Hello everyone, I noticed the following, the favorites, and one review for the GamePlus House. Oh my god, this is really cool. Guys, this means a lot to me, you guys. Seriously. I felt really good to receive these favorites, follows, and the one review. Thank you so much. I hope I can continue with this story. So let's started with the next chapter. Before we start, here's my first review. Review by Roggerlopez99: Looks like I'm your first review, Let me just say I really enjoy this crossover, I was shocked by the different characters that are joined with every, each chapter. My favorite was the RvB that was the best I wonder are you deciding which show/game/anime characters are coming to Boiling Isles.
Hello, Roggerlopez99, thank you for the review. I've already planned the next chapters and crossovers for the future. I'm glad you enjoyed the Red vs Blue chapter. I hope you look forward to the future of this Crossover and I'll try to do my best to add more content to this story. Fun fact, I began writing this FanFiction after The Owl House began its hiatus. Supposedly, it was gonna be a Spider-Man PS4/PS5 X The Owl House crossover. However, my idea for the story was expanded because I had so many ideas about characters from different video games.

Chapter 7: "Lilith's Invitation"
After the fight at the Blight Manor, Spider-Man, Delsin, Kirby, and Joker were able to return safely. However, Joker needed time to talk with his friends after the fight. Eda wanted to talk to Spider-Man and Delsin about their whereabouts last night. However, the response she received caught her off guard.
"WHAT?!" Eda exclaimed.
"Relax Eda, let us explain," said Spider-Man calmly.
"Why would Lily want you two to join the Emperor's Coven?!" asked Eda.
"Eda, chill for a moment. Just let us explain," said Delsin calmly as well.
Eda calms down for a moment and lets them talk and explain what to their night.
"Ok, sorry about that. Alright, what happened?" asked Eda.
"Alright, yesterday when we headed back to the Owl House," answered Spider-Man. "Do you remember the letter I got from yesterday?"
While the events of Hooty Moving Hassle occurred, Spider-Man and Delsin had their adventure that night. An invitation to join the Emperor's Coven, by the leader, Lilith Clawthrone.
Earlier...
Eda, Luz, King, and Spider-Man made it back from their visit to the Mr. Elixir shop. Their visit was unfortunate because the elixir necessary for Eda's curse was out of stock to the Owl House.
"Do you want to come with you?" asked Spider-Man.
"No, Peter, I can handle this by myself," answered Eda confidently.
"I understand that but what if the curses get worse later in the evening and I'm not there to stop it," said Spider-Man.
"Eda, he has a point, any moment you could turn into the Owl beast, just bring Spider-Man with you, just in case," said Luz. She wants Eda to be careful and attempts to convince her to bring Spider-Man with her.
"Peter, Luz, I appreciate that, but I got this. I made it this far and there is no way I am going down like that. Never forget, I am one of the powerful witches throughout the Boiling Isles." said Eda confidently. Spider-Man was gonna add something to that statement, but he realizes he can't talk to Eda out about this, she is confident that she will return safely from the night market.
"Alright you win Eda, I trust you that you can make it back before the curse gets worse. But don't do anything crazy while you're there because I know how you are so far," said Spider-Man.
"Yeah, I'll be careful, and when I head to the night market, can you watch over Luz and the house while I am gone? Ok, Pete?" asked Eda.
"Don't worry, I'll make sure they'll be safe," answered Spider-Man. Hooty opens the door and tells them that Spider-Man has mail, this is the first time Spider-Man has received mail in the Boiling Isles.
"Hoot! Hoot! Peter, you got mail," said Hooty.
"Huh, for me?" said Spider-Man with a slight of surprise receiving mail.
"That's odd. That's the first time you received mail, who's it from?" asked Eda.
"My guess, It's probably fanart or letters from the people I saved. I get those a lot in public back at my home," answered Spider-Man. He sees the symbol, no ordinary symbol, a symbol of the Emperor's Coven. Spider-Man is shocked about this, he's unsure why this letter is here. He has to open it because it could be urgent. Spider-Man opens the letter, he reads the letter.
Dear Spider-Man and Delsin Rowe,
"Hello Spider-Man and Delsin Rowe, I, Lilith Clawthrone, member and leader of the Emperor's coven. I have a proposition for you two, I am offering you positions to join the Emperor's coven. Emperor Belos has caught interest for both of you and he believes you two will bring peace and justice with your abilities. Making the Boiling Isles a better place and teaching the young to become greater witches. I as well see great potential within you two. I hope you two will decide to join the Emperor's coven. If you two are interested to join, we will meet at the famous restaurant called, The Fantastic Isles. Be there by evening time."

Spider-Man finished reading the letter and he was shocked to read the whole thing. Lilith is inviting him and Delsin to the Emperor's Coven.
"Lilith?! Wait, is she inviting me to join the Emperor's coven, not only that, She wants Delsin to join as well. Is this a trap? No, I might be overthinking. Wait a minute, back at the convention. She said Delsin would be perfect to join the Emperor's coven. Seems like she wasn't lying about that, and me as well, probably because I was helping the people around the Boiling Isles. I can't tell Eda about this now, she needs to focus on getting the elixir. Gotta tell this to Delsin."Spider-Man thought himself about the situation, Eda is currently dealing with her curse situation, and she needs an elixir from the Night Market.
"Uh, Peter? What did the letter say?" asked Eda.
"Ah it's nothing, just a letter from a fan," answered Spider-Man.
"Oh I see, alright I'm gonna get ready to head out later. Be sure to watch-" Eda was about to say something however Spider-Man interrupted her about something important matters.
"Sorry Eda, I remembered I have something important to do, ask Carolina for help. Sorry gotta go," said Spider-Man.
"Wait, where are you going? Get back here!" Eda exclaimed about Spider-Man's sudden leave. Eda gets a little bit upset. Luz and King were confused about what just happened. Eda has no choice but to ask Carolina's help for this situation.
