Sonic and the Freedom fighters

Hi everyone, this is mastershadow, I'm doing a sonic game timeline along with some side stories, but with the freedom fighters and many more friends, even six certain characters from another world which will be merged later on (forgot to mention that), including chronicles because I liked the game, but the story could be a little better along with the planned sequel, I'm also adding the events from the idw comics because they're awesome, also Sally won't hook up with sonic for a while until way later, but for now enjoy.

Triple Trouble part 2, Knuckles friend or foe,

The freedom fighters go through sunset canyon still debating about knuckles.

"I can't believe Knuckles is working for Robotnik," Amy said."

"We don't know that Amy," Sally said."

"Yeah, we have to face him and talk to him," Sonic said."

"Good point, let's go!" Manic said."

The group goes through sunset canyon, they find another warp ring and jump in, only to run into Nack again.

"Well, well, another race for the emerald," Nack said."

'Yeah, with that hunk of junk," Sonic said."

"My marvelous queen is not a hunk of junk!" Nack yelled."

"Whatever, lets race," Sonic said."

Sonic, Tails, and Nack raced for the emerald while dodging the obstacles, in the end Sonic and Tails win the race and the emerald. the group soon exits the warp ring.

"Too easy," Sonic said."

"Yup," Tails said."

The group go through Sunset canyon and meets up with Knuckles.

"Yo Knux, why are working with robotnik?" Sonic asked."

Knuckles didn't respond, he just started attacking them. Sonic fought him and defeated him leaving him on the ground.

"Alright Knux, we want answers!" Sonic said."

Knuckles gets up and runs off.

"Well, that was something," Nicky said."

"Let's follow him," Manic said."

"Right and this time, I'll use my hammer," Amy said."

The group continues through the zone. As they do, they find a train full of the little creatures on board.

"Theirs Mobini's on the train!" Nicky said."

"Mobini?" Sally asked."

"Hope came up with it," Nicky replied."

"Well then, we got train to catch," Manic said."

They catch up to the train and free many Mobini's until they ran into Nack.

"Hey, its weasel boy," Bunnie said."

"What are you doing here?" Antonie asked."

Nack laughs and presses a detonator causing an explosion to separate the cars.

"There's your answer," Rotor said."

"Let go!" Sonia said."

They ran after the train as Nack rides his marvelous queen and shoots at them. They make it the other train and free more Mobini's while dodging Nack.

"Give up Nack, you can't hit us," Manic said."

"We'll see," Nack said as he throws a bomb causing the train to get on fire. They managed to get away and make it to the head car.

"Looks like the boss," Ben said."

"Then let's destroy it," Sonic said."

The team destroys it causing the train to stop. They soon ended up in Meta Junglira.

"Another zone, another bot to smash," Sally said."

"Makes it more fun," Sonic said."

The group ventures through Meta Junglira, the Egg Zeppelin, Robotnik winter, the Tidal plant as they race and got five more emeralds along meeting and fighting Metal Sonic, and they made it to the Atomic destroyer.

"Man, I can't believe that Robotnik rebuild Metal Sonic," Tails said."

"That or he made another one," Rotor said."

"True, but it didn't look like Sonic at all," Manic said."

"We'll worry about that later as Nicole said, Robotnik has the seventh emerald," Sally said."

They nod and go through the zone with a surprise seeing Nack fight Metal. Nack then runs off as Metal chases him.

"Uh," Manic said."

"We'll just follow for now," Sonic said."

They proceed and rocket shoes to help them fly as Metal follows them.

"We got company," Antonie said."

Metal knocks them down and fights them. Working together Sonia gives the final blow from her keytar gun blasting and damaging Metal enough to make him fly away.

"Nice work sis," Sonic said."

"No problem, I just imagined him being you," Sonia said."

Sonic chuckles nervously.

"Let's keep going," Sally said."

They then meet up with Robotnik.

"Alright Eggman, what did you do or say to our friends Knuckles?" Sonic asked."

Nicky then notices an emerald in his hand execpt its black.

"An extra emerald?" Nicky asked."

"Oh no, this is a dark emerald copied from the emerald I had," Robotnik replied." its fueled by the negative chaos energy!"

"What?!" the group said."

"Here, let me show you," Robotnik said."

He uses the dark emerald to transport them somewhere else.

"That was something," Rotor said."

"Yeah, and I hate imagine if he makes seven," Manic said."

"Then let's make sure it doesn't happen," Sally said."

They go through the zone and encounter Robotnik's new eggrobo on the elevator floor.

"Talk about upgrade," Bunnie said."

They attack it but it protected itself with a shield while shooting spike balls. They managed to dodge them.

"Great, how can we hit it?" Sonic asked."

"We time it, once its shield is down, we hit it," Tails replied."

They follow Tails' plan and it worked until the Robo destroys the floor leaving only the middle.

"Didn't see that," Manic said."

The Robo comes back at them, but Antonie was able to slice it revealing the dark emerald. Suddenly Nack comes in and grabs it.

"Thanks fools," Nack said as he flies away.

"After him!" Amy said."

"They chase after Nack and fight Robotnik. They defeat him and got the last emerald, they also find Knuckles.

"Knuckles!" Sonic said."

He free him from his imprisonment.

"Thanks," Knuckles said."

"What happened?" Nicky asked."

"I was on my island guarding the master emerald, when suddenly Metal Sonic appeared. I fought him then it grabbed me and took my appearance," Knuckles replied." The master emerald showed me you guys thus, I had to get to where you are and warn you."

"I knew wouldn't join Robotnik," Ben said." We thought you were tricked or mind controlled."

"Relax, I know who I can trust," Knuckles said."

"Alright, let's go!" Sonia said."

They go and find Nack being help by Metal and grabbed the dark emerald and absorbs it.

"That's not good," Antonie said."

Metal attacks Sonic and knocks the six emeralds out of him. Metal uses the dark emerald to bring out the six other dark emeralds out of the chaos emeralds and aborb all seven of them transforming into a black and yellow form.

"Metal's turned dark super!" Rotor said."

(Gets back up)" Well then, let's see who's stronger!" Sonic said as the emeralds circle around him turning him super.

Dark Metal Sonic looks at Super Sonic as he smirks.
