Welcome back, Fairy Tail fans, to Fairy Tail Retold: The Final Chapters. Our heroes face two of the biggest threats in Ishgar - Acnologia and Zeref. Natsu and Lucy's team must confront the black wizard and sever the link Natsu has with the Book of E.N.D. Meanwhile, Anna leads Gajeel and Meredy, with the help of Crime Sorcière and Blue Pegasus, to hold off the Black Dragon. The final battle is approaching, and our heroes are doing everything they can to win the war and bring peace back to the land of Ishgar. "then come on then," Zeref laughed as he and Natsu continued their fight." as he jumped over him, "I must admit I'm enjoying myself," he laughed. "This curse of contradiction, I can never tell what it's going to make me feel," he laughed aloud. Isn't that great?" "for humanity's future, you need to," he stopped as Natsu slumped over. "Natsu"
"Father," Larcade called. "I made it." he smiled. "I," Zeref said nothing as he blasted a hole through his chest.
"How dare you, Larcade," Zeref shouted. "I don't remember asking for your help."
"But father," Larcade muttered as blood came from his mouth."
"I'm not your father," Zeref told him. "You are just a prototype, an early version of Natsu," he said. "You came out better than the others, so I let you carry the Dragneel name," he laughed as he snapped his fingers, "but since we're here now, your existence is no longer needed," he said as Larcade's book fell to the ground.
"That was your son," Natsu shouted.
"I don't have any children, dear little brother," Zeref laughed. "Maybe if I had one," he said, "a family to call my own, I would not be on this path."
"Alvarez was your chance at that," Natsu told him, "and you wasted it."
"you truly have been trained by Mavis," Zeref laughed. "You, her, Anna, telling me to move on," he looked at his hand. "No words can tell the pain I feel," he said. "The world keeps rejecting me, so I must reject it; I have no family," he said, "but this pain will all be over soon."
"your wrong," Natsu shouted, "you're just too self-absorbed to realize it."
"tell me," Zeref laughed. "Why did I know you would say that."
"face me, Dragonborn," Acnologia shouted as he turned to his dragon form. "And die": he screamed, "The dragon legacy must end."
"what's the plan here" Meredy shouted as the Blue Pegasus crashed into the black dragon sending him flying away.
"Meredy," Sorano shouted,
"you guys look like you could help," Kinana laughed.
"Perfect," Anna smiled. "Come on, we have a plan," she said. "Get on, kids."
"he way, wait for us," Meredy shouted as Acnologia watched them fly away.
"You can't hide from me, Dragonborn," Acnologia shouted as he started to give chase.
"Well, we got his attention," Erik said. "What the hell was step two."
"head due north," Anna said. "It's the only way" She looked at Meredy and Gajeel, who nodded at her. "the dragon slayers are too injured to face him now," she said. "so we need to buy them some time." she sighed, "and it gives us a chance to finish cleaning up our mess."
"mess," Meredy asked. Anna nodded
"from the eclipse gate." Anna said, "It's our one shot at slowing him down."
"yep," Meredy smiled, "We got that walking death trap right where we want him."
Alvarez arc: Neo Eclipse
"Hang on," Jenny shouted as she turned the wheel.
"try and keep up," Ren shouted.
"Are you all okay," Ichiya asked.
"yes, we're fine," Anna smiled.
"so how are we going to deal with that" Sorano shouted.
"Hey, wait a minute," Meredy asked. "Where's Macbeth" Everyone looked away.
"if it wasn't for him," Erik admitted.
"I see," Meredy muttered. "Come on; we can't let his sacrifice be in vain," she said.
"stick with the plan," Anna smiled at her. "Does this thing have something to keep his attention?"
"We do," Ichiya smiled. "Hibiki, Jenny."

"you got it, captain," Hibiki shouted.
"preparing magic firing canon Jupiter" Jenny shouted. "High-speed rotation fire," she screamed as she fired the cannon at Acnologia, who stopped and started eating the blast letting out a burb. "Did he just eat it" Jenny shouted.
