Here we have another by Roggerlopez99 once again, "This was a very interesting/informative chapter First off the whole dinner scene with Lilith Spider-Man/Peter Parker and Delsin Rowe was quite a thrilling scene, the way both characters can see the flaws in the Coven systems and having suspicions over Emperor Belos was quite fun and how Delsin had experience that kind of problem. I enjoy how Lilith is defending Emperor Belos even though we the reader know who put the cursed of Eda. I was not expecting Donut to work at a restaurant and Kirby arrival was fun. Next is going to be Luz excitement over Kirby huh this is going to fun to read."

Chapter 8: "The Legendary Tournament"
Time Passes…
Spider-Man and Kat leave the room and Luz rests for the next 3 hours. Luz woke up, her thought was that she saw Kirby. She immediately got up from her bed and went straight downstairs, "Please be real…" said Luz hoping that Kirby is there. She sees King resting with Kirby. Luz gasps and runs at Kirby, grabbing him and hugging him.
"Oh my god! You're real and so cute!" Luz exclaimed in pure joy.
Kirby was surprised, Luz gave Kirby hugs and kisses. King wakes up and sees Luz hugging Kirby.
"Oh you're awake Luz and I had a feeling this would be the first thing you do once you wake up. Kirby is his name, right? Who is Kirby anyway?" asked King.
"Mhm. Aren't you just the cutest thing in the world? Who's a cute marshmallow? Is it you? Is it you? Mhmmm." said Luz. She is completely distracting due to adoring Kirby's cuteness.
"Poyo," said Kirby.
"Uhhh, Luz? Hello?" said King. He's attempting to get Luz's attention.
"Huh? Sorry King. Kirby is so cute!" answered Luz. "What did you say?"
"Who is Kirby anyway?" asked King. "He sounds like a big deal."
"Oh ok let me explain. Kirby is a fictional video game character from Nintendo, just like Spider-Man. Kirby appeared in 1992 in "Kirby's Dream Land." He is one of the most popular and cutest characters in video gaming history." answered Luz.
"Huh, interesting, also one of those teenagers mentioned they met Kirby before," said King.
"Wait really?! How?" asked Luz.
"They said they met in some tournament called… What was it called again? Super Smash Brothers," answered King. Luz's eyes widened hearing King saying those three words, she started hyperventilating. King was getting worried until Luz took a deep breath but screamed in joy.
"AHHH!" Luz screams in pure joy. Everyone heard Luz scream and they were quite startled to hear the scream.
"Yep, she's awake and freaking out because of Kirby," said Delsin. He slightly chuckle to hear Luz getting excited.
"I'll go check to see if she is okay," said Ren as he went inside the Owl House to go check on Luz.
"What's going on Luz? Is everything okay?" asked Ren.
"[Gasps] Ohh… Sorry about that. Wait, did we introduce each other?" asked Luz.
"No. Allow me to introduce myself. My name is Ren Amamiya. The others told me about you and they also mention their code names to you as well. My code name is Joker." said Ren.
"My name is Luz Noceda. Nice to meet you, Ren," said Luz.
"Nice to meet you as well. So, I'm assuming because you were excited about Kirby.
"Sorry I was just freaking out. Yeah, I was but that's not the case. It's about how you and your friends met Kirby in Super Smash Brothers! Wait You were part of Super Smash Brothers?!" asked Luz in excitement.
"Ohh. Yes, I am. I'm assuming you're a big fan of Super Smash Brothers," answered Ren.
"Yes I am, I like the Super Smash Brothers franchise. Wait a minute, what game are you from?" asked Luz.
"Oh, I'm not sure but I think it was called Persona. Spider-Man told me everything about it, that I am a fictional character in your world. To be honest it is weird to know I am a video game character in another world. The cool part is that I am part of the Smash Brothers." answered Ren.
"Persona? Never heard of it," said Luz.
"Luz, how old are you?" asked Ren.
"I'm 14," replied Luz. "Why'd you ask?"
"Wait until you're older," answered Ren.
Luz is confused about what Ren meant by that. But she was able to understand. One day, once she is older, she will understand that the story of Ren and the Phantom Thieves is very mature.
"Oh ok. Also, you met and fought against Mario, Link, Sonic, Megaman, Snake," said Luz.
"Yes legendary warriors and iconic," said Ren.
"GHEE!" Luz lightly screams in excitement.
"Pfft haha. Well, aren't you a big nerd?" answered Ren.
"Hehe. Yeah, I am. Oh, what happened while I was sleeping?" asked Luz.
