Author´s Note: To make things clear, in Cursed School 1, Alise didn´t plan any NTR. She just knew that Haruhime and Lefiya would jump into action if she pretended to "help" Bell.

The last class of the day wasn´t a usual one, it was time to prepare for the class trip of this year. All of the students were looking forward to it, this year should be something special. The destination this time was one of the wonders of the world, the World Tree. Most common it was called Yggdrasil, but elves had a different name for it, this tree was sacred to them.
Normally it was forbidden to get close to this tree, but they were really lucky. Since their teacher, Artemis, was the Goddess of the Hunt and Chastity. She had a very good relationship with the elves and even the royal family. So it was one of her duties to visit the tree now and then.

She had drilled into the students how to behave when they would get there, about the things that were forbidden. The tree belonged to the whole world, the only real things that were forbidden was to climb on it or cut off something. It also had a very romantic meaning for the elves, many couples traveled to this tree to make their oath in it´s shadow.

Haruhime and Bell always dreamed to see the World Tree one day from up close. It had appeared in many of their beloved heroic tales. They actually could see the tree from the rooftop of the school, but only faint and slightly blue, due to the sheer distance. The trip took two weeks, since they would have to travel for five days just to get there. To think that they still could see the tree spoke for it´s titanic height.

Lefiya also dreamed for a long time to go and visit the tree, as an elf she just had to do it. Ryu, from her familia, had once visited the tree together with Artemis. She said it was an experience that every elf should make one day. And if she would be really lucky, Lefiya would find a gift from the tree. No one knew when or why, but it happened now and then that something fell down from the leaves.

Spirit Nuts.

These nuts were something really special. When two people shared a nut, it was said that the understanding of their feelings towards each other deepened.
This didn´t directly mean romantic love, but love for family or friendship. Ryu was so lucky, she found a nut and shared it with Alise. At first she thought about sharing it with Astrea, to deepen the bond with her goddess, but these nuts didn´t work on gods. So she had shared it with her "best friend". When Lefiya heard about this the first time, she had clapped her hands in front of her mouth and asked Ryu if she had been wrong this whole time and never noticed that Ryu and Alise were in love.

Ryu got deep red and told her it was a misunderstanding. It wasn´t that the elf wanted to hide her relationship with Alise, but she was still strict when it came to showing affection and such openly. Alise wasn´t made, she knew how Ryu was and she loved her for that.

It didn´t help that Alise smiled victorious while puffing her chest. "To tame such a cutie elf, as expected of me!"

"Aliseeee! This doesn´t help!"

"Hah, just be honest with your feelings, Leon!"

"B-Be quiet! This is only between you and me! Love is only something between the c-couple!"

"Hehe, it´s a bit embarrassing when you yell it out like this."

"Kuuuuuh!"

Lefiya really hoped she would find such a nut, she wanted to share one with Bell and Haruhime. It felt really good for her to admit that she was in love with both.

"Keep in mind, that not only I will be there to watch over you, but also Hephaistos and the Headmistress."

This let some of them gulp. The whole class had just too many young people. So Alfia would come with them, her main reason was Bell...and Haruhime and Lefiya. Due to a really awkward and embarrassing situation, Alfia knew that Haruhime, Bell and Lefiya were slowly moving up on the stair to adulthood. Sometimes, Alfia allowed that Lefiya and Haruhime had a sleepover, but not in Bell´s room, in a guest room. When the two were in the bathroom, Alfia came in since she forgot to tell them something important. Alfia froze when she saw the scene before her eyes. Bell was also in the bathroom, he sat on a small chair, Lefiya washed his back with her body, Haruhime his front. Or rather...Haruhime washed Bell´s rod using her breasts, leaning really close to it with her face, since she was about to give the head a loving kiss.

And Bell´s hands were in places where they shouldn´t be...

It was hard to say who was more shocked. THAT was not a situation a mother wanted to see. Or a son seen by his mother, or his girlfriends by their future mother-in-law.

To accept that Bell was in love with them was already hard enough for Alfia, she was as overprotective as a mother could be. And to see her son in such a situation with his two girlfriends...it let Alfia faint.

Later she scolded the three for such an indecent behaviour, especially Lefiya and Haruhime.

Alfia declared that she would only accept Lefiya and Haruhime if they could prove to her that they were worthy of Bell.

