Last time on a fairy tail re-told.

Happy: It's been forever since we've been in Magnolia

Carla: I hope everyone there has been doing all right.

Lily: Only one way to find out

After their thunderous and triumphant return to Crocus, the dragon slayer reunited with their old friends Lucy Heatfilia, Michelle Lobster, and Katja Neville. After going their separate ways, the group decided to head home finally. Natsu sneezed, shocking Meredy. "You okay there, bud," she asked.

"Natsu, Meredy," two voices called as they turned to see their two friends, Happy and Rossello, running to them. "Help us," they cried as a tiny puppy approached them.

"We're going to be on the menu," Happy said.

"It's going to eat us." Rossello cried.

"Guys, it's just a puppy," Meredy said as she shooed the dog away. "This fear of dogs has got to stop."

"You say that now, but those things are vicious beasts," Happy shouted.

"Dude, that incident was years ago, man, and that dog was feral," Natsu said.

"Do I want to know," Meredy asked

"naw," Natsu said.

"Natsu Meredy," a voice called. They turned to see Wendy running up to them, "Come on guys, keep up," she said. "We're about halfway to Magnolia." She smiled. "We're about halfway home."

"For you three, maybe," Meredy said as they continued to walk. "I'm going to have to get into contact with Jellal," she said., "Hey, you mind if I crash at your place."

"We might not be in the best place to be asking favors right now," Wendy said.

"move your butt," Gajeel said. "We have a schedule to keep."

"Onward to Magnolia," Wendy shouted.

Alvarez arc prologue: Home, where our heart is.

"Natsu," Wendy groaned. "Are we there yet."

"Where'd all that energy go?" Meredy laughed.

"I'm hungry," Wendy muttered.

"You just ate," Carla shouted.

"Now that you mention it, I am getting a little empty in the tank," Natsu said.

"Fine, you can have my fish," Happy said.

"Only if it's grilled," Natsu said.

"What's wrong with you people," Happy said. "Fish is so much better when it's raw and slimy."

"Just make sure there is some Iron in it," Gajeel said.

"You need to eat more than metal Gajeel," Lily said.

"I swear you guys have this argument every other week," Meredy said as a monster landed before them, letting out a huge roar. "Oh, my goodness, that thing is adorable; what is it," she asked.

"I think it's a monster that draws people in with its cute features," Happy explained as it walked closer to them. "Then it attacks," happily said. "I also hear it's delicious," happy said.

"Does it now?" Natsu and Wendy said.

"Oh no, you don't," Meredy said.

"Too late," Natsu and Wendy shouted as they rushed the monster. As a large explosion rang across the area, "he's going in our belly," Natsu shouted as he stood triumphantly over the defeated beast. "Do you prefer your meat cooked or raw?" Wendy cried as she sat down. Meredy rolled her eyes hours later as the night sky started coming over; the dragon slayers sat over the monster's grilled meat, satisfied with their catch.

"Okay, I'll admit it," Meredy said. "It tastes better than it looks," she said as she took another large bite.

"You know, I have to admit," Gajeel said as he used a bone to clean his teeth. "I'm going to miss this," he said, "camping out in the wilderness," he said, "Nothing but the stars and a nice warm fire to keep us company." he smiled. "It makes me think of my time with Metalicanna," he laughed before sighing. "Yeah, these past two years have been pretty all right."

"We should enjoy it while we can," Natsu said, "Something tells me we have plenty of hardships coming soon."

"Yeah," Meredy said as she looked at Wendy, who was staring at her food. "Something wrong, kiddo," she asked. "Don't tell me the bottomless pit Wendy Marvel is full."

"Huh, no, it's not that, just," Wendy sighed. "I guess I can't stop thinking about Lucy," she said. "I mean, yeah, I'm excited to get home, but" she looked to the sky, "will home be the same? Without her there," she said. "I can't help but think that maybe we left too soon after our last battle," she said. Wendy thought back to the dark guild Tartaros and the nine demon gates of the group, much like the seven kin of purgatory that put them to the test. The nine demon gates wanted to claim the world for demons, and Fairy Tail was the only one that stood in their way. "Lucy had to face Tartaros by herself and sacrifice her key, Gray had to fight his father, and Juvia had to kill him, Laxus lost his grandfather, the thunder legion, and Cana lost a mentor and a father figure."

"Yeah," Natsu said, "but that's why we had to leave," Natsu looked up. "We had to get stronger, Zeref Acnologia. They're leagues above anything the nine demon gates threw at us, and there's no telling what followers they might have," Natsu said, "We have to be strong enough to take them on."