"Ughhhhh, I can't believe he left me, now I gotta ask Carolina to borrow her idiots," said Eda frustratingly.
Eda heads outside to talk to Carolina, asking her if she can ask to babysit Luz and the house while she is gone.
"Carolina, I need one of your friends to watch over the house while I'm at the night market," said Eda.
"Sure thing, I know the Caboose, Tucker, Grif, Simmons!" Carolina calls their name and headed to her position. To see what Carolina needs at the moment.
"What is it Carolina?" asked Simmons.
"Eda needs someone to watch over Luz and the house while she is gone to head to the night market. Can you guys do that for her?" asked Carolina.
"Sure thing," answered Simmons.
"What?! I am not babysitting a kid and a house," said Grif refusing to take the job.
Carolina and Eda get pissed after what Grif said, making Grif very scared, he should have thought that Carolina and Eda are very scary when they are mad.
"Yeah, I can watch over the house for you. Hehehe." Grif chuckles nervously.
"I don't mind, might as well do something to kill some time," said Tucker.
"Sure thing, Carolina," said Caboose.
"Alright, be there by evening, I'll let you know when I am ready to head out. See you guys later," said Eda. as she heads back inside the Owl house, getting ready until it is evening. Meanwhile, Spider-Man was hiding by a tree and he noticed Delsin just arrived.
"Yo Carolina, is Eda alright?" asked Delsin.
"Oh hey Delsin, Eda is fine, unfortunately, she couldn't find any elixirs, instead she has to go to the night market to find one there," answered Carolina.
"Maybe I can ask her if I can come with her and-" Spider-Man jumped off the tree and landed right next to Delsin.
"Wait Delsin," said Spider-Man. Delsin was startled by Spider-Man's sudden appearance.
"Woah, you scared me there Spidey, how long have you been there?" asked Delsin.
"Never mind about that, Delsin, you need to read this," answered Spider-Man as he gives the letter to him.
"Alright, let's see what we have here," said Delsin. Spider-Man hands over the letter to Delsin, he reads the entire thing. The same reaction as Spider-Man had earlier when he read the letter.
"What the hell?! Wait, that's Eda's sister right, the blue hair chick is back at the convention. She wants us to join the Emperor's coven?" asked Delsin.
"Yeah, I know this might sound crazy, but I think we should go," answered Spider-Man.
"Hold on, are you sure about this?" asked Delsin.
"What if this is a trap?" asked Carolina.
"I know but I feel like it's not a trap because since I and Delsin have been roaming around the city and helping the civilians from crimes or any kind of accident. Lilith believes we might bring a difference to the Boiling Isles. We have to go, or I think she might come for us." answered Spider-Man.
"Yeah, you do have a point. Alright, I'm in and she invited us to this place called the Fantastic Isles. I have seen that place before, somewhere near the northside of the Boiling Isles." said Delsin.
"Wait, what did you want me to say to Eda about this?" asked Carolina.
"Don't tell her about this Carolina, once we get back, we'll explain everything," answered Spider-Man.
"Alright, oh just to let you know, me and Sarge, Washington, and Lopez are heading out to find resources in the forest and town as well. It's for the Warthog. Mostly we'll be back until next morning. As for Donut, well he has a job." said Carolina.
"What? Since when did he get a job?" asked Spider-Man.
"Three days ago, honestly I was surprised to find out he got a job, he works at some restaurant. I don't remember the name," answered Carolina.
"Well, that's nice for him to get a job. Ok, thanks for letting us know, be sure to be careful as well, this place is freaky," said Delsin.
"Don't worry we'll be fine, I'll see you guys later and watch out for your surroundings, I have a bad feeling about Lilith. She still doesn't trust us," said Carolina.
"Nothing to worry about, Carolina, I have a good feeling that Lilith is a pretty chill chick. I…. I really hope so." said Delsin hopefully.
"Me too. But don't worry, I and Delsin can handle this. Maybe we can convince her that we are friendly. Alright, Take care Carolina." said Spider-Man.
"Good luck you two and be careful with Lilith. Sometimes me that she can be complicated to deal with," said Carolina.
Spider-Man and Delsin head out to town, Spider-Man and Delsin find the restaurant, The Fantastic Isles. Both of the heroes wait until their meeting.
Time Passes...
They were at the rooftop of the restaurant waiting for Lilith's arrival.
"Alright, it's evening….. Man, I kinda wish she wrote what time to arrive instead of writing the evening only," said Spider-Man.
"Yeah, but I feel like she'll make it here soon. Well, that might take a while. Might as well kill some time. So, if you don't mind me asking. How long have you been Spider-Man?" asked Delsin.
"Oh. I've been Spider-Man for 8 years," answered Spider-Man.
"Really? That's a long time. Like, how do you that this whole time?" asked Delsin.
"Well, it's complicated to say. Maybe I kept trying and always trying to do better. How about you? How long have you've been doing the superhero thing?" asked Spider-Man.
"For a whole year. Even though that sounds a small amount of time," answered Delsin.
"Naw. I doubt that because a lot of things can in one year," said Spider-Man.
"Yeah, you gotta point. You know, before I got my powers I was kinda a jackass, I didn't know what to do with my life. Getting arrested by my older brother from time to time. Even after I got my powers, I was still the same douche delinquent." said Delsin. "But as time went on, I realized it's not easy to change and I did everything I could to make my family proud."
"Really? Did you really think about yourself like that around that time? To me, I see you as a nice guy. You mention you wanted to make your" said Spider-Man kindly. Delsin slightly chuckles.
"Thanks, man," said Delsin. "Hey, Spider-Man. I know you faced a bunch of villains. But what was the weirdest villain you ever fought?"
"I'm not sure. I think I say Hammerhead," answered Spider-Man.
"Hammerhead? Oh, yeah. That guy, I forget he's there. The one with the big head." said Delsin.
