What if video games went to the world of The Owl House. Heroes and villains from different video games. This is an AU where video game characters went to the world of the Boiling Isles. Where they would meet the cast of The Owl House... Note: It's rated M, there will be adult language, that is all for that. There is gore but that won't happen until way later into the story.

20. Chapter 18: The Violet Owl

Hello everybody, I know it's been a while since the last update because of finals. Luckily I was able to pass my grades and graduated. After that, I wanted to rest my head because I felt exhausted after completing all of that. I wanted to finish this chapter however I decided I needed moments where I should relax and take it easy. So I did, all I can is that my sister got me "The Legend of Zelda: Tears of The Kingdom." The game is phenomenal, after that I went to go watch "Spider-Man: Across the Spider-Verse." The film is fantastic, and I highly recommend watching it. Other things happened while I was still in school, for example, I played "The Last of Us" and "The Last of Us Part II." Good games and I'm in the progress of playing "Mafia: Definitive Edition" and "Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order." Other things I did but I'll explain that next the chapters.

In all honesty, I could've finished this chapter sooner after my graduation however I wasn't really satisfied with it. So I had to make some changes to make it interesting and it explains why it took some time to finish this chapter. Okay, that's enough about me, I hope you guys enjoy this chapter. Chapter 18: "The Violet Owl."

A few hours have passed since the reveal of the Elites of The Emperor's Coven. However, the other Delsin was the highlight of the news for the heroes.

"I can't believe… It's actually me," said Delsin disbelievingly.

"For real! We have two Delsin Rowe's in the Boiling Isles. I know we're dealing with other variants from our past bad guys. But having two variants of the same person… That's too much!" Ryuji exclaimed.

"How I was so blind? The signs were right there," said Delsin.

"What do you mean?" asked Luz.

"We ran into this guy a few times. The way he dresses, his mask, and his voice. It was right there but I shrugged it off because I thought I was overthinking it." answered Delsin.

"Now you mention. I thought of that too but the same thing here. Even I thought I was overthinking it." said Luz.

"Well, at least I wasn't the only one who had theories about this guy. I didn't think I was right about it. I thought we were going to run into Augustine."

"You mention this Augustine before. Who was she?" asked Lilith.

"Augustine was known as the director of the Department of Unified Protection, DUP for short. When I first met her, we didn't have a good start. Torture my whole family because I was a conduit and I lied about it. So, I had to go after her and stop her from causing any more damage. Eventually, I found out why she formed the DUP in the first place. Her plan was to capture every conduit so she could protect them from all the hate and discrimination. But no, I said screw that plan," answered Delsin. "She took their freedom and planned to make them into killable machines just to prove they are dangerous. But thanks to them, her plan crumble into bits."

"Mama Mia. So what happen to her anyway?" asked Mario.

"I expose her secrets, her plans, and the kind of person she really is. By now, she's in prison in my world," answered Delsin.

"I see. That's one way to save the day I guess but that is so creepy and horrible to do that to people," said Mario. "Wasn't there another option besides that?"

"It wasn't simple back then. After the outbreak, things were getting for the world. People were turning into Conduits across the world and even Augustine turned into one. The government wanted all Conduits to be eliminated. She had to make cruel decisions in order to survive and formed the DUP to "Protect" all Conduits. But to me all that is bullshit," answered Delsin.

"That's a lot… Well, I'm glad you were able to stop her. But besides that, I'm worried if we are gonna come across evil versions of yourselves in the future." said Luz.

"I doubt that," said Morgana.

"Huh?" Luz was confused by that.

"I have a theory that Belos is gathering forces that can do the job right," said Morgana. "The grunts performance is… Questionable. I'm even surprised they were even accepted in the coven in the first place."

"Besides those losers. For example, Goro Akechi. The Phantom Thieves are familiar with him and what he's capable of. But he knows how to screw with his enemies. Even we had a hard time tracking him down." said Ryuji.

"He's right. Akechi knows how to sneak behind his enemies however it didn't work on us because well we got lucky," said Ren.

"Yeah, it was a close call. Akechi was terrifying to deal with. Ren barely got outta that mess," said Ryuji. "We could tell you how he messed up but I think it will be funnier if he says for himself."

"Not only that but Allison is there. I had a feeling she get herself involved with Emperor Belos but I was hoping that wasn't the case," said Spider-Man/Peter.

"Wait… I forgot that's Carolina's mama," said Eda. "Hey, Carolina. Are you okay about all this?"

"I'm fine. I had a feeling something like this would happen," answered Carolina.

"You did? Hm. Of course, you would know." said Eda.

"Yep, it was pretty obvious that Belos was gonna recruit her. Especially our last encounter with her," said Carolina. "I know what I have to do when I see her again."

"Which is?" asked Eda.

"I want to help her," answered Carolina.

Eda was surprised by Carolina's response.

"You wanna help her? Don't you remember the last time what happened to you? She tried to kill you," said Eda.

"Yeah, that's because she didn't know who we were. I noticed how she reacted when I said "mom" to her." said Carolina.

"She was probably confused by you calling her "mom." If it was me, I'd be confused as well," said Eda.

"But… Look, I'm trying to figure out how to do this. I know it's not gonna work but I have to try." said

"Ugh… Honestly, I don't blame you for thinking that. This is your mother after all, well kinda. But you know what I mean right?" said Eda.

"Yes. I know what you mean," said Carolina.

"Oh good. Alright, I'm gonna get some apple blood because oh boy… All this news is giving me a migraine." said Eda as she heads inside the Owl House.

Some time passes…

The heroes were still discussing the news. Meanwhile, Luz noticed Brick, Spider-Man/Miles, and Delsin. However, Delsin seems to be thinking about something. Luz grows curious and checks on Delsin.

"Hey, Delsin. Is everything okay?" asked Luz.

"Oh, I'm fine. I'm just thinking," answered Delsin.

"Thinking about what?" asked Luz.

"A stupid idea," answered Delsin. "Miles, I want you to knock me out."

Luz, Brick, and Spider-Man/Miles were caught off guard by Delsin's request.

"Wait what?" asked Luz.

"Hold on, excuse me?" asked Brick.

"W-What?" asked Spider-Man/Miles. "But why?"

"Trust me on this," answered Delsin confidently. "I got a meeting with her… because I have questions for her. So do it."

Spider-Man/Miles was slightly conflicted by Delsin's request however it seems Delsin doesn't mind a major blow from the Venom attacks. So, he agrees.

"Okay… You might wanna prepare yourself because this is gonna hurt a lot," said Spider-Man/Miles.

"Whoa! Can't you just… I don't know, sleep?" asked Luz. "That worked well Carolina and she ended up talking to Mr. X."

"Yeah, but I rather do this now than just wait for it," said Delsin.

"Luz, let Delsin do this. It's important to him, it's obvious why she wants to see this weird

"Yeah, she talked to me before, it was weird because she knew every little detail about me but she said I'm her favorite Vault Hunter. That compliment put a smile on my face. Ha… What a nice lady," said Brick.

"Look… Guys, it's fine. Just let me do this because I have to know. I have a right to know this." said Delsin.

Brick understands Delsin's action while Luz is still conflicted about his idea.

"He's right. Let him have this," said Brick. "He'll be fine. I'm betting he's been through worse."

"Okay, Miles tried not to hit him too hard," said Luz worryingly.

"No worries, I know what to do. I'm just giving him a light tap," said Spider-Man/Miles calmly. "Alright, Delsin… Are you ready?"

Delsin takes the warning and prepares himself. He takes a deep breath to be ready for incoming heavy damage.

"Go for it," answered Delsin.

Spider-Man/Miles walks up to Delsin, charges Venom around his hand, and gently taps Delsin's neck. Delsin felt the pain instantly and passes out from the attack. His unconscious body collapses but Brick stops him from falling to the ground. Then, he gently placed Delsin on the ground. From Delsin's perspective, he finds himself in a strange blue void. Indicating he is in the Mysterious Woman's domain. Delsin checks his surroundings to see if she was there.

"Alright, lady. I know you're out there," said Delsin.

The Mysterious Woman reveals herself and has a somewhat conflicted look on her face. She already knows why Delsin is here in the first place.

"Hello, Delsin. It's been a moment." said the Mysterious Woman.

"Hey… Look, you probably know. No wait, you know why I came here," said Delsin.

"Regarding the other variant of Delsin Rowe." said the Mysterious Woman.

"I… I thought it was gonna be Augustine. But it's me!" said Delsin. "So Belos straight up recruited a creepy version of myself."

"Creepy is not the correct terminology to describe this variant. A representation of InFamous." said the Mysterious Woman.

"InFamous? Which means this variant of myself did this something bad, right?" asked Delsin.

"Correct. Allow me to explain," answered the Mysterious Woman. "The man is you… From an alternate timeline. A universe he chose a different path instead of the one you have chosen."

InFamous Story: What if Delsin chose the InFamous Path?

Every hero has a beginning, a middle, and an ending. The same thing can be said for every villain. These stories of heroes and villains have multiple and unique stories and endings. In most of these stories, the hero comes in victorious, defeats the villain, and lives happily ever after. However, what if that wasn't the case, what if the hero chose a different path? In these stories, there were chances or possibilities where the hero went rogue for a temporary moment or even worse, permanent. For example, a few Spider-Man variants went rogue due to the fact the Alien Symbiote was attempting to take over him. Eventually, Peter Parker was under the influence of the Alien Symbiote. Some were able to escape from the alien creature while others weren't so lucky. However, some of them ended up accepting the strength of the Alien Symbiote. Even some Spider-Man variants chose the dark path due to horrendous circumstances.

At the beginning of Delsin's journey of becoming a powerful Conduit and rebel against the DUP and Augustine. When he was discovered by Augustine, Delsin had to make a choice whether it was admitting he was a Conduit or denying the truth about his powers. The Delsin we are familiar with chose to be honest about his identity as a Conduit however despite being honest Augustine still punished him and his family. Delsin was able to recover however he had to go through a difficult journey to find and get to Augustine. Helping Fetch and Eugene to focus on what was important rather than be ruthless killers. Then, to get Augustine's powers and undo the crimes and the damages she has caused. However, in an alternate timeline, the same events happened again when Delsin gained his powers. However, this Delsin chose to lie and tell Augustine to piss off. Remember, Delsin was a regular human before his life turned around when he made contact with Hank and gain his powers. Most people who are born without any powers have a simple life however if they were to receive powers at some point in their lives. Obviously, this would create a dramatic shift in their lives but they can do whatever they want with these powers. Either it's for good or evil. There are many good examples throughout the multiverse. Ren and Akechi, Delsin and Augustine, Spider-Man/Peter and Mister Negative, etc. As for Delsin, it's a different story.

