The journey continues.
"Erza, Mira," Natsu shouted as he ran to the two, only for them to disappear. "What did you do with them."
"They're A+ honeys, so I sent them to my chill space," Marin smiled.
"Give them back," Juvia shouted as she ran at him, attempting to attack. "{water: whip}," she screamed as Marin appeared behind her.
"You should be no better than attacking master of space, honey," he smiled as Juvia disappeared. "But rest of you," he smiled. "F-" he growled as an injured Mest landed before him. "Is this guy with you," he asked. "Freaking dumbass, tried violating space in my presence," he growled again. "Now you all have to die," he screamed.
"Give her back," Gray shouted as Marin punched him.
"Yer dealin' with a spatial specialist! We play by my rules! When you control the area, you always win." Marin teased as Natsu and Gajeel attacked him.
"Give them back," Natsu shouted as Marin dodged him again.
"I'm the sheriff of space. You can't," he stopped when Natsu turned and landed a hit on him.
"You talk too much," Natsu said as Marin stood up.
"You landed a hit on me," Marin said, smiling. "Impressive."
"That's enough, Marin," a voice called as they turned to see a young woman walking up to them.
"This feeling," Gray muttered, "so much magic power."
"Brandish, my lady," Marin said. "You are an A+ for sure."
"Stop with the boot licking," Brandish said as she turned to face the wizards. "Now you wizards are dealing with a member of the spriggan twelve."
In the blue Pegasus guild, Ichiya smiled as the doors slammed open, revealing an out-of-breath Lucy. They all looked at the girl.
"Lucy," Jenny said.
"Welcome," Ichiya noted, "Long time no see, my friend."
"Master Bob," Lucy said, trying to catch her breath, "Please, I need your help."
Alvarez arc: Emperor spriggan
Zeref smiled as he walked through a cave. Looking around, he noticed a person sitting on a rock, a rather muscular young man with long, dark, blue-colored hair. He carries a sharp gaze; his eyes have black circles around them. He is dark-skinned, and on his body, he bears the same light blue markings he does when he is a Dragon. For attire, Acnologia dons a high-collared, black cloak, sharp red claws around his neck, a sash around his waist, a gold arm ring tightened around his right upper arm, and baggy pants, which are decorated the same as the most former article of clothing. "how are you" Zeref asked "and your arm how's it healing up Acnologia."
"black wizard," Acnologia muttered. "What do you want."
"I'm surprised you agreed to this meeting," Zeref laughed, "You crave destruction, yet you hardly partake in it; if you wanted, you could have placed the world under your boot," Zeref said,
'I could say the same to you," Acnologia said.
"My indecision is the only thing that has kept me from this conflict," Zeref said. "Should I side with humanity and fight you, side with my old friend who clings to an old hope," he said, "Or side with you and bring me closer to my goals."
"The Dragonborn is all that interests me," Acnologia muttered.
"Ah, yes," Zeref said. "The only four dragon slayers that can match your power," Zeref said, "but I should tell you that I have decided to side with no one," he smiled. "I, too, will enter this conflict as the Dragon King festival nears its end." To this, Acnologia smiled. "Dragons, humans, demons, and immortals," he smiled.
"It will be quiet the show."

"What is this feeling?" Gray muttered. "I can't even describe magic power like this."
"I have a craving for a star mongo," Brandish muttered as she turned to see the shop destroyed. "What happened to the mangoes?" she screamed.
"It was the," Marion lied.
"The hell!" Gray screamed.
"That was you, blockhead," Gajeel screamed.
"And I wanted some, too," Brandish sighed. "Come on, Marin, let go," she sighed as she left.
"But my lady," Marin said, "these guys caused the ruckus when they attacked our guards," he explained, "and I think they're here to meet with the spy," he said.
"No one dumb enough to spy on Alvarez," Brandish said. "Come on, let's go and give them their A+ girls back."
"But they are the best in my collection," he said. "I just need the pink-haired one, and I'll have a whole set," he said as Brandish slammed her foot into the ground, causing the ground to shake.
"What was that," Wendy asked.
"We need to go up," Lily said as they started to fly."
