Hello everyone. Just wanted to Happy Late 2nd anniversary of The Owl House premiere. Yes, my apologies for being late on that. Wow... It's been two years since the Owl House came out. I got around watching the Owl House in August 2020, the month where Season 1 reached its conclusion. So, I was pretty late but I was able to catch just in time before Season 1 Finale. I just wanted to tell you this because this show helped a lot of people, including me. The show brought these characters, the world, the inspiration, and the story. The Owl House was the reason I'm writing this FanFiction. Alright, but enough about me, here is Chapter 6 of The GamePlus House. I hope you enjoy it and have a nice day.
Chapter 6: "Unexpected Thieves."
"Uhhh. Hey kids…." said the Skull mask individual nervously. Boscha took a picture of them. They all screamed in terror and ran out of the room.
"Ah shit.." said the man with a Black Skull Mask. The man was wearing a matching black jacket with elbow pads, wearing a metal vertebral column attached to its back. A pair of pants with knee pads, with a double-sided holster belt with ammunition on each side. He also wears a red ascot, combat boots, a pair of yellow gloves attached with metal knuckle protectors.
"Skull! What did you do?!" asked the woman with a Red Panther Mask. The woman was also wearing a skin-tight red latex catsuit worn, a cleavage cutout, zippers, pink gloves, thigh-high boots with the color of dark red, and a clipped tail in her back. Her eye color is bright blue and she has blonde wavy hair in bushy pigtails.
"Wait. I didn't do anything! I just said hi to the kids and they just ran away!" said Skull.
"There is no time for this! Oracle, where are we right now?" asked the man with Birdlike Domino Mask.
"Uhh... I don't know guys! This place doesn't seem like mementos or someone's palace." answered Oracle.
"Wait, what do you mean, Oracle? Are you saying we are in some different world?" asked Panther.
"Possibly, obviously we are not back at home because we are still in our phantom thief outfits. Also, did anyone notice that those girls had elf ears, or is it just me?" asked Oracle.
This is weird. We're not Mementos anymore not only that I'm still in this form and you guys are still wearing uniforms." said the Cat-looking Mascot. The cat creature has pink paws and a large spheroidal head, has black fur, however, the bottom front half of his face limbs, and tail are white. The cat creature wears a black mask, the shape of his eye has an elliptic shape, with a white sclera, blue irises, and black pupils. His ears are cat-looking as well, the outer of the ear is black, and the inner ears are white. He also wears a yellow scarf around his neck, he also carries a utility belt around his waist, the belt also has two golden buttons and two bags attached.
Skull had an idea and wonders if it would work.
"Hang on. Let me try something. Persona!" Skull yells out the word persona and a creature that looks like a monkey riding a dark cloud. The monkey creature had a large blonde mohawk wearing samurai armor with a yellow cape. Chains on his chest and a black shirt underneath the armor and chains.
"Yeah, we can still summon our personas. Now you mention it, the girls did have elf ears, but did you see the one with three eyes?" asked Skull.
"Must be dressing for Halloween," answered Joker.
"How can it be Halloween?" asked Oracle. "We are in the middle of the winter, Joker."
"Yes, but we are not sure if this world shares the weather or any connection in our world," said Skull.
"Skull has a point. We have no idea where we are but I think we need to get out before someone shows up," said Panther.
"Who goes there?!" asked Odalia.
"Crap! Mona turn into the car! Quick!" said Skull.
"I can't, there isn't enough space for me to turn into a car," said Mona. The room is too small for Mona to transform into a car and the rest of the group won't have enough space either as well.
"Let's just use the window to getaway. We must be cautious of our surroundings," said Joker.
"I agree with Joker, we don't know about this world, once we head outside, head to the roof," said Oracle.
"Alright! Move it before someone shows up!" said Skull.
The group exited through the window, Alador Blight entered the room and saw nothing but noticed the window was left open. Alador looks at the floor to find a card with a hat logo and a text that says "Take your Heart."
"Is everything okay Odalia?" asked Alador.
"It seems someone left a message but not enough information to tell if this is a possible threat," answered Odalia.
"Amity," said Odalia.
"Yes, mother?" asked Amity.
"Do you know what these intruders look like?" asked Odalia.
"Boscha, you took a picture, right? Show it to my parents," said Amity. Boscha summons her phone and brings the picture to show it to Amity's parents, they saw 5 humans and a cat-looking creature.
"More humans?!" Alador is quite shocked to learn there are more humans.
"What is that hideous small creature?" asked Odalia. She pointed out the adorable small cat character in the picture.
"How did they get into the house Amity?" asked Alador.
"A portal showed up out of nowhere and they came out of the portal," answered Amity.
"Did they attack you?" asked Odalia.
"No, one of them just said "Hey kids.", but that was it," answered Amity.
"Odalia, what should we do?" asked Alador.
"It seems we have no choice but to inform this to the Emperor's coven, we have no idea what these humans are up to. But, this message they left might be a warning of a threat. Ha! These humans are attempting to threaten us, it will be a poor choice to threaten us." answered Odalia. "We must be cautious of this threat they left us. We may never know if they will return to attack us."
"You may have a point dear," said Alador.
"Amity, your father and I have to make some calls. So, we'll be quite busy for some time today," said Odalia.
"It's time for your friends to head home, Amity," said Alador.
Meanwhile, at the rooftop of the Blight Manor, everyone looked at the view of the city of the Boiling Isles.
"Man, this is weird as shit. Joker, where should we go?" asked Skull.
The man wearing is named Joker, his outfit consists of a black ankle-length tailcoat, he wears a high-necked waistcoat with gold accents. Wearing black pants, brown-black winklepickers, and a pair of red gloves. His mask is black and white, it is a birdlike domino mask.
"I'm not sure but we need to head somewhere we can lay low. Most likely the young girl and her friends alerted everyone in the house. It seems it is early in the morning, meaning not many people are up by now. This is a good time to make our exit," said Joker. He sees a forest nearby, which should get them away from any attention. "Guys, I see a forest over there, maybe we can hide there and figure out what to do next."
"Ok, but we have to be careful, we don't know what this place or any kind of creatures that lurk in the forest," said Panther.
"Panther is right, this place is freaky looking but we have no idea what kind of people live here besides elves," said Skull.
"Let's go!" said Joker as he and his group jumped off the building and ran to the fence and jumped over the fence. Landed with style, checked their surroundings, it was all clear, they hid in the shadows by the buildings that were nearby. Discussing their plans to head to the forest without being. If it was the evening, it would have been simple to pass through the neighborhood without detection, since it's morning, this would be simple since the day is barely beginning.
"Hey guys, check this out," said Skull. He calls his friends and they came to see what he was pointing at. "Also, none of these guys look like shadows or normal people. These people look friendly but strange," said Skull. The townspeople, most of the people are weird-looking and yet act like normal people.
"It's probably for the best we should avoid any of these people they might find us suspicious-looking due to our appearances," said Oracle.
"What's on your mind Joker?" asked Panther.
"Hang on. Let me check on something," answered Joker.
Joker views and focuses to use an ability, the Third Eye. This ability can grant him to view pathways, outlines of enemies, and collectibles. He sees rooftops that would lead them to the forest without any detection.
"Alright, follow my lead," said Joker instructively. Joker leads the way as he jumps to the first rooftop. Then proceeds across the first rooftop then jumps to the second rooftop. As he and his group proceed, Joker sees the environment of the Boiling Isles. The unique, bizarre, and enchanting look of the world. He's fully aware that the Boiling Isles isn't connected to his world or universe. Joker removes the thought out of this mind and proceeds to the next building rooftop. They are near to the forest, one more rooftop should lead them to the forest. Proceeding to the last rooftop, without any detection from anyone or the public.
"Mona! Turn into the car," said Panther.
"On it!" said Mona as he turns into a car and everyone gets in the Mona car at full speed in the forest. They made it to the forest. It was reckless to drive on top of a roof and into the forest but it seems they made it without detection.
"We made it!" said Oracle with relief to make it.