The journey begins similarly to Delsin's however Delsin chose the opposite and began his route to becoming an InFamous Conduit. Delsin corrupted Fetch and Eugene into committing unforgivable crimes, corrupting their ways and discarding their morals. Delsin shows no mercy to Hank since he was responsible for the death of his brother. All that was left is Augustine. In a clash between Conduits, unfortunately, Augustine couldn't surpass Delsin's brutal power. With the leader of DUP defeated, Delsin believe it was best to show an example to the whole world. Delsin throws Augustine off the tower, her body shattered into pieces, marking the end of Augustine Brooke. This was an example for the people of the world to understand the consequences and understand the true power of Conduits. With the DUP shattered into pieces, Delsin had one last task which was to cure his family's condition. However, he met with an unpleasant welcome when he arrived home.

"The TV news showed everything… It showed… everything," said Betty weakly yet furiously.

Delsin understands what Betty is referring to. The massive collateral damage he caused to the entire city of Seattle. The people he has killed, the corruption, and fear spreading throughout his world because of his actions.

"I saw you kill dozens of innocent people," said Betty angrily.

"What did you want me to do? I wasn't going to let anybody or anything stop me from getting back to you. To save everybody. We're Akomish. We take care of our own, right?" asked Delsin.

Delsin is right however the path he has chosen was not the right path to begin with. Killing his enemies, innocent people, and Augustine. He believed it was a way to reach his goal, however, it was a grave mistake. Giving a clear representation of the dangers of Conduits. After Delsin asks the question, Betty slowly did her best to get up from her wheelchair. Betty felt the heavy pain but she shrugs it off.

"Hey, hey, take it easy," said Delsin.

Betty prepares herself to speak a heavy and truthful statement to the InFamous Delsin Rowe.

"You have disgraced our people, you have disgraced our ancestors and you have disgraced the memory of your brother. You are Akomish, no longer," said Betty heartlessly.

Delsin gave a terrifying and cold stare at Betty. Irritated that Betty has labeled Delsin as a disgraceful thorn to the Akomish family.

"You, and everybody else will die without me. Or have you forgotten that?" asked Delsin strictly.

"We haven't forgotten… And we will never forget," answered Betty coldly as she closes the door in front of Delsin.

Despite the cruel conditions that Betty and the rest of the Akomish family are in. To reject Delsin's offer to heal them. The Akomish family is willing to accept the pain and death. As for Delsin, he's beyond frustrated that his own family rejected him and his help. He could've left and moved on with his pathetic life. The InFamous Conduit does the unimaginable, he performs Orbital Drop in front of the house and crashes into the Akomish Household, killing the entire family. After this horrendous act, Delsin truly disgraced his entire family and legacy. The heartless conduit has no remorse for killing his family and all the memories he had growing up. This event, this storyline is a perfect example of what happens when the hero becomes the villain of the story. Delsin watches the horror of his counterpart's action. As if this was a nightmare he had before but it was real.

"No… NO! NO!" Delsin cries. "That's not real!"

"Delsin! Calm yourself!" The Mysterious Woman.

"That's bullshit right there. I would never do that to my family," said Delsin.

"And you will not. I assure you this man is different from you. You're nothing like him," said the Mysterious Woman.

"I-I… I don't know what to say. This is a lot to take. It feels like a nightmare but it actually happened…. Lady, did any of them survive?" asked Delsin weakly.

The Mysterious Woman was slightly hesitant to give a straight answer but he has a right to know.

"I'm sorry but unfortunately. None of them was able to survive a devasting attack." answered the Mysterious Woman.

Delsin grunts in frustration, he feels like a fool for thinking they were safe from an Orbital Drop's explosion.

"I don't know why I asked that question. God, that was such a dumb question. I probably sound like a dumbass." said Delsin upsettingly.

"No, you're not stupid. You were hoping they didn't fall victim to his hands. I don't blame you for being hopeful if I was in your position. I would've thought the same thing as well." said the Mysterious Woman gently.

"I… I don't know what to say, from time to time I thought dealing with all the previous information was enough to deal with but this is… This is whole another level of complication," said Delsin exhaustingly. "He could've just left them alone."

"It's true. He could've done that but they were already in so much pain and would've slowly passed away. So, in some brutal truth, he put them out of their misery," said the Mysterious Woman.

Delsin wanted to say something back to her however it was unnecessary to state that fact but it was true. Delsin sighs in defeat.

"You're right. Damn… Now, I hate myself that I admitted that," said Delsin defeatedly and he takes a deep breath to calm himself down. "I'm sorry for overreacting for a moment there."

"There's no need to apologize. I was expecting this kind of reaction coming from you. It happens to all of us." said the Mysterious Woman calmly. "I'm surprised you're able to compose yourself quite quickly."

"Yeah, I have matured a bit since I helped my family and the rest of the conduits who were locked by the DUP… But I am trying my best to keep it together. Even though it's a lot but I'm doing my best," said Delsin.

The Mysterious Woman notices Delsin is slightly shaken by all of this and his voice was slightly breaking when he was speaking a moment ago. The Mysterious Woman respects Delsin's composure in holding his emotions.

"That's good to hear, I'm glad you have a strong will. I also agree as well regarding InFamous Delsin's family. The Akomish deserve better than that however all medical and Conduits couldn't do anything considering InFamous Delsin has dramatically the course of his universe," said the Mysterious Woman.

"Right. Also, I have a question. You're calling him "InFamous Delsin?" Why not Delsin or Evil Delsin?" asked Delsin.

"It's the best way to label people because a majority of variants have different names or labels. For you, it's just Delsin however I label you as "True Hero Delsin" because you're from the original timeline of your universe." answered the Mysterious woman.

"True Hero Delsin?" Huh, it's simple and straightforward. I don't mind about it all. Okay, I get it now. That actually makes sense now," said Delsin. "Just like Spider-Man. Most of the variants in the comics and movies have different names besides Spider-Man. It's the best way to tell who is who."

"Correct. The multiverse is a large void and it can be difficult to understand and remember their names without any specifications about their characteristics." said the Mysterious Woman.

"Okay. Good to know about that. But I have one question though," said Delsin.

"Oh, what is it, Delsin?" asked the Mysterious Woman.

"What am I gonna do once I run into him?" asked Delsin. "To InFamous Delsin."

The Mysterious Woman took a brief moment to answer Delsin's question. Until she gave him an answer that he was not expecting at all.

"I suggest you kill him," answered the Mysterious Woman without any hesitation.

"W-What?! Whoa! Whoa! Wait, you want me to kill the guy?" asked Delsin worryingly.

"Yes… InFamous Delsin is too dangerous. When he freed the conduits from Curdun Cay Station. He gained their powers, all of them! Now, you're dealing with the most powerful conduit. Even more powerful than Augustine. Possibly the same length as Cole McGrath and the Beast," answered the Mysterious Woman. "Delsin… I have seen so many stories. Most had good endings while others had horrific ends. I don't want him to bring an end to your story or anyone else."

Delsin can feel the tension from the Mysterious Woman, acknowledging the fact that she is serious regarding the dangers of InFamous Delsin. What surprised him the most is that InFamous Delsin gained multiple various powers when he freed the Conduits.

"Oh, my god. You're actually serious… Look, I never killed anyone before. This is a lot to take. Not only he killed his family, gain powers from all the Conduits from Curdun Cay Station, and made his world afraid of Conduits." said Delsin. "Now, you're asking me to kill him… I'm not sure if I can do that."

"Look, Delsin… I hate what I'm asking you to do but you have to agree to my request. I don't want any of you to suffer the consequences. Some people are difficult to convince with simple words. They refuse to listen, to understand the possibility of peace, or have any remorse for their victims." said the Mysterious Woman worryingly. "Please, you have to trust me on this. If InFamous Delsin were to break out of his cooperation with Belos. The amount of damage he can do to the Boiling Isles or worse, the entirety of the Multiverse."

Delsin was heavily conflicted by this. A heavy responsible to a stop to InFamous Delsin and whatever he has plans with the Boiling Isles. Delsin would consider this option later on however he needs time to think about it.

"Okay, but give me some time to think about this. I need to process all of this information," said Delsin.

"Of course. Take all the time you need." said the Mysterious Woman. She noticed she is running out of time to communicate with Delsin. "Oh no… I'm running out of time. Do you have any questions for me?"

"Oh right. There's something me and the guys have wondering about. Which is this family that showed up in the Boiling Isles and joined up with Emperor Belos. The Medici Family. Who are they?" asked Delsin.

"The Medici Family. That's a name I recognized and despised heavily," answer the Mysterious Woman.

"Yep. I had a feeling you were gonna say that. Especially what Eda told me about Black Dahlia." said Delsin.

"Black Dahlia… That's a name I'm familiar with." said the Mysterious Woman.

"Okay, so what do you know about the Medici Family?" asked Delsin.

"The Medici Family is a criminal organization led by Lorenzo Medici. An infamous individual who has done horrendous things in his lifetime. A criminal who has been enjoying himself for far too long." said the Mysterious Woman.

"What do you mean by that? You mean to tell me he's been a criminal since he was a kid?" asked Delsin.

"Yes, he was young when he began his role in the crime family. Eventually, he became the head of the Medici Family. One day he gain one of the rare artifacts, the Life Gem. He used it to gain immortality and invincibility. With that kind of power, he can do whatever he pleases. People in that universe see him as a savior but they are not completely unaware of the crimes he has committed behind the scenes or what he is capable of," answered the Mysterious Woman.

"I see… I'm assuming something must've happened to the Medici Family. Otherwise, they wouldn't be in the first place. So what happen to the Medici Family in their universe?" asked Delsin.