Bell wanted to intervene and say that this wasn´t fair...but surprisingly it were Haruhime and Lefiya who shook their heads and told Bell to stay out of this. This was a fight between women. Between the two that he loved and his mother. That it had something to do with Lefiya´s and Haruhime´s pride.

They said they would fight for Bell as much as he would fight for them.

Alfia agreed to settle this matter during the school trip.

But, they were forbidden from doing anything indecent until they managed to prove themself. Lefiya and Haruhime agreed to that.

This had happened two months ago, so it was good that the school trip was finally there.

These three were deeply in love and after they did the first steps that lead to making love...they were a bit pent up. But except from kissing...where Alfia wouldn´t see or hear it...nothing else was allowed. Well and a bit of cuddling.

Training with Alise and using the shower afterwards was torture now, so Bell showered alone. They vent their pent up energy in the dungeon and the results were quite impressive.

But it was also good for another reason that they took a few steps back, they could calm down a bit more again and realize how...horny...they were around each other. .

"Hm, Bell, you are home quite early today."

Alfia looked up from her book when he entered their home.

"Yes. Lefiya and Haruhime said they need to talk about something."

"Oh. Well you will have enough time to spend with them during the class trip."

"I think so."

Bell sat down in his armchair and took a book on his own, he read for a while, but eventually put down the book again.

"Mom?"

"Yes?"

"Are you...mad with Haruhime and Lefiya?"

"Why would I?"

"I mean...ahm..."

"The fact that they are your girlfriends?"

"...Yes?..."

"Hah...it isn´t that I don´t like them...but...this is something a mother has to do."

"Hm...they said something similar."

"Oh?"

In Haruhime´s room, that she shared with Mikoto, Lefiya and Haruhime sat and talked about some very important things.

"Okay, we know what the first trial will be. I would say the strategy we have is quite solid."

Haruhime nodded. "I hope it will work."

"It should, we know Bell and Lady Alfia."

"And...about the other match?"

"We don´t know what the second trial will be, but the last. We have to win two out of three."

Haruhime´s tails moved nervous. "We should talk about what exactly we will do again."

"Right, failing isn´t an option!"

Lefiya and Haruhime held a council of war.

"Alright everyone, behave, remember that the Headmistress is with us."

Artemis led a class of twenty students, from various familias. Hephaistos was mostly with them to give Artemis a bit support, since Artemis was still bad in dealing with men, except when it came to Bell, he was the only one she could get along with.

The reason was, Bell often helped to take care of the animals of the school, there Artemis got to know him better. And she couldn´t help but chuckle and sometimes even giggle when the bunnies swarmed Bell again. This happened every time when Bell went to feed them, it was as if their king had come back or something like that. So even the bunnies thought of Bell as one of their kin.

Hephaistos also had a secret reason to come with them, so she could enjoy spending a bit time outside of the school with Welf.

Including Bell, Lefiya, Haruhime, Lily, Welf, Mikoto, Chigusa, Ouka, the dark elf Viana from Lefiya´s familia, Lena Tally...she was sad that she wouldn´t see her beloved boyfriend...her "hubby"...for two weeks. It was surprisingly hard for Bete too, he could be pretty worried about Lena.

And a few others, strangely, these others were hard to see, their faces almost blank. As if...they were unimportant side characters in a story... It was strange.

One of the figures looked the most strange, it was a female figure with apparently short hair, but she was completely black from head to toe, as if she was just a shadow, only her hands were visible. No one seemed to be bothered by this figure, her name was Sowak. At least Bell knew her as Sowak, since she wouldn´t tell him her real name for now.

The only other person that was visible sharp and clear, was the very affectionate fire spirit next to Welf.

Ursu was bound to Welf and had lived in his body, until he and she got strong enough so that she could come out and take on a humanoid form. Since she was made in the past by Hephaistos, Ursu looked almost completely like Hephaistos, but like a teenager and with long hair. The differences let Ursu look like she was Hephaistos daughter.

And just like Hephaistos, Ursu was deeply in love with Welf. Both wouldn´t fight each other, so Welf had his hands full to make two women happy.

And there was a special guest for the class trip. One of the healers of the academy, Heith Velvet.

