In the northern regions of Zonia, Irene Belserion is leading her forces against Fairy Tail and their allies while Gajeel and Bloodman prepare to face off. Natsu is leading a team to try and persuade the Wizard King August to stop his advance on Magnolia. The war with Alvarez continues to rage on. Will our heroes be victorious? "Fool," Bloodman laughed. "Can you handle the might of the perfect Etherious" he laughed. "I am the third strongest demon created by lord Zeref himself." he laughed. "Now you face the reapers of death," he screamed. "Now face your demons of Tartaros,"
"what" Gajeel shouted as he was blown back.
"{explosion spiral}" Bloodman shouted {Tenga Goken: Onimaru} he shouted as Gajeel blocked his attack with his iron body as he landed on the ground {Tenchi Kaimei}" he shouted as the entire woods flooded.
"Not this again," Gajeel shouted.
"what is this" Sting shouted.
"water," Yukino asked.
"Everybody find higher ground," Mira shouted.
"hold on," Levy shouted "{solid script: hole"} Levy shouted as she drained the water.
"Nice going, Levy," Kinana said. "Erik, are you okay?"
"I'm fine," he muttered to her. "You."
"I'll live," she replied.
"come on. We have to help." Levy stopped when Iron Pillar erupted from the ground. Levy looked at Gajeel, who stood up, not facing them. "Gajeel."
"what the hell, man" Jet shouted.
"I told you I got this," he shouted as he shed his coat 'got no choice," he muttered, "but I need to protect everyone. His body started to grow jet-black iron scales as he punched Bloodman away.
"wow," Levy muttered.
"he managed to hit him," Rogue muttered.
"I see, so the Dragonborn reveals himself," Bloodman laughed. "I will enjoy taking you to hell."
"I can't lose here. My friends are counting on me," Gajeel smiled at the thought as he let out his magic power. "I have to go all out 'cause if I don't, this thing will kill everyone I care about," he smiled as he planted his feel Gajeel smiled. "This is me going all out, so I hope you guys are ready, cause Salamanders, not the only one with a trick up his sleeve, "mode Iron dragon king" Gajeel magic power busted as everyone backed up, "or as me and my pops like to call it.

Alvarez arc: Universe one
"Gajeel," Levy shouted as she tried to get past the iron pillars.
"Levy, you need to get back," Lily called. "Those bane particles will kill you if you get too close."
"But how is Gajeel able to get close," Jet asked.
"the iron in his lungs lets him breathe in harsh environments," Lily explained.
"so that means Gajeel is the only one who can take that monster on," Sting muttered. "All right, everyone tries to keep their forces from getting too close," he shouted. "Let Gajeel take on the Spriggan."
"Gajeel be careful," Levy shouted.
"So, you plan to fight the grim Reaper," Bloodman laughed. "You Dragonborn are nothing to a true demon."
"I've killed demons," Gajeel growled. "You're no different" he looked back at Lily, Rogue, Levy, Mira, and Elfman. He smiled as his mind came back. 'Ya know, if you told me way back then that I'd be here now, I Would have thrown that person off a cliff."
Flashback
"This ain't over," Natsu said, out of breath. "I'm still standing," he said, "and as long as I'm here, I won't let you hurt my friends anymore."
Gajeel laughed at Natsu's empty threat before picking him up with ease. "I'd love to see you try," he then threw Natsu against a battery and stomped on him, "It looks like your time is up."
"I can't watch this anymore."
"if he could eat some fire," Happy cried, "then he could kick his ass, no problem!" Happy shouted
"It's over," Gajeel said as he raised his Iron Dragon sword.
"wait just a minute," Sagittarius said as he pulled his arrows back. "It seems that I misunderstood your question," he said. "When I arrived here, you asked if I could shoot fire," he said, "However, I see that it's the fire itself was important. It doesn't matter if I can shoot it," he said, "so long as it's produced" Sagittarius then shot five arrows into the battery stopping Gajeel from killing Natsu causing an explosion which had the Gajeel jump away.
I don't believe it," Lucy said with pure joy, "you were able to make fire."
"To set machinery on fire... is merely child's play for my arrows..." Sagittarius bragged as Lucy wiped away her tears.
"you're an archery genius," Lucy told him.
"Well, I aim to please," Sagittarius said, saluting the wrong way again.
"If you want to Salute her, she's over here," Happy told him.
"That man-horse thing is getting in my way," Gajeel shouted as slurping could be heard.