"Bad luck. Before I explain that. Let me explain the concept of the Skullheart. In their world, the gods in that universe known as the Trinity placed a curse which is an artifact called the Skullheart. An artifact that has been around since the birth of their universe. It has the power to grant a wish but only for women. However, if the Skullheart were to sense malice even the slightest. Even if the wish was selfless, however, the Skull Heart can twist the woman's wish and turn them into a being known as the Skullgirl. Some events and timelines show many women turning into the Skullgirl instantly or rather slowly. That depends on the woman's wish. However, Destruction and ruin were spread throughout the lands." answered the Mysterious Woman.

"Shit… That's the definition of "be careful what you wish for," said Delsin. "I'm surprised the Medici Family hasn't gotten their hands on this Skull heart."

"It's not much of a surprise. In that universe, people are familiar with the high value of the Skull Heart. The Renoir Family, the Medici Family, the Anti-Skullgirl Labs, and many various people are desperate to get their hands on the Skullheart whether it's good or evil. It's a competition between life and death. However, there were recent events that happened that crippled the Medici Family. You see, the recent Skullgirl, Marie Korbel was a young girl who was wronged by the Medici Family and vowed vengeance against them. She met a woman named "Double" who offers her the Skull Heart which Marie easily takes it. Unfortunately, her best efforts against the family weren't enough. She died trying to bring them to justice." said the Mysterious Woman.

"Damn… But wait. I'm assuming this Marie did enough damage to the Medici Family. At the point that bad luck kicked in." said Delsin.

"Yes. Not only that but Lorenzo made a grave mistake. He lost the Life Gem," said the Mysterious Woman.

Delsin was surprised by this. He started thinking to himself. How in the hell did Lorenzo lose it in the first place? Delsin was flabbergasted by this because if you have a rare, you have to be careful with the artifact. However, it seems Lorenzo was too comfortable with it and ended up losing the Life Gem.

"What?! How the hell did he lose it?" asked Delsin.

"A group known as the Fishbone Gang infiltrated his home without being detected. A woman named Ms. Fortune was responsible for stealing the Life Gem. Ever since she took it, Lorenzo was reverting to his current age. Now, he's a stubborn, loud, and desperate old fool," answered the Mysterious Woman. "He did send Black Dahlia and a group to kill them which was successful however they couldn't retrieve the Life Gem because Ms Fortune accidentally consumed the Life Gem while attempting to hide it in her mouth. When she perished in a brutal death, the Life Gem saved her, granting her unique powers."

"Wow… That's… That's insane. Damn… I get it now. Not only they were getting their ass handed to the Renoir Family and the Skullgirl. But they pretty much lost their best weapon," said Delsin. "Damn, it really wasn't their year."

"Ever since the collateral damage they suffered, the Medici Family was finding themselves in difficult situations. At that point, they were running out of options and protection. Their invincibility was cracking. Until something happened that wasn't supposed to happen in the first place," said Mysterious Woman.

"Belos… He helped them get away because that was the right moment to make his move and make a deal with them," said Delsin. "Just like you said. They were running out of options, at that point, they had no choice but to work with Emperor Belos."

"Not only that but it seems he's willing to help the Medici Family regain their strength and former glory. Surpassing their rival, the Renoir Family, and ruling all of New Meridian," said the Mysterious Woman.

"Damn, I think I'm starting to see the pattern here. At this point, he's gathering villains or other people who are in desperate situations," said Delsin.

"Exactly, before I go… There's someone I need to warn you about. It's one of the Medici Family's associates. Do you recall the woman named Eliza? She was on the news some time ago today," said the Mysterious Woman.

"Oh yeah, that one chick wearing Egyptian clothing. What's up with her anyway?" asked Delsin. "Lilith said she was some kind of singer."

"It is true, she is a singer however don't let that imagery fool you. That woman is a force to be reckoned with." answered the Mysterious Woman. "Because she's a goddess."

Delsin was shocked by that major piece of information about Eliza. He never thought of the possibility he would come face to face with an actual god or even see one.

"Wait… You mean an actual goddess. Like dead serious?" asked Delsin.

"Yes. She's known as the Crimson Scourge. The reason for that name is that Eliza has a parasite as her skeleton called Sekhmet. A long time ago, she caused nothing but death and destruction. She has the ability to absorb blood in order to stay in her youthful form," answered the Mysterious Woman.

"She can absorb blood? Oh, god. I hope I don't get to see that in person." said Delsin concernedly.

"I know. But Delsin, in the Skullgirls universe, there's an alternate timeline where she successfully defeated Marie and Double. She destroyed the Skullheart, became more powerful, and betrayed the Medici Family," said the Mysterious Woman. "However, Marie was still alive and continued to fight Eliza. I can't say who won. But I believe Eliza won that fight."

"Holy shit… Damn, does Belos know about all this?" asked Delsin.

"God damn it," Delsin sighs in desperation. "This was just beginning wasn't it?"

"Yes. I don't know how far will Belos go just to reach his goal. I don't know how severe the damage will be for the multiverse. In fact, I'm scared to find out." answered the Mysterious Woman.

The void began shaking all of a sudden. It seems their communication is about to end soon.

"Looks like our time together is over. Hopefully, I did well to answer your questions," said the Mysterious Woman.

"Yes. Thanks for all that… Uh… Damn, you really don't have a name do you?" asked Delsin.

"I don't. But don't be concerned about that. We'll discuss that another time. Now, take care Delsin, and good luck," answered the Mysterious Woman. Delsin was blinded by a pure blue light and everything went black for him.

Meanwhile, back to the Owl House, Eda exits the Owl House and sees everyone still having discussions. However, Eda noticed something that flabbergasted her, she saw Delsin completely unconscious on the ground.

"What the heck happened here?!" asked Eda.

"Oh… Hi, Eda. So, about this.." said Spider-Man/Peter.

"He basically asked Miles to knock him out," answered Mordecai.

"Say what?! Why the heck would he ask for that?" asked Eda.

"He asked to do it because he can meet with this person in that weird dream sequence," answered Spider-Man/Miles.

"Wait, you mean-" Eda was interrupted by Delsin's sudden wake-up from the dream. Eda and Luz yelp in fear. Delsin places his hand on the back of his neck, and he groans exhaustingly. He noticed everyone was looking at him.

"Argh! Ow… Oh hey, guys." said Delsin weakly.

"Don't "hey guys" me! You almost gave a heart attack! What the heck were you thinking to ask someone to knock you out?!" Eda exclaimed.

"My bad. Honestly. I just wanted to talk to her about the other Delsin that was on the news earlier." said Delsin. "Wait, how long was I out?" asked Delsin.

"Five minutes," answered Luz.

"What?! Damn, she wasn't kidding about the time differences," said Delsin.

"Delsin, so what did she say about him?" asked Luz.

"A lot… Too much to be in fact but it's the best way to describe him," answered Delsin. "So, let me explain."

Time Passes…

Delsin explains the background of InFamous Delsin to the heroes and has a better understanding of the variant. Most of them were disgusted by InFamous Delsin's history.

"Titan… He killed his own family. Delsin… I'm sorry you have to learn about that," said Eda sadly.

"Thank you, Eda. Look, it's fine. It was hard for me but I appreciate your concern. Guys, she ask me to do this one thing once I see him." said Delsin.

"What's that?" asked Luz.

"She told me to kill him," answered Delsin.

Everyone was shocked by this response. An objective that asks a lot which is to bring the end of InFamous Delsin. However, it's a necessary action thanks to the Mysterious Woman's warning of the dangers.

"For real?!" Ryuji exclaimed.

"Why would she ask us to do such a thing?" asked Ren.

"No… She's not asking you guys to do it. She's asking me to do it." answered Delsin. "Only me because she knows I'm the only one who has a chance of taking him down."

"But still, why would she want you to kill him?" asked Luz.

"Isn't it obvious? She likely sees him as a major threat," answered Lilith the Siren.

"Lilith's right…" said Delsin. "She told that he gained all the Conduits' powers when he freed them from Curdan Cay. They see him as a savior against all discrimination towards Conduits.

"Right. In your world, you made things right by showing what happened to the Conduits and exposing the crimes that Augustine committed," said Sora. "However, this Delsin did the opposite and made things worse."

"I never thought I would be a different version of myself. It's just like in the shows and comics. Where the hero has to face an evil version of themselves," said Delsin. "But I didn't think it would be this bad."

"Guys, can I have a say on this?" asked Eda.

"Yeah, of course, Eda," answered Spider-Man/Peter.

"Guys… Look, as much as I hate to admit it. But some people are not worth it. And Peter, I know what you're gonna say… It breaks the meaning of being Spider-Man and this whole superhero thing. But did you forget Jack and Black Dahlia did? Jack tried to massacre Hexside and Black Dahlia killed three people in front of me. I couldn't stop her." said Eda frustratingly. "I know this is crazy for me to say that. Here's the thing… Not everyone wants to change or anything like that."

"What? Look, I get what you're saying. But this is something about killing someone. Maybe we can help him," said Spider-Man/Peter.

"Peter!" Eda exclaimed. "I get it. You have a good heart and you're willing to make risky decisions to help a nutjob but you should be aware of all of this when some people are beyond saving," said Eda.

"I know but.." Spider-Man/Peter

"Pete bro. I know that you're not the type of guy who kills people. But we have experienced crazy people who were just… Just fuck them because of all things they have done. How can I forgive someone like that?" asked Brick. "Especially Handsome Jack… Boy… You have no idea the things he has done back in our universe."

"Guys!" Luz exclaimed. "Look, I know all of you have complications all about this. But we can't fight over this kind of thing. It's understandable on both sides about the whole situation but I don't want to see us falling apart just because we have different opinions about who lives or who… dies."

"She's right. Spider-Man… this is my fight between him and me alone. It's my responsibility to take on this guy. It's the reason why the lady sent me here in the first place." said Delsin. "I know this is gonna be tough on me but I have to try and see this through. Because if I don't… People are gonna get hurt or worse."

"Delsin's right… Take it from me. I made a terrible mistake back on Elpis. Leaving Handsome Jack alive. I just gave him a sucker punch and that was it… What comes after… My god, nothing but a nightmare who has no remorse for anything. A delusional hero causing nothing but chaos. Nothing more than that. I made a choice but I didn't execute it carefully." said Lilith the Siren frustratingly.

Spider-Man/Peter feels conflicted about all this however Spider-Man/Miles steps in and states his statement about Delsin's situation.