"is he immune to magic," Hibiki asked.
"then we gotta boost our way out of here," Eve shouted. "Hold on, magic boosters ignite," he screamed.
"do you believe you can escape me, Dragonborn" Acnologia shouted.
"Sensei, we gotta big angry dragon right behind us," Meredy shouted.
"it's repulsive, too," Gajeel added.
"alright," Anna smiled as she looked back 'Natsu, my child, I hope you are all right. Don't let your past consume you."
"come on," Lucy smiled. "This should be out of the way" She smiled.
"Hey, where did Irene's body go," Wendy asked. She looked at Erza, who looked away.
"Have you guys seen Brandish," Lucy asked.
"I'm here," Brandish said. "Surprised you're still alive," she looked away, "so is August."
"I'm sorry, Brandish," Lucy whispered.
"no, it's okay," Brandish smiled.
"Hey, where's Dimaria" Wendy asked.
"she's here," Brandish said as she held out Dimaria, who was still small. "I like her like this. She's a lot less Irritating."
"turn her back," Wendy said.
"do I have to" Brandish muttered. Wendy nodded. "Fine," she snapped her fingers as Dimaria revered back to average size, landing on the ground as Wendy bent in front of her, "Hey," she smiled as Dimaria looked away. "My big bro got better, and well, he's a little busy, and something tells me he won't have the chance to apologize to you," she smiled. "it'll eat him up inside, so I'll just do it on his behalf."
"I never understood that about you dragon slayers," Dimaria said.
"No one understands what it's like to be us than us, right" Wendy laughed. "Besides makes you feel less lonely," she looked back at Brandish, who had since turned away from their conversation. "Don't waste that chance. Take it from me; it'll eat you up."
"what if I don't? What if I enjoy being alone? You ever think about that," Dimaria whispered. "What's if it's just better like that."
"Mavis always told me there's solace in one's own company, but no one deserves a life of isolation," Wendy told her. "I can see you care for her. You gotta show her how much."
"we'll I'm going," Brandish said. "I'll see you later, Lucy," she said, trying to hide her smile.
"Randie, wait," Dimaria called. "I'll go with you."
"fine," Brandish said as she walked away. Dimaria smiled as she walked beside her Brandish tried to hide her smile.
"you think they'll be alright," Mira asked.
"eh, they'll find their way." Wendy smiled.
"so, your mind telling us what this plan of yours is," Ren asked, "where are we going."
"it has to do with the eclipse gate," Anna told him. "Four hundred years ago, when I used it to bring me and my fledglings here," she said.
"That's right," Meredy said, "You said that something caused us to get separated, right."
"yes," Anna told her, "but this has little to do with how we were all separated." she sighed. "Our use of the eclipse gate caused what I call a rift in time."
"a rift in time," Kinana asked.
"think of it like a place of nothingness," Anna explained. "Magic simply is out of the way, light nor dark it just exists," she said. "As time passes, the rift is healing, which is why destroying the gate became paramount."
"so, how did opening the gate two years ago affect it," Gajeel asked
"It simply made it larger," Anna confirmed, "but it can still serve as a temporary prison" Anna smiled. "A way to trap Acnologia."
"wow, that's amazing." Laki muttered, "So how are we going to do it."
"our best bet will be to go around the time rift and hope Acnologia follows us in a straight line," Anna said. "No one must touch it," she said, "while dragon slayer could be fine. There is a high chance that any humans who touch will cease to exist."
"so, if we touch it, we die," Sorano muttered.
"It's a risk we must take," Ichiya shouted.
"hell yeah," Meredy shouted, "I'm all fired up."
"Isn't that Natsu's line," Kinana asked.

Zeref flew back as Natsu continued his attack Zeref laughed, "Come on, E.N.D.," he laughed. "Come destroy me and destroy yourself," Zeref screamed. "are you scared, E.N.D" Zeref shouted.
"My name is Natsu," Natsu shouted as he punched Zeref away. "that's not going to work on me anymore."
