Here's another chapter, and I must admit this one's a bit longer than I thought. But it is tot worth it, so read it and let me know what you think.
In the Noceda home, Collin was sleeping for a few days for he was given a few days off, and all that while Vee came into the room doing some personal work in that time, even reading some comics books and Cosmic Frontier novels. And in all that time Collin aka the Collector changes his position on the bed.
One day he wakes up and tries on his pants, but to his surprise they look like that shank he can barely put them on. Collin says regarding this new experience: "That's odd. My pants don't seem to fit." He struggles still then he stops and realizes a possibility. "Did I hit what mortals call, puberty of am I having a growth spurt?" Vee hears this and was shocked to hear it at first, but decided to just ignores this news, for she still has her personal work.
The Collector struggles with his new hight, his pants barely contain his ankles, but he covers them with his socks. But he is now in thought his eyes going back and forth at the kids and speaks in his mind: 'It's okay Collin. You're just growing through puberty. It was bound to happen eventually. But I got to get new pants.' He eventually bumps into the Arabic girl from yesterday, she says to him: "Ho! Ho, sorry." The Collector sees her and was beginning to be act nervous.
"You okay?" She asked him feeling concerned. Collin was acting nervous he spoke in his mind; 'What's happening to me? What's running down my skin?' He's expecting the same thing he felt when he cried the first time. But his hands are shaking like a newborn horse trying to stand up. "Why are you so sweaty?" To which Collin answers: "It's a puberty thing." He comes up with an excuse of his sweating. To which the girl asks him: "Aren't you a little young for puberty?" He tries to think of an another excuse: "Hu, I'm an early Autumn." He's panicking, of finding the right words. "I guess I just have that rare ability. My name's Collin Noceda." Nadia speaks with his arm still on her shoulder: "Noceda hu? Are you related to Luz Noceda?" To which the cosmic child answers: "Well, I'm adopted by her."
He explained and the Arabic girl replies: "Adopted hu? Ms. Noceda has been taking in a lot of kids recently, first Vee and now you. I mean no offense, or disrespect." He apologized to him, Collector was still nervous. "My name's Nadia. Nadia Kunya." The girl spoke of her identity, as Nadia explains she's second generation Arabic born in America. Collector spoke in his mind seeing her exposed shoulder: 'Quickly do the shoulder touch before she walks away.'
As she continues to speak and that her name Nadia belonged to her great grandmother, and her great grandfather was French, as Collector reaches out his hand still shaking till finally he puts his on her shoulder when she stops speaking for a minute, Collector spoke still nervous: "Hey." He spoke still nervous tone and his voice cracking. Nadia replies to him: "Hey. So I'll see you around?" She asks in the end of her sentence.
Collin stops and says to her: "Right, see you around." But when he pulls his hand off her shoulder it gets stuck on her cultural hood, he struggles to get his hand off, but when he does he accidentally reveals her hair which is long black hair.
The cosmic child was embarrassed by this, "May I have my hood back please?" To which he does but then his back hand gets stuck on her long hair now on the left side of her head, "Hu, Collin? You can let go now." To which he says to her: "I'm trying to…" he struggles, they began to spin around in the hallway gaining everyone's attention, they both struggled to get his hand off her hair, even spinning around. "Okay, I got a plan; I'm gonna yank my hand off." To which Nadia replies to him: "No that's a terrible plan." She warns him.
"One." He goes with the plan, "Collin." She tries to stop him, "Two." But Nadia grabs his hand, "Three!" She exclaims and does a flip throwing him over her, he yells as she does the flip.
In the nurses room, the school nurse manages to remove Collin's hand by shaving off the left side but kept the right hair long. Collin still has some of the hair on his hand, he apologizes to her: "Yeah, sorry. I have no idea why this happened." She didn't turn to him, nor said much to him but simply says: "It's okay." She had a stork expression, and puts on her hood, "Hey, fair to warn you, while I may forgive you, my parents might press charges." She warned him regarding her parents, "But I'll try to not to, but no promises." She said hopefully trying to not to get him in trouble.
The Collector understood and left the room, but was panicking, he walks through the hallway, he says to himself in thoughts again: 'It's okay Collector. You had an accident, it happens to all. No body knows.' As he passes the hallway with other students all staring at him. 'Who am I kidding? They know. He knows, she knows, they all know.' He begins to panic even more seeing other students male, female and in some cases diverse cultures.