"Pete… Delsin needs to do this because this is something that's bigger than him and he's willing to take on this challenge. Just like you and me. Both of us have to take care of Martin Li and Rhino. In our own way. You have to respect his choice." said Spider-Man/Miles.

"I…" Spider-Man/Peter sighs exhaustingly. He accepts this because it seems Delsin is willing to take on the task. "You're right… It's just too much… Especially for Delsin. But after everything he explained about InFamous Delsin, it makes sense why she tasked Delsin to kill him."

"It's fine, Spidey. Look, it's been a while since I faced someone this powerful. Last time, it was Augustine and she was a tough cookie to take down. But this is… This is different from what I ever faced before. But I gotta prepare for the worst against this guy." said Delsin. "We all have to. Especially for Luz. Like the kid has a prophecy about her saving the Boiling Isles from ruin."

"Exactly, We all to take care of responsibility… Ugh… I can't believe I said that. Especially for me, I wanna pummel Handsome Jack and Black Dahlia because those two are just unforgivable." said Eda strictly. "I need to settle the score between them."

"I can't blame you for having those thoughts. That day was really rough for all of us. After seeing a glimpse of Black Dahlia and Jack's brutality. It was obvious you were gonna hate those two specifically," said Lilith the Siren.

"Exactly. Handsome Jack gave us hell back on Pandora and the only thing we care about is that he was dead for good," said Axton. "But anyway, Delsin, did you get the chance to ask this lady about Black Dahlia?"

"Yeah, apparently Black Dahlia along with this mafia, which is the Medici family are from a universe called Skullgirls," answered Delsin.

"Skullgirls? That's an odd name for a universe," said Kat.

"Probably because your worlds are simply called like that in my world because it's the best way to call them with unique names so it would be easier," said Luz.

"Exactly. She explains that universes have specific names, whether it's code names, common names like Earth, or that kind of specific names," said Delsin. "The lady told me that they came here because the Medici Family got into trouble because Lorenzo, the head of the Medici Mafia lost the Life Gem by a woman named Ms. Fortune. She's from a group called the Fishbone Gang and they did a heist. Stealing Lorenzo's entire stash but stealing Life Gem was the one that pissed off Lorenzo. But they were killed by Black Dahlia. Ms. Fortune survived because she ate the Life Gem."

"Huh?! She ate it?" asked Luz. "Why would she eat a priceless treasure?"

"Yeah, she was trying to hide it in her mouth but somehow accidentally ate it. The Life Gem saved her from dying," answered Delsin.

"Darn… Poor punks," said Eda. "But all we can do now is get those fools and teach them a lesson for what they did. Now we know why the Medici family is here in the first place. Things didn't go well for them and Belos is helping them. Ha! That Black Dahlia asking for help. I'm betting she was so embarrassed when she went go asking for help."

"No… You see, Lorenzo was turning back into an old man when the Life Gem was taken from him. Meaning, he was dying because he was using the Life Gem for a very long time. Not only that but things have gotten worse for them. A girl named Marie Korbel got her hands on this artifact called the Skullheart and transformed into the Skullgirls because she wished vengeance against the Medici Family. She nearly succeeded but it wasn't enough. So, it makes sense why they're here. Lorenzo was dragging them to be here so he can get his precious Life Gem back and the Medici family's prime form," said Delsin.

"An old fool desperate of becoming an immortal once again/ What a disgrace," said Zer0.

"Yeah, talk about craziness. First Handsome Jack and now this guy. People are seriously crazy when it comes to becoming a god." said Gaige. "God, that trend is kinda annoying at this point."

"Besides Lorenzo, the lady mention Eliza. She warned me about her extremely," said Delsin.

"You mean the singer that's part of Belo's stupid fan club? What about her? She can't be that bad, right?" said Eda.

"She may look like an attractive singer but the lady told me she's very dangerous. Same level as Black Dahlia. Also, She told me that Eliza is known as The Crimson Scrouge. A goddess." said Delsin.

Delsin's statement about Eliza's god aspect shocked everyone because Belos somehow gain contact with an actual Goddess.

"For real?!" Ryuji exclaimed.

"What?!" Luz exclaimed.

"Whoa! Hold on, you mean an actual goddess?" asked Brick.

"Yeah… I'm worried about who's gonna run into her in the future," said Delsin.

"Hold on? What's a goddess?" asked Eda.

"Oh right. So an individual who has god-like powers and who has lived for many years," answered Spider-Man/Peter. "I've met a few of them in my universe."

"Really? Oh just like the Titan. Apparently, the people of the Boiling Isles stated that the Titan was an immortal being. But the thing no knows how the Titan died because no one was around when it happened." said Eda. "Still, I can't Belos has made contact with those kinds of people."

"Not only that. This is just the beginning. Eventually, we're gonna into more of his friends." said Spider-Man/Peter. "All we can do now is prepare for the worst."

"He's right. We have to take this slow. Emperor Belos may not look like much but we don't know everything about him and his security in his palace. I want to develop a plan to infiltrate his castle but that might take a lot of time," said Carolina.

"It's okay, take the time all you need. For now, let's just lay low," said Spider-Man/Peter. "I don't want to do anything that's reckless. Which is gonna be hard because these guys might plan anything at the moment. Not only that but Martin Li is still out there!"

"You know there have been reports about this guy messing with people but he's never there. He's really desperately trying to find the right moment to attack," said King.

"Yeah, he's just causing trouble every once in a while by just corrupting people. It always happens whenever Peter or Miles are nearby when they are patrolling," said Luz. "Guys, we should chill for now. It's best if we lay low for now and see how this plays out."

"She's right. We can't panic just because there's another Delsin. We have other things to worry about. So, let's just rest our heads so we can ease off the stress." said Caboose.

"All right… The thing is… I'm worried about the events that are gonna happen in the future," said Eda.

Time Passes…

A few days have passed. During those few days, Luz and King decided to write a book because there was a writing competition. Surprisingly nothing happened for our heroes during the events of "Sense and Insensitivity." Except for Luz and King almost getting killed by a publisher known as Piniet however luckily they were able to get away from him thanks to Tiny Nose. After that, they went back home safely but learn a valuable lesson, especially for King. Since all of this was technically his fault since he believed his writing was superior but ultimately realized that without Luz, his next book was completely gushy. King did apologize to Luz for what he said about her writing style and creativity. After arriving back at the Owl House, they were just exhausted.

Meanwhile, when all of this happened, Eda ended up going on a quest thanks to Lilith because a shop merchant gave Lilith a map that lead her to a rare organic item known as the Bloom of Eternal Youth. As time passes, Eda ended up running into Lilith. The Clawthrone sisters were surprised that they run into each other and at the same time, they were not happy to see each other. So they ended up racing to the Bloom of Eternal Youth. Some time passes, and the Clawthrone Sisters are still racing. However, a crab-like monster took Lilith but Eda ended up defeating the monster with ease. Lilith was surprised by Eda's act of kindness. Despite their strong rivalry, Eda still cares for Lilith. However, their short moment ended when they finally find the Bloom of Eternal Youth. As soon as Eda tried to grab it and take it for herself, the bloom disappears. Then, the merchant from earlier arrived and revealed the Bloom of Eternal Youth was nothing but a fraud. It was a plan to feast on Eda and Lilith. But… Um… Let's just say it doesn't end well for the merchant. When Eda and Lilith found out they got scammed, they easily dealt with the bloodthirsty scammer. After they have a heart-to-heart moment until Eda makes her leave, however, Eda began wondering about something which is the Elites of the Emperor's Coven. Eda asks how things are with Lilith and her connection to the Elites.

"Oh before I go… Lily, those new friends of yours… They're nothing but trouble. I've seen what Handsome Jack and Black Dahlia are capable of. As for the others, I'm actually afraid to find out what they're capable of as well." said Eda worryingly.

"I-I… I already know," said Lilith weakly.

"You know? Then, why are you working with them?" asked Eda. "Don't you know how dangerous they are?"

"Belos has already made his decision and once he makes a decision, he doesn't change his mind easily," answered Lilith. "He sees great potential in all of them."

"Yeah great potential on causing a nightmare for everyone," said Eda.

"Edalyn… Look, I know you don't like this but neither do I. But Belos promises to fix all our flaws and protect the Boiling Isles from harm." said Lilith.

Eda was conflicted by this. Eda does care and respect Lilith but at the same time, she wished that Lilith didn't join the Emperor's Coven. Because things are slowly getting complicated for the Clawthrone family and the rest of the heroes.

"Lily, I trust you but it's obvious that Belos is willing to hurt a lot of people to get whatever he wants," said Eda cautiously. "As for your somewhat friends… Be careful and watch your back. I can tell one of them is waiting for the right moment to stab you in the back."

"Sister… I can take of myself," said Lilith. "Now, run along before I change my mind. I believe either of us do not want that."

Eda wanted to say something but at this point, it was no use. Having a conversation with Lilith regarding the reputation of Emperor Belos is complicated. So, Eda uses her staff and makes her way back to the Owl House. While Lilith sees her sister fly away. She began feeling conflicted about everything. About Emperor Belos, the heroes, the Elites of the Emperor's Coven, and the existence of the Multiverse. She wondered if there was another timeline, where she didn't curse Eda. Meaning, a universe where the Clawthrone family was never crippled by the curse and Lilith's choice. Lilith can imagine the possibility of that reality but she knows she can't have it because does she really deserve it after what she has done for the family?

"I wonder what's it like… A home where I wasn't so foolish to curse my own sister," said Lilith weakly. "I would give anything to make them into a reality. Not just for me but for my family."

"Another boring performance, Lilith," said a feminine voice.

Lilith's eyes widened in surprise and turned to see who it was and it was none other than Black Dahlia.

"Black Dahlia? What are you doing here?" asked Lilith strictly.

"I wanted to watch over you. To see how you work… I must say I'm disappointed in you," answered Black Dahlia. "No wonder Belos has a hard time getting along with you."

"Sorry to disappoint you. So, did Emperor Belos send you?" asked Lilith.

"No, I noticed you gossiping over some ridiculous artifact from a few days ago. Which turns out to be a lie. Lilith… You should've known better. Now, you look like a fool. I'm even surprised that you earned the reputation of Leader of the Emperor's Coven," answered Black Dahlia. "I'm betting you cheated your way to the top."