"That was a close call," said Joker.
"Is everyone okay?" asked Skull.
"Yeah, we're good," answered Panther.
"Ok, so now what?" asked Skull. "Because everything about this place feels weird. What Mona said this place has nothing to do with Mementos."
"You're right. We'll think about that later. For now, we have to go into the forest and think of our next plan," answered Joker.
"Are you sure?" asked Panther. "We might get lost in the forest."
"Well, we can't be here near the town, so our best option is to stay away from the city," said Oracle.
"I got a bad feeling about this. I just hope nothing scary lurks in the forest," said Panther worryingly.
"It's going to be alright. I doubt the people in this world in this is dangerous. However, just like Oracle said, we should do our best to get away from the city." said Joker.
"Joker has a point. You know I noticed something earlier, we came into a house and saw a group of girls, and they got freaked out," said Skull. Oracle did mention those girls had elf ears, meaning they aren't human.
"The ones we saw back at the house didn't look like a threat. Instead, they ran away. Probably because of our appearance," said Panther.
Time Passes…
The oddly fashionable group drove into the forest. It was bumpy yet manageable to press through. One hour later. Skull was bored and hungry. It's been some time since they arrived at the strange world of the Boiling Isles.
"Man, how long has it been?" asked Skull.
"One hour," answered Joker.
"One hour? Has it been that long?!" said Skull in surprise.
"I believe so, but for the time at the moment. It's probably morning right now," answered Joker.
"Huh?" Oracle found a signal. A signal that's close by to them. "Guys, I found a signal!"
"What? You mean someone else is in this weird world," said Panther.
"How far is it Oracle?" asked Skull.
"Not far from here, just keep heading that way," answered Oracle.
"Alright, let's hope it's not a trap," said Mona. The group continues their way to the forest until they reach the signal but stop to see where the signal is coming from. Until their warthog vehicle is parked, they see a brown armor soldier, who checks to see if the vehicle is in good condition.
"I wonder if that man is friendly," said Oracle. Skull notices something very interesting about their armor, it seems familiar.
"Hm? For some reason that armor he's wearing looks familiar," said Skull.
"Wait… No, it couldn't be but that's impossible. No no no I'm overthinking it," said Oracle in denial. She recognizes the armor however, she's unsure about their armor.
"What's wrong Oracle?" asked Skull.
"Nothing, just thinking about something but it's not important," answered Oracle.
"Should we talk to him?" asked Panther.
"To be honest at this point, I don't know, we haven't seen any shadows or anything we've seen in from the past at this weird place," answered Mona. They see Carolina showed up and Sarge approached Lopez.
"Lopez, how is the warthog?" asked Carolina.
"[Si, it's fine, It still needs more time to build, I still need more parts for the engine.]" answered Lopez.
"Good. We're working on that Lopez. by the way, Sarge, what did Simmons say about last night?" asked Carolina.
"Simmons and Luz and friends did this magical ceremony which caused the Owl house to walk around town, almost got killed but survived but some floating woman and her cat showed up out of nowhere and helped them," answered Sarge.
"Wait. Where is she right now?" asked Carolina.
"Probably inside the Owl house resting. Simmons said her name is Kat and her cat's name is Dusty. Kat spoke some weird language and none of them couldn't understand her, and she couldn't understand them as well," answered Sarge.
"Is she human like us?" asked Carolina.
"I think so, not sure she looks like a human, but we'll find out soon," answered Sarge. Back to the Joker and his team. They were listening to Carolina and Sarge's conversations.
"What are they talking about?" asked Skull.
"I'm not sure but-" Joker was about to answer Skull's question however, Caboose was right behind them, no one didn't notice him until he said "Hello!"
"Hello!" said Caboose happily. Everyone in the group was completely startled by the sudden appearance of Caboose.
"Are we playing hide and seek? Or are you guys stalking us?" asked Caboose.
"Where did you come from?! And what are you?!" asked Panther.
"My name is Caboose, nice costumes. [gasps] Is it Halloween? Are you trick or treating? You guys know you have to trick or treat at night, right?" asked Caboose.
"Uhhhh. Yes, we are trick and treaters," answered Panther nervously.
"Yes! Can I join you guys?" asked Caboose.
"Wait, is he serious or is he playing with us?" asked Skull. "The dude sounds like a kid."
"Ummm Mr. Caboose? I have a question. Do you know where we are?" asked Panther.
"Are you sure he is gonna answer that?" asked Oracle.
"Oh yeah, Luz and Eda said this weird place is called the Boiling Isles. Magic, witches, wizards, and weird people exist in this place," answered Caboose.
"Wow… he answered your question," said Oracle.
"Caboose! What is- What the?! Who are you?" asked Carolina.
"Freeze dirtbags!" Sarge exclaimed as he raise his shotgun at the group.
"Caboose, who are these people?" asked Carolina.
"Uhhh I don't know but they did say they are tricker and treaters, it's Halloween!" answered Caboose. Carolina was dumbfounded by that however, she should've at least seen that coming. Carolina recognized them because of the Boiling Isles News Broadcast.
"Sarge put your gun down. I think these are guys we saw in the news," said Carolina.
"Oh… Affirmative," said Sarge as he lower his shotgun.
"So, you are saying these guys are here hiding in a bush, for Halloween. Correct?" asked Carolina.
"Yeah, I want candy now!" answered Caboose.
"D-did he fell for that?! I thought he was joking!" Panther exclaimed.
"Ugh. Yes, Caboose has the mind of a child and an idiot but my idiot. Now, who are you guys? What is your goal here?" asked Carolina.
"We are the Phantom Thieves. Our group's purpose was to steal the hearts of the corrupted individuals, to change them, and bring reformation to society. Well, in our world to be specific," said Joker.
"Okay, next question. Why are you here?" asked Carolina.
"To be honest, we came here to this world by accident. We didn't mean to intrude, so if you can let us go, we won't cause any trouble," said Joker.
"No, I have a better idea," said Carolina.
"Ummm. What is that?" asked Skull.
"You are welcome to stay here with us," answered Carolina.
"What?!" The Phantom Thieves exclaimed in shock with an unexpecting proposition from Carolina.
"Yay more friends!" Caboose is happy to know that the Phantom Thieves will be staying here with him and the others. Caboose yawns, he was tired from last night due to Moonlight Conjuring. "I'm really tired but I don't want to miss the day."
"Get some rest, Caboose. You deserve it," said Carolina.
"Thank you, Carolina. Not yet but I will soon," said Caboose.
"Don't think about leaving because people have been talking about a group of humans wearing bizarre costumes that showed in the Blight Manor," said Carolina.
"For Real?!" Skull exclaimed in one of his most iconic lines, For Real?!
"Wait, are you talking about the house we were at earlier?" asked Panther.
"Seems like it, the Blight family found a message that was left behind, a card with red and black coloring. A hat drawing and under it had a text saying, "Take Your Heart." said Carolina.
The group turned to look at Skull with disappointed faces and Skull chuckling nervously. Before they arrived at the Boiling Isles, Skull mention he was gonna bring a few calling cards just in case. Knowing that Skull can be reckless and unorganized with his stuff, there were times Skull got them in trouble because he is not very careful with his actions.
"Uhhh Come on guys, it wasn't me, I know I carry those cards but I didn't bring that many except for one, which I forgot that I had them. Ok, I'm sorry guys! I didn't think I would drop it!" said Skull nervously.
"Ohhhhh Skull. You!" Panther was about to burst into a rage but she decided to take a breath to calm herself. "Skull, it's fine. Just next time, be careful with the items, okay?"
"Okay…." said Skull frighteningly.
"I'm sorry about that, my friend here wasn't careful with his action. Ahhhh god, is there anything they said about the calling card we left?" asked Panther.
"The Blight family believes it is a threat from your calling card. They talked about it on the news, here you might wanna see this," answered Carolina.