But he's stopped by the school security guard, who is a large causation man with black hair and mustache who says to him: "Hey, Noceda. I heard about what happened with that new girl. What's the problem with you Nocedas always getting into trouble?" He questioned him. Collector's thoughts says to him: 'Play dumb.' Then Collin says to the guard: "Noceda who?" Collector's mine says to him arguably; 'Not that dumb.' Then he runs for it, with the guard behind him.
The school guard kept following him, Collin almost slips and falls on the floor, and dodges students left and right till he makes a turn into a room and hides. 'It's okay, you're okay. He'll never find you.' He looks at the room he's in which turns out to be the guard's personal office, even sees a desk's pictures of him his fellow security guards and relatives. 'Hu-oh.' He thought of the situation he's in.
Back in the hallway, the school security walks down searching Collin Noceda, to which the students who witnessed Collector entering the room and they point to the said room. The guard says to Collin behind the door: "Ok, Noceda you better come out of my office and I promise I'll go easy on you." Collector was panicking even more. But he does open it, and says with his head hang down: "Sorry sir, I'm going through a bit of an awkward faze." The security guard grabs Collin by his arm and takes him to the principal's office.
In which Collector sat down and is speaking with the principal, who is rubbing his eyelids with his thumb and index finger and sighs deeply then says: "Ok, first off I get it." To which Collector responds to him in a question: "You get what?" The principal answers: "New kid at school, meeting a cut girl, feeling claustrophobic around the students, and if it makes you feel any better Luz' been sent to the office a few times." He explains and feeling like he understands. Collin feeling more sad replies: "I'm sorry for, you know, causing trouble today." He apologizes for his unintentional mishaps. "It's just, I'm going through a faze you could say. Something like puberty." He explained why he's been acting the way he is.
To which the principal questions him: "Puberty? Aren't you little young for that?" The Collector explains to him simply: "I'm a bit of an early autumn." The leader of the school nods in understanding, then says to him: "Okay. I'm going to let you go home with a not, I'm going to call and inform ms. Noceda you'll be coming home." He writes a note stating he'll be leaving school prematurely. With the note Collector takes it calmly and leaves the office and after closing the door.
After he leaves the school he walks through the town, passing by people without hurting or bumping into them. By the time he reaches the house, he feels safe and yet anxious as well as confused. Normally he's in control of his powers, but now it's like they have a mind of their own, he needs to know why.
Somewhere in a hidden location, Odalia Blight former CEO of Blight Industries is working on a little project of hers that has the former portal door, but with some new upgrades and modern technology and some quantum physics and computer controls and a team of staff scientists and technicians working on it. And with her are a few former Coven heads most specifically Terra Snapdragon and her walking plant throne.
Odalia walks seeing her staff and says to them: "My faithful and loyal employees. I know things have been rough, what with Blight Industries being bankrupt, our lives almost destroyed by the draining spell. Both metaphorically and literally." She begins her speech. "But we have a chance to change our fate. Like the phoenix we will rise from our ashes. Thanks to the human realm, I learned the theory of there being other realms, realities and dimensions. And the theory called the multiverse. I'll give you time to absorb it in." She spoke to the staff.
The employees mutter to themselves, trying to asks what she plans on doing, even Terra Snapdragon was a bit shocked herself. "Now I know this seems crazy. Believe me, I thought the same thing myself. And with this being theory, we must test it." With flipping the switch, turning on a machine but it doesn't possesses a door but a dimension gateway. The computers were are powering up as well, the screens shows the signals of the multiverse, and began to draw three signatures. And pulls from their respective universes and draw them into the Boiling Isles.
Three individuals were pulled and yelled as they traveled through the space in between till they found themselves on a platform, their names are Zhao, Sendak and Wolf. The Zhoa is a human male with a red armor military uniform with flame themes on it, he has brown hair tied into a bun, connected to his side mutton chops. He rubs his head and says as he groans: "Ah! What just happened?" He turns to Sendak and Wolf. "What are those things?!" He was in shocked to see them, as was Sendak and Wolf. Wolf is a human shaped head with gray fur, a white beard, and long white hair, is briefly replaced with a more canine-shaped head.