"Are you serious? Are you insulting my career? No… You know nothing about me." said Lilith. "I will not tolerate this. You may be the Top Enforcer of the Medici family but that doesn't mean you can do whatever you please."

"I know but I don't care about your prestige or lifelong career within the Emperor's Coven. What I cared about is you doing your damn job. But it seems I had my expectations too high." said Black Dahlia.

"Well, I apologize for not meeting them. I didn't know I was being tested and stalked at the same time," said Lilith.

"Well, I had a good feeling you would reject my observation on how you operate as the leader. Considering you have a difficult time cooperating with your colleagues," said Black Dahlia.

"Black Dahlia, I can handle things by myself. You and the members of the Elites are just helping hands. Nothing more than that," said Lilith.

"Ow, Lilith. That's so mean… And sad at the same time," said Black Dahlia mockingly. "Let me ask you a simple question: How did you join the Emperor's Coven in the first place?" asked Black Dahlia.

When Lilith heard Black Dahlia's question, she was hesitant to answer the question because when Lilith applied to the Emperor's Coven. That was the same day when Eda transformed into the Owl Beast for the first time. Black Dahlia easily notices her hesitation and can tell this due to Lilith's expression.

"Oh… I'm assuming this has something to do with Eda," said Black Dahlia. "I can tell by the look of yours. Did the Clawthrone sisters have a big fight?"

"Enough… You don't know anything about me," answered Lilith strictly. "You have no right to learn anything about my personal life."

"Hmph… I guess I touched a nerve. Oh, Lilith… Oh, Lilith, you're such a bad liar," said Black Dahlia.

"W-What do you mean by that?" asked Lilith.

"Lilith, don't be so oblivious… The day you and your sister had to battle to join the Emperor's Coven because only one of you could join the Emperor's Coven at the time. Eda gave up the match just for you to join the Emperor's Coven, and then a complete nightmare was born, Eda the Owl Lady. It's funny that no one found that suspicious that it happened on the same day when your beloved sister turns into the Owl Beast. Isn't that right, culprit?" asked Black Dahlia.

Lilith eyes are in complete shock at Black Dahlia's sharpness. This is the first time that anyone was able to figure out that Lilith was responsible for Eda's curse. Black Dahlia noticed Lilith's reaction and indicated she is right about Lilith's dark secret.

"Darling, don't lie. I know when someone is caught," said Black Dahlia.

"H-How… How do you know?" asked Lilith.

"Darling, it's very simple. How else would Eda get cursed in the first place? Eda may be foolish however she's not naive. The reason Eda couldn't put the pieces together is that she loves you. Which is a grave mistake because she couldn't see how much a piece of filth her own sister is." answered Black Dahlia.

Lilith was getting irritated by Black Dahlia's words. While this was happening the Merchant was slowly gaining consciousness. He sees Black Dahlia and Lilith continuing to argue at the moment. The Merchant finds this a perfect opportunity to attack them and feast upon their bodies. He sneaks and attacks Black Dahlia however he yelled out his sneak attack.

"I have you now!" The Merchant screams.

However, this was a grave mistake for him. Black Dahlia already noticed he was awake. So she aims her gun at him in a reverse no scope and blasted his head off. She didn't even look at him because she found the merchant hideous to look at. Bits of his brain splattered to the ground. Lilith was horrified by the gruesome gore and Black Dahlia's brutality.

"Darling, eyes on me," said Black Dahlia.

"H-How could you?" asked Lilith in a terrifying tone.

"How could I? Lilith, my darling… Why are sympathizing with this foul? Don't forget. He planned to kill you and your sister," answered Black Dahlia. "Yet, you have the heroic look of yours… Ugh. Disgusting."

"We could've spared him and taken him back to the conformatorium," said Lilith.

"There you go again. Acting all heroic and prideful. Matter of fact. You know cursing your sister isn't very heroic. I must say… That was very cruel of you to do such a thing. Especially to your family member. Here I thought the Medici Family was completely wretched." said Black Dahlia. "But you… Hohoho! You're despicable!"

"No… I'm not like that… I made a mistake. A mistake I'm willing to fix no matter what." said Lilith confidently.

"A mistake? A mistake for what?! For cursing your sister? Crippling your family's relationship? Do you even recall the last time you and your family had a proper family gathering before all hell broke loose? All of this happened because of you! A pathetic woman that no one didn't pay attention to until now because she has a high reputation in the Boiling Isles. Stealing the rank of the Emperor's Coven from your sister. I heard Eda gave up the match just for you. What's funny is that you already cursed her anyways! Ha! So much for your flawless plan," said Black Dahlia mockingly.

Lilith grows more frustrated with Black Dahlia's insult and mockery towards Lilith's life and actions. Lilith summons her staff and brings the enforcers' attention.

"Shut your mouth!" Lilith screams as she quickly charges at Black Dahlia

However, Black Dahlia knew Lilith was gonna get fixated on her insults. Black Dahlia smiles menacingly and easily evades her charge action and grabs her by the chin. Lilith struggles to break free from Black Dahlia's grip however it was no use.

"You may have the highest prestige of the Emperor's Coven. That doesn't mean you can order me around like I'm some lapdog," said Black Dahlia. "Hmph… You're lucky I can't punish severely you right now. But I won't tell Emperor Belos about your mishaps for today. However, if I catch you being sloppy one more time. I won't be so kind next time. Matter of fact, I'll make a good example out of you for the whole Emperor's Coven to see. Do I make myself clear?"

Lilith didn't listen at first and was still furious with Black Dahlia. However, Black Dahlia was slowly getting irritated by Lilith's arrogance.

"I said… Do I make myself CLEAR?" asked Black Dahlia.

"Fine… I understand Black Dahlia," answered Lilith strictly.

"Good girl," said Black Dahlia as she lets go of Lilith. "Next time I expect a better performance from you. Ugh… I need a drink. Come now, Lilith. Let's go back to the castle. Don't worry about the corpse, I already called your lackeys to do the cleanup for this mess."

Black Dahlia makes her way and Lilith follows her. While they were on their way back to the Emperor's Castle. Lilith remembers what Eda said to her earlier before Black Dahlia revealed herself. Her warning about the Elites of the Emperor's Coven.

"As for your somewhat friends… Be careful and watch your back. I can tell one of them is waiting to stab you in the back." said Eda.

Lilith will keep that in mind later on just in case Black Dahlia or any of the members were to rogue. Perhaps, make things worse for everyone in the Boiling Isles.

Meanwhile, Eda is halfway back to the Owl House. Eda was harsh on herself about believing in the existence of the Bloom of Eternal Youth.

"I can't believe I fell for the stupid merchant's trick. Well, at least it didn't bite me in the bottom otherwise that would've been more embarrassing. Besides that, I wonder what the guys are doing back at the house. I hope they didn't have a party at the house… Actually, no. They wouldn't do that, they're too respectful to do that kind of stuff plus it brings way too much attention to the Emperor's Coven," said Eda.

While Eda is making her way back to the Owl House but something interrupts her traveling. Eda hears a monster roar, it's the giant spider that she fought when it captured Lilith earlier. It's chasing something, Eda looks closely, and she gasps, it's a violet owl, it looks like the owl is bigger than any regular owl. Eda realized that the owl could be from another world. Eda has a good feeling this owl is not from the Boiling Isles because she has never seen a violet owl once in her life.

"Really? This thing again?! Oh no, hang on, little one!" said Eda as she went after them.

The violet owl continues running for her life. Until she trips over a rock. The violet owl attempts to get up however the giant spider corners her. The violet owl is frightened and doesn't know what to do. She covers in fear. The giant spider attempts to strike the violet owl. However, Eda went crashing down carefully and she stares down at the monster. The giant spider remembers Eda easily and it is actually scared because it notices that Eda looks very menacing at the moment. Due to the fact that it's attempting to consume the poor violet owl.

"Alright, pal. First, you tried to eat my sister. Now, this poor little owl? Ohoho, now you're gonna get it!" said Eda strictly as she cast a powerful ice spell, freezing the entire giant spider, and finishing it off with a powerful fire spell. The blast of the fire spell sent the giant spider flying.

"It's okay, I'm not gonna hurt you, little guy," said Eda calmly.

Eda is surprised to see an owl that is the height of a child. Eda got closer to the owl, it was a purple owl, its eyes are orange, and its right wing doesn't have many feathers.

"Your wing… What happened to you? Are you lost?" asked Eda.

The Owl Lady asked many questions regarding the violet owl's condition. The purple owl nods, and Eda notices the purple owl is scared. Eda's heart feels a heavy sadness, and the owl is sad and hurt.

"Don't worry, it's safe. I won't let anything hurt you," said Eda calmly.

Eda slowly walks up to the owl, it covers itself with its wings. Eda notices that the owl is frightened. Eda continues slowly to get near it and gently pets the violet owl's head. She hoots calmly and relieved after acknowledging Eda is trustworthy.

"It's okay. I'm not here to hurt you. By the way, if you don't mind me asking… You're not from around here are you?" asked Eda.

The violet owl was surprised that Eda easily figured out that the violet owl is completely far away from home. The violet owl nodes yes and Eda understands now.

"Okay, try not to freak out but… This isn't your world, you're in a world called the Boiling Isles.

The violet owl was confused after hearing Eda's statement.

Eda easily figured out the violet owl's confusion. Indicating her theory is correct about the violet owl is from another world.

"Figures. Based on your look, you probably have never heard of the Boiling Isles. Small story, it's a world filled with witches and demons. As for me, you're looking at the most powerful witch in the Boiling Isles."

The violet owl was still confused and yet interested at the same time. Eda thought to herself, she can't leave this owl alone in the wilderness. Plus it would be wise to tell the others about this. Eda made a wise choice for the violet owl's safety.

"Hey, little fella. Wanna stay at my place? My name is Eda. Do you have a name?" asked Eda as she gently picks up the violet owl. Eda continues to gently pet the purple owl. Calming the adorable owl. The purple owl chirps.

"Ku. That's a nice name. Hold on tight, little one," said Eda as she gets ready to ride on her staff, they fly up to the skies. "Don't worry, just hang on to me."

The violet owl opens its eyes, viewing the skies of the Boiling Isles. Ku admires the beautiful and bizarre environment of the Boiling Isles. The Owl Lady made sure Ku wouldn't fall.