Carolina heads to the camps, the reds and blues were able to create tv for themselves, they use it to watch channels in the boiling isles, use it for communications as well. Carolina had the footage recorded that the news was talking about the Phantom Thieves. Carolina starts the recording of the video.
"Breaking news! This early morning, the Blight family have reported that humans have invaded their homes and left a message behind." said the Newscaster. As the frame shows the image of the calling card. "The message says "Take Your Heart!" Is this a threat? Someone declaring violence against the blight family? Here we have Alador and Odalia Blight. It is an honor to have you here Mr. and Mrs. Blight."
"It is an honor to be here," said Alador a bit sleepy. He's quite exhausted, it could be that it's early in the morning.
"Our apologies for interrupting your schedule for today but we have to make this urgent," said Odalia.
"Not at all, anything for the Blight family. So, what happened at the Blight Manor?" asked Newscaster.
"We have no idea, all of sudden the house started trembling and we heard screams from our daughter's room. We immediately ran out of our room. Our daughter and her friends ran towards us and told us about the situation. We entered her room but no one was, however, there was a letter left behind from the intruders. It seems that these intruders left us a warning. Even though they didn't attack our daughter, we can't be sure about these humans." answered Odalia.
"Are you saying these intruders are humans?" asked the Newscaster.
"Correct. One of Amity's friends took a picture of these humans. They are wearing some bizarre outfits with masks on." answered Alador.
"Speaking of the image, here is the image of these humans." said the Newscaster as the frame of the video switches to the picture of the Phantom Thieves.
Carolina paused the recording. Everyone was concerned now, the Blight family believes that they are being threatened by the phantom thieves.
"Ah, shit! I screw up real bad," said Skull.
"It's okay Skull, this wasn't your fault. Everything was happening fast. We weren't expecting to end up like this." said Joker calmly.
"Yeah, your right. Thanks, bro," said Skull gratefully for Joker's comforting him.
"Excuse me, What is your name?" asked Oracle.
"My name is Carolina," answered Carolina.
"Carolina, who is the Blight family?" asked Oracle.
"Based on the information our team has gathered. The Blight family is one of the richest families in the Boiling Isles, and considered to be one of the most powerful witches," answered Carolina.
"Witches?" said Panther in a confusing tone.
"Oh right. In this world, witches, wizards, and magic exist. My team and other people live right next to a powerful witch, her name is Eda the Owl Lady. She lives right there, the Owl House." said Carolina.
"Eda the Owl lady?" Panther is a bit confused about the naming She was imagining Eda as a beautiful owl lady creature, "If Yusuke was here, I think he might draw the idea of an Owl Lady."
Carolina pointed at the Owl house and everyone saw the Owl House, the house was oddly looking and the Phantom Thieves were curious to see Eda.
"You need to watch the rest of this because this might be a problem for you guys, especially us," said Carolina.
Carolina unpaused the recording and continued the rest of the video.
"These humans look like buffoons who have bad manners," said Odalia harshly.
"Alright, obviously rich people are assholes. Good thing Noir isn't like them," said Skull.
"Do you believe these humans are involved with the other humans we saw throughout the Boiling Isles?" asked the Newcaster.
"Possibly, but the ones called Spider-Man and Delsin have been helping civilians throughout the city from criminals and monsters from the past few days. As for the armored soldiers, not that much activity, however, some of them did wonder the city and that is all," answered Alador.
"That's right, Spider-Man and Delsin have been decent support to the people of the Boiling Isles." said the Newscaster. The recording was interrupted by the sudden yells of Skull and Oracle.
"WAIT! Pause it!" Carolina paused the video and everyone looked at Skull and Oracle. Both of them freaking out in a joyful matter and shaking as if they saw a ghost, a ghost that exists.
"What is it?" asked Panther.
"Sp-sp-sp-SPIDER-MAN?!" Both Oracle and Skull exclaimed in complete shock to learn the existence of the Spider-Man.
"Now they mention that Spider-Man is here in this world?" asked Mona.
"I wish I have the answer for that," answered Joker.
"I have heard about him, he is one of the most popular characters in Marvel comics, in the U.S., especially in Japan. Pretty much almost everyone knows him, for those who love action superheroes," said Panther. "Also, how the hell is he here!? Isn't he a fictional character?"
"In your world, he is. In our world, he doesn't exist as a real person or a fictional character," answered Carolina.
"But how is that possible?" asked Joker.
"Simmons, a friend of mine, speculate that we, Spider-Man, and Delsin are from different worlds and ended up here at the Boiling Isles. Not only that, some of us have seen weird things. But I'll explain that later." said Carolina
"A multiverse? No, no that's impossible, those types of topics are made up in movies or any kind of fiction. Well, there was this one-time Joker was invited a multiversal tournament." said Panther.
"More universes?! The Marvel universes exist! This is the best," said Oracle beyond joyfully.
"I thought this day would never come but it's a reality. Spider-Man is real!" Skull exclaimed once again in a joyful tone.
"Alright you two, you can fangirl later. Can we just watch the rest of this video?" asked Panther.
"She's right, ok. No interruptions! We need to focus right now, this is important!" Carolina exclaimed.
Carolina paused the video. The Phantom Thieves are now worried about the current situation, they are being unless they can prove they are innocent, and wander into this by accident.
"Man, this isn't good," said Mona worryingly.
"Ah shit, here we go again," said Skull, he sounded very annoyed.
"Carolina, Who is this Lilith they speak of?" asked Joker.
"Lilith is the leader of the Emperor's Coven and a very powerful witch. What's surprising is that both Lilith and Eda are sisters," answered Carolina.
"For real?!" Skull exclaimed in shock.
"Oh yeah, who was that again?" asked Caboose.
"The mean bitch with aqua green eyes and dark blue hair," answered Sarge.
"Oh yeah, she was mean," said Caboose. He had an experience when he met mean women from the past. For example, Carolina was ruthless when Caboose met her for the first time.
"Agreed, she was kind of a jerk," said Sarge.
"This is bad, we got to figure out how we are gonna get out of this," said Oracle.
"This Blight family is serious about this, we need a plan to convince the Blight family that we mean no threat to them," said Skull.
"Spider-Man and Delsin should be back from their visit at the Emperor's Coven. At any second now," said Carolina. As soon as Carolina said that, Spider-Man and Delsin made it back to the house from their invitation to a fancy place from Lilith. Delsin seems to have his neon powers, he finally has neon powers, curious how he found a neon energy source.
"Wow, you're fast with the neon powers Delsin," said Spider-Man. He was amazed at Delsin's incredible speed.
"Yeah, it feels great to use neon once again. But still, you're pretty fast, feels like we were going around the same speed," said Delsin. Their attention shifts to the Phantom Thieves with Carolina, Sarge, and Caboose.
"I see you already found them, Carolina," said Spider-Man.
"SPIDER-MAN!" Skull and Oracle Exclaimed joyfully.
Oracle and Skull ran towards Spider-Man. Spider-Man was startled by the two nerds.
"It is him! Do the web thing! Do it! DO IT! Please.." said Oracle beggingly in a joyful tone.
"Holy shit! It's him!" Skull screams in joy to meet Spider-Man.
"Uhhh Nice to meet you too. Okay, just settle down you two, I'll do it," said Spider-Man as he aims at the tree and shoots a web proving that he is the real Spider-Man. Oracle and Skull are freaking out in joy after seeing that.
"HE IS REAL!" Oracle and Skull scream in extreme joy.
"To be honest, I wasn't expecting that. But we've seen and met other people we never thought we would meet. But I never we would meet Spider-Man." said Mona. He was honestly surprised for this meeting to become a reality. Panther walked towards Spider-Man and she was amazed by the fictional character that he exists.
"How is this possible? In our world, you are a fictional comic book superhero," said Panther.
"Yeah, it's crazy to think I'm a comic book hero in different worlds, but you're not the first one who told me that," said Spider-Man.
"Oh right, Carolina did mention they were other people here," asked Panther.
"And I am one of those guys. My name is Delsin Rowe, nice to meet you," said Delsin as he introduces himself to the Phantom Thieves.