The group turned to see Natsu eating all the fire; as he finished, he leaned over and shook his head. "What do ya know," Natsu said, smirking. "It looks like I have a fire in my belly. Thank a million, Lucy."

"eat all the fire you want," Gajeel shouted as he ran towards Natsu. "It still won't be enough to beat me," Gajeel said as he tried to land another attack. Natsu easily dodged and set a torrent of Flames at him pushing him back into a wall, shocking everyone.
"This is bad, you guys," She said.
"Lucy, Erza, Mira, Elfman, Cana, Gray, Mavis, Levy, Jet, Droy, Laki," Natsu said as fire swirled around him. "All my friends, they're why I'm still standing right now," he said.
"{Iron dragon: Roar}" Gajeel shouted. Natsu didn't flinch; he just grabbed the attack and blew it aside, shocking Gajeel "he stopped my breath attack," Gajeel said, backing up, "with just his bare hands."
He walked towards Gajeel, his fire forming a dragon ", There, why do I fight every day," he said, his eyes appearing as red dots from the flame. "I don't know how many more you have to hurt before you are satisfied, but it ends now."
"I can't lose," Gajeel said as he stepped forward. "I'm the strongest dragon slayer; there is not him; he's just scum."
"Cause messing with my friends," Natsu said as the fire grew in intensity, "is the biggest mistake you've ever made."
"the only mistake I made," Gajeel said as he charged up his magic, "was not killing you sooner" he then leaped over to Natsu "{Iron dragon: Hard fist}" he then attempted to punch Natsu but was met with Natsu's {Fire dragons: Iron fist}
the resulting Clash sent a shock wave through the area as Gajeel's armor started to crack, shocking him. "No. This is impossible."
"You're through black steel!" Natsu shouted, "{Flame lotus: Fire dragon's fist}" Natsu then attacked Gajeel, who could barely gain any ground. "Levy, Jet, Droy, Mavis, Laki Erza, Gray, Mira, Elfman," Natsu said as he pummeled Gajeel into the ground. "And Lucy," he shouted as he punched Gajeel one last time, sending him flying. "That's why I'm still fighting."
Before Gajeel could get up, Natsu continued his attack punching the wizard so fast his eyes could barely keep up. "This is for attacking them!" he shouted as he knocked Gajeel down, "And this is for destroying our home."
End Flashback
"Salamander, you brought me here. You told me that your friends were the reason you were still standing that day" he thought about Belno, Mavis, Makarov, all the people who gave him a second chance, and Levy Jet and Droy, the people who forgave him for his actions which made him into a better person one whom he could stand to stare in the mirror and be proud of the person staring back "I won't lose to you" Gajeel growled 'I'll beat you for Wendy, Meredy, Mira, Lucy, Erza and Gray" he muttered "for my family for my friends" he shouted.
"oh, is that so" Bloodman laughed. "your Iron lungs can withstand my bane particles, but you are nothing to the perfect etherious," he shouted.
"cause I have every reason to beat you," Gajeel said. 'Mavis Natsu, I found it. I hope you see that Cause, unlike you," Gajeel got ready, hearing Levy's screams as he rushed forward. as punched Bloodman away. "I have something worth fighting for," he screamed as Bloodman fell back.
"so, this is the power of the dragon born," Bloodman laughed. "Come show me your power," he screamed as they clashed. "what? How are you so strong."
"Because I'm a dragon slayer," Gajeel shouted as he punched Bloodman to the ground "{Iron dragon: spear}" Gajeel shouted 'I've always lagged behind those for, there just so gifted with their power' he screamed 'but that okay, if I have to fight for my place here I'll do it" he screamed "but I think I understand why ' he punched Bloodman to the ground 'as long as I can protect the girl I fell for and the family I found' she shouted as hit him away.
"interesting," Bloodman shouted, "But you know about the bomb curse, don't you" Bloodman laughed as Gajeel blew up. "Now fell my wrath, swoosh," he screamed as Gajeel was blown away again. "Feel the wrath of disaster."
"gotta be careful," Gajeel shouted as he pulled out his Iron Dragon sword, attacking Bloodman. Four bands came from his body as he laughed at him, hitting Gajeel and cracking his iron ".What."
"How does that increase pain sensitivity feel" Bloodman laughed as Gajeel jumped over him, kicking him in the back of the head. "interesting," Bloodman laughed as he slid back. "You are a worthy opponent."
"what are you going on about?"