"Yep. That's the guy. Well, even though he had a questionable appearance. But his look wasn't for show. When I fought, his head was rough. It was like punching a thick wall." said Spider-Man. He's remembering the events involved with Hammerhead. "You know, after thinking about this. It reminded me about my old partner."
"Your partner? Do you mean Mary Jane?" asked Delsin.
"No. Well, she is my partner but I had another partner. Her name is Yuri Watanabe." answered Spider-Man.
"Yuri Watanabe? Never heard of her and what does Hammerhead have to do with Yuri?" asked Delsin.
"She was a former captain of the New York Police Department. She was a great captain but she was a stubborn one. I… I just wish things were the same as usual." said Spider-Man slightly sadly. Delsin noticed the slight tone of sadness coming from Spider-Man. He asks if Spider-Man is doing fine at the moment.
"You okay, pal? Did something bad happen to her?" asked Delsin.
"No. Well, I mean, she didn't die or anything like that. It's just… complicated. You see, a while back. We were working on a case together about Hammerhead. He was causing a massive gang war and he went all in to bring back the old days of the mafia," answered Spider-Man.
"So, what happened during the case?" asked Delsin.
"Well…. She and I were attempting to persuade Hammerhead however, we both separated in our paths. I was outside dealing with Hammerhead's thugs and the other crime families. Yuri was with a team to infiltrate and persuade Hammerhead. However, it went wrong horribly. Yuri watches her comrades brutally executed and all she can do is watch helplessly. She attempted to save one of them, but her efforts were meaningless. Yuri became desperate after the loss of her team. Nothing but rage, stubbornness, and vengefulness. Honestly, no one wouldn't blame her for the emotions deep within her." said Spider-Man. "I tried to stop but it was useless. I was only delaying the inevitable," answered Spider-Man.
"The inevitable to what?" asked Delsin.
"She almost killed Hammerhead," answered Spider-Man.
"Holy shit…" said Delsin in complete shock.
"Well… She did kill him but one of his pals was able to revive him."
"What?! How?" asked Delsin.
"I heard they used a taser to bring him back. I'm not sure," said Spider-Man.
An unfortunate tragedy can change a person's life, or even start a new story. Within the Marvel universes, Yuri Watanabe was once a police officer due to the inspiration of her grandfather's job. Her grandfather was a police officer as well as her father. However she change the path of her life, In Earth 1048, Spider-Man's universe, Yuri had a similar path but Hammerhead was the one that gave her the extra push. A push that would change the course of Yuri Watanabe's life.
Flashback
Spider-Man reached his destination, the corner of Madison and 23rd. A location where he could talk to Yuri. However, to his surprise was quite horrifying. Purple ropes, each of the ropes has pictures of certain people. With yellow and black palette tapes hanging on the purple rope. Within the center of all, is a corpse of a Maggia enforcer. At the ground in front of the corpse are case files from his victims. Spider-Man knows this was Maggia enforcer who committed horrible crimes.
"Yuri, what did you do.." said Spider-Man completely shocked and horrified. He checked his pulse to see if he was alive. Unfortunately, he's dead. "That's the Maggia enforcer- dead. And the case files from all his victims. This guy killed all these people, but does that mean he deserved to die?" asked Spider-Man. His phone was ringing and he immediately answered the phone, and the other side of the call was Yuri.
"Yuri…" said Spider-Man. He was about to say something but he was conflicted after what Yuri left at the location.
"I know what you're going to say, but just hear me out. The system works most of the time. But there are times when it doesn't, and to me, that's unacceptable. Some people put their trust in fate, or karma, or whatever. But I can only trust me," said Yuri.
"You can't kill people, Yuri," said Spider-Man.
"Apparently I can. And you know what? It felt good," said Yuri with complete honesty about the feeling of killing people for justice. Satisfaction to cleanse the world from the corrupted.
"You need to turn yourself in," said Spider-Man beggingly.
"For what? I just dispensed justice. TRUE justice. I restored a little bit of balance to the world," said Yuri
"You're my friend, Yuri. I don't want to come after you," said Spider-Man seriously. Spider-Man cares about Yuri however due to the circumstances, he will have no choice but to go after Yuri if she continues this path.
"You do what you have to do, and I'll do what I have to do," said Yuri determinedly. "Goodbye, Spider-Man." Yuri hangs up the communication call.
"Yuri. Ugh… What am I going to do?" asked Spider-Man with a tone mixture of worries and unsure what to do the next time he encounters Yuri. However, he understands everything about Yuri and why she chose this path. "This all makes sense now. What Yuri did to Hammerhead… She's been struggling with this for a while. She's always held in her emotions… That must take a toll on her. But she's also the most tenacious and stubborn person I know. This was a bad guy for sure, but killing him… that's too much."
Flashback Ended
That was the last time Spider-Man heard anything about Yuri Watanabe. To this day, her whereabouts or any of her plans for the future are unknown.
"Damn. And she hasn't been seen since then?" asked Delsin.
"I was trying to find her. But without any leads or any clues about her whereabouts or anything that has a connection to her. I don't know where to start," said Spider-Man in defeat. Spider-Man wishes to help his old friend to prevent her from doing something she might regret.
"Hey, Spidey. Look, I'm sorry about your friend and if the next time you see her. I hope it goes well. But I'll just be lying. It's probably not gonna end well for the both of you. I'm just saying that to have faith because you may never if it works or not." said Delsin. Hoping there might a peaceful solution for both of them in the future.
"You're right. Thanks, Delsin. I really needed that." said Spider-Man gratefully.
"You're welcome. It's no problem at all," said Delsin. "Let's change the topic though. Almost kill the chill there."
"It's fine. But hold on, it's getting a little bit late. Lilith should be here any second now." said Spider-Man.
As soon as Delsin said that Lilith shows up, wearing her Emperor's Coven outfit, she arrived at the restaurant. Delsin and Spider-Man noticed Lilith entering the restaurant, and the duo headed down to the entrance. Lilith turned to see them and she was relieved that they had arrived.
