong to their respective owners. Nor do I own any content belonging to Kuro Technology and their series Punishing Gray Raven.

Luna quietly sat in the air while resting her hands on her spheres as she stared into the stars above. She's always here every night alone for most of the time and staring at the shattered moon that hangs over the night. Occasionally, her lovely sister Penny or her creator Watts would visit her to watch the stars above with her.

But one thing bothers her all the time. She, alongside Lucia and Penny, has never left the base or laboratories without authorisation from their creators or General Ironwood. And she wants to explore the streets of Atlas despite clear orders not to do so. And tonight, she decides to make a decision.

She's going down below. And no one's stopping her.

With a plan in mind and trusting her calculations that no one would seek her out tonight, Luna leapt off the building she was on and descended onto the city of Altas below to explore. Knowing that she would draw suspicion about her looks, Luna reformed her clothes into something that won't reveal her origins.

As Luna lands on a remote alleyway below, her clothes have changed onto a white-grey suit, with gloves and heels on. Most, if not all, of her mechanical parts, were removed or hidden beneath the suit she wore. Lastly, Luna's pupils became round and black.

Compared to how she usually looks, Luna now looks like a short businesswoman with twin tails.

A trick she learned some time ago from Lucia when it comes to minor frame modifications.

Giving one last look at herself to ensure that her identity won't be revealed anytime soon, Luna left the alleyway and walked through the busy streets of Atlas. Her eyes beamed with child-like awe as she landed her eyes on the pastries in a bakery. Cakes, pies and all sorts of tasty treats could be seen on display as customers entered and left the shop.

And as much as she wants the opportunity to eat them, she can't, much to her disappointment. Her body was not made to be able to consume food compared to Lucia, who had retrofitted herself with a new construct frame. All that made Luna slightly envious of her sister, who now could consume food.

Ironically, she was the most vocal and enthusiastic about undergoing the procedure. Much to Watt's surprise, and it will be a while before it is deemed safe enough for her to undergo the retrofitting.

Putting away her displeasure, Luna walked off and continued on her way through the busy streets. Atlas almost reminds her of…

No. They don't matter now.

They never do.

Luna's audio receivers soon picked up the sound of a child crying. Increasing her walking speed, Luna, with haste, walked towards the sound of a child crying until she came across a little girl bawling her eyes out while holding a toy bear in her arms. Yet, no one stepped in and helped the child in distress, much to her confusion. The opposite was true. The people of Atlas were numb to the child's misery and carried on with their business as if she wasn't there.

With disappointment and contempt at every passer-by, Luna made her way towards the distressed girl when she got close. Luna finally understood why everyone ignored her.

The child had tiny wolf-like fangs in her mouth. This was a clear sign that the child was wolf Faunus in origin, and it makes sense why everyone ignored her. But she's not them.

Approaching the little girl before kneeling, Luna softly spoke. "Hello, are you alright?"

As if by instinct, the little girl looked at her, tears streaming down her face as her eyes were puffy and red. "Bad people took mummy!" The little girl resumed bawling as Luna pulled her into a hug.

"I see…" Luna slowly spoke. "Where did they go?"

"There!" The little girl pointed down the alleyway as Luna stood up and stared at where the girl pointed.

"Understood. Let me get you somewhere safe. Then I will rescue your mother." Luna explained as the little girl nodded her head as she begged.

"Please do!"

Luna then picked up the girl and ran to find a police station, which was trivial thanks to her ability to know the exact location on her map. Luna soon arrived at a police station. She walked in with the crying child in her arms. "Can I help you, madam?" The police officer greeted Luna before his eyes landed on the crying Faunus child, his eyes narrowed down in scorn which Luna noticed.

"This child's mother was kidnapped, and she needs a safe place to be while I rescue her," Luna explained. "Do not let anyone come into harm over her."

"And why should I do that for you?" The police officer at the counter challenged. "Why should I help babysit an animal for you?"

Luna's eyes narrowed at him as the little girl in her hand whimpered with fear in her eyes. Luna stared at the police with cold eyes that promised pain if it wasn't for the rules.

Such brazen insult and without care?

"Hmph. Very well then." Luna turned and left the police station with the Faunus girl in her arms. "Let's go and rescue your mom without their help."

The little girl looked up at Luna with hope in her eyes. "You will?"

"Yes. Now hang on tight to me, and don't let go."

"Ok." The little girl muttered as Luna sped off towards where the girl's mother was.

[Multiple bio-signatures detected in a warehouse 0.67km from the last known location, according to Faunus child.]