For her it was a small vacation, Freya forced her to do it. She belonged to her house and always worked too much, so her goddess demanded of her to take a vacation. In case someone got hurt, Heith would heal them, but aside from that, it was her job to relax and take a bit time for herself.

She didn´t know many students here, but she liked Bell since he was such a friendly guy. Freya even gave Heith a toy for her vacation, made from a strange kind of rubber and Heith planned to make good use of it. It was a floating ring, big enough so she could sit on it in the water.

Everyone got quiet when Alfia started to talk, she did it in a soft voice that demanded from everyone to be quiet.

"I expect the best behaviour from all of you. Don´t think you can sneak away and do something inappropriate. Your teacher, Goddess Hephaistos and I will hear you everywhere."

The students just nodded, Alfia preffered it when they didn´t say loud that they understood.

There was only one former student with them, the elf Filvis. She was like Artemis´s assistant at this trip, but actually a member of Lefiya´s familia. By herself Filvis thought that it was her job to protect Lefiya on this class trip.

But also Artemis, who was a good friend of Astrea. To make sure that not one student would´ve the idea to peep on Artemis when she took a bath.

But especially making sure that Bell and Haruhime didn´t do something lewd or naughty to her little sister!

"Then, we will depart."

Artemis led them from the front, Hephaistos in the middle and Alfia would walk in the back. It would be a pretty long trip, at all time they would walk into the direction of the tree.

Over the course of the next days, the tree would slowly grow in the distance.

Even with their strict leaders, the students would enjoy the trip. Some wonderful things would happen during that trip, they would see wonders of nature, enjoy to be out of the school for a while, Haruhime and Mikoto would squeal in excitement when Chigusa would tell them with a deep red face, that Ouka had confessed to her recently.

And when they finally arrived at the World Tree after five days...it was something else.

"Lady Artemis?"

"Yes, Bell Cranel?"

"Is it true that in ancient times, people tried to build a tower that would be as tall as the World Tree?"

"Ancient times? Well I guess for you it would be ancient times, even when it was only a thousand years ago."

"Were you alr-"

Artemis stared Bell down with a gaze that impressed even Alfia. "Bell Cranel, you surely didn´t try to assume that I am over a thousand years old...didn´t you?"

It was forbidden from mentioning or guessing the age of goddesses, even Artemis wasn´t immune to that. Of course all mortals knew that as a goddess, Artemis was probably around ************ years old.

"N-No! I wanted to ask if you already were aware of the story or if some ancestor of you lived during that time. Of course you couldn´t be there during that time, I mean...you are still young."

Artemis calmed down again, thankfully Bell´s grandfather told him how to deal with adult women.

"Ahem, maybe I was too fast. Your guess is correct, it was during the time that my grandmother was the queen. Some humans got the idea to build a tower that would equal the World Tree. It was a foolish idea, mortals can´t build something that big. The fact that they reached over one hundred meters was already impressive, but as you all know, the World Tree is over a kilometer tall. And then what had to happen, happened. The tower collapsed under its own weight, not one person that worked there survived."

"How sad."

"Not at all. They should´ve known that this would happen. What drove them was hubris. It is good that you asked this question, Bell. All of you listen up. Let this story be a warning to you. Even when you feel strong and confident, never give in to hubris and go too far, it will only lead to your demise."

"But they did something good in the end, right?"

"In a way, the tower collapsed right above the only other known entrance to the dungeon in this world and sealed it forever."

Alfia exhaled strongly through her nose.

Artemis sighed. "Yes, yes, I know. Actually there were three entrances to the dungeon. One got sealed by the collapsing "Tower of Babel" and the other is in the ocean, sealed by the skeleton of the Leviathan. The monster that our dear Headmistress slew."

Alfia said nothing, then she nodded pleased when some of the students gasped and applauded softly, cheering with whispers for Alfia. Even when she said she wouldn´t care much about anyone but Bell, Alfia was a bit weak to praises.

Some of the other students gasped, while they all heard the story, it was always amazing and a bit frightening to hear. Since...Alfia fought alone against the Leviathan.

"Thank you, Goddess Artemis. But I´m sure that you are...quite good...on your own."

Except for Bell, no other student knew why Alfia had a kind of rivalry with Artemis. It wasn´t for the fact that both were beautiful enough, that even some godesses were jealous. Most people would never notice how beautiful Alfia could be, because she always had this strict expression on her face. No, the rivalry had another reason. Artemis reigned over chastity and did her best to keep Bell in check.

