Tick-tock-tick-tock...

"Today we will...", the teacher's voice faded away. It was usually a different voice to Bakugo each-time, but he slowly got used to that too.

Tick-tock-tick-tock-tick-tock...

"The teams will be–" All Might's voice cut off. Bakugo thought he should be a bit more excited to see him, but that soon went away when he remembered playing around with Izuku. Running around and playing hero, he thought he didn't deserve anything anymore. What good is a hero who drives someone to that.

The training was simple, Bakugo could already use his quirk again. It was hard, he wanted to just start braking everything when he started to smash everything apart with it, he considered using his bare hands for his super moves. It felt like the only real thing to feel, he tried to make friends though.

He was teamed-up with some guy who could really fast, always gave him a hard time when he was a bit late. He mellowed out after a while, they fought the bubbly girl and the lighting boy. They got him good a few times, but he won in the end. He just kept walking.

At the end of the day he walked home with a hoodie over his head. He tried to move where people wouldn't get a good look at him. He knew everyone hated him, it's just like with Izuku.

If everyone had just decided to gang up on Bakugo, maybe Izuku wouldn't have jumped. Maybe then he could be rotting in a cell, break out, become a villain and get killed by All Might. "That'd be nice..." He considered becoming a villain, but then he thought of his parents. They would be so dissapointed in him, throwing everything away again. He made the trip to his apartment, it was run down and the landlord didn't care what Bakugo did as long as he kept bringing in money.

When Bakugo wasn't sitting in his room, burning at his skin, he would be working. All the jobs were ones where he didn't have to interact with anyone, he even took on a few shadier jobs that didn't care about having a kid work overtime or during the night. Some guys even paid him for every drop of his sweat.

He barely had time to study, but with him not talking to others, he had time to cram for those. After there wasn't much to study and some jobs began to turn him away as they were being investigated for child-labor, he would work out, especially after some teachers sent him to the nurse's office and he was told to take care of himself more.

He figured how to make his explosion small enough to just burn his skin when he made sweat, it made him stay awake. I shouldn't sleep. He would usually stay up all day, only getting sleep when he eventually collapsed from exhaustion.

"Wanna hang out?"

Baguko was called out to work out, eat and study by another guy in his class. His name was Kirishima, he tended to keep Bakugo's mind occupied, so he wasn't thinking about a certain thing as much. One time Kirishima did ask if everything was fine, Bakugo told him there was nothing to worry about. Bakugo doesn't remember the last time he ate something good, so when Kirishima dragged him out for soup, he actually felt alive.

The class-president elections came around, he voted for the rich runner kid he was paired with during the training fight. Kirishima told him to try running for the spot himself, but he said he didn't feel like it. The same day a bunch of reporters managed to break in, though Bakugo noted that everyone was wierdly panicked. The runner boy, Iida calmed everyone down after jumping on-top of the door. With everything over with, Bakugo made his way home.

One time, during the weekend, Kirishima and the lightning kid, Kaminari, decided to hang-out with Bakugo. They first stopped at Bakugo's home, it was messy so they helped him clean. When they asked about why he lived alone, Bakugo simply said that he deserved it. Kirishima changed the subject, noticing an All Might trading card next to Bakugo's bed. The three talked about their favorite heroes, Bakugo talked about his admiration towards All Might solemnly. After that they hung around the city, eating, going to an arcade that became open recently, ate again, ran around and Bakugo smiled a few times. Sometimes though, Bakugo would spot some of his old classmates and people he went to school with. He though they would call him out, berate him, in his mind most likely try to kill him. They didn't go to him, Bakugo thought they might be reporting him to the others.

Eventually, the school had them go to the USJ facility to do rescue operations. Bakugo almost wanted to kill himself, he couldn't still imagine himself being helpful or saving anyone. Then disaster struck as a horde of villains came rushing in, taking down one of the teachers into critical condition. Bakugo used a few controlled explosions to scatter the villains away, sometimes letting out Läveteinn. A super-move invented by Kirishima where he would clap his hands together while letting out an explosion, shaping it into a blade. It did make a small difference, it was very effective in blasting away a bunch of the villains. Iida was sent to find help, after help from Bakugo who managed to create an explosive mist to block the path of a shadowy villain who had brought all the villains there.

"Is that everything?" Bakugo began slamming explosive slaps at the cloudy villain. Dread filled everyone though once two villains got up from the shadows of the villain's quirk. One was a hulking beast, with a beak and an exposed brain, it towered over most others. The second was a lanky, scrawny thing that looked at everyone with bloodshot eyes. Bakugo recognized the green hair on it's head. He never felt more dread in his life than when he saw it.

When Eraserhead came to the resuce, trying to fight horde villains to stop them from reaching the students, he slammed out of the way by the two monsters. One held him down, crushing what sounded like his bones, while the other placed its hands on him. Eraserhead was dust a few second later as everyone got quiet.