"Salamanders right," Gajeel said. "Sides, we needed to drag the heat away from Magnolia for a bit," he explained. "Make sure Acnologia didn't get a lock on us," he said.

"We are the dragons of Ishgar now," Meredy said. "We're probably the only wizards who can take on that monster with the hopes of victory," she said as they all thought about their conversation with Zeref and their final conversation with their parents.

Flashback

"But Acnologia had to appear and ruin everything," Zeref said. "Of course, I'm not surprised the four of you are together, and as long as you exist, he will come after you again and again," he smiled. "I wonder how you will make it out this time and survive in this new era of darkness."

"What are you going on about?" Gajeel growled.

"New era of darkness," Natsu asked.

"Seeing as you were so kind to find my book, I guess I could answer that question," Zeref said, "and to answer it, I'll have to answer the question that has been scratching at your brains for years" he smiled "who are the Dragonborn."

"Now you have my attention," Wendy muttered.

"I figured as much," Zeref said, "but I'm disappointed that your encounter with Mard Geer and your second encounter with Acnologia didn't allow you to put it together," Zeref said. "This isn't the first time. You've encountered the underworld king."

"What," Natsu asked.

"But to answer your question as to who the Dragonborn is, I must tell you the story of dragons and their civil war." he looked to the sky. "Acnologia's power has surpassed that of what a dragon can obtain because of an unintended element," he said. "he's human," Zeref noted, "a human that ingested dragon blood."

"Gross," Sting muttered.

"That's how," Meredy muttered, "we all did that right."

"Yeah," Natsu muttered.

"It wasn't all that bad," Wendy whispered.

"tasted like iron," Gajeel admitted.

"Are you getting the pieces," Zeref asked. "For you see, the ones that would be called the Dragonborn are the human children of the four dragons of Ishgar, and each has ingested that dragon's blood," Zeref explained. "Now, you might ask, who are the dragons of Ishgar?" Zeref looked to the sky. "The fire dragon king Igneel, the Sovereign of the sky Grandeeney, the iron lord Metlicana, and the snow empress Hyōka." Zeref said, "And the four of you are their children?" as shocked looks appeared on their faces. "There's the look I wanted."

"So, what you're saying is the only reason Acnologia is here," Natsu asked.

"Yes, because of you," Zeref said, "Thanks to the amount of Ethernano in the air, it makes it hard for him to track you," Zeref said, "and like you, he is Dragonborn,"

End Flashback

"I know that," Wendy said. "I just hope we can get out of this one alive, too," Wendy said.

"Hey," Natsu said, "We will, don't worry about that," he laughed. "But going back to Magnolia, yeah, that might be what kills us."

"Our toughest challenge will be explaining what the hell we've been up to for the past two years."

"As long, I never have to train with Lily again," Rossello said.

Aye," Happy

"We're not having this conversation again," Lily groaned as everyone laughed.

"Come on, let's get some sleep," Natsu said. "Tomorrow, we'll get home and sleep on a real bed for once."

"Hey, don't tease me with a good time," Meredy laughed as she lay down. "Now, if you don't mind," she said before passing out as Rossello went and lay next to her. Meredy instantly wrapped her in her arms, a kiddy smile forming on her face.

"And she complains about how much we eat," Wendy muttered.

[## return to the guild ost##]

"HELLO, MAGNOLIA!"Natsu and Wendy shouted as they walked through the bustling streets of their home. "Guess whose back in town," they said as they walked through the streets of wizards, stopping to get a good look at the group of dragon slayers whispering to each other, pointing that a few were waving and, of course, the group waved back Magnolia only seemed to have grown in the two years they've has been gone through the troubled town history in the past few years it was nice to see Magnolia. It was even better to see that its reconstruction had gone swimmingly while they were gone. "Hey, look," Natsu said. "They rebuilt the fairy pub and man. It's looking great Natsu said as they walked to the building.

"It's been two years, Natsu," Meredy said. "I'd hope they did," she laughed.

"Aye," Happy said as they all stopped before the building.

"So, you guys, ready to face the music," Lily said.

"As ready as we'll ever be," Natsu said as he walked up the doors before opening them to the smiling faces of nearly everyone in the fairy pub looking at them, "Hey guys," Natsu said.

"Guess who made it back alive," Wendy said, smiling.

[## if friends gather ost##]

"holy crap, it's Natsu and Wendy," half the place screamed.