The genetically made werewolf says to them: "Hu, what did I get myself into this time?" He sees the purples alien named Sendak, he stands well taller than any human; he has mauve fur and a yellow eyes, although his right eye has been replaced with a red prosthetic. Sendak has also lost his left arm in the midst of battle and had it replaced with a large, powerful, and terrifying clawed gauntlet attached to his shoulder by a violet energy chain. "Hey buddy, you look like how I feel." He said feeling a headache.
The alien warrior replies to him: "I don't understand your metaphor. But since you're not an ally of mine. You must be destroyed." To which Wolf says to him: "Hoo! I'm so scared." But then he uses his larger prosthetic arm on Wolf pinning him to the wall. "Ah!" He sees him trapped. "OK, so you're tougher than you look." He admits it to the foe.
Zhao joins in by using his firebending on both of them, which Sendak dodges and pulls his giant robotic arm out off the wall, as for Wolf he ducks at the last moment, and says acting he isn't impressed: "Hu, that's a pretty good trick." To which the Fire Nation admirals replies: "This isn't a trick, this is Firebending. An ancient form of martial arts." He explains but they don't know how to respond.
Sendak uses his prosthetic arm again but this time on Zhao who dodges the attack, but Wolf attacks him from behind and says to the purple alien, and questions him: "You didn't forget about me, did ya?" The more military man charges into the two others creating a dog pile where they use their bare hands.
But then they're stopped when some claps plodding them, it was Odalia emerging from the shadows, and says to them: "Bravo gentlemen. I must say your performance is quite unique." She spoke to the three inter-dimensional warriors.
They disbursed, and Wolf asks first: "Ok, lady who are you? Where are we?" To which the business woman answers and walking up to them: "Odalia Blight, of Blight industries. Or I was until my company was bankrupt so I'm down to 400,000 slugs." She spoke dryly since it's painful to remember her business empire came crashing down and how much money she has left.
Zhao also asks: "Ok, that answers who you are, but the bigger question is, where are we?" Said the Fire Nation admiral, Odalia answers again: "Oh, quite simple really. You're in the Demon Realm, also known as the Boiling Isles." Zhao questions: "Boiling Isles?" Sendak also questions: "Demon Realm?" Wolf being skeptical has his arms crossed: "I don't know, sounds like a lot of hooy. But then again I seen some strange stuff in my life. In fact just recently I had a run in with an old ancestor of mine, a Viking warrior. Gramps was a real pain." He explained his encounter with the supernatural.
The business woman says to the trio: "Well, now you had time to digest this information, I have a business proposal for you." She began, then Zhao steps up and against: "Why did you bring us here?" Odalia answers: "To be honest, it was a test run. My gateway through the Multiverse. I needed to see if it work, and you three are the perfect results. I was expecting random objects or animals. But never I expected capable warriors." The Galra general questions the woman as he readies his arm: "Do you think flattery will keep you alive? You pulled out from our worlds at the hight of our worlds and my victory." He angrily said to her.
Zhao speaks up: "Uh, if you ask me, she did me a favor. I lost my life in the siege of the North Pole." Wolf mockingly says: "Against who? Santa Claus and his little elves?" To which the Fire Nation admiral questions: "Who? No, I was the one who slay the moon spirit, but then General Iroh, the Avatar and the banished prince defeated me, I was supposed to go down in history. But then I was almost pulled into the spirit world and would've died." The two warriors and business woman were shocked and confused to hear how he died. Odalia says to break the silence: "Sounds like I did you a favor then." She stated to Zhao saving his life.
Sendak also began to realize this as well, and says to the group: "Hm… now that you mention it, I was about to defeat the paladins of Voltron and their planet earth. But they defeated my forces and I was about to kill the former Black Paladin but then one of the others was about to kill me." He realizes his imitate demise, and so he is taken an opportunity.
Odalia says to them: "Well, since I'm trying to use this machine to travel through the multiverse. We can make business deals, arms trade and even possibly conquer them." She smirks to them. "And I can allow you three to join me. We I can give you power and glory beyond your wildest dreams." She offered them a chance, to which Sendak and Zhao like this.
