Donald Duck looked at the one-story building that was in front of him before shifting gaze at note he had in his hand that the area directions and a bit of syrup from his breakfast on it then back at the building. It seemed like this was place. He walked inside and there he saw a reception desk with a female parrot person at said desk.

The duck walked up and told the parrot "Uh, hi. l 'am Donald Duck. I came to get Hubert Mcduck."

"Sure. Just fill sit in one of those chairs and I will have someone get him?" The lady replied, pointing towards a row of seats in a distance, place in front of some wires.

Donald walked to the seats and sat on one of them and waited felling happy to finally take his cousin home with him after all that paperwork. He hoped the kid wasn't to upset with him taking a few months to become his new legal guardian.

The guy waited for a while aside from somehow getting his tail feathers on fire, the parrot lady having to get water to put it out, and a little bald spot where the feathers were at, until a door opened from his side. He peered over to see a beagle person in front with a young male duckling in red turtleneck, long sleeve sweater and a matching red cap, gripping on to the handle of a small suitcase.

"Mr. Duck?" The beagle asked.

"That's me." He responded with a returning beam, raising his hand.

"This is your cousin, Hubert Mcduck. He's your responsibility now."

Donald knelt down to the child and said in a calm, yet honest tone "Hi Hubert. I 'am Cousin Donald Duck. Nice to finally meet you."

Holding his hand out, He waited for the duckling to shake. However, the boy looked him then back at the hand with a bit of a nervous expression that made the older duck raised a brow. He was going to ask his younger relative if he was alright, but Hubert took the hand and shook it with a smile. It made him smile too.

"Uh, hi Donald. Nice to meet you." The kid greeted in a Scottish accent.

It was no surprise that Hubert had that, his money grabbing dad had it too as well as. After all this was first time, he gotten to meet him so the skittish manner he just displayed was only natural.

"Come on, Hubert. Let's get Dewey and Louie?" He spoke.

He was about to walk out, expecting that the child in red would follow when Huebert uttered "Uh, Wait?"

He turned around to see the duckling appearing a bit more worried.

"Question, who's Dewey and Louie?"

"They're my nephews, your other cousins. Don't worry they won't hurt you. They're good kids."

"Aye." Hubert responded though still having a bit of an insecure tone.

Donald however figured that it was just being nervous about meeting their other two relatives.

He soon went out with the kid.

Once outside, the older duck led the duckling to his car and was handed the duckling's suitcase by said duckling. He placed the luggage in the trunk while he told Hubert to go into the car. Once that was done as well as seeing the duckling sitting in the back with his seat belt on, he went into the driver side and did the same. There Donald looked in the mirror. He saw that his younger relative had his seat belt on. The then adjusted the mirror and turned on the car before driving off.

Hubert Mcduck sat in the car of his cousin Donald with nervousness building up. He knew what his cousin said, but he could shake the uneasy feeling. The duckling in red He hoped that his other relatives weren't too old.

"Hubert why don't you sing a song while we go to the school."

"I don't know any songs."

"Well, sing about anything. As long as it makes you happy then that all that matters."

He bit his lip a bit, insecure about what to do."

"Yankee Doodle Dandy~"

After singing the song for a bit, the ducking peered to the driver of the car, he saw that the older duck to a quick glance and smiled. He continued to sing the song.

Llewellyn Duck was sitting in alone in the hallway with nothing, but his green backpack to keep him compony, not happy, and waiting for his uncle Donald to show up. Boy, what kind of scolding would have to through this time?

It took a pretty long time, though he rather have this and do nothing than having to deal with explained to his older relative about what sent him in detention to begin with.

"Llewellyn Duck." Called out a very familiar voice.

The thirteen-year-old grunted. "Uncle Donald could you please not use my full name out loud?" He asked, turning to see his uncle staring at him with a stern face.

"What's this I hear about you breaking into lockers?"

"Oh that, you see some of the girls pay me top twenty to help them get info on their boyfriends."

"We don't need any money. Dewey and I make enough money to live off of."

A tad bit after he looked away from his uncle, the teenager noticed the older male turning his head. He looked and noticed his uncle was peering down at the floor like there was something interesting there. Raising a brow, he moved his eyes down to see a kid in red hiding behind his uncle with his face buried in his arm and the older duck's leg, shaking.

"Huh, so this is uncle Scrooge's son?" He questioned putting a hand to his chin.

His uncle Donald sighed and replied with a sadden face and a nodded.

"Uh, hi my name is Louie Duck. I..."

He was going to say more, but the smaller duckling still hadn't moved an inch.

"Don't worry Hubert, Louie won't hurt you."

"Me? Hurt a kid? No, I would never." He said with honesty, but the kid didn't budge.

It kind of made him feel bad for his younger relative. He may not be knowledgeable about children, but even he knew that kids weren't supposed to be this scared of people.

His uncle sighed again before picking up his frighten cousin, holding him in his arms. "Come on, let's get Dewey. We'll talk about the dentation later."

It was fine by him. He followed his uncle Donald out of the school and to the car.

Dewford Dingus Duck was walking out of Funzone half covered in cheese, looking like he just lost a food fight only if the people were spamming cheese at him.

The sixteen-year-old saw that his uncle already parked his car in the distance. Good, now he could go home and get cleaned up. After he head up to the car, the teen opened the door to see his younger brother, that wasn't too surprising, but what caused his eyes to widen slightly, and a grin appear was the new kid in red who sat right beside his brother and looked like he was about to try out for a baseball team.

"Hey Louie, hey cousin U haven't met until right now cheese to meet you." He uttered waving and beaming at his two family members. "My name is Dewford, like that one island from Pokémon, but I go by Dewey because Dewey anything."

The child gave off a nervous smile. Ignoring Louie muttering something, he raised a brow as he gotten in, wondering what's going on with his youngest relative as he climbed in and put on his seat belt.

"Oh yuck." His little brother uttered. Why are you covered in cheese?"

"Agh," He groaned, looking away from his brother. "it was taco Tuesday. Some kid turned the cheese dispenser into a cheese gun."

"Wow, that's something."

"Last week somebody found a kid inside the claw machine and the week after that some kids attacking two other guys with the foam weapons. They even went as far as hitting a guy in a ninja costume in the no no's."

"Ouch!"

He didn't need to know that both Louie and his uncle crossed their legs and gave a frighted expression after saying that last bit.

"You know, I 'm starting to think that place is haunted or it's someone's cruel joke."

All of the sudden, he noticed Hubert in the middle was sitting staring straight ahead, stiff as a tree. Curious, he asked "Hey, you, okay?"

Honestly, he was getting concerned for the child.

The duckling didn't respond just sat there like he was a block of ice only trembling like a leaf to the wind and appearing to be breathing a bit more.

"He was like that with me." His little brother told him.

"He just needs some time to get to know you." Thier older relative spoken up.

"Huh?" Dewey uttered.

The sixteen-year-old was still unsure that was it, but he let that though fade to the back of his mind as they went home.

Author's Note: Sorry about not making it clear that Dewey's job was working as the Funzone's DJ/Entertainer. I couldn't think up a way to state that and still wouldn't be forced. Same goes for Louie supposed to a lot look like Scrooge.