"We set up our tents, even though it's not comfortable but we'll take it. By the way. Spider-Man wanted to talk to you about something. It's about your mother." answered Ren. Luz's smile turns into a concerned face.
"Uhhh. Why does he want to talk about my mom?" asked Luz.
"He said he was wondering if your mom knows you're here at the Boiling Isles," answered Ren.
Luz was shocked and nervous because she never told Spider-Man or anyone that she met, that she came here without her mom knowing. Luz's mother wanted her to the summer camp Reality check but ended up here at the boiling isles.
"You didn't tell your mom did you?" asked Ren.
"Uhhhh…" Luz was unsure how to respond.
"Luz, I'm not gonna get mad, just tell the truth. Are you fine with that?" asked Ren. Luz takes a moment to breathe and tells Ren the truth.
"[Sighs]Yes. I didn't tell my mom about this. She thinks I'm at summer camp but I'm not." said Luz.
"You What?!" a familiar voice exclaimed. It was Spider-Man enters the Owl house and Hears what Luz said.
"Ohhhh Hi Spidey… Nice to see you," said Luz slightly worryingly.
"Luz! Are you saying that your mom doesn't know you're here and lying to her about you being at summer camp?" asked Spider-Man.
Luz was scared to answer that question but she has to answer because it is time to tell the story of why Luz decided to stay here instead of going back to her homeworld.
"[Sigh] Yes, let me explain," answered Luz.
Luz explains the entire story. The first chapter of the Owl House. How she ended up at the Boiling Isles, she could have gone home sooner but Eda needed her help to recover King's crown, which they did but turns out it's just a Burger's Queen crown. They almost got caught by the Warden who was interested in Eda and wanted to date her. Luz helped those who are weird but innocent, she motivated them to keep fighting and attack the warden. In the end, they escape from the Warden and Eda promised she would send Luz back to her world, but Luz decided to stay because she thinks she doesn't belong back at home, she doesn't want to go to summer camp, and Luz wants to train to become a witch.
"That's it, that's why I am staying here," said Luz. Spider-Man, Ren, King, and Kirby listen to her story. Spider-Man responded to Luz about the story.
"I see, so let me get this straight. Eda didn't send you back because she needed your help to retrieve King's burger crown and almost got killed by a creepy warden. You decided to stay here and train to become a witch. Correct?" asked Spider-Man.
"Yes.." answered Luz with complete honesty.
"That's completely reckless of you Luz. What if you got killed, captured, and never see your mother ever again," said Spider-Man.
"I know but it's… complicated," said Luz sadly.
"Does she know you're here?" asked Spider-Man.
"No, earlier I said she thinks I'm at summer camp," answered Luz.
"Wait that doesn't make sense how-" Spider-Man was about to ask a question however he was interrupted by a young voice.
"That's enough hero." said the young child.
Everyone heard the voice of a young child, Ren recognized that voice and turned around a blue cell appeared behind them. The cell door opens and a young girl emerges from the door. She is wearing a blue dress, white hair with a blue hairband with butterflies at the end of each side, golden eyes. Ren is shocked to recognize the young girl.
"Lavenza?!" Ren exclimaed in shock.
"Hello Trickster, it is good to see you again. Hello Peter Parker, Luz Noceda." said Lavenza.
"What- How do you know my name?" asked Spider-Man.
"I have my ways," answered Lavenza. "But that doesn't matter, Peter Parker, that question you asked should not be told until later in the future. If that were to happen now, it would cause ruin. I know it is important to ask but now is not the time. Luz Noceda will soon find out more secrets here in the Boiling Isles."
"What are you crazy? This is a joke," said Spider-Man unsure about Lavenza.
Lavenza stares at Spider-Man with an intimidating look, Ren gets scared and grabs Spider-Man's mouth.
"Peter, I wouldn't talk back to her. Lavenza is a very powerful being, you wouldn't want to get on her bad side," said Ren worryingly.
"What? Are you sure? She can't be that power-" said Spider-Man however Lavenza was surrounded by a powerful aura force, Hooty was freaking out because he could feel Lavenza's energy flowing throughout the atmosphere.
"HOOT! HOOT! I am freaking out man!" Hooty exclaimed in fear.
Ren was getting nervous because he has no clue how powerful Lavenza is. Caroline and Justine were powerful and a pain to deal with. But with them fused into Lavenza, their true form. Ren is afraid of how powerful she is.
"Ok. Ok! I'm sorry!" Spider-Man exclaimed.
Lavenza stops, Hoot calms down and relief that's over. Luz and the others got scared.
"My apologies, if anyone wants to interrupt me or doesn't want to take me seriously. I won't mind giving you a proper punishment. I am clear?" asked Lavenza.
