episode 1
Ben was yawning on the way home when a flash of spiraling energy appeared right in front of his car and he drove right into it.
Ben noticed the portal and shouted "Oh shit!" Ready to back up but the portal closed.
Ben looked around and headed home.
When he got to Bellwood he pulled in front of his house but noticed the broken windows and for sale sign. The lawn was unkempt and all the decorations his parents collected were gone.
Ben got back to his car and drove around. "Ok if fiction has taught me anything I'm either in an alternate universe or the future."
Ben pulled into the parking lot of Mr Smoothie and pulled out his phone.
He dialed his parents. Nothing.
He tried Grandpa Max. Answering machine.
Kevin? Disconnected number.
Ben dieled Gwen and got an answering machine. "Hey Gwen it's Ben. Listen I need to talk to you. If you get this I'm parked outside Mr-Smoothie. I don't know what's going on but I could use a little help."
Gwen had collapsed into her futon. Ever since she got that watch 6 years ago her life was on a steady decline. Her parents kicked her out, her aunt and uncle hated her, her grades slipped and recently her Grandpa Max committed Suicide via null void projector.
Gwen had fell asleep that night as she often did. Begging for a way to have her normal life again. "Please, whatever god is up there. I'm desperate."
She didn't hear the phone.
Next Morning
Gwen woke up to the banging on her door. Her landlord had an eviction notice and told her to be out by Friday.
Gwen headed to her fridge and found no food. Her stomach growled. She hadn't eaten in a few days. "Guess I'm eating trash again." Gwen said.
She saw her phone had a message. Unknown number.
"Hey Gwen it's Ben. Listen I need to talk to you. If you get this I'm parked outside Mr-Smoothie. I don't know what's going on but I could use a little help."
Gwen had dropped her phone before frantically picking it back up and replaying the message.

"Ben?!" Gwen eyes were watering. She didn't hesitate to activate the hero watch and speed off as Dargster.
She grabbed her backpack and left the apartment. 'Please be real. Please be real. Please be real.'
Ben was woken up to banging from an employee about calling the cops for loitering. "I'll take 4 jumbo breakfast smoothies." Ben said holding up his wallet.
The employee saw the wallet and nodded "Please step to the window sir."
Ben got out and stretched.
He headed over to the window and put the cash on the counter.
Ben stood there looking around. The sign was different for sure. A full cup instead of a flat sign. More cartoonish.