"Nice to meet you, Delsin and Spider-Man," said Joker.
"Carolina showed us the recording, we want to let you know, we mean no harm. And I was the one who left the calling card but it was an accident. I swear." said Skull with complete honesty.
"It's okay, we believe you, actually as soon as we saw the news, you guys looked confused in that picture. Don't worry, we'll help you out," said Spider-Man.
"Yeah, earlier, we were with Lilith. Man, this isn't good. How the hell are we gonna get out of this?" asked Delsin.
"I don't know," answered Spider-Man. "Anyone has any ideas?" Everyone was thinking of a plan until Joker got an idea. He knows his friends won't like it but it seems the only way for everyone to be safe. Joker truly cares for them and he does his best to watch over them.
"I'm going to talk to the Blight family, Spider-Man, and Delsin and I are going alone," said Joker.
"Wait! Are you serious?! Didn't you hear what the Blight family said!" Mona exclaimed.
"Joker, don't be stupid, we are in this together," said Oracle.
"Please, Joker! Maybe there is a better way, better than doing this alone," said Panther.
"Yeah bro," Skull sighs calmly. Skull should know this by now, Skull cares for him however when Joker makes a decision he won't change his mind most of the time. "You're still gonna do it aren't ya?"
"I'm sorry but I can't risk you guys getting caught or hurt. I am your leader, a leader that must take responsibility. I know it is a reckless idea to do this but maybe I can talk to the Blight family. Maybe reason with them and show them we are no threat to them. But don't worry, I'll come back, just like last time." said Joker calmly. The Phantom Thieves know that they can't talk Joker out of this. He is the leader, he has done this in the past a few times. Joker was lucky enough to escape from those situations.
"Ok, but you better come back!" Panther exclaimed.
"Hey, are you sure about this?" asked Spider-Man concernedly.
"Yeah, we are dealing with one of the richest families in the Boiling Isles. If they see you, they might call the Emperor's coven and try to take you in," said Delsin.
"Don't worry, I got this," answered Joker as he turned to look at his team and tell them everything will be okay and he will come back no matter what.
"I'll be back, I survived against the worst scenarios, I get the feeling this will be simple," said Joker confidently.
"Please be safe, Joker," said Oracle.
"I wish you good luck out there," said Mona.
"Please be careful," said Panther.
"Don't worry you guys, it's our leader we're talking about. I believe he is gonna get out this without breaking a sweat!" said Skull confidently.
Joker feels more confident that his allies wish him good luck, knowing that he will return safely. Joker looks at Spider-Man and Delsin, telling them he is ready to go.
"I am ready, are you two ready as well?" asked Joker.
"Yeah, ready to go. We need to head to the Blight Manor without detection," answered Spider-Man.
"Yeah, it's not gonna be easy to reach it. We have to make sure no one is looking. Luckily I got my neon powers with me, no one will be able to tell it is me." said Delsin.
"I know that, but still people will find out soon about your other powers. Alright Joker, let's get a move on," said Spider-Man. Skull and Oracle were shocked that Joker is gonna web swing with Spider-Man.
"We'll be back soon," said Joker.
"Wait, are you gonna catch up with us?" asked Delsin.
"Don't worry I can catch up with you guys. Let's get a move." said
Spider-Man, Delsin, and Joker make their way to the Blight Manor. Everyone was concerned but Carolina said everything is gonna be fine.
"Don't lose faith in your leader, I can tell he'll be back. Now, everyone, you must rest for the moment, I know it will be difficult to relax since your leader is heading to the Blight family. Caboose, I'm gonna need your help to comfort our guests, and best of all Caboose, you have new friends." said Carolina.
"That's nice to hear," said Caboose. "I hope we'll get along in the future,"
"Make sure they don't do anything stupid Caboose," said Sarge.
"Your friend will be fine, friends always come back together from tough times. My friends and I went our separate ways for a while but until one day we came back together. So, the same thing could happen to you guys." said Caboose.
The Phantom Thieves felt a little relief, Caboose wants to be friends with the Phantom thieves and he is doing a good job making them feel relaxed and confident that Joker will return. Hooty was trying to take a little nap, but couldn't, he woke up after an exhausting night from the moonlight conjuring. He extends his body like a tube and greets the new guests.
"Hoot! New guests! How are you doing today?" asked Hooty.
"What the hell is that?!" asked Skull in a terrified tone.
"Oh right, this is Hooty, he is the guardian door of the Owl House," answered Carolina. "Good morning Hooty, how are you feeling from last night?"
"Hoot! All better now, at least I was part of something," answered Hooty. "Hoot! We have guests, do you guys wanna hear my stories?"
"Uhhhh. sure," answered Panther.
"Not right now Hooty, maybe next time. Our guests need to rest at the moment. Same thing for you, Hooty," said Carolina.
"Hoot! Hoot! Okay. You're probably right, I'll sleep for some time." said Hooty as he went back to the door, inside the Owl house, everyone is begins to wake up. Luz is still tired from last night, so she went to sleep for another 30 minutes. Eda barely had any rest from last night, but she has the energy to spare. So, she got up and she yawns.
"[yawns] Alright, time to start the day. I guess," said Eda slightly drowsy.
Eda heads downstairs, to make breakfast, a good meal with apple blood. Heads to the living room and turns on the magic globe tv. Minding her own business and enjoying her breakfast until suddenly Hooty opens the door and says good morning to Eda.
"Hoot! Hoot! Good morning Eda!" said Hooty.
"Good morning Hooty, is something up?" asked Eda.
"Not at all, but we have new guests," answered Hooty. Eda was drinking her apple blood and spitting it out after hearing what Hooty said. "PFFT! Wait what?" asked Eda. Knowing that Eda wasn't expecting any more people to live right next to her home.
"Hoot! A bunch of people with costumes showed up and Carolina decided to let them stay with us. Hoot! Hoot!" answered Hooty.
Eda exits the Owl house and sees the Phantom Thieves. Eda was shocked to see more humans, Carolina noticed her and Eda went back inside the house and grabbed a pillow by the couch, and placed her face on it. "MHHMM!" Eda screamed in rage. Hooty was a little scared that Eda is probably mad and getting annoyed at this point. Eda removes the pillow from her face and takes a deep breath to calm herself.
"Hehehe," Eda chuckles. "Eda, get it together, you can deal with this, just tell Carolina what's going on here. Ok," said Eda as she exits out of the owl house and walks towards Carolina and the Phantom Thieves.
"Hey Carolina, mind telling me who these people are?" asked Eda.
"I can tell you're pissed, but let me explain. I decided to let them stay with us until we can figure out why they are here. There were five of them. You might notice there are 4 of them because their leader went to the Blight Manor to reason with them." answered Carolina.
"What?! What did these idiots do to tick off the Blight family?" asked Eda.
"If I am correct, these guys showed up the same way my team did. A portal, out of nowhere that spawns randomly, still no explanation for these portals. They showed up at the Blight manor by accident." answered Carolina.
"Ughh. How many neighbors am I gonna get?" asked Eda.
"I know it's frustrating but we can't just leave them out there," answered Carolina.
"Hopefully, they can get out of this without causing any more trouble. Oh, by the way, good morning," said Eda
"Good morning as well. Also, Wow. I never thought I would hear that coming out your mouth. Since you're an infamous criminal." said Carolina.
"Watch it, sister, I may be a criminal but I don't do crazy stuff," said Eda confidently.
"You scam people and don't take responsibility for your curse. Because of that you almost turn into the Owl Beast," said Carolina.
"You're a sneaky little thief," said Sarge.
"You are kinda mean sometimes, just saying," said Caboose. They have a good point, Eda does do crazy stuff but at the same time, she is wise enough not to do anything that crazy, if Eda did that, it would cause chaos throughout the Boiling Isles.
"Well, you got me there. By the way, have you seen Spider-Man and Delsin last night?" asked Eda. "I was gonna ask them to watch over Luz and the house while I was gonna get my elixirs."