"is that all you got" Zeref laughed. "I thought you were the only one who could destroy me," Zeref laughed, "but it will all be over soon" he smiled, a dark grin coming over. "Mavis is no doubt on her way to save you, and when she does, I'll get the fairy heart, and I will be able to use the neo eclipse."
"what," Natsu asked.
"I haven't told any of my followers this," Zeref smiled, "but I planned to go back in time; before I have this curse, I would change everything, make the world perfect for all of us," he smiled. "You would be human again,"
"And what about us, huh" Natsu shouted as Zeref trapped him.
"They would get to live their lives," Zeref shouted. "Think about it, Natsu; I could create my happy ending." he screamed, "and we can fight Acnologia together."
"I'm not going to let that happen," Natsu shouted.
"Why do you fight this" Zeref smiled. "Think about how everyone will be if this curse doesn't affect their lives," he shouted. "I'm doing this for my family," he shouted as Natsu tried to break free. "we don't have to do this, little brother; join me, and we can build a better world together."
"so what? I sacrifice the happiness they have now," Natsu shouted. "You're forcing them to give up everything they've fought for," he screamed. "all the blood, sweat, and tears for what your own selfish desires."
"and they would be able to see the ones they lost," Zeref argued back. "You could see Igneel again."
"Igneel is dead and gone," Natsu shouted "he's never coming back. I can accept that and keep looking forward because I know that's what he would want," he called "your so stuck in the past that you can see the future ahead of you" he shouted.
"Mavis truly has changed your heart," Zeref said. "Don't worry, I'll fix that. I'll take this world and recreate it in my image; soon, the rift in time will open," Zeref laughed, "and then I will be able to use its power," Zeref smiled, "power that belongs to me so I can bring my dream to a reality."

"that thing is gaining on us," Jenny shouted. "Might be time to use the girls."
"I don't think seduction will work," Hibiki told her.
"Not like we want him to follow us," Ren grumbled,
"we're all most there." Anna shouted, "I can feel it, Meredy Gajeel. Get ready."
"right," Meredy said.
"Aye," Rossello shouted.
"on my signal, you need to go above it," Anna said. "If we touch the rift, it will be game over for all of us."
"Right," Ichiya shouted.
"Now," Anna screamed as Eve turned the wheel, causing the ship to do a barrel roll as the small hole started to open underneath. "Grab on to something," Anna shouted.
"I think I'm going to be sick," Meredy groaned Acnologia rushed the ship. "What is this" she shouted.
"Anna stared in shock as the rift started to materialize dark matter going around it. "no, that's."
"Zeref," Meredy shouted.
"damn, it" Ichiya shouted.
"We need to get him off," Anna shouted. "Ichiya, where is the dragon slayer lacrmia you have."
"I see," Ichiya shouted. "There," he called as he opened a panel. "Muscle parfum smash."
"wait, what, don't" Meredy shouted as she and Gajeel fell to the ground. "Why."
"I did it 'cause I love you" Anna smiled.
Lucy looked at the book of E.N.D, sighing. "It's like we're holding Natsu's life in our hands," she whispered. She sighed as her eye glowed for a bit "Thanks Crux" she whispered.
"go on," Mira whispered. "Open it."
"Right," Lucy said as she held the book, her finger going along the scratch that Zeref made. "she looked at Gray, who nodded at her, then at Happy, who nodded as he opened the first page. "Chapter One, Immortalities Sins," Lucy whispered as the book glowed red and the letter started flying over the page. "What is this" Lucy asked.
"I've never seen magic like this before," Mira muttered.
"I think it's a language," Wendy whispered. "These look like words, but I can barely understand what they mean."
"Zeref had to write this," Lucy whispered. "So maybe he used a specific language," she wondered. "I think Levy's probably mentioned it." she looked around. "Maybe we should have brought her with us."
"stay focused," Wendy said. "We can figure this out."
"didn't Anna mention the old clock spirit you have, Lucy" Gray asked
"Right," Lucy said as she summoned Crux, who tilted over
"I see, so the time has come," Crux whispered as he looked at the text. "Though I'm surprised you were the one to do this, Miss Lucy," Crux said
"You know what this is," Mira asked.