Time Passes…

A few moments later, they arrived at the Owl House. Eda noticed Ku is still nervous about all this. Eda comforts Ku.

"Hey, it's fine. Just wait here for a moment," said Eda as she enters the Owl House. Eda is exhausted from a long trip, looking for the Bloom of Eternal Youth but the legend of the bloom was fake. Meaning, it doesn't exist. The journey ends up as a scam by a bloodthirsty fool, who was easily bested by the Owl Lady and Leader of the Emperor's coven.

"Hey kids, woof," said Eda exhaustingly as she stretches, her bones began cracking as she stretches. "That was a rough couple of days."

"Yeah, I'll say," said Luz in a worn-out tone.

Eda sits and rests in the middle of the couch. Relaxing after those rough days.

"Nothing a bit of apple blood and a good book can't mend," said Eda.

As the Owl Lady spoke the word "Book", Luz and King felt nothing but fear, after what happened earlier during the participating of the book fair.

"Books?" said Luz worryingly.

"Nope, I don't know nothing about that," said King in a terrified tone.

"We hate books. Wow, look at the time!" said Luz.

"What's a book? Good night!" said King.

Luz suddenly performs a backflip, well she was part of the cheerleading team. King performs a side flip. Both left the scene.

"Huh?" Eda was confused by the responses from her apprentice and King of the Demons. She wonders what she missed from the past few days. When she notices a book by the desk, she grabs it and examines the back cover of the book. An image of the author, King himself. Looking all smug and fancy-looking. This visualization of King confuses the Owl Lady and wonders what while she was finding the false Bloom of Eternal Youth.

"What the?" asked Eda.

"Girl, you do not want to know," answered Typewriter.

"Maybe, I guess I'm gonna have to ask Pete or the others about it. Since you three don't wanna talk about it. But first, Ku, you come in." said Eda.

Ku slowly walks in and enters the Owl House. Ku was surprised by Eda's household. It's something she has nothing never seen before.

"Another owl? Look, I know you're the Owl lady. But girl, how many owls are you gonna bring into this house?" asked Typewriter.

"As many as I like. There is a reason why I brought her in," said Eda.

"She? How do you know it's a girl?" asked the Typewriter.

"Really? I'm the Owl Lady, I can talk to Owls," said Eda.

"Oh really? I didn't know you could do that." said the Typewriter.

"Well, I learn a lot from Owlbert. During our years together, he taught us how to communicate with owls… Well, just the basic," said Eda. "I never get the chance to use it until now."

"Wow… Good for you, girl. By the way… You know, Ku is pretty tall. Almost the size of a child. It's quite… Bizarre, don't you think?" asked the Typewriter.

"Yeah, that's what I was thinking too. This is the first time I've seen an owl that tall," answered Eda.

"Well, worry about that later. It's getting late. You should head to bed, I had a good feeling your trip wasn't that much fun." said the Typewriter.

"Yeah, you could say that," said Eda as she yawns. "Alright, I'm heading to bed. Good night."

"Good night girls," said the Typewriter.

Eda and Ku head upstairs. Eda went behind her to her dresser, snapping her fingers to change into her pajamas. Ku is quite surprised by how fast Eda can change her appearance very quickly. Eda turns and sees Ku, she is still uncertain of the surroundings of the Owl House. Ku also noticed Eda's bedroom is similar to an Owl's nest.

"Sorry about that. I don't what happened to my little gremlins while I was gone. I wish I could ask them but I'm exhausted at this point. But… Are you okay?" asked Eda.

Ku speaks. Eda was able to understand since she can communicate with Owlbert. Eda was surprised by what Ku said to her, something urgent about Ku.

"Oh, I see. It's not that you're worried about this place. It's your brother. You're worried about him. Do you know what he looks like?" asked Eda.

Ku speaks once again, Eda understands, Ku's friend is a pure light creature. Ku has a saddened look on her face. Eda feels sad for Ku and realizes she's in a tough spot.

"No. Don't be like that. I know it's tough but don't worry. I'll… I'll help you find your brother." said Eda.

Ku is shocked to hear that from Eda. The Owl lady is willing to help Ku to find her lost brother.

"Can you tell me your brother's name?" asked Eda.

Ku speaks and Eda listens carefully to the worried owl's words.

"Ori… I see. Look, tomorrow, I need to talk to my friends about all this. They're gonna wanna hear this because they can help us with your situation," said Eda. "For now, we need to get some rest."

Ku attempts to relax however her fear was getting the best of her because her worries for Ori are bothering her. Ku looks at the window, and Eda noticed Ku looking at the window. She can tell Ku wants to go out there and try to find Ori. Eda acknowledges and respects Ku's care for her brother's safety. Eda realizes that she needs to comfort Ku and ensure that everything will be okay.

"Hey, look… I know you're scared about everything… To be honest, I was kinda in your situation before," said Eda.

Ku looks at Eda with a curious look. She wonders what Eda meant by that, and her curiosity grows stronger to learn about the Owl Lady's experience.

"Oh, you're curious about my past, eh? Ku, get comfortable and listen carefully," said Eda.

"Alright, I'll try to keep it simple… You see when I was younger, I was the extremely chaotic child of my family. But also the strongest one. There are my parents and my sister, Lilith. We are rivals to each other but at the same time, we also care for each other. Everything was great… Until…" Eda pauses because she remembers the day that dramatically changed her life. However, she focuses and continues with her story. "Until that's when I was cursed… A curse that turns me into a mindless monster. If you're thinking about asking me a question about who cursed me. Well, don't bother because I don't know who did it or when it happened. All I can say is that the curse made things complicated for my life and those around me, so much so that it got to the point that I had to run away so I can protect them. Protecting them from my curse all because that one night… It was lonely… And scary."

Ku acknowledges what Eda means by that. Ku herself experience loneliness before and it was an unpleasant experience. However, Ku acknowledges Eda has suffered worse moments in her early years. Eda realizes she didn't make it simple as she promised, to be honest, Eda's story is complicated to explain without leaving anything behind.

"Aw, farts… I did it again," said Eda in a disappointed tone. "Sorry about that. I ended up dumping you with all this dumb story of mine. I guess I got lost a little bit."

Ku can tell by the looks in Eda's eyes that Eda went through difficult challenges in her life. Pushing away the people she cares for, putting herself into isolation, and making things complicated for herself because she has no choice due to the curse interfering with her life. Ku can somewhat relate to Eda because Ku looks at her right wing carefully. When Ku was born, she suffered a birth defect that affected her capability to fly normally. Ku wanted to soar through the skies however she is deeply reminded of her condition she can't do so. Ku calmly hoots and gently rests her head on Eda's lap. This act of kindness caught Eda by surprise and warms her heart at the same time.

"Aw… So cute… Hey, I appreciate you for cheering me up with your cuteness. Ku… What I said about my past… I said that because I wanted to let you know that there will be times you will be alone. But eventually, you will find your way to the people you care about or even meet new people to make new bonds. I also hope that you can fare better than I did because I really don't want to see another person go through the same pain I did." said Eda as she gently hugs Ku. "Hey, do you want me to tell you other stories about other crazy stuff that happened to me when I was younger?" asked Eda.

Ku nods yes listening to Eda's interesting stories.

"Alright, time for bedtime stories. I can't believe I said that but I'll make an exception this time," said Eda as she went on to tell stories about little things about herself.

Time Passes…

As time went by, Eda and Ku eventually fell asleep in the owl's nest. Ku feels a little comfortable resting at Eda's nest. The next morning, Ku awakens from her slumber. Ku adorable yawns. Eda also wakes up and notices Ku is awake.

"Oh, good morning, Ku. Did you get the chance to rest for the night?" asked Eda.

The Owl Lady looks at Ku, she adores the owl's cuteness. Ku responds and she said she slept well for the night.

"That's good. I was pretty worried for you. I'm going to get ready for the day. So, head downstairs. I'll get you something to eat," said Eda. "Oh, I can't wait for you to meet everyone, especially my apprentice."

Ku listens to the Owl lady, she exits the room. Ku views her surroundings and heads downstairs. The first thing she sees is Luz, Mario, King, Link, Zelda, Ganke, and Miles in the living room. They're all sitting together because Luz is teaching Ganke to draw the Light glyph symbol. A few attempts were a failure, drawing a circle and other details of the logo is extremely difficult sometimes. Ganke was able to create the light glyph for the first time.

"My… So this is a Light Glyph. I have never seen magic being cast like this. I've never imagined the possibility of magic spells can be cast from illustrations." said Zelda.

Even Link is amazed by Luz's light spells. It reminds him of the Sunset Fireflies he came across during his journey exploring Hyrule.

"That is crazy, who would've thought magic can be made from drawings? I wonder who came up with these ideas," said Mario.

"Wow! This is so cool, I just did magic!" said Ganke excitingly.

"This is insane. I never thought I would be doing this. Man, drawing these glyphs isn't easy. How do you do it, Luz?" asked Miles.

"I have my ways. Honestly, it's a lot of practice. When the first time I pulled it off, I got lucky because there was this odd thing that happened to me when I learn about it. When I was watching Eda doing a demonstration of the light spell. My phone cracked when I was watching it… Until it began flickering and showed the Light Glyph Symbol." answered Luz. "Also, this happened when Eda was in her owl beast form."

"Also, the thing is that a single light spell wouldn't stop Eda in her beast form because we needed a big one for the job," said King.

"That is odd… So that cracked device of yours showed you the symbol of the Light Glyph in a desperate moment. Perhaps luck was on your side, but that sounds completely far-fetched if that's the case," said Zelda. "Now I'm thinking about it, I'm surprised none of the residents of the Boiling Isles have discovered this odd method for casting magic."

"Yeah, it seems the people are used to how they cast regular magic but I guess they never discovered this kind of magic spelling," said Ganke. "Not only that, but I haven't seen anyone casting magic like this besides Luz."

"Even Amity didn't know about it. When I showed her the light glyph for the first time. She said she had never seen a light spell cast like that." said Luz.

"Really? That's weird. As if someone was watching you and gave you a hint on how to draw the light glyph," said Miles. "But that would be ridiculous if that was the case. Plus, I can't think another way how it just showed up right in front of you."