[Biological compatibility confirmed.]

[Child's mother detected. Current emotional status: Panicked and terrified.]

Arriving outside the warehouse where the Faunus girl's mother's bio-signatures were located, Luna placed the girl down on the floor. "Stay here and remain silent. I'll be back with your mother."

"Mmm..." The Faunus girl gave a soft grunt as Luna made her way into the warehouse. Red particles poured out of Luna's openings as a mask formed on her face, as well as a sword in hand.

Sensing the room they were in, Luna opened the door and walked in to see several humans with guns and a Faunus woman with wolf ears tied to a chair.

"What the? Who are you?" One of them asked as Luna ignored him and walked towards them. Each step echoed in the warehouse as they pointed their guns at her.

[Analysing scrolls indicates that they are part of a meagre human supremacist group of little relevance. Relative power to Luna: Insignificant.]

"Who am I is of no concern. What I care about is the girl's mother you have in custody. Release her." Luna firmly stated as the woman held captive spoke up with surprise.

"Josiah? She found someone?" Her voice brimmed with hope after recovering.

One of the kidnappers yelled at the unknown individual strolling towards them. "Like we're going to do that! She owed us much, and we're not letting her go just because you said so!"

"Even at the cost of your life?" Luna challenged them.

"There's five of us and only one of you. I like our chances. Now you can just leave, or we'll make you creep."

[Hostile intent detected. Unlikely to cooperate. Violent actions may now be used.]

That got a bored grunt out of Luna. "Very well then." Luna activates matrix mode before walking towards the hostage holders, and with a single slash, she sliced their guns into two before 'gently' shoving them away from the Faunus woman.

Time resumed as the five men were launched off their feet after Luna disarmed and shoved them back. Seconds later, they crashed against the ground while the Faunus mother was disoriented about what had happened. "Wha? What happened?" She muttered as Luna knelt before her.

"Are you alright?" Luna asked as the Faunus woman reorientated herself and nodded.

"Yes. Thanks to you. Where is Josiah?"

"She's outside. I recommend you get out of her. I'll deal with those men."

"Thank you…" She muttered as her thanks made Luna feel warm inside. "Are you a Huntress by chance?" She then asked as Luna shrugged.

"Perhaps I am. Best you get out of here."

"Thank you."

Luna used her sword, cut the Faunus mother loose, and pulled her back onto her feet. "Go. Your daughter is waiting for you." Luna points at the door she used to get in as the Faunus mother gives her one more thanks before leaving.

Turning her head to the left, she could see those men returning to their feet with bruised cheeks and egos.

"Damn brat! Do you know who we are?"

"Someone not worth my time." Luna deadpanned. Honestly, their egos and expectation are annoying her.

"Why you!" They unsheathe various melee weapons, from knives to bats to a machete

[Hostiles are emotionally compromised. Erratic actions likely.]

"Don't do anything you're going to regret," Luna warned, only for one of them Luna assumed was the leader charge at her. Luna immediately responds by parrying the blow aimed at her head and then punches the weapon out of his hand. Unfortunately, it also broke his hand from the sheer force of Luna's punch.

"What did I just say?" Luna could only question his stupidity as the attacker cried in agony at his broken hand.

"You will regret messing with the Order of Humanity!"

The thug roared out as he clutched his broken hand, all while Luna looked baffled at his foolish stubbornness. They knew that she had disarmed them quickly, yet they kept resisting. Are Atlesians really that prideful about themselves? With only a split second, Luna dug deeper into their scrolls and figured out why.

"Order of Humanity? The so-called human supremacist group that advocates for supremacy over Faunuses. What a terrible joke you are. You have no major leadership, no resources, and pathetic support. Just a bunch of thugs and thieves harassing and extorting Faunuses for no good reason. Only the ignorant and foolish would join such a group." Luna stated as she grabbed him by the shirt and picked him up with one hand.

That alone finally got it into everyone's head that they were fighting someone stronger than themselves.

"I'm offering you a chance again. Leave. Continue with your pathetic racial nonsense, and I cannot assure you that you will get out fine in the end." With a thud, Luna drops the man onto the floor while simultaneously walking off. She's wasted enough time with them and has to return back soon.

Luna walked for a moment before she paused and turned her head. "Do I make myself clear?" Yet none of them responds to her. So, taking their silence as a yes, Luna left the warehouse as her mask and sword dissolved into red particles.

Only to see the Faunus mother, who she rescued earlier with her daughter. Why haven't they left this place?