"Hello Lilith, it's been a little while," said Spider-Man.
"Nice to see you again, Ms. Clawthorne," said Delsin.
"Ah You are here, and I am glad you joined with me, I am grateful Spider-Man and Delsin. Honestly, I was afraid you wouldn't show up, since our last meeting, I was a bit strict with you. My apologies for rude behavior from the convention." said Lilith.
"No worries, just be kind to humans next time, ok?" said Spider-Man.
"Yeah, you were kinda cold to us, but I forgive you for that," said Delsin.
"Thank you for accepting my apology, and I'll try to be kind to you. Now shall we head inside?" asked Lilith.
Spider-Man, Delsin, and Lilith entered the restaurant, the employee looked at the entrance, he was shocked at Lilith with Delsin and Spider-Man.
"O-Oh madam Lilith, Spider-Man, Delsin Rowe! It is an honor for you to be here at the Fantastic Isles, so only three people?" asked the Restaurant Employee.
"Yes, just three of us and we would like a room with no other guests," answered Lilith.
"Alright just follow me, I will take you to your table." said the Restaurant Employee.
Three of them followed the employee and people who were enjoying their meal, turned their attention to the two heroes and Lilith. They headed upstairs to the restaurant and entered the room. Spider-Man, Delsin, and Lilith get to their seats, the employee leaves them with menus, tells them their waitress will be on their way soon. Employee leaves the room.
"Alright Lilith, why do you want to invite us to the Emperor's Coven?" asked Spider-Man.
"The Emperor has an interest in both of you, he believes you two can bring a difference to the Boiling Isles," answered Lilith.
"That's nice, by the way, who is this Emperor Belos? I've been hearing about?" asked Delsin.
"Emperor Belos, he is the ruler of the Boiling Isles, long ago he ended the Savage Ages, a time where demons and witches used their magic freely," answered Lilith. "However, he wasn't satisfied with everyone using magic freely, so he decided to create the Coven System, each of the covens limited the individual's magical powers to only one kind of magic. Emperor Belos-"
"Now hold on, Lilith. Let me stop you right there," said Delsin abruptly.
"Hm? Do you have a question, Delsin?" asked Lilith.
"So this Belos is the ruler, and he said this, "Hey everyone, let's stop using magic freely and be prisoners in the coven system I made up. Trust me, everyone will be fine. Those who defy will suffer the consequences." Did I summarize that for you?" asked Delsin.
Lilith didn't like that comment, especially Delsin trying to impersonate the Emperor, which was very insulting. Spider-Man noticed Lilith didn't like what Delsin said.
"Uhh. Delsin-" Spider-Man was about to say something however Delsin interrupts.
"Sorry Spidey, but I recently found out what happens if anyone doesn't join a coven. They are considered to be wild witches and what's really messed up is that people will face brutal consequences. Like turning people into stone." said Delsin. Spider-Man was shocked to learn the horrible consequences if anyone refused to join a Coven.
"W-Wait. Lilith, is that true?" asked Spider-Man. Lilith had a concerned look because she was worried if she answer honestly. Possibly expecting Spider-Man to feel conflicted about the Emperor's Coven method of punishing criminals and Wild Witches.
"[Sighs] Y-Yes…." said Lilith in a slightly disappointed tone.
"What? Why?" asked Spider-Man. He has so many questions in his head. Like no second chances? Not help or even support to change?
"Look, Lilith. I'm not trying to sound like a prick but the thing is… I just can't do something or work with anyone like that. I don't like this Coven System shenanigan or Emperor Belos because I don't trust him, he reminds someone back at my world. Her name is Augustine, and she had full intention to capture and imprison all conduits, she thought it brings peace for everyone except for conduits who suffered and were imprisoned for being different. She made it clear that she wants to take over my home Seattle, ruining people's lives, and she almost did. But other Conduits and I had to stop her. The reason I am telling you this is that if your all-mighty Emperor Belos tries to do something messed up, and if this will affect lives. I'm stopping him and his bullcrap."
Spider-Man and Lilith were shocked to hear that from Delsin, Delsin believes Emperor Belos can't be trusted, he might be a threat to the Boiling Isles. Spider-Man was thinking about it and Delsin could be right about Emperor Belos.
"Yeah, Delsin has a point, this coven system kinda sounds strict and unfair But I do understand it's for the best for people in the Boiling Isles. What if people wanted to do every kind of magic to exist in the boiling isles or wanted to do this magic but instead ended up in a different coven? Also, Eda mentioned that she can do any kind of magic but she didn't finish school because she disagreed with the coven system. Why is that Lilith?" asked Spider-Man. "After all, you're her sister."
"Not only that but Eda doesn't trust the Emperor and didn't join any of the covens. Would you mind explaining that Lilith?" asked Delsin. Lilith was getting a bit nervous, until she calmed down, and responded.
"Edalyn…. was a troubled student. When we were younger, she and I wanted to join the Emperor's Coven, but unfortunately, I was chosen to join, Eda was rejected, and after that, she was cursed. I worked so hard to convince her to join the Emperor's Coven but she keeps rejecting it. I am trying to help her and I trust Emperor Belos that he will heal her from the curse." answered Lilith.
"But what if Emperor Belos is just using you to do his dirty work? Even if Eda does join the Emperor's Coven, I doubt he would heal Eda or maybe imprison her and she will be the Owl beast for the rest of her life." said
"NO!" Lilith exclaimed frustratingly. Lilith gets up from her chair and slams her hands at the table, she was getting irritated by Delsin's disrespect towards the emperor. Lilith saw the door was open and the waitress was by the door.
"Uhhhhh….. Is this a bad time right now?" asked Waitress worryingly. Three of them turned to see the waitress have a very concerned look on her face.
"Hahaha No, no, you're just in time and we are ready to order. Right, Spider-Man and Delsin?" said Lilith calmly.