"I'm glad that happened otherwise Luz and I would have been history," said King.

"Phew, that must've been a close call for you two. Also, Luz, I have a question. Have you figured out who created the Light Glyph?" asked Mario.

"No… Not really. I never really thought about it. Well, I did ask Eda about the Light Glyph. Even she doesn't know about it. In fact, it was her first time seeing magic being cast like this." answered Luz.

"Yeah, I never seen anything like this at all," said King.

"Weird. So this magic method was kinda recent. I wonder if there are different types of magic glyphs," said Mario.

"There has to be… But I'm assuming it's difficult to find the other glyphs," said Zelda.

"I'm hoping that Eda can help me with that but she had to take care of a few things," said Luz.

While they continue having a conversation, Ku is nervous about approaching them, hiding behind the stair railing while viewing the group.

"Poyo?" said Kirby unsurely.

Ku hears the word "Poyo," and turns around to see the adorable pink marshmallow, Kirby. Luz hears Kirby's poyo sound and turns around to see him.

"Good morning Kirby. Huh?" said Luz as she took notice of Ku. She immediately gasps due to Ku's adorable appearance. Luz quickly walks up to Ku and picks her up like a baby.

"Huh? Who's this?" asked King.

"I'm not sure," answered Mario.

"It's so cute! Hi, small owl. What's your name?" asked Luz.

"Her name is Ku," said Eda as she finally greeted everyone downstairs.

"Oh, good morning, Eda," said Zelda.

"Morning punks. I see you already met Ku. She's a cute little fella isn't she?" said Eda.

"Ku… Huh, She's pretty tall than an average owl. Like slightly taller than Kirby," said Miles.

"We've been seeing some owls wandering around sometimes. But this is our first time seeing this owl. Know you mention it, Ku's pretty tall." said Ganke.

"Also, I found her last night when I was out. A spider was trying to eat her. But I annihilated it without breaking a sweat," said Eda.

"It's nice to meet you, Ku," said Luz. "Another cute little friend joining our group."

Ku didn't mind the hug from Luz because she thinks Luz looks very kind and trustworthy. In other words, it looks like she wouldn't hurt an innocent little fly.

"Oh, hey, Eda. I was wondering where you were for the past few days. Where did you go?" asked Mario.

"It's a long story. All I can say is that it was a complete waste of time," said Eda. "After that, I found this poor little thing all alone. But while I was gone, what were you guys doing?"

"Nothing much except for King and Luz. Both of them entered a book fair. It went well for a moment until they almost got in big trouble with a time-crunching author," answered Mario.

"Ah. So that's why they were freaked out when I mention the book to them," said Eda.

"Yeah, bad luck for the bad guy. Spider-Man told me that when he tried to time-crunch Tiny Nose. She easily knocked him out. So, it was an easy job for him to let the Emperor's Coven take care of the grunt," said Mario.

"Oh… That's good to know. At least he won't be causing any more trouble for any writers." said Luz calmly. "The nerve on that guy, time crunching writers is an unhealthy environment."

"I agree. You can't rush art or writing," said Zelda.

"That's my girl. Like… Huh?" said Luz as she quickly notices Ku's right-wing, her wing doesn't have that many feathers. She believes Ku was injured by a terrible monster.

"Oh no. What happened to her wing?" asked Luz.

"Can I see?" asked Ganke as he and Miles got closer to see what was wrong. Miles views Ku's right wing, he knows what this could possibly mean.

"Don't worry, she isn't hurt. I think that's a birth defect. Aw man, with this kind of condition, she can't fly." answered Miles.

"A birth defect?" said Luz unsurely.

"Birth defects are when people are born with disabilities that could be physical, intellectual, and developmental to the individual. I'm not a doctor and I can't tell what was the cause of it. Luckily, it seems only her right wing was affected but it can still be a major challenge to deal with. Eda, you said you found her last night, right?" asked Ganke.

"Yeah. I'm aware that Ku is from another world," said Eda. "I asked her about the Boiling Isles. I wasn't surprised that she had no clue about this place."

"It has to be the case because I don't think owls can be this big. She's taller than King and Kirby. Plus I haven't seen any oversized owls," said Luz. "Yet…"

"Yeah. The question is: Does anyone know who she is? Hey, Kirby, have you ever met Ku?" asked Miles.

"Poyo," answered Kirby as he nods no.

"Okay, it shows that she has no connection to the Super Smash Brothers," said Miles.

"Also, one more thing. She's looking for someone. Her brother." said Eda.

"Her brother, what's his name?" asked Ganke.

"She said his name is Ori," answered Eda.

"Ori?" said Luz. She thought to herself and gain an idea. Which is to look up the name Ori on her phone to see if there were any results that might help.

"You know. I never thought of this before. But for now, every time we meet people from different worlds. I'm gonna have to search for them on my phone. So, we can have leads and better understanding about them." said Luz.

"Good idea. Since all of us are fictional characters in your world, it ain't much but it's better than nothing," said Ganke.

"I believe I can help you with that," said Mr. X.

Mr. X's voice startled the group, especially Ku. The group notices Mr. X is here however they don't see him, indicating he still doesn't have some kind of form to present himself to the group yet.

"Gah! Seriously, what is up with you guys sneaking up on us as if it's a new way to say hello?" asked Eda. "Especially that I can't see you."

"Oh. Haha! My apologies for the disturbance, I keep forgetting that you can't see me," answered Mr. X.

"Ugh! It's fine just… Just find a way to warn us you're about to talk to us. Okay?" asked Eda.

"Of Course, Eda. I appreciate that. Now, where were we? Ah, yes. Luz, no need for your device. I can help you with that. This creature you speak of. I'm familiar with Ori and know the whole Story of Ori and those who are connected to him."

"I see. I remember you mention you're like a guardian for a bunch of universes," said Ganke.

"Correct, I know that Ori is in this universe somewhere, finding her sister, Ku," said Mr. X. "I brought them here for a reason however it's somewhat complicated to bring people to this universe considering this universe is not connected to my own."

"Right, with that issue, they can be anywhere," said Ganke. "Luckily, they've been coming to us just fine. Why is it different this time?"

"I believe it has something to do with Belos being responsible for this. He already picked a threat from Ori's world and is already here in the Boling Isles. Since he's using a strange artifact of bringing people to this universe. Do not be alarmed though, Emperor Belos has placed the threat in a cage at the moment." answered Mr. X.

"A cage? Question: How big is this threat?" asked Luz.

"To that answer: Big," answered Mr. X. "Besides the threat, here's what Ori looks like."

Mr. X displays an image showing a small pure light creature, standing like a human or a bunny. The creature has a tail that resembles a cat, it has two short horns-like tufts on its head, and underneath them are larger ears, and it has large black eyes with white pupils.

"Wow. He's pretty cute looking," said Ganke.

"Huh, I thought he would be an owl that looks like Ku. Are they related at all?" asked Eda.

"No. Both are from separate families. However, it's complicated to explain but that's a story for another time. For now, I need your assistance in finding the whereabouts of Ori," answered Mr. X. "I can sense his presence in the Boiling Isles. Unfortunately, it's difficult to find his whereabouts since I'm not the guardian of this universe."

"It's fine. At least you were able to give a hint on what he looks like," said Ganke.

"Alright, now we have an idea of what Ori looks like. Ku, when was the last time you saw Ori?" asked Miles.

The Owl lady listens to the words Ku's, Unfortunately, Ku doesn't remember what happened after they've been transported here to the Boiling Isles.

"Sorry kids. Ku said she doesn't know what happened to Ori. She said she woke up in the forest alone when she got here," said Eda.

"Ku, how long have you been out there?" asked Luz.

"Not for long but still. The Boiling Isles has a very intense environment. I was gonna warn the others about Ku's whereabouts however Eda was there just at the right moment." answered Mr. X. "I apologize for this mistake. I'll do my best to not make the same mistake again"

"It's fine, Sir X. I know it's been difficult for you to figure out your way around this world without the guidance of the world's guardian," said Zelda.

"But still you poor baby," said Luz as she gently hugs Ku.

Link walks up to Ku and gently pets her. Ku appreciates Link's gentleness.

"Ku. Don't worry We'll find him together. I just hope he didn't land in a bad spot somewhere in the Boiling Isles," said Miles.

"All of us we'll support you, Ku," said Zelda.

"This is not gonna be easy, even though we have a good on who Ori is. But we have no leads of where Ori could be. He could be anywhere," said Ganke.

"Once again I apologize. If I can locate Ori with powers, this task will be dealt with in a matter of seconds. However, I'm still having complications using my powers for this universe." said Mr. X.

"Look, I get it. The darn thing is complicated. Besides that mess… Oh yeah, did you have any luck with that other guardian for our universe or whatever that nonsense is?" asked Eda.

"Unfortunately, there wasn't any progress," answered Mr. X.

"Dang… So, what's up with it?" asked Eda.

"I'm not sure. I do sense the guardian's essence but they are not doing anything at the moment," said Mr. X.

"That's odd. Surely this guardian would've noticed something odd in this universe. Like me, and the rest of the guys who were not supposed to be here at all," said Mario.

"That's what I was thinking however I still need more time to figure out the situation. So, I must go now and continue with the investigation," said Mr. X. "Eda, I hope you don't mind but can you look after Ku?"

"Sure thing," said Eda without any hesitation.

"My… That was quick to accept this favor," said Mr. X.

"I can handle another cute little friend… I mean twerp… I mean friend," said Eda nervously.

Luz noticed Eda's nervousness because Eda has got slightly soft mainly because of Kirby and Ku's adorableness. It has been the same with Owlbert however with Kirby and Ku in the mix of all this. The cuteness warms the Owl Lady's heart deeper.

"Ha! You can't help it because she's too cute," said Luz cheerfully.

"Ugh, you got me. I can't help it… I will admit Kirby and Ku are adorable. So, yeah there's that." said Eda admittingly.

The Owl Lady met and cared for countless wild owls, some even wandering within the Owl House. Luz and the others had to deal with it a few times before. They slowly began to like owls because of just how cute owls are.

"In any case, I must go for now. I'll be back for any major updates. Let the Red and Blues and the Vault Hunters know if they have any questions for me. Good luck residents of the Owl House," said Mr. X as his presence disappears.

