Chapter 1
Because of them canceling Batman Beyond Arkham and making Suicide Squad, I will do my best to make the story.
Some of this was based off the concept art and premise pitched.
Anyways enjoy.
Year 2039 Gotham City.
Gotham City is moody as usual, streets are dark and gloomy, and crime continues to be a problem.
Two crooks see a single woman walk down an ally and they follow.
"Hey pretty lady? You look in fine shape, what do you say about having a good time with me?" One crook asks.
"Umm, No." The woman says as she trys to walk on.
Another crook grabs her arm.
"Oh I think we will have some fun." The other crook says.
"No. NOO!" The woman yells as they grab and tempt to take off her clothes.
Then the see a shadow over them, they look over and see a man standing before them.
"Hey, you want a show? Get out of here!" The crook says.
Just then the man turns into a fire demon batman.
"WOAH! AHHHHHH!" The crooks yell as the demon bat chases them, they run into a dead end and the demon bat slowly walks towards them as they scream and pass out.
The woman looks over and sees the crooks knocked out and she sees "Batman!?"
"*cough* *cough*" Batman says as he grapple away leaving the woman amazed.
Batman lands on the rooftop, however apon landing he holds his chest as he coughs more.
He runs and jumps off the roof top and glides over to a grave yard.
He lands next to a grave that says Pennyworth Alfred.
Batman wears a grey and black suit, with armored parts, a black cowl very simular to Dark Knight Returns, and has a grey beard.
"Alfred, *cough* *cough* You where right, I'm getting too old, and without a protector, Gotham is in danger, So I think it's time to visit my son, Damian Wayne." Batman says as he presses a button to call in his Batwing as it flys over he grapples into in and flys over to Damian's location.
The Batwing flys over out of Gotham and over to a island called Infinity Island.
Bruce changes out of his Batsuit and into a casual suit.
He lands on the island and walks over to the gates where he is met by two gaurds.
"HALT! Who are you?" They yell.
"Bruce Wayne. I am here to see Damian Wayne, my son." Bruce says.
"Hmp." The guards say as they open the tall doors and let him in.
He walks around with on of the guards leading him to the 17 year old Damian.
"Hello Father." He says without looking behind him.
"Damian, It's good to see you."
"No! You never their for me! Mom gave birth to me and sent me over to this island, and she was killed by the Joker! What did you do? Nothing! I was riased by Ras's other daughter! Not my parents! And you just come here saying it's good to see me!?" Damian says clearly very mad.
"Look, I'm sorry, but I am getting old and I need someone to hold the mantle of Gotham protector."
"OH WOW! You abandon me for most my life then you come, not because you want to see me, but you need someone to take your place!?"
"Yes, you are my son. So I think you should enharet my mantle."
"Like hell! You are so selfish!"
"I understand what you are going through. I will leave you." Bruce says as he walks away as Damien turns around.
Just then Damien gets kicked in the head.
"AGGH! What the hell!?"
"Your slow. Thought they would teach you better."
"Damn it old man!" Damien yells as he charges at Wayne.
He goes to punch him, but Bruce moves aside and hits him in the ribs and knocks him over.
"Hmp, you where not what I expected, maybe it's better if I leave you here. If you can't beat an old man." Bruce says
"WAIT! Take me with you, train me and I can prove I am more then you expected! Unless your scared."
"HMP. I am never scared. Come with me. We will ride to the cave in my Batwing." Bruce says.
"Yes, I have already heard tell of your Batman life." Damien says
"Good. You already have a head start." Bruce says as they enter the Batwing.
As they fly back into Gotham City, a ninja with a owl mask is spying on the plane as it flys by.
"He has returned and with his son." The Ninja says into a communication device.
"Good, I have plans for the Bat!" A rough voice says over the com.
The ninja jumps away and returns to it's base.