Everyone nodded yes and smiled nervously. Lavenza continues her statement about the situation.
"Where was I? Oh right. If you were to discover the secrets that are meant to be discovered later. It could bring ruin to the Boiling Isles." said Lavenza.
"Ruin? What do you mean by that?" asked Ren.
"Luz Noceda is the hero, a hero to save the Boiling Isles from ruin. Later in the future, she will need to face her fears, find the secrets of this world, and stop the ruin to become a reality," answered Lavenza.
"Wait... I am… The chosen one?!" Luz exclaimed in shock.
"You could say that. However, the visitors who arrived here are chosen ones as well. You all came here for a purpose," said Lavenza.
"I think I get it, the reason I am here is because of Martin-Li, and I'm the only one who knows him and the only one who can stop him. Not only that but she told earlier that she brought me here," said Spider-Man.
"Correct Peter, the same thing goes for the Reds and Blues, Delsin Rowe, The Phantom Thieves, Kat, and Kirby. You are here because your and their worst enemies are also here hiding in the shadows of the Boiling Isles or possibly might appear in this world," said Lavenza.
"WHAT?!" Everyone exclaimed except for Kirby but he is surprised as well.
"If that's true, meaning Martin-Li could team with these supervillains from different worlds," said Spider-Man.
"Correct. Luz Noceda can't face these villains on her own. These villains would prevent her from saving this world, I know this is a lot to take but Luz." said Lavenza.
"Yes. What is it, Lavenza?" asked Luz.
"I have faith in you to save this world and the people you love. Not only that but save all universes. In your journey, the heroes you meet will help you." answered Lavenza
"Woahhhh… That's a lot to take but I think I can do this," said Luz determinedly.
"Lavenza, do you know who these supervillains are from the other worlds?" asked Spider-Man.
"My apologies, that is beyond my knowledge, that is up to you to find out," answered Lavenza.
"Damn, that's going to be annoying. But, hey, this could be a challenge and I don't mind one," said Spider-Man.
"I understand, it can be difficult. One more thing, more heroes still wonder or will appear within this world. You will be familiar with these heroes since you last met them in Super Smash Brothers. While others you are not familiar with." said Lavenza.
"Wait, there's more?!" Luz exclaimed in shock.
"Really?! Hmm…." said Ren as he thinks for a moment to think who could it be, however, it's difficult to tell who it is.
"I think I know who it is but we'll find out soon. Thank you Lavenza," said Ren.
"Your welcome trickster. Peter, I understand you are looking after Luz but she will need to find out about these secrets later and face these challenges on her own. But Peter, be sure to watch over her because she will need your help to face Martin-Li and the other supervillains." said Lavenza.
"Yeah, we will, sorry about earlier," said Spider-Man.
"None was taken. You weren't the first one to annoy me," said Lavenza.
"She is referring to my friend Ryuji. One time, he had a difficult time listening carefully to Lavenza. She doesn't like repeating herself." said Ren.
"Ohhh I see. Wait, how powerful is she?" asked Spider-Man.
"Very powerful, I kinda fought her before," answered Ren.
"REALLY?!" Spider-Man, King, and Luz exclaimed in shock.
"Well, before, Lavenza was split into two characters, sisters. Caroline and Justine, I fought those two with my team. Those two were very powerful and terrifying at the same time." said Ren.
"Wow! How did that happen?" asked Luz.
"Yeah, Lavenza. If you don't mind us asking. How did you split in the first place?" asked Spider-Man.
"Yaldabaoth, the god of control, was responsible for splitting me into two beings. I couldn't return to my original form because Caroline and Justine lost their memory and my existence. The trickster helped them remember who they were and brought me back to my original form." answered Lavenza.
"Wow, it must have been difficult to be trapped like that. I'm glad you were able to remember who you were," said Spider-Man.
"Thank you, Peter. But let us continue, Spider-Man, can I ask you a question," asked Lavenza.
"What is it?" asked Spider-Man.
"The heroes I mentioned earlier, these are the warriors from Super Smash Brothers. Those are the last heroes who are not from this world. However, I can't guarantee that's the case." answered Lavenza.
"What do you mean?" asked Spider-Man.
"Peter… Do you recall having a dream about a woman telling about visitors coming to this world?" asked Lavenza. Spider-Man's eyes widened to hear Lavenza say that about the blue woman that Delsin and Spider-Man recalled in their dreams.
"Yeah, Delsin, Caboose, and I had a dream about that. But Caboose had a dream about a green figure. Telling him about people coming from different universes and somebody disrupting many universes." answered Spider-Man.
"Thank you for the information, it really helped us out," said Spider-Man.