"Gajeel and Meredy, two," Macao said. "Welcome home, the four of you."

"You guys went on a training trip," Wakaba called out. "Nice to you see you all back."

"You gotta lot of nerve, dragneel," a voice called as they turned to see Cana stomping up to them. Natsu started digging in his bag as she began her tirade, "You don't just don't get to skip town for two years and just come in here and expect." She stopped when Natsu pulled out a bottle, which looked extremely expensive, and he handed it to Cana, who looked it over. "Is this wine country?" she asked. "X770 vintage."

"Top shelf, too," Natsu said, "got after we did a job in Pergande kingdom," he said.

"Bribe accepted," Cana laughed. "Welcome home, bud," she laughed as she dragged him in for a hug. "I missed you," Cana said as she held him tightly.

"Missed you too," Natsu said.

"I hope you brought enough gifts for everyone and not just one for Cana," a voice called. They turned to see Mira in her classical red waitress dress as she glared at the group ".Well."

"Hey, sis," Natsu laughed as Mira brought him in for a hug.

"Honestly, I'm glad you came back," Mira whispered. "A part of me was worried once we hit the or so part of your letter," she grabbed Wendy, dragging her into the hug.

"Of course, I was going to come back," Natsu said. "Our family is here."

"Aye," Happy said, jumping into the hug with Carla.

"That training better has been worth it," Gray's voice called.

"Gajeey," Juvia called as she ran to hug her best friend, who returned it with a small hug. "I'm happy to see your back." She looked past him. "Meredy," she said as she ran to hug her other friend, who returned.

"Good to see you, girl," Meredy said nervously. "How have ya been."

"Oh, I've been great," Juvia said, smiling.

"Good to see you all made it home nice and safe," Gray said. "I take it your training went well."

"Oh yeah, you know it," Happy said.

"We'll be honest, the extra year came after they unlocked their second origins," Carla said.

"Wait, second origins," Juvia said. "But your seals."

"are gone," Meredy said. "After our parents left our bodies, the seals placed there left," Meredy said. "But we don't have to worry about becoming dragons while they were in there. Our parents fixed that little bug."

"Wow," Juvia muttered.

"You never explained that," Mira said. "Why don't you four explain everything that happened to you after we beat Tartaros."

"What's there to tell," Natsu said.

Flashback

"Forgive us," Igneel said, "but it was the only way," Igneel explained, "we had to seal ourselves inside of your bodies along with our magic."

"Wait, so that's what that was," Meredy muttered, "the heart palpations we felt earlier," she said, "that was your power coming back."

"That hurt, by the way," Wendy muttered.

"Yes," Grandeeny said, "when Acnologia arrived and the threat of FACE, we had no choice but to leave your bodies to assist you in this battle."

"Why," Gajeel said.

"We hid inside each of you for two reasons," Igneel said. "The first was to prevent you from physically turning into dragons," Igneel explained. "As you learned from Zirconis, dragon slayers who overuse their magic turn into dragons," Igneel said, "To prevent this, we hide inside each of you to create antibodies to prevent you from transforming."

End Flashback

"And that's about it," Natsu said. He noticed the look from Gray. He knew that wasn't it, but it wasn't his place to discuss it. "Now we are even stronger than we were two years ago."

"Yeah, by a lot," Wendy said.

"Wendy," Kinana called as she tackled the girl. "Your back," she said with tears in her eyes. "Don't ever leave me like that again," she said as she hugged her tightly.

"It's good to see you all again," Miko said. "If I had known you were coming home, I would have started a feast."

"A feast," Wendy said, drool coming from her mouth.

"I don't know," Mira laughed. "Do you think they've earned it?" she laughed.

"Yes, please," Natsu and Wendy said.

"You two are bottomless pits," Meredy said.

"So, have you got any stronger?" Gray teased Natsu. "You still look the same."

"strong enough to kick your demon-slaying ass," Natsu shouted.

"Boys, boys," Cana started, "you're both beautiful; now let me drink this awesomeness my best friend brought me in peace. Thank you."

"Speaking of best friends, where is Elfman."

"He's been training hard," Kinana said, "said now he's a real man."

"I'm going to have to test that theory," Natsu said.

"Ready when you are, bro," Elfman said, suddenly appearing.

"Now fighting in the pub," Miko shouted.

"Wow, this is strong," Cana said, setting her wine glass down.

"Don't you normally just drink it from the bottle," Kinana asked.