"Umm, Lily," Rossello asked.
"If we're flying, why isn't the ground going away," Happy asked.
"The Island is changing shape," Carla said.
"Marin," Brandish said in a muffled voice, "What did I tell you."
"Umm, yes, ma'am," Marin shouted as Erza, Mira, and Juvia reappeared.
"You guys okay," Natsu said.
"Juvia," Gray said.
"What was that?" Erza muttered.
"What did you do to them?" Natsu growled.
"I sent them to my chill space," Marin said.
"What is this," Juvia said 'This magic power is insane."
"Get back," Meredy whispered as Marin vanished, shocking everyone.
"What the hell?" Natsu screamed.
"Hmm," Brandish muttered. "I'm down one two, now you should leave peacefully, fairy tail," she whispered. "Your master is alive, but even your Dragonborn is not enough to save you."
"'They already know why we are here," Erza asked "How" before the Island shrunk again, leaving them all in the water.
"Eleven other wizards are just as powerful as me," Brandish said. "You don't hold a prayer," she said before she and the Alvarez ships vanished, leaving the people stranded in the water.
"Okay, get everyone on a boat," People called. "We need more rope."
"Make sure every citizen gets on a boat," Erza screamed as she looked over the ocean ' The Island just vanished," she muttered 'No, that it's there," she said, looking at the shrunken Island 'Her magic allowed her to enlarge and shrink things it is as she controls their mass.
"Poor Mest," Wendy groaned. "I hope he's okay," she moaned. "I would use my magic, but" she leaned over the ship to vomit.
"Hey, Happy, did you guys find that kid, Dad."
"Aye," Happy said.
"Have you seen some girls with cats," the boy's father asked. "I would like to thank them for helping me out."
"So, what's our next move," Erza asked.
"I don't know," Mira said as she rubbed Natsu's back. "We should," Mira stopped when she was teleported away.
"What?" Carla started when she vanished.
"We're vanishing too," Happy said as he appeared in a regular temple on the ocean floor. "Where are we."
"Sorry, that was me," Mest said as he sat up.
"Warning us would have been nice," Carla shouted.
"hell yeah, we stopped moving," the dragon slayers cheered.
"we are we," Erza asked.
"Not far from Caracoal Island," Mest said. "Before that man attacked me, I could contact my spy," he said. "She gave me a set of coordinates."
"Wow, we're underwater," Wendy said.
"Look at all the fish," Happy cheered.
"What an interesting place," Erza muttered.
"Yeah," Gajeel said, "better than being on that boat, though."
"I thought you didn't get motion sick," Gray teased.
"Shut it, ice boy," Gajeel shouted.
Meredy placed her hand on what she thought was a window, only to feel water. "Woah. Now, this is cool."
"There are no windows," Juvia muttered. "She can dive right into it.
"Now that seems fun," Natsu shouted.
"But maybe not the best idea," Wendy laughed as the building started to shake, making the dragon slayers freeze where they stood as it transformed; it protruded mechanical legs and shed parts of its outer exterior; now a mobile vehicle, it gained wings and a cannon protruding through its roof.
"No," Natsu and Wendy groaned. "Stay still."
"I'm glad you made it here," a voice called. They all looked at the source of the voice as the person turned to reveal that it was Sorano Agira, a former member of the Oracion Seis." Your captain Sorano, sprengeri seven reporting for duty."
"Mest," Mira growled.
"What," Mest said, "sprengeri two needed the backup here in Alvarez," he explained. "Besides, she was among the first to join Jellal and Meredy in Crime Sorcière; we can trust her."
"What about Cobra?" Erza asked.
"We didn't want to risk him hearing anything too confidential," Mest said.
"Our paths haven't crossed since tartaros, and a few of you even longer than that," she laughed. "Hey, wait, where's Lucy."
"She's following her own path these days," Mira said.
"I see," Sorano muttered.
"So, wait, this is the spy," Gray asked. "Your cover was blown. Alvarez had an entire Island wiped out."
"Hey, the only reason it happened was cause Mest sent me a message," she growled. "Though you should know that Laki is still in deep cover."
"Wait, Laki is in Alvarez," Juvia asked.