"It is my pleasure guiding you on your journey. Now then, before I go," said Lavenza.
Lavenza summons a door that looks like a prison cell and the door opens revealing a pathway back to the Velvet Room.
"Come with me. My master wishes to speak with you," said Lavenza.
"Oh… So, he's back as well," said Ren.
"Who?" asked Luz.
"Come on, you guys. Lavenza wants us to go through this door," said Ren.
Ren, Spider-Man, Luz, King, and Kirby listen to Lavenza and enter through the door. Reaching the other side, the group themselves in circle shape room. The room appears as a prison, with multiple cells.
Location: The Velvet Room

"This sure does bring back memories," said Ren.
"What is this scary place?" asked King.
"This is the Velvet Room," answered Lavenza.
The Velvet Room is a mysterious room that is located between consciousness and subconsciousness. The Velvet Room has taken multiple forms throughout the Persona universe.
But its colors remain the same, blue velvet. Within the center of the Velvet Room, lies a strange-looking man sitting down with a warden's desk in front of him. The man had a strange appearance, a long nose, pointed ears, and bulging, bloodshot eyes. The man wears a black suit, he is also wearing white gloves.
"So, we finally meet again, Trickster." said the bizarre-looking man.
"It's been a while, Igor. To be honest, I never thought I was gonna see you or Lavenza again," said Ren.
"I agree as well. Even I'm surprised to see you once again. It seems you brought new faces to the Velvet Room. No need to introduce, I'm aware of you all, thanks to an associate of mine." said Igor. "Allow me to introduce myself, my name is Igor. Welcome to the Velvet Room. I'm the host of the Velvet Room in which you stand. I also previously aided the trickster from his previous journey. I believe all of you have any questions."
"Yes, but…. Where do we start?" asked Spider-Man.
"How about this? How did Ren get into Super Smash Brothers?" asked Luz.
"That's what you gonna start with?" asked King.
"Well, yeah. I'm curious how Ren got into Super Smash Brothers," answered Luz.
"Simple. The Trickster was fortunate enough to be chosen. Well, in other words, he infiltrate where invitations were well hidden, took the invitation of Super Smash Brothers. In the end, the trickster joined Super Smash Brothers." answered Igor.
"Wow. We're getting distracted. Instead, we should ask the important questions." said Spider-Man. "So, Mr. Igor, why did you and Lavenza bring us here?"
"To discuss important matters. Due to the multiverse interruption, many universes. Lavenza and I learned this shocking news due to the mysterious woman communicating with us. She warned us about ruin, not only destroying this world but all of the worlds or universes." answered Igor.
"That's right. Wait, do you say mysterious woman?" asked Spider-Man.
"Yes, I was told that by a stranger who had a feminine figure. Whose origins are yet unknown. However, her knowledge is beyond incredible. Full awareness of many universes' existence and individuals across these universes. Moments before you arrive in the Velvet Room, she came to contact me. She and I had an important discussion about the disruption of the universes. I wished for her unfortunately, she has no memory of her past." answered Igor.
"She said the same to me. Another question with no clues."
"It's my turn. Igor, Lavenza said I was chosen to save the Boiling Isles.
"That is correct, child," answered Igor. "You wander into a world by accident and chosen to stay. You had no awareness that your journey had begun at that moment."
"Wait? My journey already began? When?" asked Luz.
"Yes. When you stepped towards the old house and enter the portal. That was the moment when your journey." answered Igor. Luz couldn't believe it at first, her journey had already begun when she entered the Boiling Isles for the first time.
"Do not fear, child. Even though, this seems overwhelming. You will surpass the ruin and save the world from ruin." said Igor.
Yeah, you're okay. It's just a lot to take." said Luz. "By the way, Lavenza showed when Spider-Man was about to ask my mom. "What was that about?"
"Why not tell me?" asked Luz.
"If I were to tell you the secrets of your universe. Another branch will be created and it could be severe. A risk that is not worth taking. It's best to discover secrets for yourself." answered Igor.
"Branch? Why does the branch have to do with this?" asked King.
"Timelines. The mysterious woman told us this. "If they discover a secret. It will create a new reality. Realities telling new stories and each is unique of their own," answered Igor.
"Timelines?! You mean to tell us that timelines are involved with this?" asked Luz.
"Yes," answered Igor. "Trickster, Goro Akechi. Who you previously fought is not the one you are familiar with."
"W-W-What?" asked Ren.
"That Akechi is from another timeline. A timeline in which Akechi executes you when you are held captive," answered Igor. Ren was conflicted, beyond conflict. Akechi from another timeline with Persona 5 universe. A universe where Akechi wins.