"Kinana, you sweet summer child," Cana chided as the girl puffed her cheeks. "This is the good stuff from the wine country," she said. "You just don't drink it from the bottle."

"It was too strong for you, wasn't it," Happy said.

"Shut it, cat," Cana shouted. "This is from the Pergande Kingdom."

"How and why did you four end up in the Pergande Kingdom," Miko asked.

"It's one of three places Meredy isn't wanted dead or alive," Gajeel said as Meredy huffed, "the other two being Enca and Desierto."

"Fun times," Wendy said, "got into many misadventures while we were there," she said. "There's a city made from the husk of a wood dragon there," Wendy said. "Those things are massive," Wendy explained.

"Wow, you guys traveled far," Kinana asked.

"Yeah," Natsu said. "They got this knight of the round table thing going over there," Natsu said. "Not a lot of wizards or guilds there," he said, "Though from what I hear, Mermaid Heel had come." Natsu started but stopped when the door opened. Everyone turned to see Erza walk into the pub looking at some papers.

"Hey Mira, did you?" a voice called. Everyone looked up to see Erza walking into the pub. She had locked eyes with Natsu. Everyone went quiet as the two stared at each other. "Take care of those forms we got from Levy," Erza finished, not reacting.

"Hey, Erza," Wendy said, trying to clear the awkward air entering the room.

"Wendy, Gajeel," Erza replied as she approached them. "Natsu, Meredy," she said as she walked by. "I'll be upstairs," she said. "I have to finish this paperwork." she sighed. "We can talk later."

"Well, that happened," Juvia muttered. "So, Meredy, how long do you plan to be in town," Juvia asked. "You should know that the magic council has been in and out of Magnolia lately."

"Till I can get a lock on Jellal's scent," Meredy said. The room went silent as everyone looked at her with sympathetic eyes. "What."

"Hey, Natsu," Mira said. "You should go check in on Erza," she told her brother. "Look just," she whispered in his ear, getting a shocked look from Natsu. "Yeah, just go talk to her." Mira said, "I think you two need to clear the air; I'll handle Meredy," she said, "Just go."

"Umm, yeah," Natsu said as he stood up. "I'll go," he looked at Meredy. "If you hear shouting, we're not killing each other."

"What's going on," Meredy asked as Natsu went up the stairs. "Something I should know."

"First, sit down and get a drink," Mira said, "you're going to want to be."

"Mira," Meredy said. "What happened to him," she asked. "Please," her voice started cracking the fear of the news, fear that she wasn't there, that she was off doing what she needed and what she felt was right. "he's just hurt really bad, right," Mira said nothing as Juvia brought her in for a hug. "not again, please don't tell me it happened again."

"I'm sorry," Mira said as she placed a hand on her shoulder. "Juvia is right. The council is here often but not often enough, so you are safe here now."

"Meredy," Rossello said as she hugged her leg.

"How long," Meredy asked.

"It's been two years," Mira explained, "nearly half a year after you left."

"I saw him before we left," Meredy said. "Before we left, we stopped by where I left him before I ran off to help Wendy." She smiled. "Anna said there wasn't anything more she could do. It was all up to him," Meredy said. "Not even Wendy could heal him," she said. "I should have made the call then, but" she stopped, "a small part of me thought."

"Hey, you did what you thought was right," Miko said. "Here, Hun, in the house," she smiled. "Stay as long as you like."

"I." Meredy looked at Rossello, who smiled at her. "Thank you."

[##Juvia's feeling ost##]

Natsu walked into the room where Erza was sitting. It was a small room where they would often come to talk about current events and upcoming events that required wizard intervention or even hang away from all the chaos that would go on; on the main floor, Erza sat on the desk, pen in hand saw she placed a few papers to the side "Hey."

"yes, Natsu," Erza said. "Don't tell me you're trying to return to work already. You just got back."

"I heard about Jellal," Natsu said as Erza looked away. "How are you."

"I'm fine," Erza said. "Can we catch up later?"

"Erza, I"

"Natsu sir," a voice called as Natsu, a little irritated, turned to see Mest standing behind him. "Pardon the interruption, but I need to speak with you and Miss Scarlets," he said.

"Wait, it's you," Natsu asked.

"Mest Grynder," Mest said, standing at attention, "sprengeri one reporting for duty." he looked at him. "Master Mavis is in danger, and Fairy Tail is the only one who can save her," he said.

"Where is Mavis," Natsu asked, "her mind anyway."