Wolf on the other hand speaks: "Wow, wow. Hold on lady, you got these guys convinced with your whole power and glory thing. But me, I need money, cash. I don't work for free." He spoke with an unconvincing tone.
The former CEO says to the genetically engineered werewolf: "I thought about that." She snaps her fingers as some employee comes in and hold a large crystal the size of a bowling ball. "How about a sphere made out of a pure diamond." She shows the diamond as it shines in the light, she takes it out of her employee's hands and offers it to Wolf.
Wolf says regarding the diamond size and purity: "With a diamond that size, you have me sold." He held it in his hands with complete consumed by his greed. Odalia says to the three: "Well it would seem I have new employees. And who are exactly?" The purple alien answers first: "I am Sendak, general of the Galra empire. I have fought in countless battles all for the glory of the empire. But when my Lord Zarkon died at the hands of his half-breed son Lotor, I sought to pure our empire by cleansing those who chose to side with him and his weak ideal alliance." He explains his story.
Wolf replies to this information: "Wow! That's quite a rap-sheet." He spoke, he crosses his arms. "Name's Wolf. Just Wolf, I was once part of a tv program calling itself the Pack. Then we were hired to kill some gargoyles. Yeah, I know. But we got our butts kicked, some of us went to become cyborgs. I on the other hand became a were wolf. Then we traveled the world and in some cases we ran into the Gargoyles. One time I even traveled to Scotland, where I found an old ancestor's ghost of mine, things lead to things and I used the axe to fight the Gargoyles only still get beaten. But that's just makes the revenge all the sweeter." He said speaking of his portfolio.
Then Zhao finishes: "I am Gran Admiral Zhao of the Fire Nation. An empire that seeks total domination over the world. I have been tracking a 12-year-old boy known as the Avatar." Wolf stops him and asks: "Wait a minute hold on. Telling us you've been tracking a 12-year-old? Seems a little small game for an admiral." Zhao explains: "in my world the Avatar bridge between the mortal and spirit world and bringer of balance to our world, you could say he's the savior of the world, and could end the Fire Nation's Empire." They now knew what he meant by. "However, the banished prince Zuko, seeks to stop any chance that I have becoming a legend." He explains himself. "I even killed the moon spirit, but it was resurrected by the avatar and his associates, even by the aid of the traitor general Iroh the brother of the Fire Lord." He finishes explaining who he is
But then an explosion happens entering through the wall, revealing Luz, Eda and King ready to stop Odalia. To which the former CEO exclaims: "WHAT?!"
Eda says regarding the machine: "I guess my sources were right. Odalia was trying to enter the multiverse." King speaks too: "And apparently she doesn't need my blood." Luz finishes: "But it appears to be unstable and possibly dangerous. We need to stop them." They spoke of the dangerous machine and how it can tear the Multiverse apart from the inside out.
Sendak questions: "Who are those three?" The former CEO answers: "Well I'll tell you; The girl is Luz Noceda she is my daughter's girlfriend and human that's been a thorn in my side." Wolf was shocked to hear this and speaks: "Wait, hold on. You're saying your daughter is girlfriend with that kid?" Odalia answers: "Yes. Does that bother you?" Wolf replies back: "No. I just didn't know. Anyway who's the bird lady and dog?" The business woman answers again: "The bird woman is Edalyn Clawthorne also known as Eda the Owl Lady and the dog is her adopted child King Clawthorne and is the last titan." Zhao questions as well: "Owl lady? Titan? This is a lot to take in." He rubs his forehead trying to comprehend this knowledge.
Odalia says to them: "Well, you'll have plenty of time to learn. Right now, can you be so polite and show our guests?" To which the Fire Nation admiral answers: "That depends, how do you like them burned?" The woman wickedly smirks thinking she's hired the right of ruthless men.
As for the Collector, Camila and Vee returned home and are watching TV, as for the Collector aka Collin he was reading comic books of superheroes such as Spider-Man, Superman, the Flash, Aquaman, Captain America and even manga such as My Hero Academia even another Netflix series Kipo and the age of Wonderbeasts. All involving superheroes and superpowered individuals gaining their powers and how the react to them the first try. 'Is this what's happening to me? I already had my powers and I controlled them. But apparently since my episode, I need to retrain myself.' He spoke of his thoughts in the head.