Which meant, Artemis dared to take Alfia´s job away! And that in a way meant for Alfia that Artemis tried to take her baby away from her! No one was allowed to do that! Not even a goddess! Especially not a goddess!

When they arrived as close to the tree as they would go on the first day, they set up camp, it was already evening anyway. And of course, men and women slept separated from each other.

They had a lot of tents and apparently, there were a few huts for everyone to use at a river that was close by.

For four days they would stay close to the tree, on the first two days, they explored the forest and the area around the tree. Artemis let them draw pictures as part of the teaching, while she told them the story and the myths about the tree. Apparently it was blessed by a few gods, among others by the goddesses Demeter and Freya and the god Zeus. Zeus blessing was simple, it prevented the tree from being struck by lightning during storms. Even when many elves weren´t fond of the gods, they thanked Zeus for this important and simple blessing.
More than one elven maiden blushed fiercly when Zeus showed them a charming smile when they thanked him. Gods were dangerous after all...

The only exception from the group was Heith, she enjoyed some time alone swimming and bathing in the river. She was really thankful to her goddess, for forcing her to take a vacation like that.

In the night of the second day, Lefiya and Haruhime would go to bed very nervous. Since on the third day...they would face Alfia.

The wind blew lightly in the large clearing. It was part of the forest that the river ran through and a large clearing had formed here over the years. Someone had built huts that were available for everyone to use freely. Apparently this area was used by groups of pilgrims trekking to the tree. They weren't simple wooden huts, they were miracles. After using the material from the trees to build the huts, over time roots of the World Tree would come out of the ground, touching the huts, overgrowing them... and bringing the wood to life. The huts were more or less part of the World Tree now, like everything else in the forest.

Because of this, people who slept in the huts felt particularly refreshed and energized. One hut that stood near the river was special, however, with curtains of leaves hanging from the living parts of the wood to cover the entrance and windows. As if the World Tree wanted to give people a hut where they could change clothes and bathe or swim in the river. Amazingly, the river water was never ice cold either. A little cold maybe, but never icy.

And this was the place where Haruhime and Lefiya would face Alfia. Losing was not an option.

All the students had gathered to watch the spectacle.

Artemis sat on a bench with a table in front of her, Filvis and Bell at her sides. "Attention please. Today we will witness the competition bewteen our Headmistress and the students Lefiya Viridis and Haruhime Sanjouno. The outcome is a personal matter, to get the Headmistress´ approval for something."

Some students chuckled or grinned, even when they had tried to hide it, most people knew that Bell, Lefiya and Haruhime were in a relationship.

"I will act as the judge, Filvis will be my assistant and Bell is here to watch closely. We will also act as commentators."

Artemis wasn´t so uptight that she wouldn´t allow a bit of fun for the class, as long as it didn´t went too far.

As a change to her usual gothic style dress, Alfia wore something different today. It was a black skirt with a golden ornamented border at the bottom. Leather boots, black gloves and a black and white blouse. Her hair wasn´t completely open, but a big part was bound together in a long braid, by a hair band that she got from Bell. She looked like a...serene dream.

In this outfit she wasn´t the scary Headmistress, right now she was only one thing.

Bell´s mother.

On the other side of the small battle area stood Lefiya and Haruhime. Both wore their school uniforms, which were enchanted with magic. The magic had only one function, it would prevent anyone from getting a look under their skirts, in case a heavy gust of wind came or they fell down. The enchantement was done by Alfia, she wouldn´t allow that her...probably...future daughters in law would get ashamed by facing her.

She didn´t really have anything against the two. And in case she would go too far, Bell would get mad with her. Which was the most horrible thing that could happen to Alfia...

Artemis continued. "You will start when I say so and stop when I say so, understood?"

""Yes, Lady Artemis!""

Alfia just nodded.

"Then onto the first round...the Quiz."

Filvis had a stack of papers in front of her, she would read the questions. Bell just hoped they weren´t too personal.

"Are both sides ready?"

All three nodded, Bell gulped.

"You let Filvis finish the question, then you have the chance to raise your hand and give the answer, first come first serve."

"Ahm...Lady Artemis?"

"Bell?"

"I think this is a bit unfair."

"And why?"

