Hi everyone how are you today?
This will be my second Christmas installment for this series and I hope you guys enjoy this one. And everyone within the previous installments are also present here. The children and teenaged adults are however one year older at this point.
I apologize that this is very late since Christmas last year has long since concluded. But I still wanted to post this and so here it is.

Setting: Central City-Earth Prime
Location: Hall Of Justice
It was currently 6:30 p.m., Christmas Eve. And once more the multiversal heroes were gathered together at the Hall Of Justice.
Heroes consisting of Angel along with the Scooby Gang, Sam and his girlfriends Mikaela and Carly along with the Autobots and the N.E.S.T team, the Defenders, the local Justice League and their allies and loved ones, the Earth-167 Justice League and their friends and loved ones, the Justice League with the Cavill and Gadot respectively resembling versions of Superman and Wonder Woman, the former Mutant Underground, the Drew Crew and their loved ones, Nicky Shen and her family plus their loved ones and allies, the 3 Spider Men and their respective girlfriends, Luke and Mara with Djarin, Grogu, Bo Katan, Cara Dune, Greef Karda, Ahsoka, Sabine, Hera and her son, Ezra, Zeb, the Miyagi Fang students along with their senseis and loved ones plus Chinese sensei Mr. Han, the Gotham Knights, the Avengers, the Incredibles, the Powell family, the Guardians Of The Galaxy, the prominent Riverdale and Storybrooke residents, the former Agents Of Shield team plus Fitzsimmons future and adult grandson Deke, Earth-2's young J.S.A and their loved ones, the former Mutant Underground, the Mutant X Team, the Fantastic 4, and the G.I. Joes were all assembled together in the middle of the Hall Of Justice. In addition to all of the heroes respective families, other loved ones, and allies not previously mentioned. Such as Kate Bishop, Yelena, Princess Shuri, Harvey Dent from the Gotham Knights world, and others.
Earth Prime's Kara and Barry stood in front of the group and prepared to address them regarding a special mission they'd been requested to conduct on Earth Prime.
"As we've been informed, this Earth's Santa Claus is currently ill with a cold," Kara began. Referring to the version who'd visited them and had given their children presents during their Christmas gathering the preceding year. The one whose secret identity was known as Scott Calvin. "It's not too serious however and he thankfully doesn't have a sore throat. Regrettably though but he won't be able to perform his nightly duty on tonight's Christmas Eve."
A collective noise of disappointed groans were heard from all of the young children and youngest teens 13-14 who were among them. Including Cassie Lang, Yakeem, and others.
"That's terrible. And poor Santa," Cassie moaned. "I hope he gets better soon."
The other children also vocally echoed similar sentiments and well wishes. Their facial expressions sorrowful though relived that Santa's cold wasn't worse than it was. Especially considering their own experiences with common colds.
"Oh man And now the poor fella is probably only gonna have to consume vegetable soup," Yakeem pointed out. Shaking his head.
In response a few of the even younger children released a chorus of "Ewws" and scrunched up their noses in disgust at the possibility of the beloved gift giver possibly needing to consume only vegetable soup. Like their parents had provided for them whenever they'd been ill. Resulting in them feeling even worse for Santa.
Their parents in response shook their heads in amusement while some of them chuckled. Though they all felt sorry for Santa being unable to conduct his work this Christmas Eve.
"Anyway," Barry then spoke up next while also chuckling a bit. "While our beloved Mr. Kringle is currently on bed rest, and consuming his vegetable soup so he can get better (emphasizing the last few words for the children while presenting them with a pointed grin to which they rolled their eyes), he's selected all of us with a very special assignment. That assignment being for us to transport his Christmas presents to all of the good boys and girls across this Earth. And that's why we're currently gathered here today."
"Not only that, but all of the children here are permitted to assist us grownups and the older teens in making the deliveries," Kara added in an excited tone. Resulting in the young children's eyes lighting up at the possibility of operating as Santa's special helpers. Staring up at their parents for confirmation who in turn smiled and nodded at them.
"After discussing and carefully planning out tonight's special operation, it's been decided that all of us will be divided into groups and each group will be tasked with a certain continent," Barry explained. "Therefore the speedsters amongst us including myself plus Nicky Shen and her family and friends along with Mr. Han, Chozen, and Kumiku will deliver the presents for the Asian children. The Kryptonians will deliver the presents for those in South America, all of the Justice Leagues and the Avengers along with the Guardians Of The Galaxy will provide the presents for the children here in North America. The Defenders, the Powells, and the Incredibles except for young Dash Parr will handle Australia. The Joes plus the N.E.S.T Team including Sam, Mikaela, Carly, and the Autobots will provide the presents designated to the children of Africa. Finally everyone else has been designated to deliver presents to Europe."