After which he sneaks out of the house through the window, climbing down without making a sound, then he rushes to the house that's door opens to the Demon Realm. In there he keeps his hood on and covers his face, and returns to where he did his artwork.
In the hidden spot underneath the unfinished bridge he sees his art, and walks around till he hears something. He follows the source which is getting louder till he reaches what looks like an abandoned subway station. Then he begins to hear voices that were not his own, this causes him to collapse to the ground his knees up his face, his hands on his ears trying to block it out.
Then a large robot arm with three digit fingers bursts through over Collin's head into the wall only to slide left, he sees the large hole where the arm came through, he looks up to see Eda, Luz and King fighting Wolf, Sendak and Zhao. He openly questions: "Luz? Eda and King? What they doing here? And who are they fighting?" He openly asks but to himself because nobody can hear him.
Eda in her harpy form flies around the machine, while speaking: "Seriously, is this necessary? I mean opening another black hole to other universe doesn't sound smart. Plus I'm pretty sure the Boiling Isle isn't insured for this. I mean we're barely recovering from the Collector's and Belos' whole fiasco." She said as she continued to dodge the alien general's prosthetic arm.
As for King, he's dodging Zhao's firebending, but he retaliates by using his power: "WEH!" This creates a sonic scream sending Zhao flying a bit but he blocks it with his arms crossed. As he breaks the cross he says openly: "It was bad enough being defeated by the Avatar who's a twelve year old child, and the banished prince who I tried to kill. But somehow he eluded from death, and now I'm almost being defeated by some dog? I won't accept this." To which the last titan replies to him: "Look buddy, I don't know what you're talking about. But I'm not a dog, I'm the last titan and the king of demons." He proclaimed his identity as he still fights the Fire Nation military leader.
As for Luz she is battling Wolf, she uses her new glyphs against Wolf but his superhuman/animalistic abilities made it hard. Wolf mockingly says: "Oh a little girl using magic trick us?" Luz replies to him: "Don't get to cocky dog boy." She uses an ice glyph that freezes the floor which cuase him to slip on the floor.
With the fight of the two different sides, Collector sneaks his way on to a platform hiding behind some drums and says to himself as the Owl Lady still fighting the Galra general: "Ok, I should help." But Eda is then pinned to the wall by the large robotic arm and dragged across the area. "Uh, no I shouldn't get involved. They got this." Then she is thrusted forward toppling the Collector, as the long ranged limb returns to its owner, Eda turns to see Collector and she asks him: "Collector? What are you doing here?" She questions him.
Collin answers: "It's a long story, but…" Eda interrupts him: "Save it, we'll talk about this afterwards." With that she extends her wings and flies into the air to continue the fight.
Sendak turns to Collin, walks to him, towering over the frightened cosmic child, and says: "Children to not belong in battle." Eda latches her claw feet onto his shoulders and says to the alien: "For once, we agree. Collector get out of here!" He tells him which he does start running.
As the Collector, ran and hid. As the three villains trapped and pins Luz, Eda and King, a person whistling to a musical note, it was Odalia in the main control room, she stops whistling and says through the inner come: "Ah, if it isn't Luz the human, Eda the Owl Lady and King the titan. You like my new toy and new recruits?" She asks the trio who are overhearing her.
"This machine is pretty expensive, almost me half of my fortune, but it's totally worth it." She explain, regarding the dimensional doorway and the three beings who came through it.
Luz says to her: "Odalia, this is just like the Day of Unity. Don't make the same mistake Belos tried to make." She tries to convince her. But Odalia replies to Luz: "This is nothing like Day of Unity, Luz. This machine will travel to other realms and universes. Allow me to demonstrate. Start it up." To which the staff begins to reactive the machine, that creates a portal stream of pure energy.
This machine creates shockwaves through the Boiling Isles, and began to change some spots of town like it was glitching, even a street lamp was replaced by what looks like a Christmas tree of random objects merged into one.
As the Latino woman, harpy witch and the adolescent demon struggles against their captors as machine begins to activate but causes the "glitches" the Collector sees his friends in danger and says to himself ready to jump: "This is crazy, this is crazy, this crazy." He jumps from behind and lands on Wolf from behind.