"Because no one in the world has a reaction as fast as my mother. Her hand would be up before Lefiya and Haruhime could even react."

"Hm..this is true. Then we will give both sides a chance to answer, by writing the answer onto a sheet of paper and then turn it around at the same time. And since the Headmistress is so strong, Lefiya and Haruhime both can give an answer."

Alfia just closed her eyes, she always did that when she concentrated.

Artemis looked at Bell. "Bell, it is your job to point at the paper with the correct answer, in case Filvis doesn´t have the answer written next to the question. Any attempt to lie will be noticed by me, keep that in mind."

"I won´t lie."

"Good."

Alfia smirked slightly. "And you are unable to lie."

"I know..."

"Then we will start, Filvis, the first question."

Filvis cleared her throat.

"What is Bell Cranel´s favorite season?"

Alfia wrote something down on her paper, so did Lefiya and Haruhime.

When they turned it aorund, it said summer. Bell liked the summer, it reminded him of the village he came from.

"Both sides get a point, next question."

"What is Bell Cranel´s favorite food?"

Both sides wrote something down again.

The answer was again the same for both.

Rabbit Stew.

A few of the students mumbled.

"No way."

"He eats that?"

"Cannibalism?"

"I thought he only eats vegetables."

"So cruel..."

"Pfft..."

Artemis turned her face left. "Filvis, did you just laugh?"

"N-No..."

Even when Filvis was slightly on bad terms with Bell, because he had "seduced" her little sister, the thought just now was even for an elf quite funny.

"Hm, continue."

"What are Bell Cranel´s favorite colors."

And again, the same answers. Blue and Green.

"Now a question to show you know him well, how big is Bell Cranel?"

They wrote down answers again, but Lefiya and Haruhime wrote down something different this time. And for some reason, Haruhime looked really flustered by that question and got red.

Alfia wrote, 165cm.

Lefiya wrote, 165cm.

Haruhime wrote...

"Did she make a mistake?"

"Why 16.5cm?"

"Most likely a mistake."

It took a few seconds, then Lefiya´s mouth opened wide and she looked shocked at Haruhime. As did Alfia, Artemis and Filvis. Lena whistled slightly impressed. Bell also understood what Haruhime wrote and hid his face behind his hands, squealing. So did Haruhime when she noticed her mistake.

"Dear heavens..."

"Lucky them..."

"More a horse than a rabbit..."

"And he hides that behind his cute face..."

Heith averted her flushed face. "I can confirm that this is correct..."

"Heith, may I ask why do you know that about my son?"

"Due to my vow as a healer, I am not allowed to say that..."

While Bell was in the dungeon with Lefiya and Haruhime, there had been an accident and he got hit in a very bad spot by a monster. They brought him as fast as possible to Heith. The following situation wasn´t awkward...it was the most embarrassing moment in Bell´s and Heith´s life, when his body reacted to her healing magic and touch.

At least they were sure that everything was okay...

"So master Bell really does use swords..." Lily looked ashamed to the side.

Artemis´s ears got red and she coughed. "Ahem, onward to the next question, Filvis."

"R-Right...how lewd..."

Filvis cleared her throat. "What is Bell Cranel´s dream?"

Alfia showed her answer. "To become a hero."

Haruhime showed her answer with a loving smile. "To become a hero."

And Lefiya showed her answer. "To pick up a girl in the dungeon."

"He wants to become a hero? How cute."

"Hehe, that´s so like Bell."

"But which answer is correct?"

Filvis looked at her notes. "According to the notes, both answers are correct. So Lefiya and Ms. Haruhime will get two points."

"Tch." Alfia clicked her tongue.

When she glared at Bell, he averted his eyes, whistling innocent.

"Next question. What is Bell Cranel´s favorite candy?"

This was actually a trick question, since Bell didn´t have one.

The answer of all three were the same, he didn´t like sweets.

"It looks like you all know him quite well, let´s move on to some more difficult questions."

"What is the effect of Bell Cranel´s magic, aside from dealing damage?"

Haruhime looked a bit confused, but Lefiya immediatelly started to write something down, as did Alfia.

Again, Haruhime´s answer was wrong. She wrote that it was really loud.

Lefiya and Alfia wrote, since it was lightning elemental, it chipped away some of the opponents mind power. If Bell would use his magic often enough against an opponent like Artemis, he could bring her to a mind down and make her defensless.