Gwen had arrived and hid behind the restaurant and changed back. She had looked around the corner to see a brown haired teen in a green jacket and drinking one of 4 smoothies.
"Gwen."
"Ben?" Gwen said, walking over.
Ben held out one of the undrank smoothies and Gwen had excitedly accepted it.
Ben looked at the Gwen before him. She was dressed in undersized clothes and her body looked sickly. Malnourished and weak.
"What happened to you?" Ben asked.
"Me?! What happened to you? You should be dead!" Gwen said.
Ben looked at Gwen and said "I think I'm in an alternate universe."
"Oh that explains it." Gwen said sipping her drink.
"What happened to me in this world?"
"We were arguing and you ran into the woods. I found you splattered into pieces near a flaming crater." Gwen said "Where this stupid watch attached to my arm and I can't remove."
"So you got the Omnitrix." Ben said starting his third smoothie.
"So that's it's name." Gwen said "Wait if you know what it is you must have survived it landing here!"
Ben lifted his sleeve Show Gwen the ultimatrix.
"So you got it." Gwen said, looking down at the blue and purple watch on her arm. "What did your parents say when they found out?"
"My dad tried cutting it off." Ben said "They eventually got over it."
"My parents and yours blame me for your death." Gwen said, fiddling with her straw.
"Gwen what happened to you? You look like your Mana is being drained."
"Mana? Like magic?" Gwen asked.
"Have you been eating?" Ben asked.
Gwen's eyes started watering "No. I've had to use my aliens to get food and a lot of times I have to run."
"Gwen, how long have you had the watch on?" Ben asked.
"6 years in June." Gwen said, looking down at it.
"Gwen, let's go grab some real breakfast." Ben said getting up and tossing his empty cups.
Gwen watched Ben pull out a set of keys and start the engine of a green and black sports car. Gwen's jaw fell as Ben had to lead her to it. "How did you afford this?!"
"Built it myself." Ben said holding up the Ultimatrix "a galven makes a good gearhead."
Gwen got in and Ben drove to pancake palace.
Gwen had been hesitant to order much but Ben had ordered her favorite breakfast for her. "So if you haven't taken off the Omnitrix it never got a chance to recalibrate."
"Recalibrate?" Gwen asked looking at the Ultimatrix "Is that why yours got bigger?"
"No, this is actually a different rig." Ben said "I can take yours off if you want."
"You can do that?!" Gwen shouted and got some looks from the other people at the restaurant.
Ben nodded and held out a hand and Gwen held out hers. Ben tapped the Omnitrix once and it slipped off Gwen's wrist easily.
Gwen rubbed her bare wrist. The tan line is visible.
Ben had put the watch in his pocket and the waitress came with their food.
The two talked when Ben got more info about what was going on. Grandpa was in the null void still in this reality. Ben didn't tell Gwen about what happens when a void projector is used like that due to the fact that he couldn't really do anything about it at the moment.
"So you might not pass Jr year hu." Ben said "You've got a month."
"But the aliens." Gwen said.
"I've got it." Ben said, holding up a hand. "How about this? You make it to senior year and we can go on a summer trip. You and me."
Gwen looked down at her arm. Maybe without the bulk of the watch messing up her writing she can actually pass.
They finished their food.
"I've got class today." Gwen said pulling out her phone "Missed homeroom and first period. Again."
"No more skipping Gwen." Ben told her.
Later
Gwen was dropped off and Ben parked out where no one would see him.
Pulling up his sleeve and dialed upgrade.
"Graymatter." Ben said "Ok then."
Taping the watch a new form was generated.

Touching the Omnitrix Ben felt Galvanic Mechamorph components begin to access the Omnitrix.
"Ultimatrix access Omnitrix systems. Code 5."
"Accessing…"
The Omnitrix beeped as if sending out an alarm.
"Ultimatrix activate master override. Code Zennuth."
"Master code accepted." A voice in his head said.
"Pull up code line." Ben said.
Ben looked at a hologram of the galvan language.
"Disengage External Energy Draw and limit transformation to 15 minutes."
"Command Accepted."
"Set Evolved Galvan form in current Playlist."
"Accessing...Evolved Galvan transformation avaliable in Omnitrix."
"Add file Ben Tennyson to new Omnitrix in human subcategories."
"File stored."
"Default male human as Ben Tennyson."
"New Default Form set."
Ben transformed back into Ben and slipped off the Ultimatrix.
Latching on the Omnitrix he waited.
"This is so cool." Ben said as he transformed back into Ultimate Graymatter.
"Now let's see if we can fix my rig." Ben said as the lines of code appeared in his vision.
Far out in space
"What is this." Azmuth said as a notification of the Omnitrix being accessed.
Checking the computer he didn't see any hacks. The Great Thinker had tried to block the access but they had the codes.
"Computer, lock the Omnitrix from Primus access."
"No."
"What do you mean no?!"
"Hey Azmuth get your butt to earth we need to talk."
Azmuth looked and pulled up the photo of an Evolved Galvan.
It was the last photo before the Omnitrix locked him out.
He checked and the DMA file said Ben Tennyson.
Back on earth
Ben had found the Rust Bucket 2 and transformed into Upgrade.
"Upgrade." Ben said before spinning the dial. "Ultimate Upgrade."
Ben's car and the Rust Bucket glowed with green lines and started to remodel everything.
The new fusion of the vehicle was similar to the RV but it had a Piece of Upgrade left inside to merge with Ben's UI in his car.
The RV could now completely shrink into a van or Ben could turn the RV into a trailer and have his car on its own.