"Now, feel the wrath of the perfect Etherious," he screamed as his body started to change shape. "Now I will unleash the third seal," Bloodman shrouded himself in poisonous Magical Barrier Particles as he laughed. "Now feel the wrath of the nine demon gates," he screamed. "Explosion Wave," he cried "{Tenga Goken: Mikazuki}," he shouted as Gajeel was blown back. "This is the power of our Etherious forms. Those fools at Tartaros never perfected the art of curses."
"Gajeel," Mira shouted. "Hold on. I'm on my way."
"Stay back. I got this," Gajeel said as he stood up.
"{ice devils: rage}" Bloodman screamed.
"{Iron lords: roar}" Gajeel countered as the attacks canceled out, as Gajeel fell to the ground.
"Now you understand," Bloodman laughed. "I am an Etherious, and once I released the third seal, I am now open to all the curses that lord E.N.D created," he laughed. He reached out his arm, punching Gajeel to the ground. "You're nothing now. Come quietly, Dragonborn. His majesty requires you to be alive."
"not going to happen," Gajeel growled. "I'm taking down Acnologia on my terms."
"Even now," Bloodman laughed. "You feel it, don't you? That chill on your .spirit."
"no," Gajeel muttered.
"yes," Bloodman laughed, "Soon the black death approaches."
Acnologia smiled as he walked through the field. "I can feel it, the son of Metalicanna; he is alone fighting," he growled. "Once he wins, I will face him in battle," he smiled. "The Dragonborn will be mine."
"so, is that all you care about these days" Irene called as she floated to the ground. "Have you truly lost your way so much, my child?"
"I have no need for you, Mother." Acnologia growled, "Where are the Dragonborn."
"Now, why would I tell you the location of those four" Irene laughed. "But if you must know, the third child is currently fighting an Etherious," she told him. "Nearby somewhere," she smiled as she turned back to face him, "but you won't get that far," Irene told him. "Zeref wants those four, so you'll have to wait your turn."
"Why does the black wizard want the Dragonborn? They are of no use to him," Acnologia asked.
"that might have been me," Irene laughed. "Despite it all, I can't help but wonder what the dragons of Ishgar were thinking, making more of us" She looked at him. "You must have scared them bad."
"still sore after my betrayal," Acnologia asked. "Was it not the dragons who betrayed us first."
"Oh, don't bring up the past," Irene told him. "If you must, I must remind you of yours, the dragons you helped live on for many years."
Acnologia scoffed at the thought. "I was a fool then, but I soon learned the truth, so stand aside, the dragon legacy must die, and so the Dragonborn must perish."
"I'm afraid you are far too early for that," Irene laughed. "the Dragonborn are still rampaging children and such, not yet ready for you."
"you lie," Acnologia told her. "I can feel their power, and I know you do, too," he growled. "I know your goal here," he glared at her, "but if you do not get out of my way, I will find pleasure in making you."
"is that so," Irene asked.

"so, Brandish," August asked. "Tell me what brought about this sudden change of opinion."
"There is no point in this war," Brandish told him. "This isn't a philosophical debate; this is all so we can beat Acnologia, so why not work with e Ishgar,"
"his majesty," August started.
"think for," Brandish shouted.
"umm, maybe we shouldn't get him angry," Lucy muttered as she hid behind Natsu.
"These people have done nothing to us; they just want to be left in peace," Brandish said. "When I offered to negotiate, they gladly accepted, hoping this conflict could end without bloodshed."
"This more than that," August told her.
"Please, August, all I ask is that you at least speak with them," Brandish begged.
"Seeing as you feel so strongly about it," August muttered. "I will hear them out only because I value your companionship."
"thank you so much, Grandpa," Brandish giggled.
"We're comrades, not blood relatives," August chuckled.
"But you're like a grandpa to me," Brandish said. "That's why I," Brandish stopped. "Why I" Before she could even move, she pulled out a knife stabbing August and shocking everyone there.
"What" Lucy shouted. "Brandish."
"Mest," Natsu shouted.
"I planted a memory," Mest said. "It was the only" he was stopped when a blast shot him in the chest, making him fall to the ground as Natsu looked in horror. "What."
"Now do you see Brandish," August said as he stood up, blood still coming from her mouth before vanishing, appearing in front of her. "These fools use parlay tricks to attempt to beat us."
"what, how" Brandish muttered. "Lucy"
"no, that's," Lucy tried to move forward.