"One of Bell Cranel´s girlfriends has a skill that is related to him, is it Lefiya or Haruhime?"

The two girls smiled as they exchanged a look and wrote something down.

Alfia frowned. "How am I supposed to know that?"

Artemis smiled slightly, she enjoyed to see Alfia struggle a bit. "They are your future daughters-in-law, you should know a bit about them."

By sheer luck, Alfia gave the right answer. Haruhime and Lefiya knew that it was Haruhime.

"Next question, what is Bell Cranel´s favorite book?"

Lefiya looked like she had no specific idea, but Haruhime immediatelly wrote something down, just like Alfia.

Lefiya shook her head to show she didn´t know it.

Alfia showed. "The Journey of Argonaut."

Haruhime showed. "The Silence and the daughter of the sun."

Filvis pointed at Haruhime. "Correct answer."

Alfia looked a bit surprised rather than upset, she looked at Bell and smiled slightly.

The students mumbled again.

"I never heard about this book."

"Me too."

"Me neither."

"I never saw the Headmistress smile before..."

Mikoto tapped her chin. "I heard the second part somewhere."

"Lily saw this book in master Bell´s shelf one day."

This book was unique, the only in existence belonged to Bell. It was written by his grandfather and was about his two favortie female heroes. One of them was actually Alfia.

"The next three questions will decide the winner, so we can move on to the next trial." Artemis didn´t want to hear everything about Bell.

"What is Bell Cranel´s favorite pillow?"

Bell got deep red when he saw all three smiling in a special way.

The answer was the same for all three.

"A woman´s thighs."

Bell felt Artemis staring at him from the side, it was a rather unpleasant glare.

"What is Bell Cranel´s favorite snack?"

All three looked like they were in thoughts for a moment, then they started to write.

The students mumbled.

"I bet it will be carrots."

"Most likely."

"Definetely carrots."

Lefiya wrote. "Potato snacks."

Alfia actually wrote carrots...

"Mooooom..."

And Haruhime wrote...the correct answer.

"Lefiya´s ears?!"

Alfia looked like she couldn´t believe this answer. Lefiya looked flustered and shocked. Artemis and Filvis embarrassed.

"This can´t be the true answer!" Filvis was outraged.

Haruhime giggled. "No, it is true. Bell loves to nibble on Lefiya´s ears, especially when he is asleep."

"You sleep together?!"

Bell shrunk down in his seat under Alfia´s glare.

"N-Now to the last question. What is Bell Cranel´s favorite piece of art. We have...two answers..."

Alfia looked confused because it looked like Filvis was flustered. She couldn´t think of a reason, his favorite piece of art had to be two books.

"The Journey of Argonaut and "The Silence and the daughter of the sun"."

"Wrong answer."

"Tch."

Lefiya turned her paper around with a smile. "Haruhime´s ears and fluffy tails."

"Correct answer."

Then Haruhime turned her paper around. "Zettai ryōiki. Especially Lefiya´s."

A few looked confused, since they didn´t understand the far eastern language. Mikot, Ouka and Chigusa understood it.

Ouka nodded with closed eyes. "I see, he is a man of good taste."

Filvis nodded. "Correct answer. With this, Lefiya and Haruhime win this round."

Alfia looked annoyed. "And what might this be?"

Filvis read the description. "It is the gap of bare skin between a woman´s high stockings and the hem of her skirt. Lewd..."

Alfia looked quite upset at Bell, who shrunk down more in his seat.

"Wow...he really loves these two."

"Okay, I can understand that."

"Ooh! So that´s why he looked at Lady Artemis´s follower like that."

"Ah, you mean Ryu Lyon?"

"Yeah, when she wears her battle outfit."

Artemis tapped on the table. "That was a lie."

Bell hid his face behind his hands again. "I´m sorry for being weak..."

Not that Bell was looking at Ryu in the same way as he did with Lefiya and Haruhime, but she was a beautiful elf and showed her thighs, so...

Artemis nodded. "With this, the first trial is over, Lefiya and Haruhime won."

Artemis looked to Heith, who already came forward.

Heith sighed. "I knew it would go like this."

Artemis was just as merciless as Alfia sometimes. "Since they are awake again, let us continue with the next trial. The Headmistress, Haruhime and Lefiya will face each other again, this time in a different way."