Persona 5 Story: What If Goro Akechi Killed Ren?
Ren Amamiya, the young teenager who wears the mask of a Phantom Thief, Joker. He was captured by the authorities, and once he was being taken into the interrogation room. He was brutally beaten and drugged horrendously, he almost lost all of his memories. In the story, Ren was able to remember every event that has occurred so far. Including the plan to escape from his execution by Goro Akechi. A high school, ace, and Prince detective. The murder who has behind the mysterious deaths of Japan at the time. The Phantom Thief, Crow, well, he was once briefly. His plan was simply to remove Ren out of the picture, so he wouldn't a nuisance to him anymore. Unfortunately, he thought he killed Ren, but later, he will discover that Ren isn't very easy to kill. Crow and Joker fought to the death one last time, Joker was the victor. Akechi did everything he could to settle the score but he was unfortunate against the odds.
"You're so lucky," said Akechi defeatedly. "Lucky to be surrounded… by teammates who acknowledged you..".
Despite his great reputation as the Prince detective, he never had friends and family by his side. No one to rely on him or not having the feeling of someone relying on him for once. He was only surrounded by hatred and lies in his entire life. However, the Phantom Thieves acknowledges and sympathizes with what has happened to him. Unfortunately, their moment was interrupted, Shido's cognitive, a cognitive of Goro Akechi. The cognitive Akechi was ordered to execute Goro Akechi. After everything he has done for Shido, Akechi said to himself that he was a fool to not think that Shido would rid of him after he was elected as Prime Minister. Goro Akechi pushes the Phantom Thieves but before he met his demise.
"Change Shido's heart… in my stead... End his crimes… Please!" said Akechi beggingly.
"I-I promise.." said Joker.
Goro Akechi realizes his final enemy would be Shido's cognition of Goro Akechi.
"So, my final enemy is a puppet version of myself… Not bad," said Akechi.
Those were his last words. Both Akechi's opened fire, Navi tells the others that Akechi's signal is gone. In this timeline, the world will only remember Goro Akechi as the missing Prince detective, not knowing the true story of Goro Akechi. However, that's how it's supposed to play out in one universe. In another universe, Sae Niijima, the public prosecutor of the Tokyo District Special Investigation interrogated Ren and learned the story so far. On the bright side, Ren Amamiya was to overcome the overdose effect. However, Ren made one fatal mistake. Sae and Ren agreed on a deal, which Ren agreed to reveal his associates and the members of the Phantom Thieves. Ren thought to himself, he thinks he failed to accomplish something important. In which he did. Akechi paid a visit to Ren, in other words, to put an end to his justice.
"Case closed... This is how your "justice" ends." said Akechi sinisterly.
Akechi pulls the trigger, resulting in the death of Joker. After unknowingly making a selfish decision, the Phantom Thieves were arrested and sentenced to prison. Shido won, Akechi won. There was no hope to stand against the corrupted. Without their fight in Shido's palace or any acknowledgment, Goro Akechi will never discover Shido's plan to assassinate him after he was elected as Prime Minister. However, this would lead to the world's destruction and reconstruction. This was the end for Goro Akechi, however, he intervened and had plans for the Corrupted Phantom Thief. Akechi had plans to eliminate Shido, to end his miserable life. However, another ruler from another universe used a portal to take Akechi.
Now…
"So, at the moment. I made a different choice. A choice that brought ruin to that universe," said Ren.
"Yes. I understand that you feel conflicted at the moment. He was having thoughts where that universe's Phantom Thieves fell unfortunate falling. The world fell in ruin." said Igor.
"I-I know… It's just too much to take in," said Ren upsettingly.
"Hey, Ren. Are you okay?" asked Spider-Man.
"Y-Yeah… It's just a lot to take. But I'll be fine." answered Ren.
"Hey, Ren. I know we just met but everything will be fine. We're here with you." said Luz calmly.
"Yeah, she's right. This is confusing and overwhelming but we can work this. Okay?" said King. Ren felt a bit better to hear them say that. Kirby walks up to Ren's leg and hugs his left to comfort him, which also made him feel better.
"Okay, we need to change the topic. If that's okay with you," said Spider-Man.
"Yes. I'll be fine with that," said Ren.
"Okay. Moving on. So, that's why. It makes sense. If the others and I were to attempt to discover secrets that we're not supposed to. Not only that, if a certain major choices were to change into another, that also creates a new timeline. It might end up badly for everyone. So, it's up to Luz to find these secrets on her. We need to be careful about this," said Spider-Man.
"Yes. The mysterious woman told us this. "These secrets will eventually be discovered by Luz. It will take time but they'll know when it happens," said Lavenza.