"Those of you who are not speedsters nor have the power of flight will utilize your Extrapolators for transportation," Kara continued and informed them. "Does anyone have questions?"
Everyone present shook their heads while displaying eager expressions upon their faces.
Barry and Kara nodded. Satisfied.
"Alright then and let's commence Operation Christmas Rescue," Barry then energetically directed to which he was met with a chorus of cheers. The children being the loudest. After which the group exited the building and headed outside where there was an enormous amount of presents situated on the snow covered ground outside. Some small, some huge, and some medium sized. Most of them wrapped up in colorful gift wrap with bows except for for certain objects such as bicycles.
The presents were divided into six massive piles. One designated to each populated continent.
Kara, all of the Clarks present, and Earth Prime Jon gathered up the presents designated for South America before leaping into the air and towards their given destination.
The Shens, their loved ones and allies, Mr. Han, Kumiku, Chozen, and the speedsters present gathered up the presents designated for Asia. Followed by the non speedsters of their group activating their respective Extrapolators and stepping through the resulting and swirling blue portals before said portals dissolved behind them. The speedsters on their part holding their own chosen set of presents and super speeding to Asia.
The Avengers, the Guardians Of The Galaxy, and the 3 Justice League groups except for their speedster members grabbed ahold of the presents designated for North America and utilizing either their abilities or, for those without powers or highly advanced tech, their own Extrapolators, commenced their own journey.
The Defenders, the Powells, and the remaining 3 members of the Incredibles family grasped ahold of the presents designated for Australia. Transporting themselves to the aforementioned continent.
The Autobots and their human allies gathered the appropriate presents designated for Africa and immediately headed there.
As for the Myagi Fang students and their senseis, families, and friends, the Drew Crew, the Storybrooke residents, the young J.S.A., the Gotham Knights, Luke and Mara along with their friends from their own galaxy, and everyone else still present gathered up the present designated for Europe and transported themselves there.
The young children meanwhile along with the teens 13-15 joined the groups which consisted of their respective parents or parental figures. Including Cassie being a part of the group delivering gifts to North America. Which her mother figure Hope and father Scott were a part of as Avengers members.
Together and underneath the bright gaze of the full moon and sparkling stars that lit up the gorgeous evening skies everyone traveled all around the world. Each previously mentioned group operating within their designated continents. Some of the countries they visited experiencing the delightful fall of snowflakes from above.
They traveled to houses, apartment complexes, sky rise complexes where families dwelt, beach houses, caves, igloos up north, tents in the desert, house boats, winibagels, huts, condominiums, neighborhoods, campsites, and other locations. Working to deliver wonderful presents to all of the good boys and girls who'd made it onto Santa's nice list.
The heroes had also ended up inside of houses and apartments in which the latter's youngest residents had either stayed up or slept on the sofa in order to see their beloved Kris Kringle. And while they were slightly disappointed that the jolly fellow wasn't there the children were still greatly delighted to receive visits from their favorite heroes. Such as Supergirl, the Flash, Stargirl, Thor, Siff, and others.
They were even excited to discover that the galaxy far, far away actually existed upon receiving visits from Luke, Mara, Ahsoka, Ezra, Djarin, Grogu, and the latter individuals friends as they positioned the children's presents underneath the Christmas Trees. Some of the trees stately and even majestic appearing while others were miniature Charlie Brown Christmas type trees. Not stately like the others yet still selected with love.
The chosen gift bearers on their parts gently admonished the children and younger teens not to unwrap and open their presents until Christmas morning. Which the latter group promised to do in regards to waiting.
The parents and parental figures among the deliverers also permitted their children to partake of the cookies that had originally been meant for Santa. But only two cookies each since their parents were watching out for their health. Which they understood and agreed to.
Throughout the evening the heroes and their families and allies transported a multitude of presents to their specified locations per country. They also paused at different intervals to observe the shooting stars above them wherever present.
The time eventually reached 11:50 p.m. and by then every single gift had been delivered. Afterwards everyone returned to the Hall Of Justice. Tired and especially the children but with all of their hearts glowing with joy over ensuring every single well behaved child and younger teen would continue to experience a wonderful and very merry Christmas.
For connivence sake since they'd be enjoying Christmas dinner together the following day, they'd all agreed beforehand to spend the night together within the building. And so removing their outer uniforms and rolling out sleeping bags, the children, teenaged young adults, and older adults all rolled out their respective and shared sleeping bags. Getting inside of them afterwards. The air around them so quiet that neither man nor beast nor any other creature was heard stirring. Not even the soft pither pather movements of a mouse could be ascertained.