Luz thinks about the character Ori because this is another complication that the heroes have to deal with. The only thing she can do now is to hope that Ori will be found and investigate his whereabouts.

"I hope Ori is doing ok. Wherever he is," said Luz.

Time Passes…

Ku relaxes in the Owl Lady's room. She needs to grow accustomed to the household of the Owl House. Eda shows up to comfort her.

"Ku. Oh, there you are. Is everything alright?" asked Eda.

Ku chirps and looks at Eda in somewhat a sad mood. Eda can tell that Ku is thinking about Ori. Eda can't blame Ku for worrying about her brother. A family cares and thinks about each other, they always wanted to make sure they are all right. attempts to comfort Ku.

"I know you want to find Ori but it's dangerous out there. This place can get crazy from time to time," said Eda. "Especially the Emperor's Coven making things rough out there."

Ku feels slightly confident after hearing that. Eda thought of something that might bring interest to Ku. This kind of act could cheer up Ku.

"Oh. There's someone I want you to meet," said Eda as she picks up her palisman and removes Owlbert from the lock point. "Ku, this is Owlbert. My palisman and a dear friend of mine. I didn't get the chance to introduce Owlbert to you earlier because it was a long night for the both of us."

Owlbert greets Ku, he was surprised by Ku's appearance but he didn't mind it at all. Since Eda explained to him that Ku is from another universe. Owlbert can see the kind and innocent eyes of Ku. Owlbert gently hoots and Ku kindly hoots. By the looks of it, both owls seem to be getting along quite well.

"I'm glad you two are having a good start already. Well, I should've expected that," said Eda.

Owlbert flew up to Ku's head, sitting on top of her head as if it were a resting spot. Ku feels joyful to see herself and Owlbert starting their friendship. Eda finds this more adorable.

"Aw… That's adorable," said Eda. "Come on, it's time to rest our heads because Owl Lady needs her sleep."

It is night time and everyone is either out exploring the Boiling Isles or resting in their tents. In Luz's room, she was getting ready for bed, she went to the restroom to go brush her teeth. King follows her to do the same thing as well. After they finished doing that, she went back to her room. However, both roommates' eyes widened in fear to see Black Dahlia relaxing by the window as if she was invited to the Owl House.

"W-Wah.." said King weakly.

"What… The…" said Luz in a fearful tone.

"Wow… Such a disappointing security. Nice room by the way," said Black Dahlia.

"What are you doing here? And what do you mean by that?" asked Luz concernedly.

"Darling, it doesn't matter. What matter is how poorly your self-awareness is," said Black Dahlia mockingly. "I have been watching you and your teacher for some time now… Yet, you didn't even notice me… Another disappointment in your character."

Ever since the fight between Eda and Black Dahlia. That same day, Black Dahlia went to the Owl House at night undetected by anyone, even Hooty didn't notice Black Dahlia's appearance. While Black Dahlia was there, she was just stalking Eda and Luz while they were sleeping for the past few nights. Looking at their windows this entire time.

"You have been watching us for the past few nights?!" Luz exclaimed.

"Yes… Are you even paying attention to me?" asked Black Dahlia.

Kat and Tiny Tina heard Luz's scream and they quickly went to go see what was wrong and found Black Dahlia in the room. Kat immediately got in front of Luz to protect her.

"Ayo! What the fuck?!" Tiny Tina exclaimed.

"You?! What are you doing here?" asked Kat strictly.

"Relaxing. Just admiring the pitiful residents of the Owl House," answered Black Dahlia.

"Oh hell naw! All I see is a freak stalking us!" Tiny Tina yells.

The reason she didn't kill them is because if she did that, the fun would be over and she doesn't want that to end anytime soon.

"You could say that. But I'm just letting the time pass until eventually one of your fools notices me," said Black Dahlia.

While they were talking, Eda heard the conversation and immediately came storming in. Kat and Tiny Tina noticed Eda's immediate fury.

"Kid… Stay back," said Eda strictly.

Luz took notice of Eda's strictness and followed her words.

"Oh boy… Owl mama is pissed," said Tiny Tina.

"Ah, I see you notice me Eda, darling. I wish you noticed me sooner," said Black Dahlia.

"YOU… You got the nerve of showing your blank face here," said Eda. "Get out of my HOUSE!" Eda screams furiously.

"My… Someone's in a bad mood. Look at you… Being so hostile, I haven't done anything… Yet," said Black Dahlia.

"I don't give a fudge! You're not supposed to be here, matter of fact, I should just beat up in a bloody pulp," said Eda aggressively.

"I was hoping you were improving your student from the past few days… But I am very disappointed in you for being sloppy once again," said Black Dahlia.

"I get judged a lot but I ain't gonna any from you," said Eda upsettingly.

"I'm not here to judge here… I'm here to critique you… You see, I know how you act… You pretend you're some major bigshot yet here you are running around like a fool while your apprentice is waiting for you to make a move. I don't understand you at all, as if you don't know what to do," said Black Dahlia.

"Hey, I got it to figure out it. I don't want any piece of advice. Especially coming from you," said Eda.

"Well, too bad darling. I believe you need to pick up the pace because time is running out. Eventually, things will get rougher for you. Oh… I just thought of something. I think it would be nice

"Oh… Then go ahead, little King," said Black Dahlia ominously.

King was easily frightened by Black Dahlia's comment. He hugs Luz's leg and whimpers in fear. Luz watches the conversation go on but Luz feels mocked knowing that Black Dahlia has been stalking her and Eda in the Owl House for quite some time. She couldn't believe that Black Dahlia would offer to be her teacher. Luz refuses to let thought become reality. Luz believes it was her time to speak with Black Dahlia, so she steps up.

"Guys, get back. There's something I want to tell her," said Luz.

"What?!" Eda and Kat exclaimed.

"Luz, are you crazy? She might kill if you try to talk to her," said King worryingly.

"I know but I'm a little irritated about what she did," said Luz.

"Let her speak. She has something to say. So, I'm willing to listen," said Black Dahlia. "There's something in her chest and she wants it to let it all out. So let her speak."

Luz acknowledges Black Dahlia for accepting her to speak, so she walks up to Black Dahlia in pure determination. Eda, Kat, King, and Tiny Tina were shocked by Luz's bravery, the kind of confidence you need to have to walk toward a dangerous assassin.

"Look… I know I've disappointed you a few times before… But that doesn't mean you can stalk us to see if we're making any progress of me becoming a witch. I know you're hungry for a challenge. You'll get it eventually, you just have to be patient. Besides, you don't want the fun to end very soon… Wouldn't you agree?" asked Luz.

"My… Well, you do serve a valid point. I indeed enjoy the fun of blood and guts being splattered across the floor," said Black Dahlia.

"Then wait! The next time we met… I will you give a proper entertaining fight than last time," said Luz. "So back off. How about you run off to another bounty? Maybe that'll kill the time for you and bore you to death."

Eda and the others were shocked by Luz's powerful confidence to say that towards a deadly assassin. Tiny Tina admires Luz's strong spirit.

"Oh damn! Girl, that's what I'm talking about," said Tiny Tina cheerfully.

Black Dahlia was slightly surprised by Luz's confidence. Not many people dare to insult her right in front of her face. Since a majority of people don't survive her madness. Black Dahlia smiles ominously and laughs at this. Not because she finds this amusing but slightly impress that Luz said something so bold.

"Ohh… I like the confidence, darling. Okay then… You better hold on to that confidence the next time we meet because it might help you," said Black Dahlia.

"I will," said Luz confidently.

"Good girl. It's a shame we can't have Bloodhouse right now but maybe sooner or later. I'm hoping it's sooner," said Black Dahlia.

"Alright, we get it. You love blood and killing. No scram before we do it by force," said Eda strictly.

"Fine… Oh, one more thing: don't you dare turn down the challenge when things go intense. Oh, Edalyn… I can't wait to have another dance with you the next time we meet," said Black Dahlia as she makes her exit by performing a tea slip. Disappearing from the scene. The tension in the room withers away. Luz collapses to her knees and lets out a heavy sigh.

"Oh my… GOD… I can't believe I just did that… I thought she was gonna use her gun on me," said Luz exhaustingly.

"Girl… I already love you," said Tiny Tina.

"Luz… That was insane of you for doing that but at the same time it was brave," said Kat.

"Kid… Are you alright?" asked Eda as she helps Luz pick up her feet.

"Yeah. I'm fine, it was a lot of pressure just to say that without freezing or even stuttering," said Luz.

"But kid… That was wild of you yet that was so cool of you. Also, don't do that again alright? Because I don't want you running into your tomb," said Eda.

"Yes, please! Never do that again. I thought she was gonna blast into smithereens," King cries as she runs up to Luz and hugs her leg.

"I'm sorry about that you guys… Honestly, I was just irritated by what Black Dahlia has been doing for the past few days," said Luz.

"I can't blame you for being upset about this. But I didn't think you would make a move like that," said Eda.

"I know! You were talking shit towards a beautiful and deadly assassin around here," said Tiny Tina. "That was… Amazing!"

"Thank you, Tiny Tina. I appreciate that," said Luz.

"Eh, I do my best to bring optimism to my people," said Tiny Tina. "But… Girl, this crazy bitch was stalking us. Eda, you said Hooty can detect intruders easily right?"

"Yeah… I don't think Hooty noticed her… Something would've happened if he noticed something was off. That's the first time that's ever happened. The Emperor's Coven has been struggling to get inside the Owl House but Hooty is always making it a pain for them. But Black Dahlia easily avoided detection like it was nothing. We need to tell the others about this. Come on," answered Eda as she, Luz, King, Kat, and Tiny Tina headed outside to tell the others about this.

Meanwhile, Black Dahlia makes her back to the Emperor's Castle. While she was heading there, she had been thinking about Luz. Black Dahlia finds Luz boring but at the same time, she finds Luz interesting as well. Even more interesting than everyone else she has met so far in the Boiling Isles. Black Dahlia is starting to remember a particular girl she killed 14 years ago because Black Dahlia finds Luz somewhat similar to her. Naive, clueless, and pathetic. Yet interesting.

"She reminds this other child I killed a long time ago, I don't recall her name. I have to ask Bookie if she knows about her. Luz… So adorable yet foolish… Eventually, I'll have more fun with them," said Black Dahlia as she makes her back to the Emperor's Castle.