"I see. One more question. How many universes are out there?" asked Spider-Man.
"Infinite," answered Igor. Everyone was conflicted and beyond shocked to know the number of universes is infinite.
"Even I was surprised to learn the results of the overall universes," said Igor. "I believe we spared enough time. Overall, we discuss the knowledge we have so far."
"Unfortunately, that's all we can share for you. The mysterious woman couldn't tell us more important information due to her powers lacking. At the moment, she needs rest to recover her power." said Lavenza.
"So now what?" asked Luz.
"All of you can return to the Owl House to discuss your plans for the Boiling Isles. Find out who was responsible for the disruption of the multiverse," answered Lavenza.
"Okay, we will. Lavenza and Igor. Thank you for telling us this. We'll do our best to watch over Luz and her journey along the way." said Spider-Man.
"You're welcome. It is our pleasure aiding you in your journey," said Igor. "Luz, I wish you and all of your new allies good luck in your journey."
Luz felt a proud feeling in her chest after hearing that. She feels more confident than before.
"Thank you. I feel better now. It's a lot to do but I know I can do this." said Luz confidently.
"Now then, come this way. This will take you back to the Owl House," said Lavenza. "Oh, one more thing. About your friend who calls herself, Kat. The mysterious woman noticed it would be a problem for everyone not being able to understand her. So, she made a new modification."
"Wait, what do you mean by that?" asked Spider-Man.
"It's best if you see it for yourself. Now, head on home and get some rest," answered Lavenza.
Spider-Man, Luz, Ren, King, and Kirby entered the blue cell door and return to the Owl House. Back at the Owl House.
Location: The Owl House
"Luz? King? Peter? Huh… Where did they go?" asked Eda to herself. A blue cell door appeared in front of Eda. Completely startling her.
"What the heck?!" Eda exclaimed in shock and fear as she collapsed to the ground. Luz, Spider-Man, Ren, King, and Kirby emerge from the door. The cell door disappears. The group noticed Eda on the ground who is completely confused at the moment.
"Oh hey. Eda
"Because of you guys. You scared me to death." Eda exclaimed.
"Oh. Sorry about that Eda," said Spider-Man.
"[Sighs] It's fine. By the way, where were you guys earlier?" asked Eda. "I was looking all over for you guys."
"About that… We need to talk you with the others," answered Spider-Man.
Spider-Man explains what happened yesterday with Lavenza showing up and telling Luz that she is the chosen one to save the Boiling Isles. Also, the reason that heroes from other worlds appear here and can't go back home is that they have to face the being who caused the disruption. Spider-Man and the other heroes will have to help Luz to save the Boiling Isles.
"So that's the story, I know it sounds crazy but it's all true," said Spider-Man. Eda just stood there but she responded.
"Pffttt! Hahahahaha! [Snorts]" Eda burst out laughing. "Oh. Peter, you are a killer with that. Whooo!" Spider-Man doesn't respond to that and looks at Eda with a slight intense look. Eda noticed that Peter wasn't messing around, he's serious about this.
"Wait, you guys are serious? That's hilarious but it's just difficult to believe that Luz is the chosen one. Pfft! Hahahaha!" Eda continues to laugh about the story. Spider-Man was slightly annoyed about Eda for not focusing at the moment.
"Eda!" Spider-Man exclaimed.
"Alright, sheesh. I'm listening," said Eda seriously.
"I know it sounds ridiculous and dangerous for Luz but Lavenza and Igor could be right. To be honest, Eda, Luz saved you and calmed you down when you became the Owl Beast," said Spider-Man.
Spider-Man does have a point, Eda would have been stuck as the owl beast that night if Luz didn't stop her. Luz helped Eda in the past a few times and she's working hard to become a witch. The lights spell and the moonlight conjuring proves it.
"[sighs] Ok, it's just a lot to take, this is my kid, she's too young for this," said Eda unsure.
"Yeah I know but you know she kinda reminds my younger self, reckless, curious, and naive to become a superhero around her age," said Spider-Man. "But never mind that. Let's talk about earlier," Spider-Man noticed some of the Reds and Blues are not here. "Wait, where's Caboose, and the others?"
"Donut is doing work at the restaurant. Fixing up the place from last night," answered Carolina.
"As Caboose and the others. They're still resting right now. As for Kat, we already know the answer for that." said Washington.
"You said you know him, right? You said his name, Goro Akechi," said Spider-Man.
"Goro Akechi. The guy was well respected by everyone because of his reputation as the Prince Detective, he was smart, wise but the dude was completely unstable," said Ryuji.