"It's best if they come back and tell you where they went last night," answered Carolina. Eda was unsure why she's not willing to answer her question.
"Alright. In any case, I'm just gonna relax and I trust you that you can watch over these kids," said Eda.
Luz wakes up, still tired but wakes up, she sees Kat and Dusty still sleeping. Last night, Luz offered Kat and Dusty to sleep in her room. Luz smiles to see them sleeping peacefully and she can't wait to learn more about these two. She slightly opens the window to view the beautiful day, until she notices the Phantom Thieves.
"Huh Who is that?" asked Luz. She was curious as to who these people were. Obviously, she does acknowledge they're not from the Boiling Isles or hero world. Luz got dressed up, headed downstairs, and saw King eating breakfast.
"Good morning King, how is my cute little demon?" asked Luz.
"Good morning, Luz," said King. "I'm doing fine, just a little tired from last night," said King a bit drowsy. King hardly got any sleep from last night due to an intense experience with Eda during their trip to the Night Market.
"Aww. You make sure to get some rest, King. Also, I think we have new neighbors and they're probably humans." said Luz.
"Wait! More? How many humans are gonna show up?" asked King.
"I don't know King but, I am gonna go say hi, you stay here and enjoy your breakfast," answered Luz.
"Okay," said King as he continues to enjoy his breakfast. Luz exits the Owl house to see what was going on.
"Good morning Eda. Uhh… Who are these guys? And why are they wearing costumes for a party?" asked Luz.
"Oh, morning kid. Carolina said they are called the Phantom Thieves, to be honest, it's kinda a cheesy name," answered Eda.
"Hey! We put thought into thinking of a cool name, and I think it's a cool name," said Skull determinedly about the name of their group.
"I agree with him, the name is cool," said Luz.
"At least someone agrees that the name is cool," said Panther.
"Luz, Let me explain the situation," said Carolina as she explains the situation to Luz.

Meanwhile, Spider-Man, Delsin, and Joker were making their way to the Blight Manor. Delsin used his dash ability called Light Speed very different from his smoke dash because he transforms into a being of neon light and the speed of the dash is incredible. Delsin has four powers, Smoke, Neon, Video, and Concrete. Each one has its own set of unique abilities. Spider-Man continues to web swing until he noticed his left side, it was Joker. Behind him was his Persona, just like Skull and the rest of the Phantom Thieves have their unique Persona. Joker, his Persona is called Arsene. Spider-Man and Delsin saw Arsene, astonished by Arsene's appearance. The Persona had a top to bottom: a very tall top hat, a long-horned mask for its face. A cropped red Eighteenth-Century-esque suit worn open with the collar popped, stitched heart designs on the shoulders, a white ruffle tie, a black, tailed corset running down its torso; large, black, feathery wings starting at around the small of its back; claws; red coverings on its legs resembling pants and boots with blade-like heels. The creature was magnificent and looked powerful.
"Whoa! What is that?" asked Spider-Man.
"Oh. This is my persona. Arsene." answered Joker.
"A Persona? That thing reminds me of Eugene's characters from one of his video games," said Delsin.
"It looks so cool. Anyways, we're getting sidetracked. But look guys we made it." said Spider-Man as he, Delsin, and Joker made it to the neighborhood where the Blight Manor is located and the trio landed on a rooftop.
"Good thing their house is very easy to find. Especially having their name on the gate giving a big giveaway," said Delsin.
"Alright, here we are. So, what's the plan, Joker?" asked Spider-Man.
"Simple. Just have a normal conversation with the Blight family, I know it sounds ridiculous but I don't want to fight them or anyone else in this world," answered Joker.
"It's risky, but I have a feeling we can talk to them out of it," said Spider-Man.
"Or have the Emperor's Coven against us. Well, one way to find out, let's go," said Delsin.
The trio headed to the roof of the Blight Manor, without getting detected then headed down to the entrance with ease and knocked on the door. Inside the house, Odalia heard the knocking and went to open the door.
"Just a moment! I wonder who it is, I wasn't expecting any visitors," said Odalia as she opens the door, surprised to see Spider-Man and Delsin at her front door.
"Oh I wasn't expecting you two to be here, -" Odalia noticed Joker.
"Hello Mrs. Blight," said Joker.
"You! Why are you here!?" asked Odalia enraged.
"My apologies for Earlier, my friend didn't mean to leave the calling card," answered Joker.
"Excuse me? I don't understand. What are you on about humans?" asked Odalia.
"Let me explain, we need to talk about it earlier, but may we come inside, please?" said Joker.
"Why would I let a human enter my home? Especially someone who dares to threaten us. You are not worthy to enter our home. Leave before-" Odalia was about to continue her rant but Alador enters the scene.
"That's enough, dear," said Alador. he is willing to hear Joker's story.
"Huh? What do you mean enough?" asked Odalia.
"I want to listen to this man's story. So, I will allow them to come in and tell the story," answered Alador. Everyone was quite shocked to hear that from Alador. He let them inside and Odalia didn't want to argue with Alador, she is willing to see if Alador is making a good decision.
"Welcome to Blight Manor, the home of the Blight family," said Alador.
"Nice place you got here, yep, of course, the rich get nice places," said Delsin.
"That reminds me, MJ said that one time when she went to Norman's place, she said his entire bathroom is the size of her apartment. MJ felt kinda sad about that," said Spider-Man.
"Damn, a bathroom the size of an apartment, that's just ridiculous," said Delsin.
"My apologies for earlier, after what happened we were being cautious with my family. After the news, I put some thought and I soon realized that you wandered into Boiling Isles by accident and you had no intentions of hurting anyone. The same way that Spider-Man, Delsin, and the armored soldiers. Am I correct?" asked Alador.
Joker was quite surprised that Alador was able to theorize that Joker and the Phantom Thieves had come here by accident.
"Yes, that is correct," answered Joker. "Allow me to introduce myself. My code name is Joker, leader of the Phantom Thieves."
"It's nice to meet you, Mr. Joker. So what happened earlier? Why did you show up in our house?" asked Alador.
"My apologies for earlier, honestly I wasn't to appear here, the Phantom Thieves and I were attempting to explore Mementos," answered Joker.
"Mementos?" Odalia was unsure about the world Joker was referring to.
"Yes, not many people know that world. I had a strong feeling you people never heard of it. Mementos were the reason my team and I got here in the first place. So, let's discuss the situation here," said Joker.
"Fine, first of all, how did you get here?" asked Odalia.
"Honestly, I wish I knew how. My team and I attempted to enter Mementos, we did anyways but as soon as we were heading to the depths of Mementos, a portal came out of nowhere. My friend, Skull was curious about the portal, as soon he got close to the portal, it started creating a vacuum and consuming anything nearby. We tried to escape the portal, but it was useless, the portal took us, we had no idea what was going to happen to us, death or a new area we haven't explored before. Here we are, in a world we have never been before and that's when we saw a bunch of kids screaming because of our appearances. That's pretty much it, that's our side in the story." answered Joker. "Do you have any questions?"
Spider-Man was only listening to the conversations. However, Spider-Senses are tingling heavily.
"Interesting, and that's when you showed up in our home. I do have a question. What were you up to in these Mementos?" asked Alador.
Delsin noticed Spider-Man was uneased at the moment. Delsin realizes his Spider-Senses are tingling. Alador and Odalia also noticed as well.
"What's wrong with your friend?" asked Odalia. She finds Spider-Man acting suspiciously at the moment.
"Spidey? Are you okay? Is it your Spider-Senses?" asked Delsin.
Spider-Man carefully checks his surroundings. His Spider-Senses continues to tingle, however, he's unsure where danger is coming from or the source of it. He knows it's coming from the room they are currently in.
"His Spider-senses are tingling. Meaning something bad is coming right now," answered Delsin.
"Guys…" said Spider-Man. "Something's coming but I don't know where." A portal opens up, a corrupted design. An individual emerges out of the portal. A man wearing a dark enclosed knight helmet, with a black mask tinted red, very resembling a sharp beak. He also wears several blacks strapped around his legs and arms, a short black cape, and clawed gauntlets. The man looks at his surroundings and then turns to see the people in front of him. He recognizes one of them, and that is Joker.