"Oh right," said Spider-Man.
"Yeah, sure I guess," said Delsin. They placed their orders and the waitress grabbed their menus and left them with glasses of water. The waitress leaves the room and Lilith takes a deep breath and continues what she had to say.
"Now, listen here Delsin, the emperor keeps his word, and he never breaks his promise. You may think he is not trustworthy, you two never even met him in person. You're just making up assumptions and lies." said Lilith arguably. Lilith has a strong respect and trust for Emperor Belos. No one can blame her beliefs about the Coven System and Belo's way of ruling the Boiling Isles.
"Well, I don't want to jump to conclusions but Emperor Belos seems suspicious because he might not heal Eda instead imprisoning her for her crimes. Second, Delsin could be right, Emperor Belos might be using you to do his work, I know you're loyal to him but think about it. Emperor Belos might be planning something behind your back." said Spider-Man.
"Stop it, why did you keep making up lies?" asked Lilith. She realized something, Lilith noticed that Eda might've told her about the cons of the Emperor's Coven. "Wait a minute…. Edalyn told you, didn't she? Ughh…. Do you trust her?"
"Woah. Woah... You sound like she's some criminal. You are aware that's your sister, right? That's cold right there, do you still care for Eda?" asked Delsin.
"Y-Yes I do but I am trying to help my sister but instead she runs away like a trash thief," answered Lilith cruelly about the characteristics of Eda.
"What, how can you say that? How can you…" Spider-Man was about to ask a question. However, he realized that he never asked Eda about the culprit who cursed her. Spider-Man thought that Lilith could have an answer for that. "Wait a minute, Lilith, do you know who cursed Eda?" asked Spider-Man.
Lilith hesitated to answer that question, Spider-Man and Delsin were waiting for an answer. Until the door opens and their food has arrived. Wow, that was fast. Three of them turned to see the waiter with their food.
"Your food has arrived, oh hey Delsin and Spider-Man." said a familiar voice. Spider-Man and Delsin noticed Donut was their waiter. Donut was still wearing his armor but he's wearing a tuxedo under it.
Ohhh... are one of you dating this beautiful young lady? How romantic." said Donut.
"DONUT?!" Both Spider-Man and Delsin exclaimed.
"Oh, it's one of your weird armored friends," said Lilith uncaringly.
"Donut, you work here?! How did you even get the job in the first place?" asked Delsin.
"Yeah shocking isn't it, I wanted to do something in this weird place, so I went to town to find a job and I found this place. They needed the help, I did the interview, and here we are," answered Donut.
"Carolina said you're working at a restaurant but I wasn't expecting you to work here," said Spider-Man quite surprised about Donut working at a fancy restaurant.
"Yep, so far this place is nice and the people I am working with seem to like me. Oh, I need to get going to serve the other customers, here is your food," said Donut positively. Donut serves their food and tells them to enjoy the meal.
"I hope you enjoy your meal and enjoy the rest of your dinner," said Donut as he leaves the room and the room is silenced because Spider-Man and Delsin looked at their food, seems good but weird-looking food. Spider-Man and Delsin tried the food they ordered, to their surprise, it was pretty good.
"Huh not bad," said Delsin.
"Yeah, the food looks weird but pretty good," said Spider-Man.
"I'm glad you enjoy the food, Fantastic Isles is the best restaurant throughout the Boiling Isles," said Lilith.
"Nice choice. Hold on, where were we? Oh right. Lilith, any idea who cursed Eda?" asked Delsin.
Lilith takes a deep breath to prepare to answer the question.
"My apologies but I have no idea who could have done this to my sister. Edalyn has no memory or doesn't know who did this to her," answered Lilith.
"I see, well that sucks," said Delsin. He's disappointed to end up with a dead-end answer. Spider-Man thought of something, a theory that Delsin's healing ability could heal Eda's curse.
"Wait Delsin, maybe you can heal Eda's curse," said Spider-Man.
"Sorry, but I feel like my powers won't do the trick. Don't you remember? Back at the convention, I healed all of you guys. Even Eda, but Carolina told us her curse was worsening earlier today, meaning that my powers didn't do anything to heal her curse." said Delsin.
"Damn. Landed on another dead end," said Spider-Man upsettingly.
"I see, it is unfortunate, that's why I trust the Emperor, he may have the power to heal my sister's curse," said Lilith.
"Just like what Spider-Man said earlier, Belos could cure her curse but I have a good feeling he is not going to do that," said Delsin.
"Why do you still doubt the Emperor?" asked Lilith. "He has done many great things for the boiling isles and its people."
"Sorry Lilith, I have a bad feeling about him and the invitation for the Emperor's coven, well, sorry but I'm not joining some creepy magic club," said Delsin.
"WHAT?!" Lilith exclaimed.
"It is nice of you to invite us to have dinner and the invitation for the Emperor's coven. However, I'm not joining as well because I made a promise to Eda, if her curse gets control of her, she told me to watch over Luz and the house. I also promise I'll help her find the cure of her curse." said Spider-Man.
"No, no, no, this is your chance to join now. You can't just throw away this opportunity!"
"Sorry Lilith, we are not joining the Emperor's coven. Got it?" asked Delsin.
Lilith was shocked but her expression turned into frustration, she couldn't believe that both of them are gonna help Eda because they believe Eda is a kind person who had troubled times in her past and she is still dealing with them. Eda needs help, they are gonna help her no matter what. Lilith accepts that they are not gonna join the Emperor's Coven.
"Fine, have it your way, it seems I can't change your mind," said Lilith.
"Sorry Lilith but Eda needs our help. Delsin and I are gonna do whatever it takes to save her," said Spider-Man.
"Eda may be a criminal but she's not a bad guy. She does have a heart, and a family she has to take care of. There's no way I am not gonna let her curse get the best of her." said Delsin.