Bell only now noticed that the next stage was already prepared...a field kitchen.

Artemis had a special magic item, a magic bag, which she used to carry all the food for the whole trip. Since she wanted her students to eat healthy, there were a lot of different animals and vegetables inside.

Just by looking at the vegetables, Bell had a guess what Alfia would make. He looked forward to it and was a bit worried. Alfia didn´t pull her punches, she prepared her best meal.

Thankfully, Haruhime and Lefiya weren´t frightened, both got to work.

"Hm, it looks like they prepare two meals at once. Look, both work alone." Filvis watched curious.

"Maybe they want to increase their chances by making two things."

They saw that Lefiya smiled slightly and glance over to Haruhime, who smiled back at her. Both didn´t care that others watched them, they leaned closer and rubbed the tips of their noses for a moment against each other. Cooking together with a person they loved was just the best. What the others couldn´t see, Haruhime curled her tails slightly and gently stroked along Lefiya´s right leg. It was as if they cuddled while they prepared to cook.

Both used different vegetables and meat. On the side, Haruhime worked with eggs, flour, milk and a few other ingredients. It looked like she prepared a dessert. And for some reason...Haruhime used two rice cookers.

"Lady Artemis, do you know what Haruhime is making there?"

"I don´t, Filvis. My knowledge about far eastern cooking techniques isn´t good."

To watch them cook was pretty interesting. Haruhime and Lefiya not only tasted their own meal, but also that of the other. They whispered to each other, pointed at some things but didn´t actually helped the other.

With closed eyes, Alfia walked with three plates in her hands towards the table of the judges. Only Bell´s opinion was necessary, but she wouldn´t lose a chance to show off towards Artemis. And also show Artemis´s pupil how much better she was.

Steam rose up from the three plates as they were placed in front of the three.

"Rabbit Stew."

Lily got pale. "Lily heard about this! This is Bell´s favorite meal! She always made it for him when he was still a child!"

Mikoto bit the nail of her right thumb. "So she uses the nostaltig feeling. What a fearsome opponent."

Bell gulped when he looked at the plate in front of him, he nearly started to drool.

"Go on, Bell. Have a taste."

He saw Alfia´s smirk, she would give her all against Bell´s girlfriends.

Bell used the spoon to take up some of the stew and put it into his mouth.

He wanted to cry. Next to him, Artemis and especially Filvis twitched strongly when they tasted this for the first time. Bell´s taste buds were flooded, he couldn´t get enough of this. The rabbit meat was so tender, that it almost fell apart just because he touched it with his tongue. The vegetables were just perfect and the broth divine.

"Mmmh!" Artemis couldn´t stop herself from sighing.

Alfia´s smirk widened when she looked down to the sitting Bell.

Alfia smiled very pleased. "Of course it is. Because I made it for my beloved son."

Alfia´s eyes wandered to Haruhime and Lefiya. "My beloved son, who I love more than anything in this world. That´s why I am able to put so much love into this meal."

"W-Wait until he tasted our meal!" Haruhime tried to put up a strong front...tried.

"J-Just you wait!" Even Lefiya was intimidated.

Now, all the other students had a chance to get a taste of this divine meal. All of them reacted in the same way.

Bell´s eyes followed her while she walked smiling to the kitchen and prepared a plate for Bell. He gasped when she poured something next to the plate and stumbled a bit.

Artemis nodded. "It looks like she uses the technique of the clumsy maid to influence Bell. As a teacher I am not very proud, but it is a good strategy."

Haruhime walked carefully with the plate to Bell and put it down in front of him.

"Master Bell, please enjoy it."

Instead of letting him eat by himself, Haruhime carefully used a spoon to take up a bit of the food, gently blew on it and brought it to his mouth.

Artemis cut a bit of the grilled fish with the knife and brought it to her mouth, together with a bit of the vegetables and the sauce. Filvis did the same.

"Mhm, really good." Filvis smiled.

"Now Filvis, let us taste the curry and then Lefiya´s dish again."

Lefiya´s eyes widened shortly, then she smiled. "Ehehe."

Filvis did as she was ordered, she made a face when the curry touched her tongue and started to cry.

Artemis and Filvis reacted with much more dignity than Bell, but both noticed it.

"Mmmmmh! This tastes at least three times better than before!"