"Hello, Amamiya-Kun. It's been a while." said the Ominous stranger.
"A…. Akechi…?" said Joker, he was horrified to see this man. He thought he passed away a long time ago.
"W-What the?! Who are you?!" Odalia demanded answers from this Akechi.
"Joker? You know this guy?" asked Delsin.
"Yes. It's…. Goro Akechi," said Joker. He doesn't know what to say. Joker's mind was filled with questions. Is this real? Or is it an illusion? How is he here?
"What's wrong? It's like you're seeing a ghost. Well, I should be the only one in shock at the moment," said Akechi.
"What do you... No. You died a long time ago," said Joker. Akechi seems confused about this but ignores it.
"What are you talking about? Don't you remember? I killed you. You're supposed to be dead." said Akechi.
Joker was beyond confused. It's as if Akechi doesn't recall their last moment. The day he died. Goro Akechi AKA Crow, a former Phantom Thief, and murderer, passed away during his encounter with the Phantom Thieves within the Palace of Masayoshi Shido.
"It doesn't matter. I killed you once surely I can do it again," said Akechi will full intentions to eliminate Joker.
"Akechi… What are you talking about? You died in Shido's palace. I tried to save you but you told us to run and steal Shido's heart. I kept that promise and finished what you couldn't do," said Joker.
Akechi begins burst laughing in a sinister tone.
"Really? In my perspective, last time I saw you, I put a bullet in your head but yet here you are breathing and still denying your fate," said Akechi.
Joker looks at Alador and Odalia. Joker knows they have to get out of here as soon as possible.
"Alador, Odalia. Run!" Joker exclaimed intensely. Alador grabs Odalia's hand and starts running.
"Alador?!" Odalia exclaimed.
"Just do as he says," said Alador. "Head upstairs and get the children out of here."
"O-Okay!" said Odalia.
"Now then, Loki!" Akechi screams out a name and a Persona appears. The Persona's design has a large body with a black and white pattern, like a dazzle camouflage. It has two horns on its forehead. Loki holds a large red sword. It has three long black ponytails and two small ponytails that are red. The legs almost resemble a horse. This Persona is based on a God named Loki from the Norse Mythology. Akechi seems unstable as if he can't control the desperation and the power flowing within him.
"What the hell is that?!" Delsin is beyond amazed and horrified to view this Persona.
"It's his Persona. Loki," said Joker.

"Loki?! You mean the God of Mischief?" said Spider-Man. Within Earth-1048, Spider-Man's universe, the Avengers do exist in his universe. Spider-Man has heard stories about Thor's brother, the Jotunheim Prince However, Spider-Man never met Loki in person. Akechi commands Loki to cast a physical attack, Brave Blade at Delsin. Delsin was able to quickly block the attack, however, he still suffered the damage. Joker summons his Persona, however, it's a different Persona, known as Black Frost. To cast a spell called Debilitate, this ability can decrease the opponent's attack, defense, accuracy, and evasion. The effect will go away after the opponent's 3rd action. Joker summons another Persona known as Seth and casts a physical attack called One-Shot Kill, doing decent damage. Akechi grunts in pain and gets more frustrated. Joker summons another Persona known as Thor and casts a physical attack called Megaton Raid. Once again, Joker summons another unique Persona named Ananta and casts a defense ability called Marakukaja. It is a defense skill that raises the caster and his ally's defense, however, the effect of the skill will last for 3 turns.
"Wow!" Spider-Man and Delsin were surprised by the purple aura flowing around them.
"I cast a defense spell on you guys, it will help you take less damage from Akechi's attack," said Joker.
"Thanks for the defense, Joker. Now let's get this guy," said Delsin.
Spider-Man web strikes Akechi and strikes him in the face. "What the hell?!" Akechi exclaimed. Spider-Man shoots webs at Akechi and takes the opportunity to do basic combos and finishes the combo with a finisher. As Spider-Man jumps in the air and shoots the webs on the ground, both sides of Akechi and foot dives towards Akechi. Delsin took an opportunity as well by attacking him, however, his attacks are different now. Instead, a smoky chain whip, the chain of his is now a laser sword because he's currently using neon energy. His attacks are very quick and flashy. Akechi has had enough and uses his Persona, Loki to push them away. Both Spider-Man and Delsin recovered. Joker summons his persona and at the same, both of the Phantom Thieves and their personas grabbed each other at their hands.
"Akechi. Don't you remember… You told me that you're Shido's son and you wanted him dead for what he did to you and your mother. After you told me that, Shido's cognitive version of you killed you," said Joker. Akechi was confused and shocked after Joker's statement. Akechi never told anyone about this, no one doesn't even know about this. Akechi kept this pain and rage all to himself. On the outside, Akechi seems wise and well respected in the media in his world. However, on the inside of Akechi, he is unstable, filled with rage and desperation to be perfect, to be useful, so someone would want him around.
"W-What?! How the hell do you know this?!" Akechi exclaimed.
"Not only that, but Shido was planning to get rid of you after he became Prime Minister," said Joker.
"No… This is bullshit. Stop pretending that you know me! I hate you, I've always hated you. You're nothing but trash. As for me, I am an Ace Detective… A celebrity!" said Akechi ragefully.
Those words, Joker heard those words before. Joker was distracted and Akechi broke free from his grasp and he was about to strike Joker. However, Spider-Man shoots an electric web, stunning Akechi and Spider-Man shoot an Impact web, the web pushes Akechi back and sticks him to the wall. Spider-Man helps Joker to get back up.
"Joker, I'm sorry but taking him out of this is not gonna work. Trust me I learned that the hard way," said Spider-Man.
"I don't know what happens between you two but, damn. It sounds like he hates what you stand for. Even if all things he said about himself are true, he thinks he is worthless," said Delsin.
"Yes…. He resents for being special, being better than him, and having actual friends." Akechi began breaking free from the webbing.
"Crap, he's breaking free!" Spider-Man exclaimed. Akechi breaks free and instantly glares at Joker, Spider-Man, and Delsin.
"This is just ridiculous! Now you have new teammates? An idiot playing as Spider-Man and another dumbass playing glowsticks." said Akechi aggressively.
"Guys, we need to get him out of here," said Joker.
"How are we gonna do that?" asked Delsin.
Spider-Man was thinking at the moment, he could use the Concussive gadget, however, the blast of the gadget is very large and the property of the Blight Manor within the interior would receive more damage than before. Spider-Man noticed his little friend that he had held in his web backpack. He's not there anymore and Spider-Man checks his surroundings.
"Oh no. No. No. No." said Spider-Man panically. Delsin notices Spider-Man's panic as well and he acknowledges what is happening.
"Ah crap! Where did the little guy go?" asked Delsin.
"Wait? What are you guys talking about?" asked Joker.
"The pink little guy! He was in my web backpack," answered Spider-Man.
Akechi was about to strike, however, something attacked him from behind. The attack sends Akechi flying towards the entrance door, crashing through the door, and landing close by at the neighbor that is a few close by to the Blight Manor. Spider-Man, Delsin, and Joker were surprised about this. They looked at who did this and it was a pink creature that has a spherical form, the creature has small stubby arms and large red feet. The creature had oval eyes, a white eyeshine on the top, black within the center of the eyes, dark blue on the bottom. The creature has rosy adorable cheek-blushes near its eyes. Joker recognized the small creature and he couldn't believe who it was.
"Kirby?!" Joker exclaimed in shock. Kirby looks at Joker in surprise, he wasn't expecting one of his friends to be here in this world.
"Wait, you two know each other?" asked Delsin.
"Poyo?" said Kirby.
"It seems like it. How do you know him?" asked Spider-Man.
"Um? It's complicated to explain but never mind that, we'll talk about this later. We need to deal with Akechi before things get worse," said Joker.