"Away, I don't know where, but she planted a memory on me to inform you when you return that time is up," he said. "She also said you have her permission to show Erza the basement."

"I see," Natsu said. "Tell Mira to meet me there," he asked. "Guess I was right."

"Natsu, what's going on," Erza asked. "And when did we get a basement."

[##the fairy heart ost##]

"So that's sprengeri one," Erza asked as she followed Natsu and Mira down the stairs. "You two have been quiet," she said. She knew there was a basement Mira had told of such a few times, but she never had the chance to go down here or, to say better, Mira ordered that she not come down here unless she was with her; to say she was curious was an understatement.

"Sorry, just," Natsu said.

"Been a while since we've had to come down here," Mira said. "Miko's feast is going to have to wait," she said. "If Dornbolt no Mest," Mira sighed "damn, I hate it when he does that," she massaged her temples. "Minds still hazy," she explained. "But if his message is to be believed, Mavis could be in trouble." She sighed as they stopped at a large door. "Some advice: don't try to get a lock on the magic power; feeling the weight in this room can be much for the first time," Mira said as she and Natsu activated the magic in the room as the door opened, revealing the fairy heart.

"What is that," Erza asked.

"The fairy heart," Natsu said.

"Magnolia's biggest secret," Mira said, "and the source of Mavis's infinite magic power."

"Hey, cut it out."

"Watch the hands."

"Stop moving."

"Hey, you're in my space."

"Guys, I'm trying to listen." The door opened as Wendy, Gray, Gajeel, Meredy, and Juvia entered the room. Mest ran behind them, followed by Happy, Carla, Lily, and Rossello.

"Guys, I told you only the children of Magnolia are allowed down here," he said, "it's sacred," he screamed.

"What are guys doing," Natsu asked.

"We told you to wait upstairs," Mira sighed.

"Sorry, I tried to stop them, but" Mest started.

"What the hell is that?" Wendy shouted. "What happened to Mavis."

"Is that her body," Happy asked.

"I thought Mavis was away," Juvia asked.

"Why does that look like the Devil's heart," Meredy asked.

"She is," Mira said, "but I think you should understand." She looked at Mest. "Everything that went into this."

"We can't tell you everything, but we can give a brief explanation," Natsu said.

"Wait, what do you mean," Wendy said as her mind flashed. "What's going on."

"You're receiving my memory," Mest said, "going back to after your victory in the tower of heaven.

Flashback

"Sir," Mest said as he walked into a room where Mystogen sat with Natsu, Mira, and Mavis, "I have returned from assignment successfully, and I hear you have another one for me."

"Yes," Mavis said. "With Phantom gone, we need information," she said, "so I'm sending you undercover,"

"You want me to infiltrate the magic council," Mest asked. "I understand I'm the best agent, but that might be a tall order even for me."

"You can handle it, sprengeri one," Mystogen said. "However, we don't want to risk exposure for this mission so that we will erase your memory."

"I understand; it's how I do all my ops," Mest said, "and Laki can handle my task."

"Good, and while you are there, I also need you to keep tabs on the Western continent."

"The western continent," Mira asked. "Is there a reason, master?"

"A conversation for later," Mavis said, "but your operation will require the most discretion," she explained. "Mest, I trust you will be able to handle this."

"I understand, Mavis," Mest said. "No stone will be left unturned."

One month later

"Sorry, Mavis, but I haven't been able to turn up much information," Mest said. "But there is much talk about Magnolia," he explained. "They've managed to figure out that Natsu is from there, but they are still piecing together that he, the chosen son, and the Salamander are the same person," he explained. "Mira is still under the radar, and Mystogen is a mystery," he said. "The council will be coming in," he said, "and I think one of the first things they'll do is go after Magnolia."

"Then we must be prepared," Mavis said. "The guilds across Fiore are in turmoil right now," she said, "and the guilds in other countries."

"As it stands, Fiore sits atop the magic world of Ishgar alongside Desierto and Joya. Some of the most powerful guilds exist there, influencing how other guilds are run."

"And with Phantom gone, how has that shaken things up," Mavis asked

"Lamia Scale and Blue Pegasus are holding the line of power," Mest said, "but if they fall, it could wreak havoc on the magic world across Ishgar," he said.

"So, it might be best to establish relations with those guilds," Mavis said.

"Far be it from me to say it, Mavis," Dornbolt said, "but wouldn't it be best for you to establish a guild? With Natsu and Mira's power, you could easily fill the void that has been left by Phantom, not to mention you could probably help unite the guilds in Fiore if they fall in line, then other guilds might start following that example."

