Chapter 2
Bruce and Damien head to the destroyed Wayne Manor, but a hatch opens and he lands the Batwing into the Batcave!
They exit with Bruce getting back into his batsuit.
"Huh. Your lair looks more dusty and webbed then I expected." Damien comments.
"Yea, it's hard to keep this place clean without Alfred." Batman explains
"Alfred? Is he your servant?"
"He WAS my butler, but time got the better of him. However now we need to focus on your training." Batman says as he puts up his fists.
Damien goes for a kick, but Batman steps to the side and punches him in the rib.
"Your slow we need to fix that." Bruce says.
"How? I have been training under the League of Assassins my entire life! How can you counter everything I throw at you?!"
"I have trained myself how to fight after my parents where killed, and continued to improve myself, and even how to counter the League's techniques." Bruce explains.
Damien goes for another punch, but Batman effortlessly dodges the attack, grabs his arm, pulls his son forward and punching his back, knocking him to the ground.
"Again." Batman says.
We get a montage of Damien and his Dad training with each other, with The young Wayne getting closer and closer to countering Batman's attacks.
Damien is pretty roughed up, spots on him are bleeding, but he continues on.
Eventually he finally deflects one of Batman's punches and punches him in the chest, knocking Bruce down.
"*huff* YES! I did it! *puff*"
"Good job, however their is more to learn. But you earned your batsuit."
"Wait? I get to have one of your suits? Is this a test?"
"Yes, to figure out what Gotham's new protector will look like. Choice any you like." Batman explains
The teen walks over and sees many batsuits behind glass.
Some are well made and strong, like the 1989 suit, the 2008 suit, and the Flashpoint suit.
Some are weird and not tactical, like the Anime suit, The Zer En Ar suit, and the very first suit, from 1939.
However one catches his eye, a slim, completely black suit, with a bold red bat symbol, bright red eye lenses, a small cape at the back, and a black plastic piece covering the mouth.
"Father, this one speaks to me. What do you think?"
"Ah this one, it's an enhanced stealth suit, it's faster and helps you camouflage in the night, with the red to invoke fear. It's your choose if you want it."
Damien thinks about it and decides it is the right suit.
He opens the glass door and gets the suit on.
The suit opens up and he slides his body into it as it adjusts it's size to better fit the teenage Wayne.
The covers him as the visor actives showing the detective vision booting up.
"This suit feels great. I appreciate it Father, just don't think we are on good terms just yet."
"HEH, don't worry but it looks good on you."
Just then a red light flashes from the computer.
"What's that?"
"The Bat Computer picked up a crime of some kind." Bruce explains.
"Hmm, it seems some scientists are being held hostage at a lab in Otisburg by one, Black Masquerade, aka Neo Sionis, daughter of Roman Sionis, aka The Black Mask. They are demanding 10 million from the mayor to free the hostages in 20 minutes. However you can save them."
"What really?"
"Yes, your ready, I know it."
"Ok then, how do I get their?"
"With this." Bruce says as some lights turn on around the Original Arkham Bat-Mobile.
"Don't worry The Computer will take you their safely, I know you don't know how to drive."
Damien nods then runs over and hops in the Mobile.
The engine revs up as the blast doors open up, the engine blasts red fire out of the trustier zooming out of the batcave at incredible speed!
"Alright, I will talk to you through the helmet, for it has a built in com system."
"10 4."
The Batmobile zooms across Gotham City, passing many cars who are amazed at what they see, it arrives at the back of the lab in Otisburg.
The building is a wide cube shape with little windows around.
Damien jumps out and talks to his Dad.
"I am at the building, what is the best plan?"
"Ok what you want to do is, find a ventilation system and sneak around and find the power box, it is located somewhere in the building." Bruce says.
Damien looks around and find the vent, he pulls out his grappling hook and fires it the the vent pulling it off and jumping into it.
"Alright find the power box."
Damien moves around the vents until he finds two guards next to the box.
"Think Damien, you know what to do."
Just the he has an idea.
He removes the vent door and throws smoke pellet on the ground, causing smoke to spread over them covering their view.
"AGGG! WHAT THE HELL!?"
"IT'S SMOKE! BUT WHO DID IT!?" The guards yell.
Then Damien activates his vision so can see them and they can't see him.
He jumps down and punches one guard in the stomach then smashes his head into a wall, the grabs the other by the neck, putting him in a chock hold.
He gets knocked out and so the coast is clear.
Young Wayne walks over and opens up the power box and looks for the lights, he finds it and turns them off.
"Good work, now to take out Masquerade, her men, and free the scientists." Bruce says.
"On it."
He finds a floor grate and hops in, to move around with out being spotted.
Then he is in the area with Black Masquerade.
"Why are the fucking lights off!? I thought we had men guarding them!" Neo yells.
"I don't know boss."
"Well get some fucking flashlights and find the fucking powerbox!" She yells again.
Just as they turn on their flash lights one of them disappears with a quick "AH!"
"WHAT was that!?" One of them asks.
"Do you think it's the bat?"
"Batman has been dead for years now! He is not alive!" Masquerade yells.
"AH!" Another yells as they shoot their guns at the spot only hitting the wall.
Only Neo and two guards remain.
"OK! Whoever you are. Show yourself or they get it!" Masqerade yells as she points her pistol at the scientists as they scream.
"You hear that!? If you don't show yourself they are going to die!" She yells just as Damien lands hard on the ground in front of them.
He raises himself up showing calm strong body language, with his red eyes and bat symbol, invoking the fear Bruce talked about.
"It"s! It's!" A guard yells as he and his gun are shacking.
"Not possible!" Black Masquerade says in disbelief.
"It's BATMAN!" The guards yell as they pull the gun triggers to blast him.
However when the guns don't work and are jammed.
"DAMN!" They yell as they run to get another gun.
But Damien runs, then jumps and kicks them in the head.
One guard goes to punch him, but he grabs his arm, punches him the head, then throws him over his shoulder and breaks his face, knocking him out.
The other runs over to attack, but Damien jumps and kicks him in the face and rapidly punches him in the face and chest, until knocking him out.
Black Masquerade points her gun back at the scientist, but Damien throws a batarang knocking the pistol out of her hand, then jumps over punching her in the face and kicks her stomach.
She falls to the ground, with him pulling out Bat handcuffs and cuffing her hands behind her back.
Then he shoots a grappling hook around a metal rob from the top of the ceiling, ties her ankles and pulls her up so she is hanging upside down by her ankles and hands cuffed behind.
"AGGG! Bruce Wayne died. Who are you?" Neo asks.
"Hmp, I am The Batman." Damien says as he walks over and frees the scientists.
"Don't worry, the cops are coming to pick up the criminals, you all are safe." He says as he opens a window, jumps out and glides over to the batmobile.
"Great work son. I'm proud of you." Bruce says over the com.
"Thank you, honestly that was fun." Damien says.
"Alright what would you like to eat?"
"Really? You are offering me food?"
"Yea, you did a job job, and you need to keep your strength up." Bruce responds starting to show his soft side.
"Hmmm. I always wanted to try this thing called pizza, they never had it on the island."
"Alright then." Batman says as the batmoblie and Damien return to the cave.
However as he enters the cave a owl ninja was spying on him as he entered.