"I knew I forgot to explain something," Mira muttered, "but first, where is this thing taking us."
"To your master," Sorano smiled. "Aren't I the best?"

"So, Mavis, have you heard the rumors," a man asked a tall, older gentleman with an unusually long neck and forehead and stark eyes with large bags beneath them. He is balding and missing most of his hair, and what little hair he has is dark in color and arranged carelessly on his head. Yajeel has a small amount of stubble on his chin and a large and prominent mustache that falls well below his chin. He wears a dark-colored shirt, an intricately decorated scarf, pinstriped pants, and a cloth belt. In addition, he carries around a walking stick with a bird's head carved on the top portion of it. He has a pronounced bent-over posture, presumably due to his old age. His name was Yajeel.
"Yes," Mavis said. "They are troubling," she said. "I would hope nothing too bad would happen," she said.
"Your two years here have been well, yes," Yajeel asked.
"When I first arrived, I never expected to play cards with one of Alvarez's representatives," Mavis admitted.
"A diplomacy is always an option," Yajeel said, "but you must know that you always have the queen on lock and key," he said as he placed another card down.
"Your emperor spriggan is always away for a long time," Mavis asked.
"he likes to wander," Yajeel said. "But he is our king, our founder," he explained, "our immortal emperor." he was interrupted when the sound of cheering caught their attention. "Speak of the devil," Yajeel said as Mavis looked out the window. She could see the man known as emperor spriggan walk the streets.
"Clear the way."
"his majesty has returned.
'So, I was right Mavis said as she looked at the man 'This is where you have been hiding all this time, Zeref."

"Welcome back, Your Excellency," someone said. He was a bespectacled man of average height. Most of his long, blue hair is bunched in a ponytail by a golden brace. The ponytail hangs past his right shoulder, reaching up to his chest. The rest of his hair is messy, with uneven bangs falling down the sides of his face and between his eyes. He has alert eyes with red irises. His attire is relatively trim, befitting his authoritarian personality. It comprises a simple pair of dark dress pants and a white collared dress shirt, completely buttoned up with a blue tie hanging from the neck. Over this, he dons a trench coat with a white border. The color of its interior and exterior matches that of its tie. Dark markings are diagonally branded from the left shoulder and sleeve and run down the coat's front and back. The coat has a high collar, which is left unfolded. The cuffs are also quite large. As the coat cannot be close to the front, he fastens it with a long belt, looping it twice around his waist and then holding it fast with a simple buckle. This leaves part of the front of his shirt exposed, allowing the tie to be tucked neatly into the coat. The belt itself has a pattern of diamonds running across it. His outfit is completed by a pair of dark shoes with contrasting light soles. His name was Invel Yura, the winter general of the Spriggan twelve.
"Hello, Invel," Zeref smiled. "I know it's sudden, but could you summon the twelve for me."
"That will take some time," Invel said. "Had I known spring's first breeze would come early, I would have them come already."
"Some I am as unpredictable as the wind," Zeref laughed.
"Like a gale, or a thundercloud, non a storm of death," a voice called a voluptuous young woman with a slender figure. Her wavy, golden hair is cropped short, reaching only the base of her nape. It is pretty messy, giving it a somewhat spiky appearance. While it is mainly swept back, some bangs hang down her forehead, curving away from the face on either side. Her golden eyes droop at the edges. Her attire consists of a simple red bandeau, with the upper edge embroidered with a flowery, white lace. She also wears loose, pinstriped red and black capri pants, the ends of the legs tightening around her calves. The hems of the legs are decorated with dark piping. Her left forearm is covered by a tight, dark bracer with a wing-like ornament attached to it beneath her elbow. Her right arm is encased in golden armor. While the part covering her upper arm and shoulder is plated, the rest is a simple gauntlet. A gorget with a golden border protects her neck and whose color matches that of her bandeau. A dark jacket with a light edge is tied around her waist, allowing it to flare out behind her legs, hiding her legs from view from behind but leaving them exposed from the front. The jacket has a large collar and lapels. The arms are knotted loosely below her abdomen, the ends hanging down. The light cuffs are prominent, and each is encircled by a dark band with three rows of studs embedded in it; she completes her outfit with a pair of simple sandals. Her attire exhibits minor modifications when she goes to war. Her spaulder is less spiky and has her Empire's emblem engraved, while the ornament adorning her bracer sports two tiny wings instead of one. A chain also replaces the lace lining her bandeau. Her name was Dimaria Yesta, the warrior queen of the Spriggan Twelve.