"Okay, get ready guys. I get the feeling he's not gonna back down that easily," said Delsin.
"Joker knows everything about Akechi, so we'll follow his lead and he'll give us everything about this guy," said Spider-Man.
"Alright, you can count on me. Let's go guys!" said Joker as he, Delsin, Spider-Man, and Kirby head into action, they exited the Blight Manor and looked to see where he landed. Spider-Man pointed at Akechi's position and they headed to his position.
"Joker, what should we know about his powers?" asked Spider-Man.
"He has powerful curses and physical attacks. Keep your guard up and trust your instincts because he's probably gonna try something different," said Joker.
Akechi recovers and he is more rageful than before. Akechi intensely glares at Joker and his new allies. Akechi realizes he is outmatched but he doesn't think straight and continues to do whatever it takes to kill them all. Akechi cast a spell on himself, a flash of a barrier appeared very briefly. The spell is known as Tetrakarn, it is a physical barrier that can reflect any physical attacks to the attacker. However, the Tetrakarn spell will disappear after reflecting one physical attack.
"Wow! What the hell did he just do?" asked Delsin.
"Be careful! Any physical attacks won't work him, instead, your attack will be reflected instantly however once his barrier has been attacked. It will disappear." said Joker.
"We could break the barrier but it won't be pleasant or we could approach it differently. Right? You said it only reflects physical attacks, is there any exception?" asked Spider-Man.
"Yes, there is. Come, Black Frost!" Joker summons Black Frost once again and casts an ice skill known as Bufudyne. A powerful ice skill, which could potentially inflict freezing damage to the opponent. Joker cast Bufudyne by a nearby object, freezing and shattering the object. All that is left are large bits of ice.
"Kirby!" Joker calls his name to get his attention. "Eat the ice," said Joker. Spider-Man and Delsin are very confused at the moment, unsure how this will help them in their situation. Kirby listens as he opens his mouth and begins to absorb the ice. As he consumes the ice, his appearance slightly changes. Kirby is still the same however, he wears an ice crown where the middle of the crown has a star. Spider-Man and Delsin are shocked to learn about Kirby's ability to absorb certain materials and copy them. Kirby then uses his ability to shoot ice at Akechi. However, Akechi counters by using his black sword but Kirby was able to block the attack just in time by shielding himself with an Ice shield. Kirby knows the barrier has to be removed, so he took the risk by kicking Akechi and his attack was reflected at him. Kirby suffered minor damage from it. Spider-Man makes his move by shooting a Web Bomb at Akechi and the Web Bomb exploded causing Akechi to trap by the webbing. Kirby recovers and takes the opportunity by freezing Akechi, Delsin supports Kirby by shooting by Neon Beam, a powerful concentrated beam of Neon, the rapid-fire of the Neon Beam is quite fast. Delsin rapidly fires at Akechi and finishes the firing with Phosphor Beam. Very similar to the Smoke missile which is known as Cinder Missile, the Phosphor Beam is a powerful attack that fires a supercharged neon and the blast heavily damages Akechi. He barely recovers and summons Loki once again to cast a defensive spell, Makarakarn. This spell can protect the caster or their allies from any magical abilities. Just like Tetrakarn, once the barrier has reflected a magical attack, it will disappear afterward. Delsin and Spider-Man noticed the barrier's color design when it appeared very briefly.
"That looked like the physical barrier from earlier but it had a different color," said Delsin.
"He cast Makarakarn. It's very similar to Tetrakarn except it only reflects magical abilities," said Joker.
Spider-Senses are tingling, Akechi summons Loki to cast Maeiga against the heroes. Spider-Man dodges the attack, Delsin uses light speed to dodge the attack, Kirby used the ice shield to block the attack. Joker didn't suffer the attack due to his Persona, Black Frost, the Persona can reflect Curse skills as well as Fire skills. instead, the Maeiga reflected at Akechi however, Akechi didn't suffer from the attack because his Persona, Loki blocks any Curse attacks. Akechi is enraged there were able to block or evade his attack.
"Damn it, you insufferable pieces of shit! Don't get so cocky!" Akechi screams enraged. Akechi summons Loki however, Spider-Man stops Akechi from performing his spell by shooting an Electric Web and web strikes, then Delsin steps in and strikes Akechi with his Neon sword, next was Kirby strikes Akechi with his small hammer, a three-hit combo, and each blow did major damage. As for Joker, he summons Arsene. Joker and Arsene combo their strength to deliver physical attacks at Akechi. Dash attack, followed by casting a strong curse skill, Eigaon. Akechi was pushed back from the skill and he fell to the ground. Akechi groans in pain, he barely gets back up. Akechi desires to get back up however the damage he received overwhelms him. Spider-Man, Delsin, Joker, and Kirby prepare for Akechi's next move. However, Akechi began to chuckle, and soon after he laughs maniacally. The four heroes were concerned about this and uncomfortable about Akechi's sudden amusement.
"What's so funny?" asked Delsin.
"Teammates…. It's like you're nothing without your precious teammates," said Akechi in an annoyed tone. "This is why you're so pathetic, if you and I were to fight, no teammates to help you. A piece of shit like you would've been outmatched and I'll crush you like a stick. Joker and Kirby had worried looks on their faces. The same thing goes for Spider-Man and Delsin. Both of them somewhat understand what Akechi is saying, however still unsure about the full story between Akechi and Joker. Akechi noticed the looks on their faces.
"What…. What the hell are those looks on your faces?!" asked Akechi ragefully.
Joker feels like he is reliving his memory from the past, a memory that was painful a long time ago. It was their last encounter, within Masayoshi Shido palace. Akechi said something similar during the battle in the palace. Despite Akechi's incredible reputation, there was only one thing that stood in his way. Joker, another individual who could rival his power. Joker couldn't do it alone to defeat Akechi, he and the Phantom Thieves had to work together to defeat Akechi.
"I'm not done with you all. I'll kill you and I'll make sure you'll never come back!" Akechi yells in rage but before he could do anything. A teal color portal appears behind him.
"What?!" Akechi exclaimed in shock. No time to get away from the portal, Akechi was being pulled to the portal.
"Akechi!" Joker screams out Akechi. He attempted the reach him, unfortunately, it was too late. The portal took Akechi and it closes before Joker or the others tried to reach him.
"No, wait!" said Joker.
"Was that a portal?! It looked different from the others," said Delsin.
"Yeah, you were right," said Spider-Man. He noticed Joker seems confused at the moment. "Hey, Joker, are you alright?"
"I'm… I'm not sure. What is going? I thought he died. Not only that, he said he killed me but that didn't happen. But this doesn't make any sense. Well, he did try to kill me but I was able to get away from him. But it didn't last long for him to figure out that I was able to fool him," answered Joker.
"That was weird because I felt this was a gonna be a long fight. Instead, it ended very quickly. I was kinda expecting something like that, to be honest. But I wasn't expecting a portal taking the guy. Was he gonna do something?" asked Delsin.
"Yes. Well, that's because he wasn't in full power," said Joker. "His Persona, Loki is terrifying and deadly to anyone. I guess he's going easy on us, but he didn't realize he was being overwhelmed very quickly. [Sighs]" Joker sighs exhaustingly. He's completely unsure what is happening and feels more worried. Joker knew Akechi for quite some time, even Joker knew his true intentions after Akech's one mistake to blew his cover. Kirby feels concerned for Joker but he doesn't know what to do to cheer him up.
"Hey Joker, we're confused just as you. But we'll think about that later," said Spider-Man.
"He's right, we should go check on everyone to see if they're okay," said Delsin.
Before they were about to do that. A group has arrived on the scene, it was the Emperor's Coven and along with them is their leader, Lilith Clawthrone. Delsin sighs frustratingly.
"Are you kidding me?! This is bad timing, especially, that we just rejected her invitation to join the Emperor's Coven," said Delsin.
"Well, if it isn't our most recent vigilantes. Causing more damage and disrupting the peace," said Lilith upsettingly.