"ancient demon language," Crux said, "forged by Zeref over four hundred years ago." he sighed. "There is a way for you to help your friend," he said. "Living magic is dangerous, but it is theorized that one can generally create life; you must sever the link."
"how do we do that," Wendy asked.
"I can sense that the first portion of the needed spell has been done," Crux said. "You have to find the link, and you must rewrite it," he explained. "To that, you must replace it with the life force of another."
"what," Lucy asked, "what do you mean."
"to save Natsu," Wendy said, "we're going to have to kill her, to kill Sensie."
"no, we can't," Lucy said. "There has to be another way."
"There is none," Crux said. "Anna made this choice over four hundred years ago." he sighed. "this was her wish, and his majesty gave her the tools to do it so long ago," Lucy said nothing looking at the ground. "She is a willing participant Lucy. You have to accept that,"
"but Wendy," Lucy asked.
"We knew," Wendy muttered, "she told us during the battle," Wendy looked away. "Well, me, Gajeel, and Meredy know we haven't had the time to tell Natsu yet."
"you can't expect us to," Mira started.
"we're out of time," Wendy shouted. "If we don't do this now, Natsu will die," Wendy said, "please."
"Okay," Lucy whispered as everyone nodded.
"you won't beat me, Natsu," Zeref smiled as Natsu tried to break free. "you failed."
"then I will succeed," a voice called as Zeref turned to see Mavis standing at the door.
"Mavis," Zeref smiled, "right on time."
"it's time we ended this, Zeref," Mavis said. "This battle between light and dark ends with you and me."
"Master, stay back," Natsu shouted as he broke free "I can handle him."
"your draconic power will not beat me, Natsu." Zeref laughed as Mavis jumped in front of him.
"Please, Zeref," Mavis asked. "I think I know a way to beat you that no longer involves fighting."
"you fool, Mavis," Zeref smiled as a magic circle appeared beneath him.
"what" Mavis managed out before letting out a scream.
"Mavis" Natsu screamed.
"This is the only way," Zeref shouted.
"you won't beat Acnologia this way."
"and what would you suggest," Zeref said. "Acnologia, the Dragonborn," he laughed. "They all are the cause of my lot in life; once they realize they can wipe out humanity, you and I will be all that's left" The Dragonborn will plunge the world into darkness, but thanks to the time rift, I can prevent that," Zeref laughed. "I will not become their playthings."
"but what about us" Mavis shouted," You were an essential part of everything that we accomplished," Mavis shouted, "Everything I've done was thanks to you."
"be that as it may, Mavis, who knows what the future may bring" Zeref laughed as Mavis screamed more. "Your kindness was your undoing, Mavis," he laughed. "Now I will claim what's mine; I will claim the fairy heart," Zeref shouted."
"We lost our rear wing," Eve shouted.
"boosting magic power," Jenny shouted.
"Running won't help you," Acnologia shouted. "For as long as you have the Dragonborn, I will hunt them," he screamed. "The dragon legacy must die."
"damn it," Anna shouted. "I'll have to reopen the rift manually," Ann said.
"you can do that," Lily asked.
"I am a celestial wizard," Anna told him. "Opening gates are our specialty."
"Alright," Erik said, "we'll help you" he smiled.
"Right," Anna said. "We only have one shot."
Magic power surrounded Zeref as Natsu tried to get to them. "Zeref," Mavis begged. "Please stop."
"this cruel world will be reborn, Mavis," Zeref smiled. "I will go back to my life four hundred years ago, before I gained this curse, before you had the misfortune to meet me," Zeref laughed. "The only regret I will have is that you and I will never meet," he bent down, looking over her. "You truly were someone I cherished, Mavis, but the time has come for me to correct the wrongs of the past, but know this I will make sure that I will defeat Acnologia, the Dragonborn will never come to pass, and Natsu and I will beat him before he ever grows to his power."
