22. Chapter 22

Reaper of Rome chapter 22-the watcher

this chapter will cover Tatsuki viewing over the battles in the copy of her city

and cover episodes 215-226

it will more touch on the materials that cover it outright.

but I will get into that as the chapter goes on

but this will be one of the shorter chapters.

Tatsuki pov

After waking up, Urahara said to me "I need you to watch this battle and record what happens." I asked him "why me and why not anybody else?" he replied "it because you can take notes and because your power wont be enough for the next stage of battles. I will leave you with this viewer and a notebook." I could tell it was the same viewer we used to see the past, he said to me "it is set see the main battle, but I will let you play with things a bit. Maybe you can figure it out more.

The battle started as the forces in black, the soul reaper stared down the forced in white, the arrancars. The first, move came to the captain commander creating a fire prison to try and keep the traitor soul reapers.

But I wanted to try and see what was happening to Orihime. I then saw her in a tower with an arrancar talking to Orihime to an arrancar. as said arrancar was trying to crush her spirit. but Orihime was holding on as the screen split to show Ichigo charging through. But soon enough my friend was blocked by a cow skulled headed arrancar, said arrancar unleashed endless skull head minions until my other friends made a path for him. as the arrancar talked to Orihime, he seemed to want to know how she was able hold out so long but didn't understand that why. Before he could attack Orihime Ichigo arrived to save the day.

I then watch my town as the soul reapers fought to defend it against the arrancar, but the battle seemed to only have the weaker members showing off with the stronger ones staying out of the battles

The next part of the battle, moved to the barrier preventing my city from returning to the living world. The arrancars attacked the four barrier pillars but were pushed back by the soul reapers one by one. Then came the next attack as three arrancars fused their arms into a giant monster and said creature began to tear through the lower ranking soul reapers with each trying their attack but nothing worked.

But when all hope seemed lost, the head captain stood before the giant monster with its masters misunderstanding the man and berating the lieutenants. The first attack seemed to enrage the monster as it seemed to gain more power and heal. But the head captain just looked at it like it was nothing. The old man dodged its attacks with ease as he unleashed his blade to take out the beast in one slice. But when it still moved, he used a flame slash to burn the beast to ashes. After that he used a flame attack to bring down the beast's masters. It was after that, the espada joined the battle. then said espada revealed their rankings to the captains ready to face each.

After that, I checked back at the screen to see Renji, Rukia and Chad facing the multiplying skull faced hollows. With other leaser hollow joining the battle as well. I then saw Rukia prepare to face the skull faced master. As he released his blade and Rukia was preparing her own counterattack.

Then the screen flashed only to Ichigo as he battled the arrancar trying to attack Orihime. As the two battled the black and white arrancar tried to talk Ichigo out of the battle. but my friend showed his power and battled back against his enemy.

I originally planned for this to be longer until I considered tatsuki's character

Next chapter will have Ichigo battle ulquiorra to the end as he learns a shocking truth

But first Shirou and saber will clash with servants and masters