"Despite everything good about Akechi. What Ryuji said, he did horrible things, I can't blame him for what he did. happened to him. Masayoshi Shido was his father, he left his pregnant wife. After Akechi was born, his mother died when he was young. Akechi resented Shido, he wanted to get back at Shido for what he did to him and his mother." said Ann.
"Shido? Oh, yeah. Ren, you mentioned something about a palace. That Akechi died in Shido's palace and you promised him that you would steal Shido's heart." said Spider-Man.
"That's right. Akechi attempted to kill us but we were able to take him down. We let him go but Shido's cognitive version of Akechi killed him. Oh, if you don't know what that means, it means how the ruler sees the place or people. For example, Kamoshida, former teacher Shujin Academy. He sees the school as his castle, seeing the male students like slaves, brutally abusing them. As the female students as sexual slaves." said Ren.
Everyone was uncomfortable at the moment and unsure about this new kind of information palaces and rulers of their palaces. However, they'll ask questions about that later.
"Wow. That's a lot to take and I'm a little scared to learn more about Kamoshida's story. I have a lot of questions about palaces but I'll ask that later." said Spider-Man.
"I still can't believe that another universe where Akechi killed Ren," said Ryuji.
"Never mind that you guys. We don't where Akechi is. But we have to find some of our friends who are somewhere in the Boiling Isles." said Ren.
"Right, everyone, listen up," said Futaba. "I'm gonna show an image of a roster. However, even though we're dealing with a multiversal event. I doubt everyone will be at this event. So, the possibility a low amount of the fighters might appear in the Boiling Isles." Futaba summons her Persona, Necronomicon. Her Persona is shaped like a UFO with a metallic Gargoyle statue crouching on the top of the UFO. The exterior design is decorated with lime green glyphs of various origins.
Futaba is inside her Persona, piloting the persona.
"What is that?" asked Luz.
"That's Futaba's persona. Necronomicon," answered Ren.
"Okay. I think that might be my favorite Persona," said Spider-Man. Futaba's Persona began projecting an image of multiple people.
"So, what is this?" asked Eda.
"This is…" answered Futaba.
The Owl House X Super Smash Brothers Ultimate
"This is the roster of Super Smash Brothers Ultimate. Fighters across many universes. They all come together to have the Ultimate fight." said Futaba.
"H-Holy…. Shit.." said Delsin.
"There so many of them," said Carolina.
"Question is: How many are there?" asked Washington.
"89 fighters," answered Ren. "But don't worry just like Futaba said. It's most likely a few fighters will appear in the Boiling Isles." Eda was looking to her surprise she recognized one of the fighters.
"Link?" said Eda in shock.
"Wait, Eda. You know Link?" asked Ren.
"Yeah, kinda. I met him for the first time last night when I was getting an elixir. He saved my neck from getting taken by Tibbles." answered Eda. "But he was with a woman that was calling his name, Link."
"Holy shit…. Link's here too?!" Ryuji exclaimed in shock.
"Wait, why is two other Link's?" asked King. He is referring to the other fighters on the roster.
"Oh. That's Toon Link and Young Link," answered Ren.
"Are they siblings?" asked Eda.
"No. They are completely different people. It's way more complicated than you think." answered Ren.
"Okay. I'm already confused. Moving on. So, even if you guys were to check over there. I doubt he'll still be there. The Night Market isn't a pleasant place," said Eda.
"Ah… Great. Well, this wasn't my first time trying to look for people in a crowded city. I can deal with this." said Delin.
"AHHHHH!" a familiar woman screamed. It was Kat running outside and she was disrupted at the moment.
"My voice! What to my voice?!" Kat exclaimed in fear. Everyone was shocked to hear Kat and they were able to completely understand her.
"K-Kat?! You're speaking English," said Luz in complete shock.
"What the?! I can understand you guys. What is going on?!" asked Kat worryingly. Spider-Man, Ren, Luz, King, and Kirby understand what Lavenza meant about the modification for Kat and Dusty.
"Now I understand what Lavenza meant adding a new "modification." for Kat and Dusty," said Spider-Man.
"What?! Can somebody explain to me what is going on?!" Kat exclaimed slightly upsettingly.
Time Passes…
Luz, King, and Kirby went back inside to the Owl House and rested on the couch.
"[Sighs] What a day…" said Luz exhaustingly.
"Yeah, you can say that again," said King exhaustingly as well.
Ren and Spider-Man went inside to the Owl House to see if Luz, King, and Kirby are doing okay.
"Hey, Luz. Are you okay?" asked Ren.