"it all melts away," August muttered as his body changed to a battle form. His skin darkens to red, and his hair flares upwards wildly, his main hair, beard, and eyebrows more so than his mustache. On his forehead emerges a thick, golden circle, flanked by three thin, gold-colored lines to its left and right, which diverge slightly before going down under his eyebrows to reach his eyes' top edges, and from their bottom, go further down to his jawline, over his neck, and diagonally across his pectorals so as to reach his arms, then stretching across the front of both his arms, presumably connecting with those mentioned above, normally dark-colored tattoo at least on his left arm, becoming gold in color. as a giant pillar of flames exploded from the ground. Natsu jumped in front of her, taking the blow. The ground shook as the patrons and other wizards could see the attack back in Magnolia. Mavis looked on with fear in her eyes as the smoke cleared. Natsu and August stood across from each other, the ground destroyed as Natsu was in his dragon force mode.
"holy crap, that attack was massive," Lucy muttered. "Mest, are you all right" Lucy cried. "Mest," she shook him. "Oh no." she looked at Juvia" Mest is down."
"what" Juvia looked back to Natsu and August, who were having a staring match at each other, their power colliding
"I see," August muttered. "The fire dragon king has graced me with his presence," he laughed. "I apologize, son of Igneel," the words came out filled with malice. "Or do you prefer Mavis chosen son" he spat with venom."
"what's it to you" Natsu growled back.
"can you tell me," August asked. "Why wasn't the king's son loved."
"what" Natsu muttered.
"no answer," August laughed. "I see you're so stuck in what you've stolen that you fail to see the truth," he leaned in, "but I must ask do your comrades know the truth, or are you so far gone that getting to his majesty is all you think about now."
"I'll get to Zeref; if I have to go through you, so be it," Natsu said.
"so now you show your true colors," August said
"I could say the same about you," Natsu told him. "you took out Mest without so much as hesitating."
"This is war, boy," August sneered.
Gajeel jumped away as Bloodman pursued him, attacking him with fury. "Gotta get the advantage," Gajeel shouted as he punched him again.
"Are you feeling the depravity of your situation" Bloodman shouted "{Dea Yggdrasil}" he screamed.
"That Mard Geer power," Gajeel shouted as the attack blew him away. "Does he got every single member of the Tartaros?"
"yes," Bloodman laughed, "You are nothing to me."
"Gajeel," Levy shouted as Gajeel got back to his feet.
'it's always like this; the others are so far ahead of me,' he stood up. 'Maybe Sensei was right.'
Flashback
"hey, teach," Gajeel asked.
"don't tell me you and Natsu are going to be calling me that now" Anna laughed.
"Sorry, it's just," Gajeel looked away. "You sure leaving me with Phantom Lord was the best choice."
"yes, I don't regret that decision," Anna told him.
"but how I turned out" Gajeel muttered.
"Oh, and how did you turn out," Anna asked. "You fail to see the forest for the trees, Gajeel; true your time in Phantom lord allowed you to give in to your desires and bad habits." she explained, "but I also knew with time, someone or something would make you question it all."
"I don't get it," Gajeel muttered.
"it started with your second mother figure Belno; she left the guild to join the magic council, correct." Gajeel nodded. "It was then you were truly allowed to indulge in these bad habits; of course, it was touch and go for a bit, but then you meet your little friend Juvia, and then the war with Magnolia."
"When I meet Salamander and the others," Gajeel muttered. "Or should I say reunited with Salamander" he laughed.
"yes," Anna said, "it was then Mavis who offered you a place among her team when you began your journey of self-discovery."
"I know all that," Gajeel asked.
"Then I needn't say more," Anna told him. "you spend so much time worrying about the person you were when long ago that person left you, and you've changed into a strong and confident young man."
"I guess I have," Gajeel smiled.
"Then accept and move on," Anna told him. "Leave the past there, and maybe look for a future," she smiled, "with that nice Levy girl."
"That's not," Gajeel looked away. "I don't know what you are talking about."
"Oh," Anna smiled, "so you're not in love."
"I'm not," Gajeel shouted. "She's just a really good friend of mine," he whispered the last part as Anna patted him on the head.
"be honest with yourself, Gajeel," Anna smiled. "You deserve happiness as well." she sat next to him. "All of you do, really," she whispered.
"one more question," Gajeel asked as Anna nodded. "Stand strong you have the will of iron and heart of steel."

"time for your friends to die," Bloodman shouted as Gajeel jumped in front og the attack. "So, got your second wind."
"no, I just got off my ass," Gajeel shouted as he punched Bloodman to the ground. "I'll take any beating," Gajeel shouted. "If it meant fighting for the ones I love," he called.