"What are you still doing here?" Luna slowly questioned. "It is late at night, and you are not out of danger yet."

"I… I just want to thank you for saving me. Those men would no doubt have plans for me. And I fear for my daughter's safety. Once again, thank you for heeding my daughter's cries for help. I wouldn't be here if it weren't for you."

"Thank you, kind lady, for saving mummy from bad people!" The little Faunus girl then ran up and hugged Luna's legs as her mother giggled at the scene.

With a soft sigh and a smile, Luna kneeled and rubbed the little girl's head. "Then I won't take any more of your time. I have places to be as well, farewell. Both of you and I wish you a safe journey." Luna stood up and walked off without looking back.

It felt nice to help out those who couldn't defend themselves. Like Huntsman and Huntresses, she has seen once in a while on screen. Yet they have one thing she doesn't have, and it makes her envious.

Freedom and choice.

They have freedom and choice of what they wish to do. Luna doesn't. She was created with the purpose of defending Atlas and thus had no choice with what she wanted to do with her life. And she is bound to Atlas until the end.

Suppose she had the liberty to do what she wanted to do. Well… She would have done what she wanted to do.

Resuming her walk through the night streets of Atlas, Luna found herself in a garden not too far away. Resting on one of the benches, Luna stared at the scenery. If she were to describe it in a single word, it would be peaceful.

At times she wondered what was outside of Atlas. In mantle below. In the other kingdoms. How and what were the people like? How are they different from those in Atlas?

Her wanderlust was building up again.

Shaking her desire to keep exploring out of her head, Luna slowly made her way back to her quarters in Watt's laboratory. But to reach it, she would have to return the same way she got out.

Entering the alleyway and confirming that no one was nearby, Luna leapt up before she flew higher and higher into the air. Oh, how Watt's idea of allowing her to levitate in the air makes things too easy.

Landing back on the building she was on a while ago, Luna changed her clothes back into her dress, and so were her clover-shaped pupils. Then, with a final look at Atlas as a whole, Luna floated back into Watt's laboratory and back into her room without anyone noticing her.

Unlike Penny's room, which looked like an ordinary bedroom, Luna's room was mainly bleached white with machinery, wires everywhere and a single chair. And all connected to a single pod in the middle of the room.

It is not what one would call a bedroom, but it is to her.

Staring at the pod for a second to process her thoughts, Luna decided to lie in it and get some rest. But as she lay inside her pod and closed her eyes, a conversation she remembered played out in her head as she slowly closed her eyes for the night.

"If you accept our deal, there will be no going back, child. You will be changed, and you will lose your identity and origin. Are you sure you still wish to take our offer? We're not forcing you to take it, child."

"If it means a chance for me to reunite with my sister, then I will do it. We promised we would be together till the end, and it's cruel for her to just die like that. If I have to sacrifice my identity to see her again. I'll assist in dealing with her."

"Hahahaha! I like her! Let's give her a chance, brother, the fire in her heart is bright, and I can't wait to see how she will assist our replacement."

"I sense no deceit in your soul, not unlike her. You made your choice, child. I pray you won't regret your decision."

"I won't. I never regret my choices."

"Very well, child. Whatever happens next, I hope you are prepared for it. I wish you the best of luck."

"Selena… I'll be seeing you soon…"

No matter where you are

No matter what form you take

No matter what world you're in

I'll find you

And cut! What do you think of this short omake so far? I wanted to use it as a chance to expand more on Luna's character as a whole. And her thoughts and feelings about the people of Atlas. And, more importantly, her frustrations.

And yes, I've been dropping hints in the past few chapters, but I made it official and canon in this story. Luna is Lucia's sister back on Earth, and she willingly made a deal with the brother gods to chase after her. Is it foolish for her to do that? Maybe, I'll leave that up to you, but when the sisters finally realise that they'd been together for months.

Well… it will undoubtedly be a heart-warming reunion, even if Lucia would be annoyed at her sister's choice to follow after her. Some of you would probably chew me out for revealing Luna's true origin, but it will happen eventually, to be honest. Let me know in the reviews.

I'm done talking here. If you like my story so far, follow and favourite me if you enjoy this story! Do also leave a review of what you think of this chapter, as I enjoy reading it and giving replies to it!

And with that, I wish you all Merry Christmas and Happy New Year, folks!

RGQC out, and see you next year!

Similar question with my other stories, how did you come across my story? Just curious about how you guys come across this story. And I'll delete the Author's notes in a couple of days.