"Yeah, I'm just tired from yesterday and today. Timelines, secrets, Super Smash Brothers, and me being the chosen one. It's a lot of responsibility." said Luz.
"Yeah, I know Luz. But we'll get through this," said Ren.
"He's right. We'll find a way. Hey, Luz, sorry about yesterday. I just wanted to make sure you're safe. But still, It's a lot to take. Especially that your mother doesn't know you're here. Not only that, you and we have to save this world and the multiverse from ruin." said Spider-Man.
"Thanks, you guys. It's just like I'm Azura. Saving the day and living happily ever after." said Luz.
"Azura? Who's that?" asked Ren.
"Oh. Just a character from my favorite book "The Good Witch Azura." Actually, this book is the reason why love magic and wanted to become a witch." answered Luz.
"So you found inspired from a book. It makes sense why you wanted to become a witch and chose to stay here. You wanted to be like Azura. That's good Luz. " said Spider-Man.
"Yeah, she's the reason I keep going into the future. If it wasn't for here, I didn't know where I would be," said Luz. "After everything we learned today. That means we need to work hard. As for me, I need to work hard to become a witch to save this world and all universe from the hands of evil."
"That's great. Remember, we're in this together. Alright, we'll talk to you guys later. Oh, Luz." said Spider-Man.
"Yes Spidey?" asked Luz.
"I trust that you can be greater and help others," said Spider-Man. "With great power-"
"Comes great responsibility." Both Luz and Spider-Man synchronized saying the quite of Benjamin Parker. Spider-Man was surprised to hear Luz saying that.
"A good quote to keep going and using your skills to help others. Thanks, Peter," said Luz.
"No problem. High five," said Spider-Man as he and Luz high-five each other. Luz may be young but she has a good heart, willing to help others. She has a long way to go to become a witch.
"Alright, it's getting late. We should rest for the night," said Spider-Man.
"Okay. Good night you guys. Get some good rest," said Luz.
"Good night Luz," said Ren and Spider-Man as they leave the Owl House. Luz and Kirby look at each other for a moment. She realizes that they never properly introduce each other.
"Oh, right we never properly introduce ourselves. Hi, my name is Luz, and nice to meet you, Kirby," said Luz. She is heart warmed to see Kirby's adorableness. "Oh my gosh I love you already," said Luz. Kirby smiled and hugged Luz. Luz's heart sank because Kirby is so adorable, honestly, no one can't resist Kirby's cuteness.
"Hey, what about me?" asked King.
"Come me, King," answered Luz as she grabs King and hugs him.
"Agh! I regret this!" King exclaimed.
"You just keep melting my heart. Why are you guys so cute?" asked Luz.
"Poyo," answered Kirby adorably.
"Oh sorry, I can't help it, you're just one of the most adorable creatures in the world. For now, you will be staying here at the Owl House and be roommates with me," said Luz.
"Poyo!" said Kirby.
Kirby smiles, he is glad he can stay here. For the past few days, he was lonely, lost in the boiling isles, hasn't had any food. Kirby was trying to find a way back but couldn't escape because something is preventing him from leaving. Kirby started tearing up, Luz noticed Kirby was shedding tears.
"Oh no, what's wrong Kirby? Wait, were you out there by yourself?" asked Luz. Kirby nods yes, Luz gasps in shock, and hugs Kirby.
"You poor thing, don't worry you're safe and I promise you won't be alone again," said Luz. Kirby looks at Luz, he continues to cry, Luz tries to keep her emotions together but she is bursting with tears and hugs Kirby.
"Dang it, stop crying, please. I can't control my emotions. I promise I'll make you happy." said Luz as she tries to stop crying but continues crying because it's difficult to see Kirby sad, it seems he was stuck with no way of getting back home. Luz thought of an idea to cheer up Kirby.
"Kirby, I'll be right back just as sec." said Luz as she went upstairs, headed into her room, and grabbed "The Good Witch Azura." She heads back downstairs and sits down on the couch.
"Kirby, I think I'll cheer you up. This is one of my favorite books, "The Good Witch Azura." A story of a young good witch named Azura who goes on magical adventures, fighting the forces of evil and bringing peace throughout the magical lands. Now, let us begin." said Luz.
Kirby listens to Luz's narration of the book, and a few hours have passed. Eda came back from work, the first thing she saw was Luz sleeping and holding a sleeping Kirby in her arms.
"Heh. Cute sleepy heads," said Eda happily to see Luz and Kirby resting together.
Eda smiles and performs a magic spell to lift them and bring them into Luz's room. Eda snapped her fingers, Luz body was glowing, it swapped her casual outfit to her pajamas. Eda closes the door and Luz and Kirby rest for the day.