Once they were all tucked in, Barry softly recounted to them, but primarily to the children, the origin story of Saint Nicolas. The original and very first Santa Claus in all versions of the different Earths in existence. How a younger version of himself had first delivered what was necessary to 3 lovely maidens so they could marry their chosen grooms. Utilizing their house chimney to deliver the third gift to the third maiden in order to avoid detection from their loving father who'd become suspicious after the deliveries to his first 2 daughters.
Nicolas's attempt however had proved futile since the father had still managed to uncover his presence. Though the latter was no less filled with tremendous gratitude. And Nicolas would continue delivering gifts from then on and every Christmas and so would those who'd inherit the mantle after him. Either his descendants or those whom fate had selected to succeed him as the next Santa Claus after the previous one's time came. Like Scott Calvin on Earth Prime.
Following this Kara sang a soft Christmas carol. And as her melodious voice carried throughout the building the children found themselves being lulled to sleep in response. Their parents smiling as they drifted off into the realm of dreams. And what vivid and magical dreams the children would have. Dreams of stockings, sugar plums, and even shooting stars like they'd witnessed during their gift deliveries earlier.
The adults and older teens meanwhile decided to go to sleep themselves. Barry shutting off the lights before he and his fellow heroes laid back in their sleeping bags and permitted sleep to also carry them away.
The Following Morning: Christmas Day
The sun rose over the horizon and its glowing rays roused everyone from their slumber. As they all slowly awakened and lifted their hands to rub the sleep from their eyes, they suddenly noticed that there was a grand pile of Christmas gifts surrounding them. Each gift having a label attached to it.
The teens under 16 and the children on their parts excitedly hurried towards the gifts and saw that some of the labels contained their respective names.
Unwrapping then proceeding to open them the children and younger teens saw the contents consisted of different items they'd hoped to receive for Christmas. Items such as cool new clothes, toys, DVDs of their favorite movies, miniature versions of their parents superhero uniforms, and other stuff.
There were also gifts for the adults which also contained an assortment of items. The most prominent ones being updated versions of the heroes uniforms. Uniforms which were brighter, bolder, and more effective for when they performed their heroics. Except for T'Challa since his vibranium made uniform did not require any form of improvement.
"Hey everybody check this out," Dash called out to his peers and his parents along with the other grownups. Holding up a very large tablet.
In response they all gathered around him followed by him pressing the pertaining button which opened it. In turn revealing a pre recorded message from Scott. The older man smiling brightly.
"Ho, Ho, Ho. Merry Christmas everyone," he cheerfully greeted his friends. The adults, older teens, and children alike. "Because of all of you Christmas was saved. And you managed to maintain the wonderful tradition of bringing happiness to all of the good boys and girls in this world during this season of giving. My wife Carol, my sons Charlie and Buddy, my daughter Sandra, daughter in law Marie, and my stepdaughter Lucy also extend to you our shared gratitude.
"Thankfully I've recovered from this blasted cold and the resulting ache in my bones has subsided. And don't think I've forgotten about any of you. For all of you are on the nice list and especially with your actions last night. As such all of you have been gifted with presents of your own. Which I hope you'll both enjoy and put to good use.
"And now I bid you farewell for now, have a wonderful Christmas and a happy new year, continue being good for goodness's sake, and always remember that the magic of Christmas lies in each of your hearts."
The video then flickered off and left the screen blank.
"I think I speak for everyone here when I say amen to that," Yakeem voiced in regards to Scott's final words. To which the others around him nodded in response and also released a chorus of amens.
Everyone present then gathered their presents and after bidding each other farewell and wishing each other a Merry Christmas once more, they activated their Extrapolators and returned to their respective worlds. Having elected beforehand to celebrate their Christmases privately and amongst their families and closest friends. Instead of their shared Christmas bash they'd enjoyed the previous year.
Though they did promise to reunite to ring in the upcoming New Year. And this time it would be different from their previous gatherings. For instead of celebrating at the Hall Of Justice, they would instead celebrate it at Time Square in Earth Prime's New York.
In the meantime they would spend the rest of the day celebrating Christmas. And a very merry Christmas it was indeed.

For my second New Years gathering installment within this holiday series of mine, I've decided to have this second Christmas gathering and my second New Years gathering be within this one story. The reason being that due to my story plans and fic layout, I now have very limited slots for my second Elseworld series. And having the second Christmas and New Years one shots as separate stories would take up space here.
Therefore the mentioned New Years celebration the heroes will have will serve as this fic's second chapter. And I hope you'll all be there for it as well.