"Good, then you will die together," Bloodman shouted, "how glorious."
"nobody's dying," Gajeel shouted, "Cause no matter what you throw at me, I'm not going down."
"he's getting stronger," Bloodman shouted, "Finally, the power of the Dragonborn comes, and" Gajeel punched him away.
"I'm done playing with you," Gajeel shouted. "This is it, time to show you what an Iron lord can do," he screamed {dragon slayer secret art: hidden steel form: Karma demon: Iron lords crushing steel}" he shouted as he punched a hole into Bloodman, making the demon let out a scream of pain.
"Gajeel," Levy shouted as she squeezed past the iron bars. "Are you okay?"
Levy, don't get too close," Lily shouted.
"oh hey," Gajeel smiled when Bloodman shot up.
"If I'm going down," Bloodman shouted. "I'm taking you to hell with me," he screamed, laughing. "An eternal hell awaits us, Dragonborn."
"Gajeel, hold on."
"no, stay back,": Gajeel shouted, "don't touch me; that poison is still in the air."
"hold on, I can breathe it in," Mira shouted.
"no time," Gajeel called. "If you get pulled into this, just promise me you'll take care of Levy."
"no, Gajeel, I can make it," Mira shouted.
"Thank you," Gajeel smiled. "All of you for everything you've done."
"no, Gajeel, I'm going to save you," Levy shouted as Lily grabbed her, "No, please, I just got you back. You can't leave me again."
"Levy," Gajeel smiled. "even after what I did, you attempted to befriend me, and after a while, I thought about making a life with you," he laughed. "Can you imagine that o blacksteel Gajeel falling in love" Levy stopped. She struggled as she stared at Gajeel. "I wanted us to be together forever, but this is how it gotta be," he said. "you gotta promise me that you'll watch after Lily."
"Gajeel" Levy screamed as Lily looked away. "Let me go."
"I'm sorry," Lily cried.
"Gajeel no"
Irene and Acnologia had their stare off as they started to circle each other "So shall we begin our dance" She then raised her staff to the sky before tapping it on the ground. A large ball of energy formed as Acnologia blocked it.
"so, your enchantment magic," Acnologia laughed as he swatted it away as Iren fired another blast. "Your time with that black wizard hasn't dulled your skills," he screamed "{Arcane dragon: roar}," he shouted as Irene jumped out of the way, letting out a sigh of relief."
"Glad I won't be disappointed," Irene smiled. "I can see you've only grown stronger over the past four hundred years," she laughed "his majesty's plea for fairy heart is starting to make more sense to me."
"Oh, so he wishes to surpass me," Acnologia laughed. "Does he think I will leave you, pathetic humans, alone for so long?"
"We were once those pathic humans," Irene told him.
"and yet you side with them," Acnologia told her, "and the Dragonborn, you yet to know their full truth," he laughed again. "the six of us are no longer human, and yet you stand against your kind."
"the sting of betrayal still sits upon my tongue," Irene growled. "What you and your lot put our kind through, the path you forced our world to go down," she growled. "So, if it means killing you and the pathetic dragonborn who sides with Ishgar," a dark grin grew on her face, "I'll gladly take it, for I, Irene, will have my kingdom back."
"interesting," Acnologia smiled. "the kingdom of Dragnorf," he laughed. "So that's what his majesty promised you, Mother; you're a fool if you think he will live up to that promise."
"the Dragonborn will be mine," Irene laughed. "They will be the heralds of my new kingdom, unlike those former Dragons of ISghar who watched as the world burned; they will create a new world," she laughed. "A dragon legacy that will live on for ages. But his majesty sees this as a game," Irene laughed, "so I need him to end this war as quickly as possible and return the Dragonborn to their rightful place."
"what are you" Acnologia stopped as Irene slammed her staff on the ground. "What? The entire ground" he looked around as a bright red light shined. "What are you doing."
"I've enchanted the very ground beneath us, and it spreads across the entire kingdom," Irene explained, her dark grin never leaving her. "Until we meet again, my wayward child, " Acnologia glared at her. "the next time we meet, you will feel the force of an empire and the wrath of the dragons you slayed" Across the country, everyone was stopped by the bright red light that went around them as the blinding light shined from the ground.
"curse you," Acnologia shouted.
"your majesty, what is this" Invel shouted.
"Irene, have you used that spell" Zeref whispered.
"{Universe one}"

Irene has cast a powerful spell in her bid to delay Acnologia. What does this mean for our heroes and Gajeel, who was about to be killed by Bloodman?