Collin thought he could topple one of them, but the genetically made werewolf pulls him off and says mockingly: "Hey guys look. A kid playing hero." He laughs as he mocks his failed attempt. "Hey kid, why don't you do yourself a favor and go crying back home to mama." He said to him but, Collin replies to him: "Oh yeah? Eat this dog man!" He aims his finger at his face like a finger gun but nothing happened, then he tries snapping his fingers but still nothing. "Hu? Why isn't it working?" He questions as he still tries to use his powers but no responds.
The three villains laughed this provide Luz and her friends to get up and causing the villain to topple backwards. Eda turns to Collector and says to him: "Collector, what did I say? I told you to leave!" Before he could reply Sendak uses his robot arm again this time, Luz, Eda and King dodges but Collector wasn't fast enough to dodge and hoists him up to the portal stream burying his face and body in it.
Odalia says through the inner com: "No! Get the Collector off the dimensional gateway stream!" She exclaims but Sendak didn't listen. Inside the stream Collector's face, was now seeing the lines of the Multiverse, as his face was glitching while he struggles to break free, and inside the glitching multiple faces of figures could be seen.
Luz, Eda and King all exclaims as they see their friend in danger: "Collector!" Then they turn to the alien and all charges at him, combining their abilities together, King's sonic roars, Eda's harpy swoop and Luz's new glyphs knocking him and the two others, with the evil trio pushed and hit the power generator.
Destroying the machine, freeing the Collector, who falls but Eda flies and catches him, then they ran out of the secret location. Odalia wasn't mad, then Terra Snapdragon walks up and says to her: "Oh, I'm so sorry Odalia. Your machine is destroyed." To which the Business woman looks at her finger nails unaffected by her responds. "Aren't you mad? I mean the human, that Titan dog and the Owl Lady along with that brat from the starts destroyed your machine. Months of work down the train." She stated of the seriousness of the damaged machine.
To which Odalia replies: "Don't worry Terra. This was merely a field test. I had a back up one ready to go. So as far as I'm concern, they stopped nothing." The business woman turns around with her hands behind her back and leaves.
Elsewhere, Collector regains consciousness, King says to him with his hands on his shoulder: "Are you alright Collector?" To which the cosmic child answers: "l think I'll be okay." Luz sighs, shaking her head and says: "Collector, we trusted you to stay out of trouble," she said, disappointed in his recklessness. "Now look what happened." Collector hung his head and remorsefully says: "I… I just wanted to help."
Eda crosses her arms says to him: "Helping us is one thing, but jumping without thinking is another," She scolded.
"You're part of our family, Collector." King chimed in. "What happened if you got hurt?" He questions for his friend's safety and well being.
Collector looked up to King and Eda and apologizes: "I'm sorry." Luz's expression softened says to him: "We need to find a way to fix this mess and what Odalia was planning. We can't let her get away with it."
"We'll figure it out, Luz," Eda said, then looked at Collector. "As for you, young man," she exclaims. "Go home, Collector. We don't want you getting involved anymore."
Collector's eyes widened at her words and says: "But…but…" he began to protest, but Eda cuts him off: "No 'but'." She said firmly. "You've already done enough damage."
King looked back at his friend with mix of sympathy and understanding spoke: "I know you were just trying to help. Right now, it's best to stay out of this. We'll handle it from here."
Feeling rejected and overwhelmed, Collector's head sank as he realized his presence was no longer wanted. He turned on his heels snd flew away from the group, disappearing into the night.
"Do you think we were too harsh?" Luz asked, her voice filled with concern. Eda signed, shook her head and says: "No, we had to clarify that he needed to step back. It's for his safety." Luz nodded, understanding as she softly spoke: "I just hope he understands that we did it out of love and concern for him." Eda placed a comforting hand on Luz's shoulder and reassures him: "Sometimes tough love is necessary, Luz. Hopefully he'll realize that."
After the whole incident with Luz and the others, the Collector wanted to be alone, feeling guilty over what happened with Odalia, the three villains, Luz, Eda, King and everyone. He sought solace in the quiet cemetery of Bonesborough, surrounded by the tombstones and the shadows of the departed. The weight of his actions weighed heavily on his conscience as he replayed the events over and over is his mind.