Flashback
Later Mavis is by herself as the group sits down to rest and tend to their wounds. She sighs as she comes to a lake. "Zera wants to return, but she can't take on all those wizards alone," she whispered. "Precht is badly hurt," she sighed. "For years, I've studied the art of magic, but I cannot do anything, if only," she whispered. "If only I were stronger," she said as the water moved and someone came from the lake; she looked up to see Zeref, who had been taking a bath, and Mavis's cheeks flashed red "Oh my goodness, I'm so sorry" she screamed.
"it's time to leave," Zeref whispered as his clothes reappeared on his body. "I'm sorry."
"huh, what are you" Mavis stopped as the forest started to die around her. "This is," she whispered as Zeref looked at her. "Ankhseram Black Magic," she said, "the curse of contradiction," she said.
"you know of my curse," Zeref asked.
"I've only read about it, but," Mavis said, "The more one loves life, the more things die around them," She said, "The only way for death to stop is to forsake life itself." she looked down before getting embarrassed "oh I'm sorry, I'm sure you already know that."
"no, it's alright," Zeref whispered. "it's nice to be around someone," he smiled. "Talking to you made me happy." he said, "but we must not converse for long; I do not know if," he stopped when a bird landed on his shoulder. "What, no, you must stay away, " he said as he backed up, "you're all in danger," he screamed as if nothing had happened. "What."
"you don't have to worry," Mavis said, smiling. "This is my magic, the power of Illusion," she said. "It's the only magic I could teach myself," she said.
"I," he said, reaching out only for his hand to go through the animal. "I see; they're so life-like," he smiled. "but I can feel their warmth," he smiled. "Do not be ashamed; you have a gift."
End Flashback
"Stop this" Natsu shouted. As Mavis fell to the ground, "Mavis," he screamed, "Ma, you gotta get up."
"I have cut all ties that bind me to this world," Zeref whispered. "she's not dead, but I took all her magic power. She probably barely has the strength to stand, not a clean extraction like Irene would do, but this will work," he smiled. "Now behold," Zeref said as his body glowed. "This is the power Mavis refused to use, Natsu," Zeref shouted as he changed his appearance to entirely white overall, with an intricate clothing design and wings. "I am now Neo Zeref," Zeref smiled. "and thanks to the rift in time, I can now control time and space," he smiled as he slammed his hands together. "Now, Natsu, the time has come."
"for you to die."
"I," Erza shook her head in complete disbelief. "This a lot," she muttered. "What are we going to do."
" so this is some highly advanced body link magic," Lucy said. "Zeref primary magic is living magic, right? And his creations are linked to his magic power, but they must have a life right."
"Correct, Miss Lucy," Crux said
"body link again," Juvia groaned.
"We do seem to run across that a lot," Carla said.
"Aye," Happy muttered, "but we have to sever the link, right."
"yes," Carla said, "and we're probably running out of time."
"but what are we going to do," Gray asked. "How are we going to find the link in all of this."
"Maybe we don't have to," Wendy whispered as she stared at some text, hesitantly placing her finger on it as it turned blue, making the girl jump back a bit as more text appeared under it.
"what's got your eye, Wendy," Carla asked.
"This," Wendy looked it over. "It was when Natsu and I met," she whispered, "for the first time before we reunited during the Oracion Seis indent" The text started to run blue around her, "Okay, this is weird."
"Natsu find alive." Natsu said, "Person." he smiled at her, "Person moving."
"what," Anna asked as she ran to where Natsu was, where she saw a little girl covered in blood. "Oh, my goodness, come on, Natsu, we need to get her out of here," she said as she picked up the little girl.
"I think I got it," Lucy smiled. "what if the link came to us" she smiled, "by adding Natsu's memories from his life in this Era."
"would that work," Juvia asked.
"It's our best shot," Lucy said. "Then we rewrite it; all the conflicting information will force the link to show itself,lf then we sever the link by adding our memories with Natsu."
"Like when we reunited after Tenrou Island," Wendy asked.