"I just have one thing to say. Who is Martin Li?" asked Lilith. "It seems you have a connection with this corrupted individual Spider-Man."
"Oh right, I never properly explain who Martin Li is. This is a long story to explain," answered Spider-Man.
20 minutes have passed, everyone has finished their meal, Spider-Man explains the origins of Martin-Li throughout their dinner. The man helped many people in NYC, trying to make a difference, but inside his heart was full of hatred and revenge against Norman Osborn, the CEO of Oscorp industries. Norman thought his experiments could help Martin but everything went completely wrong. His parents were killed in the experiment, Martin survived but also that was the day Mr. Negative was born. Wilson Fisk was taken out by Spider-Man and Wilson Fisk was sent to the Raft. At the moment, Martin-Li sent his corrupted men to take action to steal everything from Wilson Fisk, his weapons, his territories, and his secrets. Spider-Man trusted him and he tried to help Martin to stop his revenge because lives were taken away and others were at risk. No matter what Spider-Man does, Martin-Li still refuses to let it go. But in the end, Spider-Man stopped Martin-Li, and he was taken to the Raft prison. It's been a while since his arrest. Suddenly Martin-Li is here at the Boiling Isles, not knowing how he got here. One day, they will find out.
"I see, that pour man. He wasn't strong to face his inner demons. I am sorry for what has happened to you. It seems you were close friends." said Lilith.
"Yeah, I kinda wish there was a better way but even if I were to find a better way to help him, he would still be arrested for the crimes that he committed," said Spider-Man.
"Yeah, every action has consequences, some you can't even fix," said Delsin.
"Lilith, I know you are disappointed in us for not joining the Emperor's Coven but I feel Eda wouldn't like this. She needs help from the people she can trust. Oh, one more thing, be careful, Martin-Li's power can corrupt you, bringing the negative side of you, doing things you wouldn't normally do." said Spider-Man.
"It's understandable but Emperor Belos won't take this lightly. Just like what happened back at the convention, especially Willow. I hope the young one isn't getting troubled thoughts about the convention." said Lilith.
"Willow said she is doing fine but I think she might be having a difficult time. Caboose told me she was feeling guilty for what she did back at the convention but it wasn't her fault, Martin was just messing with her negative energy. Hopefully, she might overcome it." said Spider-Man.
"Yeah me too, hopefully, I get to see her soon. Well, I think it is time to go, right guys?" asked Delsin.
"You're right, it's getting late, I should head back to the Emperor's palace," answered Lilith.
"Hopefully, Eda made it back home safely with the Elixirs. Thanks, for" Spider-Man was interrupted
"AHHH!" the Bystander screams for help. The trio heard the scream outside the restaurant, they headed out of the room. Donut runs to them and tells them.
"Guys! We have a problem! People outside have gone berserk and one of them broke inside." said Donut panically.
They looked at the people who caused the destruction, it was one of Martin-Li's corrupted.
"Oh no! One of Martin-Li's corrupted!" said Spider-Man.
"Damn! Where the hell is the guy?!" asked Delsin.
"No, not again!" said Lilith worryingly.
"Martin isn't here. Once, he corrupts people. They go berserk at any moment. We need to take them out before more people get hurt!" said Spider-Man.
"Right, you two go stop the Corrupted civilians! Your friend and I will protect everyone inside the restaurant," said Lilith.
"On it! Come on Spidey!" said Delsin.
"Way ahead of you!" said Spider-Man.
Spider-Man and Delsin charged at the corrupted people. Spider-Man jumps up to air and air yanks one of the corrupted and web throws him to the other corrupted, knocking both of them out instantly. Delsin throws a smoke bomb at the other corrupted individuals, all of them were coughing and couldn't see, Delsin and Spider-Man subdued the coughing corrupted. The chaos is over, honestly, it was pretty simple to stop the corrupt individuals, now that Delsin and Spider-Man are working together.
"Teamwork! Baby!" said Delsin cheerfully.
"Wow, that was very quick," said Spider-Man quite surprised about the fight. Usually, it takes some time to deal with the corrupted but this time was different.
"High five Spidey!" said Delsin as he and Spider-Man high-five each other for their victory. Lilith approaches them.
"Well done Spider-Man and Delsin," said Lilith.
"No problem, let's just hope that-" Spider-Man was interrupted by Donut.
"Guys! More of those creepy people are outside!" Donut pointed more corrupted outside of the restaurant.
"Damn, too soon to celebrate," said Delsin frustratingly.
"Crap! Donut. Stay here and watch over the civilians in here. Come on you two!" said Spider-Man.
"Alright!" said Delsin as he, Spider-Man, and Lilith head outside the restaurant to see more of Martin-Li's corrupted, there are a lot of them. Some of them held hostages.
"Release those innocent people!" Lilith demands the corrupted to stop their chaos.
"No! Stay out of this! " the Corrupted civilian exclaimed ragefully.
"Come on! Don't do anything stupid or things are gonna worst for the night," said Delsin.
"Honestly, it is pathetic and cruel to use innocent bystanders to attack us. Martin-Li! I know you're out there. Show yourself, coward!" Lilith demands Martin Li to show himself, unfortunately, there was no response.
"I don't think he's here, his corrupted men usually attack, steal, or anything without Martin-Li nearby. To stop the corrupted individuals, we need to take down Martin-Li. The tough part is that he isn't here." said Spider-Man.
"Damn, Martin doesn't want to show himself because he knows we beat these guys very easily. Maybe, he doesn't want to get caught," said Delsin.
"Delsin, distract them with a smoke bomb-" Spider-Man was about to command Delsin to use a Sulfur Bomb but Delsin interrupted him.
"Hold on," said Delsin as he noticed some lights, he turned to see the lights of the restaurants saying "The Fantastic Isles." It was neon lights, Delsin smiled to see neon lights.
"Ohohoho… Yes! Come to papa!" said Delsin.