"I thought I was finally doing the right thing." He muttered to himself, the regret evident of his voice. As he wandered through the cemetery, memories of his past mistakes flooded his thoughts. The faces of those he had hurt haunted him, their disappointment etched into his soul. The silence of the graveyard only amplified his remorse, reminding him of his irreversible consequences of his actions.
"Hey kid." A voice said from behind him, as a stranger approached him.
The Collector turned around in surprise and blasted the stranger with his magic, knocking him out cold. "Oh, no, I'm sorry. I'm sorry!" The Collector exclaims. He looked over at the person and saw that he was a man—and not just a human man. Aside from Luz and Camila, he had never encountered a human in this realm before. But what especially stood out of the Child of the Stars was the aura radiating from the exposed gemstone in hushed belly button.
"Alright let's start at this from the beginning one last time. My name is Steven Universe. I am a human-Gem hybrid, and for the last 19 years I've been the one and only Star Child and I think you know the rest. Me and for the last 6,000 years a group of earth protectors called the Crystal Gems have been fighting against Corrupted Gems, menacing Homeworld forces, and in some cases our inner demons, making a friend that later became my girlfriend, went into space save my dad, got hit a few times, made enemies into friends and going into space again to Homeworld went on trial for my mom's crimes, escaped and ran into some weird Gems, watched my best friend die and brought him back to life, even finding out my mom's true identity which as a shocker. When I went to Homeworld, I meat with Blue, Yellow and White Diamond to end their empire, things lead to things I nearly died, having my gemstone removed seeing a pink version of myself and refused with." (A montage of his adventures and that of the Gems, his mom, his girlfriend, the countless events.). "Two years after that a Gem named Spinel who was my mom's old playmate but was unintentionally abandoned wanted to make mom pay and so I was literally powerless, then I suffered a PTSD, try to get my stuff together eventually killing Jasper, turning into a monster but my family and girlfriend saved me."
(Another montage of his life experiences even his kiju self.). "After that my girlfriend Connie went to college, I travel across the country and live in my car and hotel rooms every now again, and through it all I handled it like a champ." (In the shower with his clothes on crying. Then see him in his hotel bed room flipping channels till he stops and is watching the animal planet, seeing a documentary of wolves.). "Did you know, Wolves mate for life? That's crazy, two wolves never leaving each others side even in death. But as time went on, I started to hit the gym, getting stronger and healthier than ever." (He says that but he's really let himself go gaining a beer gut, and eats a pizza on his hotel bed.) "Then this weird thing happens. I mean weird is normal but this was really weird." (Steven stands up seeing the portal and as he tries to eat his pizza, it began to glitch and sends him spiraling around till he's sucked into the portal traveling through the Multiverse, into the Boiling Isles.). "And that's how I ended up here."
"Oh, no. Oh, no." The Collector paced back and forth. "What am I gonna do? There's a practically assault or attempted murder out of misunderstanding." He was freaking out.
Then a light flashes blinding the Collector, with witches dressed in police officers uniforms holding staffs in hand. "BIPD, put your hands up!" A voice called out as a group of officers appeared to investigate. Not wanting to get caught, the Collector picks up the body of the man and flew into the night. "Be advised, be advised, we have spotted a kid dressed like The Collector carrying a homeless corpse." She advices her fellow officers.
As two witches sat in a wagon they see the Collector flying with the man's body, and began to chase him.
Steven begins to groan as he slowly wakes, "Uh, what's happening?" He asks, when he looks up to see a blur but it clears to be a street sign that bashes him, knocking him out again.
Collin still tries to hold on to him, but apparently the man's too heavy, he still holds on to him, even dragging his face on the road, he grabs his head hair, lifting his face, revealing his injured face and his new black eye. Collector uses his vines powers attaching to a new train like vehicle, which in creases speed. Steven wakes again and says: "Uh, what's going on here? And why are you trying to kill me?" He asks the Collector, who answers back: "I'm not, I'm trying to save you!" He exclaims as the train stop, which sends Collector and Steven swinging forward, hitting Steven's face into a building's wall again knocking him out.
The two dangled till the vine snaps and the two fall on the road between a crosswalk as witches and demons passes by them without stepping on them. Collector says sarcastically: "Yeah, don't mind us. Just walk around us. Thank you Boiling Isles." He finishes, with people still walking around them.