"Lilith, wait just a moment, I know what it looks like but it's not what you think," said Spider-Man.
"Yeah, this Akechi guy was going berserk and he tried to kill us," said Delsin honestly.
"Really? If so, where is this Akechi individual you speak of?" asked Lilith.
"Well… About that, a portal showed up out of nowhere and took him away. We don't know what happened to him." answered Spider-Man.
"Ugh. Not only did you reject my invitation to join the Emperor's Coven. But now you are cooperating with the man who sent a death threat to the Blight family. My apologies but I have to take you in." said Lilith.
"That is enough." Everyone in the scene to see who said that. It was Alador, he showed just in time to interfere.
"O-Oh Mr. Blight. There is no need for you to step in, I was about to take them in," said Lilith.
"My apologizes, but they are innocent," said Alador.
"Wait, what?! I don't understand, didn't you say that man over there sent you a threat." Lilith exclaimed.
"We did, however, we were mistaken instead the message was intended for us nor anyone else. Also, his name is Joker and he saved our family. Joker and his friends had no intention to harm us," said Alador. "If wasn't for their heroism my family would've faced a terrible situation. My family has been through enough and I'm truly grateful for their actions. There is no need for their arrest. So, please let them go."
Lilith was surprised to hear this from Alador. Lilith had no intention or even attempted to argue back against Alador. After all, he is a Blight and he is well respected within the Boiling Isles.
"Very well. My apologies for rash behavior," said Lilith.
"Joker. You should run along with your friends. It seems you have a lot on your mind at the moment." said Alador.
"Y-Yeah… Thank you, Alador," said Joker gratefully.
"Alright, you hear him. Let's a get move on," said Delsin as he, Spider-Man, Joker, and Kirby left the scene. Spider-Man web swings out of the scene. Delsin used light speed. As for Joker, he jumped the building's rooftop and continued on his way to follow his new friends. As for Kirby, he used the warp star and a star-shaped that is somewhat vehicle-like and jumped on the Warp Star flew into the sky. As for Lilith, she looks at the heroes who make their leave. Lilith wanted to listen and understand about Akechi getting pulled into a portal. But it was just difficult to believe at first. However, there have been sightings of humans or other characters have been appearing in the Boiling Isles recently. But it's been difficult to believe that there are worlds and other universes that exist outside of the Boiling Isles.
The Owl House X Kirby
Back at the Owl House. Carolina, Sarge, Luz, and the Phantom Thieves are still waiting for Joker, Spider-Man, and Delsin to return. Lopez is still busy fixing the vehicle. Earlier, Caboose went inside his tent to get some rest.
"What's taking them so long?" asked Skull.
"Be patient, you guys, they should be back soon," said Carolina.
"Carolina's right. We should stay relaxed and keep our heads straight for only a little bit. Okay?" said Luz calmly. "By the way you guys, if you don't mind me asking. Are you guys human?"
"Huh? What kind of question is that?" asked Skull.
"Well, I just wanted to know if you're guys are human. Mainly because you have a friend who looks like a cat mascot," answered Luz.
"Hey! I am not a cat!" Mona exclaimed. Luz was gently petting him and scratching his neck, Mona was satisfied, pretty much how a cat likes to be petted like that. Morgana was relaxed and purring.
"You can pet him if you like," said Panther. Luz walks up to Mona and began gently petting Mona.
"Awwww…" Luz was heart warmed to see the adorable purring.
"He thinks he isn't a cat but we still have a hard time if he is one or not because look at this cute little guy. He thinks he is human but in our world, he turns into a normal cat, in Mementos or this weird place, he turns into this," said Ann.
"Whoa…. That's interesting, but adorable at the same time. Such a cute little cat. Oh, right….. No offense," said Luz.
"[Sighs] None taken," said Morgana.
"About your question earlier, we're humans," said Panther as she removes her mask revealing her identity to Luz. Panther is confident that Luz is trustworthy. Luz slightly blushes to see the beauty of Panther. Even Panther noticed Luz's slight redness on her face and asks if Luz is okay.
"Hey, are you okay?" asked Panther concernedly.
"Y-Yeah… Just that I wasn't expecting that, showing your face," said Luz slightly nervously.
"Whoa! Panther, what are you doing?!" asked Skull worryingly.
"Yeah, I know but I get the feeling we won't be leaving anytime sooner. So, we might as well introduce ourselves. Plus this world has no connection to our world. If Joker was here, he probably would've done the same thing," answered Panther. Panther may have a point because no one knows how long they will be staying at the Boiling Isles. It's probably to stay with Eda and learn more about each other. Hopefully finding a way back home. Plus, they can trust Eda and others to keep their identities a secret.
"Alright, if you say so. Hello, my code name is Skull, my real name is Ryuji Sakamoto," said Ryuji.
"Panther, but my name is Ann Takamaki," said Ann.
"Mona, the name's Morgana," said Morgana.
"Oracle here, but call me Futaba Sakura," said Futaba.
"Man, those names are a mouthful," said Eda.
"Not really, you just have to get used to it and learn their names one at a time. Like this, Morgana, Ryuji Sakamoto, Ann Takamaki, and Futaba Sakura. See?" said Luz easily about the pronunciation of their names.
"Uhhhhh.." Eda is still confused so they can't blame her. It can be difficult to pronounce their full names but their first names are simple to pronounce. Their conversation was interrupted when one of the heroes came back from the Bligh Manor. The first one to arrive at the Owl House was Kirby as the warp star crashes down and he landed down safely. The Phantom Thieves, Carolina, Sarge, and Luz were shocked to see Kirby. Especially Luz.
"What the hell is that?!" Sarge exclaimed.
"Kirby?!" The Phantom Thieves exclaimed in shock. Luz's eyes are completely widened to see the adorable cute character.
"What is he doing?!" asked Oracle.
"K-K-K-K-Kirby?!" Luz screams in excitement. The excitement within Luz overwhelms her and fell unconscious. Eda heard Luz's screams and immediately exited the Owl House to see what happened.
"What happened here?" asked Eda.
"This strange creature showed up here, and Luz passed out because of the looks of this thing," said Sarge.
"No, Sarge. I doubt it was that. It's probably because Luz knows Kirby as a character, just like Spider-Man," said Carolina. Spider-Man, Delsin, and Joker arrive as well.
"Hey, we're back," said Spider-Man. Three of them noticed the unconscious Luz on the ground.
"Uh? What happened to Luz?" asked Delsin.
"Before you three showed up, this little guy showed up and Luz freaked out. Now, here she is," answered Eda. The Phantom Thieves are relieved to see Joker and the others made it back safely.
"Joker, you're okay," said Ann relievedly.
"Hey, Joker. So, what happened with the Blight family?" asked Ryuji.
"Everything is fine but something happened. Guys, I need to talk to you alone," said Joker.
"Uh… Sure. Hey, are you okay, dude?" asked Ryuji.
"Yeah, it's complicated to say but we'll give guys the time to talk about what happened earlier. Carolina, can you watch over them and Kirby for us?" asked Spider-Man.
"Sure thing," answered Carolina. "By the way, you two, how were things with the Emperor's Coven?"
"Well, about that. Things didn't go well but not that bad," answered Delsin. Eda listened and she was curious about the absence yesterday.
"Peter, Delsin. Where were you two last night?" asked Eda.
"Oh right, about that…" Spider-Man was about to answer her question however Delsin steps in and answered her question.
"Your sister, Lilith, invited us to a dinner because she wanted to invite us to the Emperor's Coven," answered Delsin.
"Oh Lily, that's nice," said Eda calmly. However, the realization came to her. Eda's eyes widened in shock to hear this information. "Wait what?"
"Lilith wanted us to join the Emperor's Coven," said Spider-Man.
"WHAT?!" Eda exclaimed in shock.
Eda was shocked to hear that. Lilith desires for Delsin and Spider-Man to join the Emperor's coven. Why did Lilith choose them specifically? What was their response to the invitation? Did they turn down Lilith's invitation or did they accept it?