"yes," Lucy smiled, "or when he and I first met in Hargeon."
"wait, so your friend Igneel looks like a dragon," Lucy asked, confused.
Natsu swallowed the pizza. "No, he doesn't look like a dragon; he is one."
"Huh," Lucy shouted in disbelief.
Even in this magical world, dragons are considered mythical creatures rarely seen by the human eye.
"What would a dragon be doing in the center of town" she shouted at the two. Both had to admit that it did seem wild to them, but you never know. "It doesn't make any sense" Lucy then stood up and placed some cash on the table. "Well, I've got to get going."
"Yeah, me too," Natsu said, standing up.
"Oh, I'm sorry I never got your name," Natsu asked as she left the store.
She turned back and gave a light smile. "My name is Lucy h" She froze; she would not tell him that information. "Lucy, they call me Lucy."
Natsu gave off a big grin, "Nice to meet ya, Lucy; I'm Natsu Dragneel."
Lucy sighed. "I know what I have to do, and Wendy," she looked at the girl, "out of everyone here, you've known Natsu the longest, so you'll see that link."
"got it," Wendy said.
"Mira, I'm going to need you, too," Lucy said. "Carla, do me a favor and get Elfman as well" Carla nodded.
"we'll get him as fast as we can," Happy said.
"Happy, I need you to find something with Natsu and Lisanna linked," Lucy said.
"you don't need that," Happy said, "because the best and strongest connection between them you will ever get is me," Happy said. "Natsu and Lisanna have been with me ever since I was born, and I'll never deny that."
"Okay," Lucy smiled, "just get Elfman here," Lucy smiled."he's part of the family Natsu made."
"come on, Happy," Carla said as Lucy looked back at the book.
"I'll let you take it from here, Lady Lucy," Crux said. "Please be careful."
"Thanks, Crux," Lucy smiled 'don't worry, Natsu, I promise I will do everything in my power to save you."
"Is everyone alright," Gildarts asked.
"My head," Sting muttered,
"my everything," Minerva groaned. "Are we dead?"
"Nah, not yet," Cosmos said.
"What happened to August" Rogue asked.
"Natsu and Mira got him," Gildarts said. "Then they all ran off," he sighed. "Acnologia is back, and they're fighting the black wizard."
"alright," Sting said as he tried to force himself up. "Come on, Rogue, the other dragon slayers will need our help."
"hold your horses there," Cana said. "August did a number on you," she sighed. "Anna said she's going to lead Acnologia away."
"how long will that buy us," Minerva asked. "And where is the rest of fairy tail."
"there helping Natsu with Zeref," Cana said. "There's one more thing they gotta do" She looked away. "right now, all we'll do is get in their way."
"sides Mavis wanted the rest of us to start looking around," Gildarts said. "Get the injured somewhere safe."
"alright," Sting said as he looked into the distance.
"Elfman," Carla shouted. "We have to go now," she shouted.
"Is everything alright," Elfman asked?
"I'll explain on the way," Carla said. "But we need to hurry," she shouted.
"Alright, I'm coming," Elfman shouted.
"What was that," Cana asked.
"I don't know," Laxus told her. "Cosmos, think you can hold the fort here."
"I'm still looking for Riana, but yeah," Cosmos nodded.
"great come on, Cana," Laxus said.
"I'll come to," Gildarts said as he followed the group.
"Sorry, master," Natsu said, "but the only way to save you is to destroy him," Natsu growled.
"you can't destroy me," Zeref smiled. "That's how we got to this point." he laughed. "Now kindly step aside while true time magic still won't affect organic beings. I still have more than enough power to destroy you, Natsu," he said as Natsu charged at him.
"{Fire dragon king: destruction fist}," Natsu shouted as she punched Zeref, who was unaffected as everything around him was destroyed, "What," Natsu said as Zeref blasted him away.
"do not fight this, Natsu," Zeref smiled. "I'm doing this for you."
"no, you're not," Natsu said, "you're doing this for yourself."