"Delsin! What are you…. Doing?" asked Lilith.
Delsin went up to the neon signs, raising his right hand to absorb the neon. The energy of the neon was flowing through his hand, as every bit of energy was being transferred to his body. Spider-Man and Lilith were amazed by what they were seeing.
"Yes! Man, I missed you neon powers. Now, you're all toast." said Delsin determinedly. Delsin dashes very quickly, leaving a neon trail, the corrupted couldn't keep up with Delsin. He was moving very fast, Delsin used a Photon jump and Laser Insight on the corrupted, in his perspective, he can see the weak spots of the corrupted individuals, he raised his arms and fired neon beams. Everything happened so fast, all the corruption was subdued. Lilith and Spider-Man are surprised by Delsin's neon powers.
"W-What? How?!" Lilith was shocked and amazed.
"That... was amazing!" Spider-Man was amazed by one of Delsin's power.
"Ahahaha! Yes! That never gets old too!" said Delsin amusingly.
"How did you do that?" asked Lilith.
"Well, what you said a moment ago. I just absorbed the energy from this neon sign and powers switched to Neon powers," answered Delsin.
"Well what you know, there are neon lights in this world," said Spider-Man.
"Neon powers? Absorbing energy sources of Smoke and Neon powers and have the power to manipulate them, that is fascinating," said Lilith quite impressed to learn more about Delsin
"Yeah it is, and that should be the last of those corrupted people in this area said," Delsin.
"AHHH! Somebody, please help!" A civilian cries for help.
"Oh no! Hang on!" Spider-Man and Delsin.
"You two. I watch over here in case anything shows up here," said Lilith.
One Minute Earlier
From the civilian perspective, she was a young adult woman running away from two corrupted individuals. They were behind the restaurant, the woman ran into an alley but it was a dead end.
"No! No!" the Bystander exclaimed in fear. The two corrupted men caught up and blocked her way.
"Stay back! I don't want to hurt you. Please!" the Bystander begs for them to step away from her.
The young woman performed fire magic and attacked the corrupted enemies but blocked the fire spell with an ice wall. The ice wall due to the fire. The young woman was panicking but she was scared to attack because she knows these people are being mind-controlled. She closed her eyes and she thought her life would end here in a dark alley. Suddenly, a small mysterious figure shows up in front of them.
"Poyo?" said the Pink creature in a confusing tone.
"Huh?" The Young woman opens her eyes to see a small pink creature in front of her. "What the?!"
"Poyo!" said the Pink creature.
"AHHH! Somebody, please help!" A civilian cries for help.
The pink creature saw the young woman scared and begging for help. The Pink creature realized the two were corrupted and ready to attack them. The pink creature knows what he has to do. Defending the bystander.
The Pink creature brings out a small hammer with a star marking. The Pink creature charges his attack. "Hiyah!" the Pink creature screams as he strikes the two corrupted with a powerful hammer attack. The two corrupted went flying to the restaurant, through the restaurant, and outside to the entrance of the restaurant. Delsin and Lilith were shocked to see the two corrupted go flying and landing on a bunch of barrels.
"Holy shit!" Delsin exclaimed in shock to see the sudden destruction.
"What the?!" Lilith exclaimed as well. Spider-Man heard the crash and found the lady in the alley, who was in complete shock.
"Are you okay, miss?" asked Spider-Man.
"Ahh…What… …" the Bystander calmed down for a moment and tells Spider-Man what happened. "This little creature saved me."
She pointed at the small creature, and Spider-Man saw the pink creature, he was confused at first because this little creature saved this innocent, and Spider-Man wasn't buying it.
"Uhh... Are you sure, lady? This little cute pink marshmallow saved you?" asked Spider-Man.
"Yes! This thing pulled out a hammer and struck those two. It sent them flying to the restaurant." answered the Bystander.
"Poyo?" said the Pink creature. He wonders who Spider-Man is.
"Uhhhh…. What did you say, little guy?" asked Spider-Man.
"Poyo." the pink creature answered with a Poyo. Delsin and Lilith showed up and asked Spider-Man what happened back here.
"Yo Spidey! What the hell just happened?!" Delsin exclaimed. Lilith noticed the pink creature.
"And what in the name is that?" asked Lilith.
"Poyo!" Everyone couldn't understand what he was saying, but the pink creature was getting sleepy, that attack he performed must have exhausted him, it seems he hasn't eaten anything.
"Poo…yoo…" said the Pink creature drowsily as he collapses to the ground from exhaustion and falls asleep. Everyone looks at the pink creature, he looks so cute when he falls asleep.
"Uh oh! Are you okay, little guy?" asked Spider-Man.
"Mhm." the Pink creature snores. That was the only response Spider-Man received, snoring.
"We should probably get rid of this creature, we may never know if this creature might attack the people," said Lilith cruelly.
"No! This creature saved my life, just leave it alone madam Lilith." said the Bystander beggingly.
"What? Do you mean to tell me this creature saved your life?! Don't be ridiculous." said Lilith. She doesn't believe that the Pink creature protected the bystander.
"Lilith! Relax. Spider-Man and I will take care of this little guy. We'll take him back to the Owl house." said Delsin calmly.
"Are you sure you can handle this creature?" asked Lilith.
"Yes we can, I don't want to leave this little guy alone or with you and your coven punks," answered Delsin.
"Pardon?! Now listen to me, you insignificant delinquent. I am getting annoyed by your insults to the Emperor's coven." said Lilith frustratingly.
"Sorry but not sorry. You're just really cold, like look at this little dude-" Delsin was about to say something but the Bystander interrupted.
"That's enough!" the Bystander exclaimed. "You guys should be grateful for this creature, it saved my life, madam Lilith please! Just let it rest."
Lilith realized the young woman was telling the truth, it's difficult to believe a small creature would save her from danger. Lilith also noticed that the people who are injured in the restaurant need help.
"Fine, you two go. I'll deal with this mess and take care of the injured," said Lilith.