"he's like a desert," another man shouted. He was a dark-skinned, relatively muscular young man of average height with large, thick, brown hair that juts wildly in every direction. He bears the symbol of the Alvarez Empire below his right shoulder. Ajeel wears a thin, light gold cloth tied around his neck and upper torso, exposing his bare chest and abdomen instead of a traditional shirt, and oversized, baggy, brown-colored trousers with an upper, lighter portion. He accents this outfit with two large brown spherical earrings in both ears, intricately designed gold bracelets on each wrist, and gold bands on each of his biceps, and completes it with gold lock-in sandals and a golden scarf bearing an eye on the region covering his forehead. His name was Ajeel Raml, the desert king of the spriggan twelve, "a sandstorm bringing death far and wide across the land."
"Dimaria, Ajeel," Zeref smiled. "What colorful introductions."
"Have you no manners?" Invel growled. "How dare you speak to his majesty like that."
"It's alright," Zeref said, smiling.
"So, I take it your travels have ended," a voice called as they turned to see a relatively tall, fair-skinned, still quite well-toned old man with blackish eyes and roughly shoulder-length, wavy, grayish-white, white hair, with most of his bangs swept leftward. He has a short mustache and a lengthy, mildly thin beard that reaches down to his upper torso, shoots up towards the mouth in large spikes, and links to his leading hair via sideburns. Additionally, he has thick eyebrows, a pronounced nose bridge, and high cheekbones. He also has a dark tattoo consisting of a wide dot surrounded by two circles on the back of his left hand and two straight lines going from the circles' bottom end down the front of his forearm. As for clothing, he sports a long, white, and purple robe consisting of two major pieces: a long garment that reaches past his knees, with a tattered bottom edge and intricately designed linings on the ends of its sleeves, including a line of dark tablets, and a shorter, more billowing garment above it, over only his chest area. The longer garb is tied with a thin, light girdle of a seemingly rope-like material. An externally and internally dark-colored cape is additionally above both parts of the robe, jutting out in sharp, more elongated lozenge-shaped spikes around the back of his head, also having a tattered bottom edge, having the Alvarez Empire's symbol emblazoned on its back, and being kept in its place by a long, less wide cloth tied around it and August's neck, which in turn is held fast by a spherical dark clip. Finally, a dark ring on his right middle finger and plain dark knee-high boots complete the outfit. His name was August, the wizard king of the Spriggan Twelve. "I hope you are in high spirits, my lord."
"August," Zeref smiled. "It's so good to see you, my child."
"Have you discovered the answer," August asked. "The answer to Ragnarok."
"In Ishgar, it's known as the dragon king festival, the war without end," he smiled. "To make our visions true, we must ensure that it remains."
"So that means we are going to battle," Ajeel asked.
"Your majesty," Yajeel said as he got close before backing up.
"Please," Zeref said. "Ankhseram has been charitable these past two years."
"So, you have an answer, old friend," Mavis said, walking forward. "It has been two years since you and I have been this close."
"Mavis," Zeref said in shock.
"How dare you? "Invel shouted. "You shall greet his majesty."
"Invel!" Zeref shouted. "You will not speak to my honored guest in such a way," he said as Invel backed up. "For as long as she's here, you shall show her the same respect you show me."
"Forgive me," Invel said as Zeref looked at Mavis.
"If I had known you were here." Zeref said, "I would not have made you wait."
"Waiting probably was for the best," Mavis admitted. "Our last conversation wasn't exactly friendly."
"True," Zeref said, "but that doesn't matter, you're here," Zeref said, "Please, let's just enjoy this moment."
"You have returned to your family," Mavis said. "Let's discuss this matter so I may return to mine," Mavis said.