"True," Mavis said, "but right now, it's not safe to draw too much attention to Magnolia," she said. "Besides, people are content, and that's enough for me."

"I understand," Mest said. "The new council will be here soon," he said. "If anything, I'll be able to update you on what they plan to do with Magnolia." he laughed.

"Be careful," Mavis said.

"Come on, Mavis, what's the worst they could have me do."

Seven years later, after the events of Tenrou Island

During the grand magic games, Mavis finally saw Mest again as tears entered his eyes. "I'm so sorry," he said.

"No, I should be the one who apologizes," Mavis said. "I never expected this operation to last so long," she said,

"It's okay," Mest said. "As a sprengeri, I know the risk," he explained as he wiped his tears. "I am the eyes and ears of the children,"

"That's all well and good, but the games are nearing their end," Mavis said. "I want you to come home."

"Not yet," Mest said. "I'm close," he said. "The western continent was mobilized while you were away, but nothing happened," he said. "But I did hear a name, Alvarez."

"I see," Mavis said. "Fine, we'll keep the operation going," Mavis said. "But be careful; these are delicate times," she said.

End Flashback

[##Fiore kingdom at war ost##]

"And then two years ago, Master Mavis went to Alvarez," she said, "and her time is up,"

"Meaning what," Gray asked.

"What's Alvarez," Wendy asked.

"They're a country on the western continent of Alakitasia," Erza said. "They're mostly made up of small Islands, so I don't understand why Mavis is so afraid of them," she asked. "All they did was mount a failed invasion of Ishgar in the year of X781," Erza said.

"I remember that," Gajeel said, "it was the only time the Phantom Lord guild was mobilized in its entirety," he said. "We were told to prepare for war."

"Yes, that was in the council logs," Mest said. "I also learned they were after something called the lumen histoire."

"That thing Ivan was after, right," Wendy asked.

"Yes," Natsu said. "The lumen histoire is a cover," he explained. "How it got that name, I don't know, but its real name is the fairy heart."

"Fairy heart," Wendy asked 'So this is what Ivan was after, near infinite magic power."

"Yes," Mira said, "and their invasion failed for two reasons," Mira explained. "The magic council flexed their magic power," she said, "The magic cannon etherion and FACE."

"Wait, but Etherion is disabled, and the dragons destroyed FACE." Erza said, "So that means."

"Ishgar has nothing to deter Alvarez from invading," Meredy said, "but the question is why to haven't they," Meredy asked, "and what is stopping them."

"As it stands," Natsu said, "Ishgar has five hundred wizard guilds give her to take, but Alakitasia has over seven hundred wizard guilds," he explained, "across all twelve countries, and the Alvarez empire has managed to unite them all under one banner," he said "creating the most powerful military force in the all of Earthland."

"Our rag-tag group has bested many foes," Mira said, "but Alvarez is something else entirely. "We have no chance against an entire continent, so Mavis planned to go there and buy us some time," she said, "in the wake of Tartaros if Alvarez invaded," she revealed

"It would have been a massacre," Gray said, "the guilds were in disarray, and the council was gone."

"So that's why we've been working so closely with the council as of late," Erza asked.

"Yes," Mira said. "We had to do all we could to get the council back together, making some of the wizard's saints core members," she explained., "Thankfully, Laxus convinced them of the threat and established a line of defense, but I'm not sure how long that will hold."

"But seeing as they haven't invaded, then that means Mavis was successful," Gray asked. "Right."

"We don't know," Natsu said, "but what I do know is that we need to go find out," he said.

"It was originally going to be just the three of us," Mira said, "but since you all are here."

[##blue Pegasus ost##]

"You don't even have to ask," Gray said.

"Right," Juvia said. "We're fairy tail, we're family," she said.

"Yes, I agree," Erza said. "We stick together no matter what."

"hell yeah, I'm in," Wendy said.

"This is a stealth mission, kid," Natsu said, "that means we don't want to risk setting off a war."

"Okay," Wendy sighed.

"Aye," Happy said.

"Yeah," Gajeel said, "but the four of us should be careful."

"So, you can't wait to see your girlfriend," Meredy asked.

"Shut up," Gajeel started.

"Meredy, are you sure you want to come," Natsu asked. "With everything"

"Hey, you're going to need my help," Meredy said.

"Alright, team," Natsu said. "Let's get started. Mavis is counting on us."

"Let go, fairy tail."