"let me give you a taste," Zeref smiled as the pub slowly restored itself. "Not even your flames can burn away this," Zeref laughed. "The time has come to Natsu," he said as he closed his hand, "{neo eclipse}."
Zeref smiled as magic power surrounded the door. It opened, turning white Natsu looked in horror. "All I have to do is walk out that door," he smiled as tears appeared, "and everything will be as it should be."
"I won't let you," Natsu growled.
"I'm sorry dearest little brother," Zeref said, tears on his face. "but this is the end," he said as he blasted Natsu away. "Who knows? Perhaps your friends will finally find peace."

Rossello and Lily blazed off the ship, grabbing Meredy and Gajeel "thank god we're off that death trap."
"you're telling me," Gajeel shouted. "{iron lords roar}" Gajeel shouted.
"{snow empress: roar}" Meredy shouted.
"is that all you Dragonborn got" Acnologia shouted as he pushed back.
"wow," Jenny whispered.
"Now that's power," Sorano added.
"hang on, man," Ichiya shouted as he turned the ship around, water rising from the dragon's clash.
"no telling what'll happen if they go all out," Kinana muttered as the water started to fill the hole. "And this is only two of them."
"Why do you hold back, Dragonborn" Acnologia shouted. "Come at me with your full power."
"damn," Meredy muttered, "this guy's a force of nature."
"Not only that," Gajeel muttered, "but he's also getting stronger by the minute."
"How is the time rift coming along," Kinana asked.
"I'm trying, but" Anna did several hand signs. Someone hijacked it," she whispered, "damn it, this is bad."
"umm, Ms. Anna," Laki asked. "What's that," she asked. A small hole opened in the sky.
"oh no," Anna shouted.
"What is that," Acnologia asked.
"the time rift is visible," Anna asked, "is someone else controlling it."
"Mira," Elfman shouted.
"Elfman, you need to get in here now," Mira shouted.
"almost done," Lucy smiled. "We just gotta put it all together," Lucy said. "Have you found anything yet?"
"no," Wendy said.
"Carla caught me up," Elfman shouted. "How can I help."
"I just need you to add your memories," Lucy stopped, and red markings started covering her body. "Add your memories with Natsu and fill in any blanks you know about with anyone who's not here," she said.
"alright," Elfman said as the words started to move around. "What is this" Elfman asked.
"It's what we're looking for," Lucy smiled. "It's the link," she whispered. "So hot," she said. "I have to rewrite it" She then felt something cold on her shoulder "Gray."
"use my demon slayer magic," Gray said. "It's the only thing that cools off demon's flames," he said. "Now come on, Lucy, get our friend back."
"Right," Lucy said. "Come on, Natsu, you have to hold on," she said. "Everything you've been through," she cried. "It can't be for nothing," she shouted.
"Lucy, wait" a voice shouted as Cana ran to where they were. Everyone stopped looking at the girl as she rushed to her friend. "If you do what I think you're about to do, you'll kill Anna," she screamed.
"I know," Lucy told her as Cana stopped, "Crux told us," she said as the words took the image of Natsu, a small fire burning where his heart should be.
"you knew," Cana asked.
"It's the only way to save him, Cana," Wendy said, fighting back tears. "Sensei will do anything for him," she smiled. "For any of us," she cried. "please don't make this harder than it is."
"Cana," Gildarts said, placing a hand on her shoulder. "she made her choice, so we have to respect it."
"the time has come," Zeref laughed. "The time had come for me too" he was stopped when a fire blast passed his face.
"When you go out that door," Natsu growled, "you make a promise," as dark red flames surrounded his body.
"no, that can't be possible," Zeref muttered as Natsu stood up, scales growing on his body as he entered his dragon force, his eyes turning Yellow as the dragon tattoo appeared on his arm. "I thought he lost that power."
"This is my power:" Natsu shouted as he burst into flames. "The power you gave me with my dragon slayer magic," he called. "I won't be stopped; I will protect my family," he cried. "my choice was to let live," he screamed.
"no," Zeref whispered. "How is this possible."
