(Instead of writing out everything that happens in the 8 year time skip I will simply explain it. I will explain everything that happens in a segment of years so it will be easier for you to understand)

The First Year

In the first two years of this time skip goku, kuroda, chichi, and raditz with the help of bulma build houses near each other on mount paozu so they can be closer together as a family. Finding out about his true origin, Goku asked Kuroda and Raditz many questions about their race and parents. They later made a memorial for grandpa gohan, bardock, and gine

Because of Kuroda the whole dragon team actually spend more time together as friends instead of only meeting up once every few years. Which means much more training happens making the whole team stronger in power and friendship, even chichi and yajirobe trained (even though yajirobe would barely do anything). Krillin visits the most, but it's mainly to see Kuroda who he still has feelings for.

Kuroda and goku would go to the lookout the most mainly to see how piccolo was doing, they noticed piccolo's weighted clothing and asked kami if they could get some, kami kindly agreed giving kuroda the same cape with shoulder pads that piccolo had and goku his weighted under shirt and shoes. It took them a while but they got use to the weighted clothing, they suggested to the others to use it too but they declined.

Because of kuroda and raditz goku actually understands the concept of love, marriage, and having a family. Intrigued and in love, Goku asked chichi if they can have a family which is a shock to chichi but she openly accepts. Because of this goku and chichi have gohan when they're 16 before they even got married and making gohan the first saiyan/human hybrid which raditz and kuroda found interesting when they saw gohan's tail.

Speaking of tail kuroda and goku decided to get rid of their tails thinking they would never need them again. They tried to convince Raditz but he didn't want to, he didn't want to diss his saiyan heritage so he decided to keep it plus you never know when you need the team needs an ape.

Oh also raditz and launch started dating as well. Their relationship is kinda toxic when blonde launch is out but they still love each other

The Second year

Nothing really happened in the second year the only important thing that happens is Gohan's first birthday

The third year

The dragon team obviously wanting to test their new power they all signed up for the 23rd world martial arts tournament. They were all kinda scared when they saw piccolo but kami was there to reassure them that this piccolo isn't like his father completely, his motives changed from wanting to kill kuroda to just wanting to beat her.

The Z fighters obviously made it through the Preliminaries with the finalist being kuroda, raditz, goku, krillin, yamcha, tien, piccolo, and chichi

The first quarter final match was chichi vs kuroda, gohan cheered on his mother from the stands as he sat with the ox king, bulma, launch, roshi, puar and oolong. Chichi did give a good fight but the match ultimately went to kuroda, chichi enjoyed herself more than she thought and said to herself that she needed to train more

The second match was tien va raditz the battle between rivals, raditz was impressed tien's power was close to his. Raditz had tien on the ropes for awhile but he got to cocky which caused him to lose the match, raditz warned tien that next time he wouldn't win declaring their rivalry even more

The third match was krillin vs goku, they reminisced to the 21st world martial arts tournament when they fought each other it seems history repeats itself. Krillin could take on goku head to head which he never thought he could do, it was a close match the two best friends ended off the fight by clashing their kamehameha's, but goku overpowered krillin making goku the winner. Goku helped his best friend off the ground and praised him for getting so strong, they both walked off with a smile on their face

The fourth and final match was yamcha vs piccolo. Yamcha did a good job against piccolo but piccolo was literally raised and trained by god himself, piccolo won his match determination to beat kuroda grew larger and larger. Yamcha bumped out that he didn't get that far in the tournament bulma tried to cheer him up telling him that she was proud of him and when they got home she would show him how proud she was she said winking at him (if you know you know)

The first semi match was kuroda vs tien. Tien was confident, if he could beat raditz then he could surely beat kuroda right? Little did he know he was wrong, even though raditz is stronger than kuroda (sort of) she wasn't like her brother the only reason raditz lost is because he was cocky. Kuroda was not. She would never underestimate an opponent. Kuroda won the match and praised him for getting so strong but tien felt he wasn't strong enough.

The final semi final match was goku vs piccolo, goku and piccolo were equal in power even when they removed their weighted clothing. The win ultimately went to piccolo this time simply because goku knew piccolo wanted to fight kuroda so he just jumped out the ring wishing him good luck for his next fight

The final match was kuroda vs piccolo, they both went all out from the start kuroda had to remove her weighted clothing so she could move quickly. It was a hard long winded fight but the winner was Kuroda, she was way faster than Piccolo and made unpredictable attacks that Piccolo couldn't block. Piccolo was angry because he lost but at the same time he was satisfied because he got to fight kuroda, piccolo looked at kuroda a told her that next time won't be so easy, he took off to train some more on his own

The Z fighters the resumed their normal lives hanging out together and training to stronger

Yeah, remember when Bulma said she was going to show yamcha how proud she was? Well that happened and it led to bulma getting pregnant with twins. A boy that bulma named trunks (this trunks still look the same as the original the only difference being he's fully human), and a girl that yamcha named mitsu (she looks more like yamcha than bulma, the name relates to a Japanese sweet drink)

Chichi also was revealed to be pregnant with her second child goten. Goten was born two months after trunks, he also had a tail, but what tripped out the dragon team the most is that goten looked exactly like goku. Gohan was excited to see his little brother but was kinda shocked when he realized Goten looked like Goku, either way Gohan still was going to love his brother the same.

The Fourth Year

Goku and chichi finally decided to get married. But they are not the only one getting married, yamcha suggests to chichi and goku that they should have a joint marriage (basically two marriages in one wedding) which they all agree too. While they were planning this marriage out, Krillin and Raditz had a feud about who should be Goku's best man, and Goten enjoyed watching his uncle's fight. Goku being the simple minded fool he is just says that both of them can be his best man which they both agreed on. The joint wedding was very beautiful and it was perfect, until goku realized he had forgotten Chichi's ring, the young gohan being the smart little man he is pulled the ring out of his pocket it's almost like he knew his father would forget. With gohan saving the day the wedding continued as usual

The Fifth year

(This year is where the dead zone movie will take place, this is going to be the next chapter after this so about it so I won't reveal much)

Bulma and chichi decide that trunks, mitsu and goten should have a joint second birthday party since their birthdays are somewhat close, everyone attended the party except piccolo obviously because he's training to beat kuroda. Little does everyone know garlic jr. is planning to gather the dragon balls wish for immortality and get his revenge on kami.

The the sixth and seventh year is really uneventful beside all the training

And the eighth year is when the saiyan saga begins

Now I know what your thinking and let me explain

My first idea was for the kids of the next generation to be just gohan and trunks but then I thought what a terrible duo I want my goten trunks duo team now because they're my favorite characters (right below krillin obviously), so I did that by having gohan being born way earlier then goten and trunks being born at near the same time just like in dbz

Mitsu a character I came up with unlike trunks mitsu looks like yamcha more than bulma. i will give a quick description, she has tan skin like yamcha, short black hair that goes down to her shoulder, black eyes and she loves martial arts

Also I forgot to mention last chapter yay piccolo made it!!