"Ok but are you sure you need any help?" asked Spider-Man.
"I'm fine just go. Spider-Man and Delsin, this won't be my last attempt for you to join the Emperor's Coven. I will find a way for you two to join the emperor's coven, no matter what. Once, I tell this to Emperor Belos, he won't be satisfied," said Lilith.
" Are you still gonna try to convince us to join the emperor's coven? Not gonna happen, Lilith. We already made up our minds." said Delsin.
"Oh I will, you'll see soon," said Lilith ominously. "Farewell, we will meet again soon. Come along madam, I'll bring you somewhere safe."
Lilith and the young woman leave the area, Spider-Man and Delsin are getting a bad feeling that the next time they meet, it won't be pleasant. Both heroes looked at the pink creature and Spider-Man picked the creature up. To his surprise was the weight of the Pink creature's weight.
"Wow, this little guy is very soft and light. Poor guy. Looks like he's lost and probably hasn't eaten anything for a while." said Spider-Man.
"We could ask for food from the Fantastic Isles but the place is a complete wreck. We should ask other restaurants to ask for food," said Delsin.
"Hopefully, some are open at the moment. Come on, let's go Delsin."
"Alright, I'll be right behind you," said Delsin as he and Spider-Man left the area and spent the rest of the night looking around the town to see if there were any restaurants available.
Now…
"That's the story," said Spider-Man.
"Wow... That's a lot to take," said Eda surprisingly.
"Well, at least Lilith let us go after that mess. So, Eda, you understand why we rejected Lilith's invitation, right?" asked Delsin.
"Oh yeah…. Hey, thanks, guys," answered Eda. "That was pretty nice of you for looking me out."
"What is going on here? The King of Demons is trying to have his beauty sleep! Wahh!" King saw the Phantom Thieves and Kirby. New faces and a lot of questions began floating around King's head.
"Oh hey, King, can you take Luz inside for me? Luz is fine, she just had a panic attack from this cute little guy. Just go inside, I'll explain this later once I get back." said Eda.
"Uhhh… Ok, I guess, Peter, can you help me pick up Luz?" asked King.
"Oh sure. I guess Luz knows that Kirby is probably an iconic fictional character like me," answered Spider-Man.
"Yeah, probably. Luz might explain it once she wakes up," said King. Spider-Man picks up Luz and heads to the Owl House, King follows him.
"Alright, That's enough, I gotta get going, explain your story to Carolina, Peter, Delsin, or Luz. I don't really care. Now, if you excuse me, I have some business to take care of. Bye!" said Eda.
Eda leaves, heading to the town. Everyone saw her leave, Kirby was curious to see inside the Owl house. Spider-Man was about to open the door, but somebody inside opened the door, it was Kat.
"Huh? Who are you?" asked Spider-Man.
"[Huh? Who are you?]" asked Kat.
"Oh right, Spider-Man, this is Kat, she helped Luz and her friends from getting killed last night by demon hunters," answered King.
"What! The demon hunters?! Did something while Delsin and I were gone?" asked Spider-Man.
"Yeah, apparently Luz, Willow, Gus, Simmons, Caboose animated the entire house in the moonlight conjuring, they almost got killed by the demon hunters, but Kat helped them with weird floaty powers with her cat Dusty," answered King.
"Floaty? What do you mean by that?" asked Spider-Man.
"Luz told her she can fly but she can float people around her," answered King.
"I see, I think that means she can manipulate gravity," said Spider-Man.
"Meow," Dusty meows. Spider-Man and King see Dusty right next to Kat.
"Oh right, one more thing, we have no idea what she is saying. Peter, do you know what she is saying?" asked King.
"She said something but I have no idea what she is speaking either but that language isn't from my world. It sounds like the Japanese, Chinese, and French languages got mixed making a new language," answered Spider-Man.
"Yeah I had a feeling you would say that, but we'll worry about that later. Luz needs some rest, by the way, what happened to her anyway?" asked King.
"Honestly, I don't know, me and Delsin found this little pink guy named Kirby last night and decided to bring him with us, and Luz lost it over-excitement when she saw Kirby. I guess that Kirby is probably another fictional character in her world. Just like me," answered Spider-Man.
"That might explain it, well let's just put Luz back to her room and let her rest. Oh boy, as soon she wakes up, she might go crazy over this Kirby. Is Kirby adorable something?" asked King.
"Yes, he is. He looks like a baby. But don't let his appearance fool you. He knows how to fight," answered Spider-Man.
"Huh neat. For some reason, I think I'm might get along with him just fine," said King.
"Heh. You might be right. Since you two are adorable. Anyways, I think Luz will explain everything to you once she wakes up." said Spider-Man.
"[Is Luz fine?]" asked Kat. King is unsure what she said, but he did catch Luz's name in her sentence. He thinks she's asking about Luz.
"Uhhh… Yes. Luz. Needs. Sleep." answered King in the best by trying to tell Kat that Luz needs rest by pointing at Luz and pretending to sleep. So Kat sorta understands what is going on.
"[Oh. Does Luz need to go to sleep? Makes sense, she hardly got any sleep last night.]" said Kat.
"Yeah… I have no idea what she said," said King.
"This is gonna be tough to communicate with her. She and the rest of us can't seem to understand each other. But we'll worry about that later," said Spider-Man.
The three of them went to Luz's room and placed her in her bed. Spider-Man noticed a photo framed right next to her bed, it was Luz and a woman hugging each other. Spider-Man guesses this must be Luz's mother they looked the same, Luz does have her mother's hair. Spider-Man just realized something, does her mother know that she is here at the Boiling Isles? Spider-Man got worried about that though, and also her mother probably doesn't know the existence of the boiling isles and Eda as well. Spider-Man had no intention to ask Luz about her life because it's personal and he doesn't want to loo noisy. Spider-Man will ask Luz about that later once she wakes up.