"I see," Zeref said. "Then come, I wish for us to discuss this privately," Zeref said as he guided Mavis to another room.
"Who was that," Ajeel asked.
"I do not know," Invel said, "but she seemed to know his majesty."
"So, they met on his travels," Ajeel said, "Hey, old man, you are alright."
"Huh," August asked. "Oh yes," he muttered. "I'm fine."
[## the curse of immortality ost##]
"So, this is where you've been hiding all these years," Mavis asked.
"You could say that," Zeref laughed, "though I do admit I prefer the name Zeref," he smiled. "For years, I have searched for my purpose," he explained." Along the way, I created a small nation," he said. "You remember I told you of it once?" he smiled. "I even offered you a place at my side, yet you refused," he laughed. "Back then, it was a fledgling thing, but it kept absorbing one guild. After the next, then, we became an empire."
"So, this what you plan to do for the Dragon King festival if it comes."
"Oh, Mavis, you have been fighting the Dragon King festival for years," Zeref said. "Ishgar has been the source of it, you know," he said, "For the dragon who fought for humanity originated from there," he said. "Ishgar has always been a country of unity," he said, "while we of Alakitasia have always been divided," he smiled.
"All this to get my heart," Mavis asked.
"Well, my mother died before she could ever teach me how to impress a girl," Zeref said.
"Well, I'm not flattered," Mavis muttered. "Why when you can create a better world, the world that you wish for."
"Like you, Mavis," Zeref said. "You could have turned Magnolia into an empire with the power you seek," he said. "You could have made your children gods among men; each of them could hold the title of Ishgar wizard saints," he smiled, "and if you joined me, would have had a force that rivaled Acnologia," he smiled.
"Why should we seek more violence when we can create a better world," Mavis said.
"This disgusting world has taken everything from me," Zeref growled. "And you want me to accept it?
"It took everything from me as well," Mavis said. "You know that, but I've gained people, a family. The pain no longer matters to me."
"You sound just like Anna," Zeref muttered, "telling me to move on," he said in a low growl. "No matter how many times we have this argument, I see that you and I will never see eye to eye," he said. "The Dragonborn will be here soon; you and she did well to hide them from me."
"Dragonborn," Mavis whispered. "Natsu"
"Yes," Zeref said. "Your precious son," he said. "I should thank you for raising him," he said, "Natsu holds the fate of the world in his hands, for a single choice will end his days. Four hundred years I've waited, the world has waited for. The dragon king festival shall come to its end" he smiled as his started to gather his magic, "and Natsu and his dragon slayer will consume this world in darkness" he shouted.
"Not if I have anything to say about it," Mavis said. "You've failed, though Natsu and Meredy may have been tempted. They turned away from the dark," Mavis said as light shined around her. "Whatever fate they have, they will show the world the light; do not understate his fate." The ground beneath them shattered under the weight of their magic power, the castle windows breaking as everyone fell over.
"Your faith in the light is admiral Mavis," Zeref laughed, "but you forget it was I who showed you how to wield it," he said, "as Mavis blocked his blow. "What"
"I also learned how to turn it into light," she screamed as she fired an attack as Zeref blocked it,
"Apologies for now that he's here; I have no choice but to harm you," he smiled. "If I do, he will surely kill me," he said as their magic power stopped. "Much like you, I am a fairy," Zeref smiled. "You gave me the idea for my spriggan, For a spriggan is akin to a hideous fairy."
"You no fairy," Mavis growled, "for even the most hideous creatures are willing to embrace the light."
"The light was forced from me long ago," Zeref frowned. "My sweet Mavis," he whispered as he attacked her again.
"{wood make wood wall}." a voice called Laki appeared. "Mavis," Laki screamed as Mest appeared, grabbing both as they vanished from sight, much to Zeref's shock.
Mest landed on the ground as he looked at the others. "Master," Natsu and Mira shouted. "Are you okay?"
"My children," Mavis muttered.
"Guys," Laki said. "Zeref is here."
"What," Natsu asked. "Are you sure?"
On the balcony, Zeref smiled as he sensed his demon's presence. "So, E.N.D," Zeref muttered, "You've finally arrived."
